I booked a room for 4 days, 18700 came out with a discount. They asked for an advance payment of 5700. I sent 6000 rubles. Arriving at the hotel, we were very upset. The hotel itself is a maximum of three and one with a minus. It's still a long way to 4 stars as they set themselves. The location does not match the price category. Firstly, it is at the very end of the city, in some slum where there are reeds and a stand around. Secondly, a room with a very modest renovation and cheap painting. We didn't want to stay, but it became a pity for the prepayment, which by the way is not returned, we decided to spend one night here.
But the caveat is that a day costs 4700 and the difference with the prepayment is not refundable. A large + hotel that took into account the request, bought a toilet rim for the child. And we were in touch when needed. The staff is very polite, they reacted to all our whims patiently and politely. In general, it will be a great place when everything is put in order. But still the area is not worth the money.

We were with my family in May. This is the second time. The first time was 4 years ago. The dynamics are for the better. We opened 2 more pools, one for kids. They are building a spa area. The playground for children is super. Cleanliness and comfort everywhere. The food is very good. Free wine in the evening. Live music every evening. I really like to relax there.

We had a rest in Aquamarine in the middle of May, we were unlucky with the weather, it was rainy and cool, but this did not spoil our mood, because the hotel is wonderful. There were 3 families of us and everyone was very happy with the rest. Everything in the hotel is excellent, the rooms are spacious and they have everything you need, I was pleased with the presence of a folding dryer, a powerful hair dryer, not fixed in the bathroom, you can use it wherever convenient. The food is delicious and quite varied, they did not have time to get hungry between meals🙂 The kids' club and animators👏, the kids really liked it, the rich program, and the palm reward system are beyond praise, unites both adults and children, everyone tries to earn more of them😄 The pool was hot, in cold weather a big plus. Because the hotel is located on the outskirts of Novaya Gagra, there is not much to go and see, but for 50 rubles per person a taxi will take you anywhere in Gagra.

Overall a good hotel, vacationed in July 2022 (all inclusive). I will highlight minor shoals that the hotel management may take into account:
1. Instead of the volleyball court in the photo, a second pool is being made. It's great, but the hotel is full of children, and there's not even a semblance of a fence. Safety precautions are at zero during construction work. Are you waiting for your first child or a drunken guest in the dark at night?
2. At first, my daughter, and then I, were severely injured and spent 1 day hugging the toilet. I don't know what to sin, but we ate in those days, only at the hotel. I think it's not washed vegetables, but it's guesswork. I have heard that this is the norm for Abkhazia.
3. There is a lack of such banal convenience as ordering food and drinks in the room. Does the hotel not want to make money on this at all? I was doubly surprised when I went to a bar late in the evening, where many guests were resting, music was playing and I wanted to order food with me to my room, I heard in response: "damn, I'm sorry, the kitchen is closed. Our cooks are like that...Well, we decided to end the working day now." At the same time, the waiter was surprised himself. Just like that, someone in the kitchen wanted to.
4. Please consider the owner of the hotel, such a banal convenience for guests as the exit of guests to the city. Now, with a stroller and a child, this is simply not possible, all roads are a broken primer (sandy porridge), you cannot walk in a stroller. We tried it from the embankment and from the market, abandoned this idea and later called a taxi.
Otherwise, it is a very pleasant hotel, rooms, cleaning, kitchen, polite attitude, good animators, children's room, swimming pool...

Everything in this hotel is good. We have been staying at this hotel for the 3rd time in 2 years. Everything is fine. But! The girls at the reception are sooo impolite, they don't care if you arrived or left, they won't even say goodbye normally. The reception is not open 24 hours a day. One night at 2 o'clock there was loud music near the hotel, I went to complain to the reception to take action, but no one was there, but if I had to call an ambulance...??? or another emergency situation, it is unclear how to act, the reception did not answer the phone either. But the most unpleasant moment was when on the day of departure at 12:05, when we were actually ready to take our things out of the room, we received a call from the reception and were told in an indelicate tone that the check-out was "at 12:00", like, well, we still haven't left the room (feeling such that at 12:00 you become not a guest, but an outsider and you need to be put out as soon as possible). You can do this more delicately and with a smile in your voice, especially with the person who chose their hotel for the 3rd time for a vacation. Everything else is very good, the workers on the beach are very helpful, we were with a baby. Food/animation - everything is fine. The girls at the reception need to be changed, they have been working there for years, and clearly do not know what the service sector is!

