The road to the beach is normal, but the sewage system passing through it discourages all desire to go to the sea. We rested here as a family from 2.11 to 8.11.23. The territory of the hotel is small, the rooms are not bad, it can be seen recently there was a renovation. The food at the hotel is acceptable, but as many have already written without frills and, in principle, quickly gets bored, almost every day the same thing. What pleased me was that there were no digestive problems from this food. The pools in the hotels are nice, clean, there are slides, although one slide was closed for half of the rest, something broke and the staff did nothing to fix it. Animation is both children's and adult, quite unobtrusive. The staff is quite friendly. But there is no cleaning in the rooms, even when you ask for cleaning, nothing changes, they made the bed, threw out the garbage and that's it. However, it should be noted that the room was perfectly clean when checking in. There are many places around where you can go for a walk, especially the beautiful promenade along the sea, you can get right to the old Side. I will not advise you to go here to rest. We paid 340t.p. for five people for eight days. The end of the season.The service is weak, to put it mildly. In general, the Armas service has fallen in the network. We had a family vacation in August 2023. I liked the hotel. A beautiful small well-maintained area. 3 pools, one with two slides, one for the smallest and one regular. There was no way to get the children out. 5 minutes to the sea (own beach: sunbeds and towels are free. There are many bars with drinks and snacks. A restaurant with a large selection (a lot of things and very tasty). Fruits are always available. Drinks alcohol without restrictions. The rooms are clean, air conditioning, safe is free in the room, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, even reaches the beach by the sea. There are a lot of sun beds, you can always find a place. The animation is on top, entertaining both adults and children. The staff is Russian-speaking, you can solve any issue. We liked it, we recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was at the hotel from 30.09.24 to 6.11.24. It seems like the hotel is not bad, but at the end of the season the food is bad, mosquitoes. You can somehow treat the territory from mosquitoes. And it is impossible, if the end of the season is to serve guests poorly, to collect sun beds when the guests have not yet left, to reduce food, as in a three-piece or worse. I will not go there anymore, well, we are not happy to have guests there, we received the money and forgot that we paid for them as for a good rest and we should not worry about the upcoming repairs. You can see the beach towel in the photo, there are no comments, everything is clear. About the food: many people will say that you can eat, you won't stay hungry, but not about this hotel. It all started with the fact that the boy broke our suitcase- he was dragging it up the stairs, and the wheel flew off, but he continues to drag. we stopped, we showed him, he says I've been working for 3 years and there was nothing like that, and it's not me either. every day we approached the reception with this question, smiled there, gave different advice, buy another one, or approach the guest manager, but he has lunch or a day off.
The hotel is full of random people, it is not clear where they were found, they do not know how to do anything -make cocktails, speak Russian, they do not know where honey is, where halva is, where the toilet is, taxis, they stand with unfriendly sad faces, demonstrating with all their appearance -leave off what you need.
I show you the shell in the omelet, not a piece, but the shell of a whole egg. The cook shrugs his shoulders and says-well, take another piece, there are a lot of them. But there may be a shell there too.
The employees talk in their own language, laugh, flirt with each other, the maids feel like mistresses in your room.
The hotel is primarily a staff ready to serve and make your stay comfortable,

The room itself is not bad, but there are a few disadvantages: 1. The door to the bathroom is terribly creaky 2. The folding chair also creaked very much, every movement was audible and my husband said it was not comfortable to sleep at all, even though they put a mattress and 3. A huge gap between the floor and the door to the room eventually crawled a huge cockroach, thank God that only once. In the room: disposable slippers, towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, tual.paper, paper towels, hair dryer, kettle, tea and coffee (but you need to ask for it to be replenished if you run out), mini-bar with water (2 bottles of gas.water and 1 bottle of plain water) refilled as needed, safe. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed whenever you want. I really liked the children's room. There are several pools on the territory, one with slides, my grandson really liked it. The beach is your own, nearby. Every Wednesday is Turkey Day at the hotel, it's a great show and a huge ice cream cake. In general, I liked everything, thanks a lot to all the staff. And there is also a pharmacy next to the hotel, a professional works, makes ointments himself, my grandson became allergic to the sun and his shoulders turned very red, the pharmacept gave us ointment and pills, it took 1.5 days. There is a leather and fur shop at the hotel, there is not a bad choice.

It was the first time I was alone, but I didn't have to be bored. In the morning, yoga, aerobics at sea and in the pool, then games at the pool. You can take part, you can watch. I liked the aqua in the pool, which was led by Max and the relaxing yoga, which was led by Alex. There were also step aerobics and dancing. After lunch, they gave ice cream. I always took a milk cocktail. There is a whole house for children, where girls and boys from the team were engaged with them. The main problem of the hotel is the beach - the management needs to do something here! This is not five stars in any way ((( there are a lot of sunbeds, but they are always occupied by someone's towels, people take from 6 in the morning and come in the evening only. Swearing, shit because of these sunbeds, many just lie on the sand on towels! The recommendation is to introduce a position to a person who will monitor such sunbeds and if a person has not appeared for more than an hour to clean his towels for the sake of guests who want to lie down at the moment!

