A great hotel for Abkhazia, not far from the border. Good menu, drinks included. There is a private pool, free sun beds and its own private beach nearby. There are not enough wooden walkways on the beach. It would not be bad to make sure that people not from the hotel do not occupy the beach. There is a construction site under the hotel window, it is noisy all day if the windows overlook it. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, far from the center, you need to go by car. There are no paved roads around the hotel.

It's a good place. Heated swimming pool. The food is varied, and the bar has a large selection of local wines. We were out of season, so we couldn't swim in the sea. The rooms are spacious and have underfloor heating, which is very convenient. A wonderful animator for children. The kids are crazy about him, they enjoyed spending the whole day with him and even cried when they left there. The only one (either + or - it is not clear) it's a long way from the hotel to the nearest shops and restaurants in the city, but on the other hand, it's quiet around🤷🏻♂️

We had a family room. There is a large bed and a sofa that can be unfolded. A baby cot was provided. The room has a small fridge and a kettle.
Linen is changed every three days.
The only thing that knocked us down was rotovirus, and several other families were sick before and after us. And so a good hotel, we liked it 👍

We had a rest in May 2021. The hotel is an island of well-being. Excellent food, staff. The hostess goes out to the guests, is interested in rest. It's very nice. A warm, clean pool, although not large, the sea is nearby. Nice prices at the bar.
We were disappointed with the excursions that were taken twice at the hotel. Children were charged as adults, although the price list shows children's prices. Moreover, you give one part of the cost at the hotel, the other to the guide. On the way to the sights, they are brought to the apiary, wine cellar, cheese factory, etc. until you get there, you do not have the strength and mood to admire the views.

A mid-level hotel with good food, but at the same time the highest price in Gagra and it is completely unjustified. There is nothing that they ask for 25-30 thousand per day. There is ruin and dirt around the hotel. Nearby there are hotels at least as good in terms of entertainment and territory and 20-30% cheaper.
Bottom line: the hotel is not bad for Abkhazia, but the price tag is just taken from the ceiling and does not even match the price level.

We just returned from the hotel, spent several nights there. I agree that this option is a very, very good option for Abkhazia. New hotel, nice design, personally I liked the food and service in the restaurant. There are points that need to be improved in terms of communication with guests, of course. But the view from the window was very disappointing, they paid specifically for it, but right in front of your nose is a huge construction site, right behind the pool and to the sea: everything is scattered, garbage and wastelands on both sides of the hotel. The territory is not large, but well-groomed, heated, clean pool, I swam in December! The hotel is located at the end of Gagra, near the market, taxi stops and public transport. The staff is very responsive and efficient, friendly. Such a small hotel of the European type. There are few of them in Abkhazia. The sea, a minute out of the room and you're on the beach.

Heated water in the pool, there is a children's animation. There was no drinking water in the room, the cooler was on the 1st floor, this is generally not significant, but it is not convenient to run every time. I liked everything in the restaurant. And what gorgeous views there are from the window, we had a view of the mountains and the sea))) there is an excellent warm swimming pool on the territory, the sea is very close to its equipped beach. I was at the hotel at the end of October. The weather is warm. But the sea is cold, so the warm pool was extremely popular.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day and linen is changed every 3 days.
The buffet is optimal and allows everyone to eat (3 meats, 3 side dishes, 3 salads, etc.).
There is a children's club with cool animators on site.

We had a great family vacation in January, 2021. The hotel is clean enough, the equipment and contents of the room (we had a two-room suite with access to a large balcony, pool and sea views) - satisfied, service : room cleaning, meals - 4. Three meals a day are included in the price.. - however, we only had breakfast: the range of dishes, in my opinion, is not diverse enough… Lunch and dinner were preferred "on the road"... In fact, we stayed at the hotel only at night - we took the opportunity to travel around Adygea (New Athos, Lake Ritsa and ..), by the way, we rented a taxi (with a guide) through the reception for the whole day (the price is democratic compared to Moscow).

We are resting at the hotel at the moment. This is the first and, I think, the last acquaintance with Abkhazia. As for the hotel, the location is on the outskirts away from all the hotels and the promenade. To get to the embankment, you need to walk along the shore through a real "garbage dump" for 20 minutes. The food is not bad, but, for example, there is a toaster, but there is no bread for toast. Apparently, you need to bring it with you. There is a problem with the water in the hotel. During the 5 days of our stay, 2 of them came from the beach and could not wash because there was no water. Once we waited 15 minutes, the 2nd time about 40 minutes with a soapy head. Swimming pools are being built on the territory of the hotel, which means that there are options for views from the rooms 1) to the mountains and abandoned unfinished buildings 2) to an unequipped parking lot 3) sea view (which costs more!!!) and to the construction of swimming pools!!! It is unclear why these rooms are more expensive then. No one warns about this construction site, that is, it was a "surprise". Next, in my opinion, the most important thing is the ROTOVIRUS, from which it is impossible to protect yourself. When we were driving here, we were aware of this problem from the reviews, we started taking pills in advance, but even this did not save us. On the 2nd day of the stay, a 12-year-old child, on the 3rd, on the 4th, the daughter of our friends and so on. And in a severe form. I couldn't get up at all for a day. Constant vomiting and other "delights" of this disease. I conclude that since the hotel does not take measures, it means it is convenient for him. People drop out of the diet for several days, and then another diet for about a week. Our friends couldn't stand it and Bali had to leave here for a decent hotel, unlike this one in Sochi. In general, the rest here turned into a real nightmare. If you want to ruin your vacation, come here....

I'll start with the cons
- BEDBUGS!!!!! The first room provided to us had bedbugs. They were discovered accidentally on the second night in the soft headrest of the bed. They moved in silence. Bedbugs are not cockroaches. There was no one in the other room. They didn't even apologize!
- There are construction sites and vacant lots around. Gagra city center is 20 minutes away by taxi.
- The shower sometimes worked, sometimes not. The water temperature is different. But not the way you need it.
Positive
- The sea is nearby. There were enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone.
If you only need the sea and the sun, then you are here. Everything else doesn't match the five stars.

The best hotel in Gagra in my opinion. Modern, comfortable, cozy, good cuisine and an excellent children's complex. The location is on the shore, there is no one nearby. Dolphins came every day. The city market is about 10 minutes on foot, there is a lot of everything for every taste: fruits, cheeses, sausages and oriental sweets, as well as all sorts of little things and things. In general, I would give a rating of 3/5, but looking at the rest in Abkhazia, I boldly give 4/5. It feels like the two best hotels in Gagra are this one and AMRA.

The hotel is located on the first line. We lived on the 3rd floor, went out on a cozy balcony to breathe the sea air. The room is large and fully corresponds to the picture and description.The equipment is working, the water is hot, there is wi-fi, everything is fine. We cleaned every day, the linen is fresh, the kitchen at the hotel is normal, but there is no possibility to take only breakfast (the room is booked for full board) and it is not very convenient, because we basically only had breakfast and had dinner once.
BUT THERE IS A BIG "BUT" if you are going to Abkhazia (Gagra), stock up on drugs for the intestines, almost everyone is sick with rotavirus!!!
