We flew with my wife, on a direct flight from Omsk, we liked the hotel, of course it was far from 5 stars, it became 5 stars relatively recently, but in general we liked everything, the food was delicious, alcohol worked until 3 am, the sea is not far away, the beach is good, the staff is normal. We had a rest from the end of September to October 8, 2023. The kitchen is good, the food is very tasty, a huge selection of sweets, not everyone had time to try it in 11 days. The staff in the kitchen are young girls and boys. The restaurant is divided into 4 halls, 3 on one floor, 1 floor above. The reception staff is polite, almost everyone understands Russian. We stayed very happy with the rest. They are cleaned every day. The furniture is not old, maybe not very expensive. Everyone is very friendly, the animation is on the level, especially for children.

We had a rest in July-August 2023. I rate it 5*, because everything I needed when choosing a hotel was justified.
I'll start in order:
It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from the airport to the hotel, including a stop in 20 minutes.
Upon arrival, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to lunch. After 14 hours, they settled into the building closest to the sea.
Room: clean, spacious enough, the air conditioning worked well, the balcony overlooked the quiet part of the hotel - the lounge bar. It was quiet in the evening. In-room slippers, free safe, internet, shampoo/gel dispensers 2 in 1. Towels were changed on request. There are 2 cards from the room, which is convenient.
Food: high-quality, tasty, quite varied, without frills. Standard breakfast: eggs of various types, cheeses, dry breakfast, yogurt, greens, fruits, pancakes, donuts, various jams, pastries Lunch: 2 types of soup, meat dishes, grilled, fish, vegetables, fruits, herbs, sweets, snacks. Dinner: the most varied, there was duck, lamb, fish, quail, beef, and various dishes, just like at lunch, only there is more choice.
Snack: burgers, fries, onion rings by the pool and on the beach. By the pool, gozleme, donuts, ice cream.
Bars: lobby, pool, restaurant, beach and lounge bar. And the latter is only soft drinks.
Beach: walk for 5 minutes along a shady street along other hotels. The beach is sandy, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. The entrance to the sea is good, but there are big stones, first you stumble over them, then you remember). The sea of Melkov is something, but for children it is the most important thing.
There is a promenade along which you can walk along the shore.
Animation: during the day there are some games, we did not participate, in the evening there is a program, a mini disco for children.
In general, the hotel is pleasant, I want to return to it. Everyone is friendly.

Vacationed with a friend in October. The hotel is good, the service is excellent, the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is polite, they speak Russian. At the request, the number was changed. The beach area is small, so there may not be enough sun beds. A wonderful hammam and massage. The bars are open from 10:00 to 23:00 (one bar until two in the morning). The best option in terms of price-quality ratio. The rooms are clean, and some things need to be repaired, but the guys are trying their best. The response to complaints, suggestions and wishes of the guests is very fast. The food is not very diverse, but anyone there can find food to taste.
Great options for cooking pies, pasta in front of your eyes! You can't pull children by the ears. Alcohol, all local, but high-quality. They open and pour from small bottles in front of you.
It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. The beach is small, but we always found sun beds. The entrance to the sea is sand and a strip of small pebbles. Further attention, large stones may come across. Not much, but there is. Take care of your fingers!
A big plus of the hotel is that you go out and walk along the embankment to the old town. In the other direction, on the avenue and a bunch of shops around. I recommend Carrefour. An analogue of our Pairs, Pyaterochka. The prices are adequate for sweets and souvenirs. Payment is charged in lira, bucks and euros. Change is given ONLY in lira. Cashless payment doesn't work, and neither does the WORLD.

