We had a rest at the end of July at this hotel.

The hotel was greeted with the beauty of its lobby.. We were surprised, we think we got there smartly..
And then bam - and not quite the expectations coincided with reality.
The room is tired, The bar has only 2-3 liters of water for 4 people. It has never been replenished. I will not write about cleaning and changing clothes, we are not picky.
The food, like many, can be said to be of the same type.. The kids said delicious fryers and burgers.
There is animation, but we didn't need it.. Therefore, I will not appreciate it.
5 min walk to the sea. The entry into the sea is terrible.. Sand+ stones + slabs... Why doesn't anyone write about this? In front of us, the man cut his leg on the rocks.. The water is warm.. As always in the summer.
There are few sun beds, you can grab it at lunch or in the evening.
There are not enough places near the pools either, it's still the season.
I was surprised by the hotel guide from Biblio (kilit)- at the meeting, realizing that whoever came with us didn't want anything, he just gestured - Go to hell... We are resting today for the last day on 09/23/2023. If you read good reviews, they are from very positive people. The hotel is very bad. They were settled for a long time, they are trying to accept more vacationers than the room stock, although the hotel is large. The food is standard Turkish, nothing new, but one of our company was poisoned the day before departure. There are not enough sun beds on the beach even for half of the hotel, the beach shore is 40 meters, the sun beds are on top of each other. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The animation is dead, on a C grade with tension. The day before departure, they promised to extend the room on the day of the flight until the evening for $ 10 per hour, they said to apply in the morning. In the morning, the evil aunt said that this was not possible. The pool is normal, the bartenders are normal, they are ready to lick their heels for tips. Drinks at the bar are also standard, Turkish, if you want to drink, if you don't want to drink. They did not clean for the first three days, then they corrected themselves. I had a rest in June 2023. With a 13-year-old child.
Initially, I bought a tour to another hotel, but in 3 days we were told that the chosen hotel would not be able to accept us and offered terrible options. I chose this one myself.
The tour was bought through the namesake. The operator is not very good. In 2 words: if something happens, as we have with the cancellation of the tour, there is no way to contact them except by mail. And they don't answer right away. 19.00: the whole working day is over, they went home, no response. It feels like they don't have the authority of hotels either. If there is overbooking, tourists will be refused by this particular operator.
And now about the hotel:
Small, cozy, very cool. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is super. We are always ready to help.
Food: lots, varied, delicious! Everything is always fresh!
The main advantage of this hotel is the animation team. No one will be bored. They are engaged with children. They arrange all sorts of quests, games during the day, cooking classes. Water slides. And adults ride too)They look simple, but it's not scary to leave the child.
By the way, rescuers are constantly watching the children in the water. they immediately help the children, if necessary, even if the parents are not around. Children are supervised everywhere!
There is also a lot of entertainment for adults. Afternoon pool games, Aqua aerobics, step aerobics, belly dancing, zumba, yoga, water polo and other sports.games. In the evening: there are always some themed evenings and invited artists. They take you to clubs at night. In general, you definitely won't be bored at the hotel.
The main disadvantage: the beach. The approach from the sea is cool, the sea too. But there are very few sun loungers and a very small area. Very much so!
Our first vacation, we spent almost all 10 days by the pool. And they didn't regret it!
If it is the sea that is needed, then either take a place from the very early morning and lie next to each other or choose another hotel.
Cleaning: mediocre. But we don't litter much, we needed cleaning every 3 days. So they turned a blind eye to it.
We have already written about the rooms and the promenade. I won't repeat myself.
The hotel is family-run. If you want to hang out, get acquainted, you are not here.

The hotel positions itself as four stars, and for some reason our tour operators rate them as five. We took a tour in July 2023. For 2 adults and 2 children , a large room.... There are no slippers, problems with the staff, I asked to top up the shampoo, but I waited 3 days, I had to re-apply already with the pressure that they did not pay attention to us …
The hotel itself has animation programs daily and under the windows, although they are interesting. Until 22:30. If you have small children, then you don't really want to be yelled at under the windows.. The food is good. But it's hard to find places for dinner because everything is busy. And it 's stuffy , the fans can 't handle it .
The hotel is located on the second line from the sea. Access to the sea is 25 meters . On the right on the beach there is a place of a hotel without children, mostly Europeans there. And if your children accidentally went near the water's edge and play, then a guard will approach them and start chasing them. On the left is the beach from the Larisa hotel, where there are many Ukrainians - they are much more adequate and loyal and it is more pleasant to be with them no matter what anyone says.
All the sun loungers on the beach are constantly occupied with towels …

A good hotel, we visited twice in September in 2022 and in 2023-the difference is enormous, there are a huge number of people in 2023, queues everywhere for food, sorry, standing for 10-15 minutes for pasta is a tin. The beach with sunbeds is very small, people occupied the sunbeds as early as 06 am and left, came to the beach at 08 am-but everything was already occupied. The weather and the sea are great! We definitely won't go the third time!