We rested at this hotel in October 2023. I liked everything, the food, the location. The sea is very close. There are many different shops nearby. And you can pay in rubles, which surprised me, although they don't write about it anywhere. High-quality cleaning, every day. There was grilled fish, so-called, and chicken, but by default they came immediately with activated charcoal cooked in burnt oil. If there was no spicy meat or salty meat, it ended immediately. We were constantly faced with a shortage of food (edible), everything that was very spicy and salty, few people ate it. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00. Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, dinner from 19:00 to 21:00. If you come to the dining room for its opening, you will see a queue (confused) because everyone wants to eat and everyone wants not spicy and not salty. After we applied for nutrition, we began to cook porridge, and for lunch we made stewed meatballs with potatoes, but they ran out very quickly (although the head chef suggested that the child eat pasta three times a day for 15 days). There was no special delicacy from fruits.
Desserts are very tasty and there are a lot of them, but you can't feed children with them. If you are traveling with a small child, look for an alternative for the first time. The furniture is generally shabby, especially on the second floor of the restaurant. You can't buy fruit nearby. Only mainly the market.

We took the usual standard room. There was a water bottle under the bed, there is no rug in the bathroom, you can easily slip and hit your head, especially for kids. There is a safe, a hair dryer, a small refrigerator, one chair that falls apart, about 140 × 180 and a second smaller one. Bad pillows, air conditioning. The lighting in the room is poor. There are a lot of mosquitoes and midges, when they bite children, they pour out on their face, arms and legs. The beach is about 300-400 meters away, there is a bar stall and sometimes I open something like a grill where they make French fries and burgers. The coast is rocky in places, so if you are worried about your feet, take beach shoes, I bought myself aquasocks for three dollars near the hotel.

From 12:00 to 16:00, you can use the sauna and hammam for free. I was in the sauna at about 13:00, the temperature was 52°. I also met with rudeness at the spa. It turns out that you can get a towel from 8 to 11 and hand it over from 17 to 19. But if you went on an excursion in the morning, and returned after lunch and decided to go to the beach, then you will first be scolded and with discontent they may give you a towel and it's 4*???.
I didn't want to return to the spa anymore, even for paid services.

The hotel has several buildings, the rooms are comfortable, modern, clean. We had in our room: a hairdryer, a kettle, a mini fridge with daily replenished water, a TV, a safe, a condee. Well, in general, the economy room had everything for a comfortable stay. As we used up, tea bags, coffee, and sugar were constantly placed on us. Disposable slippers, shampoo, soap, toilet paper in daily abundance. Cleaning, unlike in our south, is daily, towels were changed on demand and there was no need to run and ask for the staff several times. It is enough to put it on the floor. During the week of rest, there was a change of bed linen for about 3-4 days. The territory is clean, beautiful, Several pools, including for children, the water in them is fresh, crystal, without any garbage like hair, there is also something else that is usually found in pools, and without the smell of chlorine and chemicals, but cool (probably +22 +23 no more).
The food is varied, everything is plentiful, eat as much as you can, or basically everything is delicious. A huge number of different dishes: salads, snacks, hot dishes, soups, desserts, vegetables, fruits, various drinks. There are 4 bars in the hotel, the fifth is on the beach, I don't want to drink. Of the minuses, half of the food is spicy, there were not delicious dishes and their soup is like gravy with something. The staff is all responsive, polite, attentive to the wishes of tourists. But I didn 't advise it.services in the form of massage. The guys there are tough, my wife and I went to a trial and did not dare to go further, fearing that with such an impact the vertebrae or joint would be displaced. Yes, and expensive. The sea is 300 meters away - a 3-minute walk. Its own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, beach towels for free. The sea is clean, warm, shallow, you can almost walk to the buoy. The bottom is sandy, but there are huge stones that you can hit.
Along the sea there is a picturesque embankment along which it is great to walk and you can walk all the way to the old town of Side.
The hotel had 2/3 of our guests, including it was comfortable to rest, and in Turkey there are almost no problems with understanding Russian anywhere.
In general, we had a great rest, everything is super.
PS After such a rest, relationship, service and maintenance, somehow you won't want to go to our south anymore. Our south at times loses to rest abroad.

Entering the sea is dangerous, there are a lot of stones or even slabs. Be careful, you may get injured! But there are enough beaches near the hotel with excellent access to the sea. We have seen nests of turtles and even small turtles that are just hatching on their own from an egg - children have never seen this before. You can see crabs, they are right on the rocks next to the pier! Excellent walking area past the hotels along the waterfront right up to Side. We were in July 2023, vacationing with two children. Great hotel! My husband and two children and I enjoyed our vacation.
We arrived early in the morning, we couldn't check in right away, but we put on bracelets and allowed us to use everything on site, including food and drinks. On departure also, great respect for this!!!

We were at this hotel in October 2023. I liked the hotel itself, we were given a room on the 4th floor, quiet, comfortable, 2 beds, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, free safe, kettle, free Wi-fi throughout, in the room and on the beach. In the evenings every day there are concerts, contests, there is annimation. Responsive, friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned every day, we even sometimes hung a "do not disturb" sign. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to the beach, you can't say that the 2nd line. There were not enough sunbeds on the beach, we had to get up very early and take a seat, that's the only thing we didn't like! The entrance to the sea is smooth, the kids are beautiful! The water is clean, transparent, warm, there were no waves. The overall picture is positive. The price for the tour was acceptable, because, where we used to rest, the prices were raised to the skies. A good, budget hotel, it is clear that they are trying.

We stayed at the hotel from 30.08 to 08.09 2022. Wonderful vacation, wonderful sea, friendly staff. We liked everything very much.