We were at the end of May 23rd. I liked the room itself, it was spacious enough, a balcony, a comfortable bed, a good mattress, the hotel, they try to keep order in the territory, the hotel itself leaves a good impression, there is not much to go to the sea, the sea is clean, the beach is sand, and there are stones in the sea, but they still need to swim to them. Separately, I would like to mention the animation guys, they work on 5+, now the cons.
The reception does not always work, they heard and promptly responded to requests, it very much depends on the shift. Borka in the room is a separate story, even tips did not help, they were cleaned twice in a week, all requests and comments were ignored. The menu, the hotel positions itself as a holiday hotel with children, in fact children are sitting on French fries and fast food from the bar, the only thing that saves, excellent medicines in Turkish pharmacies, adults will not stay hungry, sober too, but by the beginning of June the queues at the restaurant became tedious. There is a hammam and sauna, they are free during the day, plus two children's pools and two adults, this is also a plus. There aren't many people in the pool. It was clean for 7 days out of the entire vacation. It's a little cloudy at the last. There is activity in the pool every day. The food was a solid three. There are many Turkish "meat rolls", salads in different types (mainly tomatoes and cucumbers), pasta is prepared on request for dinner (I recommend trying it). The hotel is family-run. I recommend that couples without children choose another hotel. I expected more for this price (180,000 rubles. For 2 years)

We rested at the hotel from 07/20.23 to 07/27.23. Two adults and a child. I really enjoyed the rest! The room is clean, cleaned every day. There is a safe in the room. Wi-Fi worked everywhere, even on the beach. There are no complaints about nutrition, there is a wide variety of dishes. In addition, there were gastronomic surprises! The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea with small pebbles. We swam without aquashouses. However, sometimes there are slabs under water. But it didn't bother us. Later, we started going to the nearby beach -there are few people there. Because of this, the water is the purest! The pools are super! I really liked the aqua aerobics, the coach with humor!! The staff is friendly and always responded to our requests and questions! In the evenings it was fun, concerts were arranged, music was played. But at exactly 23.00 it became quiet and peaceful! We had a rest with the whole family from October 14 to 23, 2022.
The hotel has been renovated, furniture, plumbing, everything is new, very clean, as I like)) . The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, bed 1 time. But we were unlucky with the weather, the first 3 days it rained, so the water was cold in the pool, very few people swam there. But there is a sauna and a hammam! I really liked it!! Food! There seems to be a lot of it, but the chef is not friends with salt ((, there was fresh meat and fresh fish all the time. There are a lot of fruits. A variety of ice cream , and very tasty . And special thanks for the baking. I have always been indifferent to Turkish sweets, but these cakes were wonderful!!! But we were located further away, where there is more sand for children, and the sunbeds were dragged to the sea itself and it was super))) . I really liked the location of the hotel, the promenade is simply gorgeous, comfortable and endless, with a stroller the promenade is excellent. There are shops and a bus stop nearby, the old Side is located a few stops away , we drove ourselves on a regular minibus . The Greek ruins are amazing!!! Of course there were better hotels nearby, but for the money, the hotel is great!!
Everyone who wrote that the Larisa hotel with refugees from Ukraine is nearby was not deceived. The road to the beach goes past him. But we have never had any complaints, signs of bad attention or anything else from the guests of this hotel, or from guests from other countries, both our hotel and others!
Our children were touched, people helped, they were polite.
By the way, the first time (with us) There was a photographer at the hotel. He tried to persuade us to do a photo shoot for 3 days ( $ 3 each photo), and we did not regret it! Out of 195 photos))), I left 18)))!! There could have been more))), but the best ones. And they are cool!!

What really struck me was the Terrible attitude towards the service staff. I went for a massage in the Hammam to the wonderful masseuse Shakira. I am very grateful to her. I would like to note the professionalism. When she did the massage, she explained what, how and for what she was doing. I got into conversation with her and we started chatting. When we decided to say goodbye on the territory of the bar, she and a work colleague with whom we just sat quietly and talked were called screaming to the reception, where they were given a huge fine and fired with shame and obscenity! It was terrible. The staff is treated like slaves, like cattle. I tried to explain that we were just saying goodbye, but they didn't pay any attention to me. On the surface, everything is friendly and clean, but at the end of the rest, the whole impression was spoiled. They immediately explained that sunburn and sunstroke are not included in the medical insurance. People in white coats with a first aid kit and answered that they were not doctors... And it was those who helped that made a living hell in front of my eyes. I will never fly to this hotel again.