I rarely give 5 points, but the hotel deserves them. A small but carefully thought-out family-friendly hotel. Designer renovation, heated swimming pool, excellent cuisine and high-quality service leave a very pleasant impression.
I also want to write about animation separately. It is not only for children but also for adults, which makes evenings, and even nights long (they really played until three in the morning), absolutely not boring and bright.

We have been since October 19th .
This is an unexpected institution for Abkhazia.
Stylish, unusual, really beautiful and modern. The furniture is expensive in some places.
The kitchen surprised me even more- in addition to being delicious, there is also a very beautiful and very neat serving. It is very unusual for hotels - they are allowed to take food both to the room and on an excursion. They even offer their own containers.
One of the disadvantages for me is the lack of coffee. You can buy it from them.
The staff is very polite and cultured.
And the second disadvantage for us is the lack of animation. Children 10 - 15 years old are bored.
The pool is really warm, it really works until 22 or 23 (I don't remember exactly).(in many others, after 20 they are not allowed to use it)
The only thing is that it is small for the whole cast. If there are games or children fooling around, it is not possible to swim.
We are more satisfied with the rest. In addition, we were lucky with the weather + 26 in the afternoon.

A good hotel, but not for those who were on a business trip like me. The specifics of the work made it possible to stay at the hotel for rest only during the day. It is not possible to get enough sleep during the day, as there are many family guests with children, it is very noisy from them. I was at the hotel in the spring of 2021. In terms of service, everything is fine, the food is a buffet, the food is quite tasty, but there was a problem with the coffee machine. The rooms are of quite good quality, underfloor heating, but did not work everywhere. There is a swimming pool. If you have rooms above the ground floor and overlook the sea, get ready to see it with the sea is not well-groomed, but it does not apply to the hotel, that is, there are no complaints about the hotel, but you never know who it is important to contemplate the view from the balcony of the room :) in spring, frogs in the local reeds scream incredibly loudly in the evenings:) and so it is quite a decent option. There are not so many hotels with decent service in Abkhazia yet, there is a lot to grow, which I sincerely wish them.

We had a rest in early August. We lived in a room with a sea view. The hotel is new, it feels right away - everything is brand new. There is only one pool so far and it is more suitable for children than for adults. The second pool is large, under construction. It didn't bother me at all, because I was going to swim in the sea after all.
Two minutes walk to the sea slowly. The beach is not individual, but sun beds are free for guests. In general, there are fewer people on the beach, the remoteness of the hotel from the city center affects.
For vacationers with children, it will be important to know that animators work conscientiously. And in general, the staff is polite and courteous. I was surprised that the tips left to the employee were ignored several times when cleaning the room.
As a person who is not picky about food, I will say that the food at the hotel is good. In any case, the local cheese and cottage cheese are beyond praise.
Special attention should be paid to the fact that there is a certain bar next to the hotel. Moreover, the most convenient access to the beach is right through it. Firstly, the bar staff has a good selection of music, so lying on the beach you can enjoy a normal musical background; and secondly, there is a place to hang out in the evening without going far from the hotel.
As a result, if they ask me if I will go to this hotel again, I will answer YES!

I read a lot of negative reviews, waited for a long search for a hotel among croaking frogs. I set up my husband. And we turned off the main road and are already there. Although we are not being harmful, we just stopped going to eat for three days. And make a choice- why full board (money is wasted!) if there is such a meal at the hotel. Let me choose, breakfast or full board! Being in Abkhazia, we can say there was no national food! There are no complaints about the numbers, it's clean! They clean constantly, I was even surprised, the towels are clean, they are changed. What for? And take a closer look at the maids - they took away a bathrobe with towels!!!

And I also didn't like that when I arrived, when I wanted to change the number of days downwards, I was told that we would not refund the money, but you can stay for less days.