I was on vacation with my husband (45+) from May 17 to May 24, 2023. I will not leave a review about food, animation, and rooms, since "there are no comrades for taste and color." I was satisfied with everything except the main thing - the beach and the sea. The beach to the right of the entrance is small and it is frankly not enough already in May. There are sun beds on the left, but UMBRELLAS are not stretched. This is also now the territory of Armas, previously it was the beach of the neighboring Larisa Beach hotel, which is not working now (given to refugees from Ukraine, but I did not see them there) Our people lie on sun beds without umbrellas and do not complain, because they do not know that this is also Armas. I learned this from a SPA employee in a private conversation when our vacation was already over. The entrance to the sea is a separate quest, there are boulders and some slabs. I didn't get to the bottom of it. However, wherever ours did not disappear, I found a way out for myself, turned the bracelet from the green side to the white side and went swimming to the pier of the neighboring Paloma beach. The guard was not there, and the bored lifeguard did not make a remark to me. There are only Germans there, they didn't swim there, they just sunbathed. But this is certainly not the way out))) In general, I liked the place, there is a place to walk outside the territory, but I will not return to this hotel. And of course we already need to choose an 18+ hotel with a quieter entertainment and without children.

The first time I was in Turkey, the city of Side. When buying a tour, the budget is 130-140 rubles for two (me and my son are 8 years old), 7 nights of Pegasus.I chose the hotel based on the selection of operators and reviews. I stopped at ARMAS BELLA SUN 4*.
Road. The plane of the Azur company. We bought online places to sit for sure with the child (the reservation cost 600 rubles for two). The cabin of the plane was nothing special, battered by time with an unpleasant smell, uncomfortable seats after a 5-hour flight, my back and neck ached. No food is provided.
We arrived in the morning at 07:30, the sun is + 24 overboard - beauty!
We quickly passed through passport control, received our luggage, found our tour operator at the exit, also quickly issued, and suggested where our bus is.
The trip to the hotel took about an hour with a 10-minute stop.
Hotel:
- delicious food, so-so drinks. Personally, I didn't like artificial juices and coffee.
-fruits and berries were: watermelon, melon, black grapes, plum, pear, orange, apple, 1 time bananas, nectarine, peach.
- pools: 2 pools, clean water, not heavily chlorinated, 2 slides. There are always free sun beds by the pool.
- Food and water at any time, only the restaurant changes on site. And at different times, it's both a restaurant and bars.
There is free ice cream near the poster, in front of the amphitheater at certain hours.
- about the cleaning: they clean every day, but the cleaning is just in words. They do not report water, tea, cups. I have to get it myself. Slippers were included when checking in.
- breakfast: 7:00-10:00, lunch time: from 12:30 to 14 (I would like from 13 to 16), dinner from 19 to 21.
- animation is super!!! Both I and the child liked it.

