Everything is fine, but the housekeeping service has pumped up a little. The trash can was not cleaned, once they forgot to put towels, once they brought a dirty towel.
Otherwise, the location is excellent, the view from the window, the kitchen and the staff are very friendly.
Decent service, good cuisine in the restaurant, both downstairs and on the 27th floor

We moved from the Hilton garden Inn due to the poor operation of the air conditioner with a colleague, when booking we clarified by phone that there was a large bed in the room, since this is critical for a colleague with his complexion, we took two rooms respectively. The answer was given by phone that there were two beds in the room, but we will move them. When checking in at the reception, the girl replied that we did not move the beds, the phone was not ours, although it was placed on Yandex maps. When I called the number again, it was confirmed that it was a Marriott room, but the answer was that I didn't tell you that, that you can move the beds! Further it is better, the colleague's room is ready, mine is not, we walked for an hour and a half, returned, but the answer from the girl at the reception to your room is not ready.Waiting over a glass of beer at the bar and the subsequent question, can you somehow speed up the cleaning or why is the room not ready? The response of the girl from the reception killed the crowd: "I was joking, he's ready" When trying to register in the Bonvoy loyalty system, we did not receive help from the staff on the first day.We have entered the Bonvoy number, but we do not know why it does not come in.The girl there needs a password, where to get it and how to register? The response from the hotel employee at the reception: "Enter the password for Google mail".
They asked me to prepare certificates for registration, when checking the next day, my name is not written as in the passport, my colleague has a surname. The question is why ask for a passport when registering if you managed to enter the wrong name in both the certificate and the Bonvoy loyalty system? Realizing that it was difficult here, they asked about the corrected certificates in the evening, so that they would be taken to registration tomorrow morning. And guess what happened in the morning, right, they weren't ready!
The question is is it Marriott standards or poor staff management?
On the positive side, I can attribute the work of the staff at breakfast and the short girl at the reception who helped register in the Bonvoy application a couple of days later and worked according to the Marriott standard, as well as everywhere I stayed at the Marriott, Ritz Carlton before.
I like him. The hotel is a short drive from the International Airport and the main attractions of the capital – the Bayterek Monument, the Opera and Ballet Theater, Khan Shatyr shopping center, Vodno-Zeleny Boulevard.
There is a beauty salon on the second floor, where excellent craftsmen work.
In general, this hotel was built by a famous Russian entrepreneur, in honor of his grandfather, Saad Gutseriev. He was repressed during Stalin's time and exiled to Kazakhstan, where he and his family were accepted by the fraternal Kazakh people. In gratitude to Kazakhstan and in memory of the family history, the entrepreneur built a modern hotel in the capital of the country, which became one of the pearls of Gutseriev's SAFMAR CAPITAL Group hotel holding and the entire Marriott international network. There is a memorial in honor of Saad Yutievich in the lobby, and the hotel itself and the business center operating as part of its complex also bear the name of Mikhail Gutseriev's grandfather.
So what should I write here? If, as they say, he lived here, then life was a success. I was passing by, well done too. The staff is very well served. Cleanliness and order, no shame.
In general, everything is not bad, but there are questions about the service, namely, why is there 1 dental kit, 1 bathrobe and 1 slippers in a 2-bed room? And they brought the second set only after we called the RoomService! The view from the window is gorgeous, but it is not visible because of the dirty windows!
One of the safest and most comfortable hotels in the city on the left bank

Upon check-in, they started to make me out, men came up and the administrator just started to deal with them without apologies or comments. The attitude is just careless. There was garbage in the hallway for all 4 days - they don't clean at all. There is no vegetable milk for breakfast! Something was missing in the minibar and instead of accepting the room immediately after 3 days they began to demand payment. Russian maps don't work anywhere.
The hotel is great.
It is pleasant and gratifying that during the pandemic, the hotel management is doing everything possible to stay at the same level.
In my line of duty, I often have to stay in hotels around the world, and I noticed that everyone's service is very lame now, and when you start complaining, the management of most hotels simply does not care about you and complaints remain unheard.
I was very pleased that the staff here is very responsive and responsive to any requests. The rooms are clean, the waiters are friendly, everyone follows the mask regime.
In general, the attitude towards the guests is at the highest level, despite the noticeable workload of the staff.
Surprisingly, during the pandemic, it was even better than it was, for example, a year ago.
The hotel needs renovation. Plumbing and shower cabin are not washed, worn carpet. There was no toilet brush in the room. Disposable sets, bathrobes. slippers were available. The view from the hotel to the shopping center is impressive. The breakfasts are good and varied, we tried national dishes. Friendly staff at the reception.
The bed linen is very high quality, a few pillows are not comfortable, there is not at least one hard pillow out of four. They are cleaned every day. There is enough water. By order, food is also brought to the room in the morning for auyz bekita.
A good hotel. It was built by the Russian businessman Gutseriev. He was born in Tselinograd, now Nur Sultan. The hotel is a real 5 star hotel. The staff speaks Kazakh, English and Russian. Good cuisine and service. SPA area with a swimming pool. The convenient location makes the hotel convenient for business travelers to the capital of Kazakhstan.
A great hotel with a good location. The range of meals at breakfast deserves special approval. I really liked the yoghurts they make there. The restaurant upstairs has panoramic windows, which offer a good view of the city. But if you're lucky, the room will have the same view.