Sea: walk to the sea for 3 minutes through an undeveloped area, on the left there will be the Larissa hotel, where refugees from Ukraine live, on the right there is a fence and a 5* hotel, then on the approach to the sea it stinks of sewage, there is also the Armas cafe, where you can eat fast food for free and drink alcohol, soda, tea or ordinary water.
There are not enough sun beds. I didn't like Armas beach, next to the boats on the one hand, and there's gasoline and stuff, and refugees on the other. We were going to the left. And they laid them on the sand, BECAUSE they kicked them out of the sun beds of other hotels, even if no one was there.
I didn't like going into the sea: sand and stones, sometimes it hurts. You can't swim far - big boulders.
Maybe it makes sense to go even further, my son and I didn't go far.
The sea is warm, after 16 hours it is +30 degrees. I didn't want to get out of the water)
The Turks themselves spoil the impression (nasty and greedy to the point of outrage): he did not tip for cleaning the room, did not buy another massage, tried on a thing and did not buy - first smiles, then either ignore or select curses in the local dialect. I do not advise you to go shopping in the direction to the left of the Armas hotel across the street and to the left. Boors.
There, but to the right, towels, shoes and clothes are good, you can buy at normal prices and the ratio of norms.
I concluded that women should not walk around the market alone, only accompanied by a man. It seems that a woman is not considered a person.
Excursion. We went to the dolphin show. We paid 212 rubles. The guide has a Pegasus. It's an hour's drive from our hotel, while we stopped at other hotels to pick up everyone. The show started at 10:30, and the entrance was at 10:15. I advise you to sit on the left side at this time, or at least 3 rows, because the sun is very hot. Dolphins, seals - liked it, jumped, dived, splashed the audience for 45 minutes. The show is not enthusiastic. Then it was the turn of swimming with dolphins, putting on vests, waiting for our turn. In groups of 6-8 people. Who will be lucky. We were lucky enough to swim with dolphins in the main turquoise water pool. Some groups swam in small pools. By the way, dolphins can be naughty) if they don't want to, they won't entertain, an approach is needed here. They were not allowed to take photos, only professional photos for 25 euros - this is for 1 photo.
In general, everything in Turkey has gone up a lot. In general, the impression of Side and the Turks is not very positive, fortunately there is something to compare it with. We will not come here anymore, we will try other cities in Turkey and hotels.

Armas was pleasantly surprised. We flew with a child for 8 nights on May 15, 23 for 82 rubles.
Anex tour messed up with the departure and our flight was delayed for 1.5 hours. We arrived at night. We missed dinner. The return was also stirred up by flying some kind of alien.
I was really annoyed by the "forced" stop at some kind of eatery for half an hour, when everyone was hungry and exhausted. But the driver ate well. Anex guides at the boorish kapets hotel. I went out on such shit that we don't want to listen to him at the meeting. In short, Anex pissed me off with his approach. Pegasus and tez have never been so different. I would like to fly away without any adventures…
Now about the hotel - I read the reviews myself before buying, they helped me make a choice. I am writing a review from the hotel. I should immediately note that there are many Europeans and Turks. But they still get lost in 80% of their compatriots))
1. The Internet. decent, catches everywhere and on the beach. You can talk on Whatsapp at work. The videos are sent out quickly too. When a child needs to be occupied for an hour, YouTube does its job. Five points
2. Food. at a very good level. A decent Turkish man is watching the restaurant. I mean, he's conducting right there at the dinner. This lady has a glass of wine. This one needs water. But it's still easier to go to the restaurant bar yourself and take your own) in Alinda, for example, this was not welcome and the waiters carried everything themselves right on the table.
3. Alcohol. Well, what can I say... the beer is light. The usual hotel hilt. But it should be like that in the heat. The main thing is that it's delicious. White and red wine from bottles, but not 0.75 liters, but some kind of liters. As expected, my head was splitting in the morning after the red one. Whiskey and coke are very tasty. But to break through the armor, you need to drink 4 pieces in order to get at least some effect. And it looks like you're a mega drunk) running to the bar every 10 minutes. I haven't tried cocktails - not all bartenders on Long Island understand what it is. Strange.
4. The number itself. 3425 number. 3rd building 4th floor. We have a double bed and a single bed next to it. The mattresses are not dead. Tough ones. How I love it. The bedding is not worn. They change it every other day. I put a dollar in - they began to change every day) there are a lot of places in the room, a bathroom and a shower with new tiles, the water is as clean as blue. The pressure is good. But! The audibility of the caps. It feels like a 5-story house made of shit and sticks. When the doors are slammed on the second floor and you are on the 4th floor, everything really moves and shakes. In the next room, when a person is sitting on a potty, you can hear him grunting. The neighbors apparently do not engage in sexual intercourse, because with such sound insulation you would clearly be a participant in this process. It is not surprising that the houses collapsed during the earthquake. This is probably the most important and biggest disadvantage of this hotel. The neighbor's apartment block opens onto your balcony. And your block goes to the next one. The weather is good now and there is no need for a shower. This is very encouraging. You rest in silence without these fans.
5. The beach. Sand. This is a big plus. The sun beds are very tight and of course there are few of them. Going into the water is pleasant. No stones. The beach bar is large. Something is cooked from 12 to 16. So you can not even get off the beach. Walking 500 meters... is not critical. Or you have the first line. Or walk. Anyway, the maximum amount of preparation is going to the beach so as not to run to the room. Along the way there are two shops with full equipment for both children and adults. For a reasonable price. In side, the same thing is more expensive and there is no such attitude - you walk by a hundred times and he is already like a native.
6. Pedestrian street by the beach. I would like to mention this wide and beautiful road separately. It is very long. When I had the opportunity, I walked along it. It's a very sensitive thing.
7. Swimming pool. The weather was 23-25. Honestly, we haven't swum yet. I climbed up there like that once. There is no swimming pool inside the hotel. There is a hammam. But it's dangerous to go there because local touts very clearly hint that they need money. There are only three pools. The slides work for two hours twice a day. And there's no way I can get to them with a child. Because the time is bad - from 10 to 12 you try to be on the beach. From 16 to 18 you are on the beach again.
8. Animation. She's great. There's always some kind of movement. Contests in the afternoon. In the evening, a children's disco. Then a long performance until 22.30. Here, of course, the guys are great. They really take it out.
It was only in the middle of the rest that I realized where this gingerbread house was and how it worked. In fact, this is a kindergarten that frees you from 10.00 to 12.30. The theme is normal, it is very good for you and the child to communicate with their peers.
Results:
A good five. For a reasonable fee today.
Pros: Internet, Food, Beach, Room, Animation, There is a place to go along the beach alley.
Cons: Anex (well, it's a one-time thing. Flight and guide) and audibility in the room and the rumble from the closing entrance doors throughout the building (but this is constant and there is no getting away from it)

I was vacationing at ARMAS BELLA SUN from 07/15/2023 to 07/23/2023. I'll start with the cons. Upon check-in, they give a piece of paper in which it is written in Russian: room cleaning every day, bed linen change every three days. During the entire stay, we had room cleaning on the second day of check-in. Starting from the 3rd day of our stay, the cleaner ignored us. We went to the reception, asked to resolve the issue. They sent us a "messenger" who brought toilet paper and water, sometimes this messenger threw the garbage out of the bucket. If we did not come to the reception, then the "messenger" was not sent to us. In total, for 8 days of our stay, our room was cleaned once. The towel has never been changed at all! Bed linen is even more so, but it doesn't matter to me here. The employee Numan was most outraged at the reception, unfortunately it is not clear who he is by position. We came to the reception once again with the question: "Why does your hotel disrespect its guests so much?" It was July 22, 2023 at 20.00 (on our 7th day ) - I REALLY HOPE THAT THE MANAGEMENT WILL LOOK AT THE CAMERAS. The receptionist tried to convince me that cleaning the rooms every other day, I say, like every other day, when your piece of paper says cleaning daily. Numan jumps out of the back room to our conversation and starts YELLING at me (straight YELLING), I realize that I'm talking loudly, and he's probably worried that other hotel guests will hear my indignation and come up with the same question that we have. After all, everyone we talked to - absolutely everyone was unhappy with the cleaning in the rooms. Who is he that allows himself to yell at the customer who brought the money? Always and everywhere - everyone is trying to settle the conflict, and this employee (or rather an animal, I can't call him anything else) just yelled at me and that was it, and he didn't care what problems we came up with. I really hope that the Russian proverb: "fish rots from the head" will not justify itself and the hotel management will dismiss this animal!!!.
I'll continue with the cons. Upon arrival, they promise a compliment in the form of fruits and daily replenishment of the mini bar (replenishment with water, carbonated water and sweet drinks) - the bar was replenished only once with ordinary water, and three times with ordinary water, but only after we went to the reception and said, where?
Next, there is a very small beach — the sun beds are close to each other, there are even fewer umbrellas. There are not enough sun beds for everyone, they must be occupied from 7 a.m., if you come later, then you can only sunbathe standing up. Moreover, you can't go far away, because the beach of the Larisa hotel is nearby — and this is a hotel for Ukrainian refugees.
The entrance to the sea is TERRIBLE. Stones mixed with sand and stone slabs on the bottom. It takes about three minutes to walk to the sea, it doesn't bother.
I will also say that there are not enough sun beds by the pool either, if they are not occupied early.
The cook who bakes tortillas by the pool during the day is a separate song. During the 8 days of our vacation, she was in the mood for only one day, and all the other days, she ignored any questions, she forced tourists to cut and coat these tortillas with oil. Every time you approach her, she says come back later because she's busy. She cracks ice cream, then talks on the phone, well, she's not up to work. He just shows on his fingers that you will come in 10 minutes. And you're standing there waiting.
Disco is one name, and there is music and a place for dancing, but there is no one there. Probably because the animators take everyone who wants to dance to the city discos for $ 15. It's a shame!
Bars in general (all bars) — discrimination for Russians here. (although the hotel is 80% full of Russians). Poles are served drinks in glassware. Russians in plastic. They refuse to comment on why this is so. Or they say plastic is on the streets. You say OK, but why are they in the glass? There are no further comments. And only in the bar, where the reception could ask for a drink in the glass. It is to beg, if not to ask, and they will pour it into plastic.
This is where the cons end and the pleasant advantages begin.
The food is delicious and varied. No one will stay hungry. It's full of fruits, as well as a huge variety of sweets. The plates are clean, I haven't seen any broken ones, and this is a huge plus. The cleaning in the restaurant is very fast, as soon as the table was cleared, it was cleaned in a minute, new appliances were installed and bon appetit. There are a lot of tables, there is always a place. The only thing is, there are not enough fans or outdoor air conditioners, it is very hot (we had + 44 in the afternoon, +33 for dinner).
The pool bar (near the main building) — the guys are working just fine, with all those who pour drinks and those who clean the table. Personally, it's not enough for me that no one will ask and bring you drinks. I'm used to it being always worn in other hotels. Plus, there is a bar by the sea, where there are tables and you can sit down and drink a cocktail or beer.
It's worth giving a plus to the animation team. The guys are working actively, trying their best. But the downside is that you first need to get to know the animator yourself, until you get to know him — you don't seem to notice. Usually, the animators always go themselves and actively convene tourists, communicate with everyone. Otherwise, you need to volunteer yourself, you need to approach the animator yourself and talk to find out about the activities of the day. I think it is necessary to work out the issue of introducing the guest to the animator a little bit and it will be possible to give them a bold, bold plus.
BOTTOM LINE: I will never return to this hotel and I will never recommend it. On vacation, you want to take a break from cleaning, and not clean the room yourself. I don't want to go and beg for toilet paper while meeting INADEQUATE, HYSTERICAL employees at the reception. I want more space at sea, I want to lie on sun beds, and not stand like in Anapa, but I think this is not a solvable task at all, due to the fact that the hotel line is not the first.

Of course, it doesn't even have a closet!!! It didn't stop there today, I decided to go to the beach with the children, by the way, it's very small. We go early, around 8 o'clock. But already at this time everything is packed, the sun beds are right next to each other. And very close by there is a large beach, completely free, only a small rope separates them and our beaches. And without thinking twice, we decided to spread out there. After about an hour and a half, two Ukrainian women came up to us, said that this was their territory, that we were dropping bombs on them, etc. We had to return to the hotel and look for a manager. She went to the beach with us, saying that the hotel was full. I offered a sunbed outside the beach, how to watch the children from there is unclear. As a result, only with the help of several managers, we managed to defend two sun beds (there are four of us in total). There is not even a cafe near the room where you can drink coffee, it is three kilometers to the nearest cafe. The beach of the hotel has dirty and muddy water, if you go a little further along the coast, the ox is completely transparent, fish swim, but these are the beaches of other hotels. Near our beach there is a strong smell of sewage. This hotel is located on the coast of Side. I am already extremely upset with my vacation!!!

You need to get up early to get a place under the umbrella. The entrance to the sea is beautiful (we walked along the coastline of expensive hotels, found a lot of stones at the entrance to the sea). The animation is wonderful, interesting and fun. The location is not bad, along the promenade; The room is cleaned like everywhere else, I think, for 3 c +. Towels are changed as needed. Indeed, there is a hotel next door with refugees from Ukraine, but I have not seen any conflict situations. The police are always on duty near their hotel. I cannot objectively evaluate the work of the reception - I interacted with them during check-in and check-out. In general, I liked the rest. But if you are used to relaxing in the top 5 parks, you are clearly not here!!!! Of the tourists of this hotel, I think Russians predominate, followed by Germans and Turks.

It's easy to get injured anyway. You can order drinks and fast food at the bar, but the ice cream, which is like there, I haven't seen fruit in 2 weeks either. Well, there's nothing special about the pool. Food. There is also a separate topic here. Almost everything is cold and undercooked or overcooked. Breakfasts: boring and just rolls. If you want to taste better, pay. Lunch: mutton and beef, but rubber. There's also a chicken every day! Desserts are only beautiful in appearance. There's no dinner either.
