Super location – everything is just around the corner.
Super comfort – the hotel has everything from the most comfortable and perfectly furnished rooms, a delicious breakfast to a beautiful view from the window – you catch the vibe of the dynamic capital. At breakfast, by the way, there is a great corner of the Cossack center with local delicacies and a description of them and the traditions of these dishes.
I would like to mention separately that on the 15th floor there is a living room for convenient negotiations with a view of Khan Shatyr. A light dinner is served there at 17:30. Access via the Bonvoy card of Platinum level and above.
PS. The hotel was built by the grandchildren of the Gutserievs and there is a portrait of my grandfather and a memorial plaque to him at the bottom – this is really cool, a place with meaning
This is a great hotel. Very comfortable, high-quality furniture, a good restaurant with a variety of dishes. There is a swimming pool, sauna and hammam.

It is considered a top hotel. But the hotel cleaning is disgusting. A dried-up baursak lay under the ottoman. I decide the issue only when you make the situation public.
The staff is polite and very attentive! An additional bed was provided in the room for my son. The room has everything you need, bathroom accessories, hairdryer and most importantly, there is an iron with ironing board! The breakfasts are excellent, buffet style! Everything is very tasty.

If you really value cleanliness, comfort and service in hotels, stay away from this place. The four stars here are only on paper. In fact, this is a maximum of two and a half. Previously, when the hotel was owned by the Marriott chain, perhaps everything was different.
Positive:
1. Excellent location — right in the center of Astana, all the sights are within walking distance.
2. The staff at the reception are friendly and always try to help. This is encouraging.
Minuses:
1. The rooms are dirty and dusty, the furniture is worn out. The mattresses are uncomfortable, and the towels are so old that they look like rags.
2. The TV is antediluvian, without a Smart TV and access to YouTube, it is definitely more than 10 years old.
3. In the room, the temperature reaches +28 degrees with the batteries turned off, you have to open the windows to cool the room a little. The central air conditioner dries the air, which causes discomfort and seems to spread bacteria.
4. The breakfast is mediocre, there are hotels in Kazakhstan with a much more interesting choice.
5. The hotel has a constant heat, which is difficult to hide from. Carpet in the corridors only aggravates the situation.
Visited the hotel on May 21, 2024. When checking in, the sheets on the bed were wrinkled, as if they had not been changed, and the countertop in the bathroom was covered in stains and stains. It's not 5 stars at all for the guests to deal with the shortcomings.

Taking into account the fact that the reservation was made in advance and printouts were provided, we checked in for 2 hours, while we arrived at the hotel at 19:30.
If you are settled above the 15th floor, then this is the best location in the capital to stay. And a warm underground parking is a nice bonus. SPA is a must-visit.

The hotel and the concept are wonderful.
The room is great, but the plumbing at the shower was faulty, the bathroom drain was clogged. The master promptly came and fixed it.
Also, an armchair was broken in the room, another one was brought, replaced.
The view from the window is gorgeous, the breakfast is normal, the spa is good, the sauna is warm.

The room is dusty. The window is legally duct-taped and lined with foam rubber that sticks out of the window. It takes 5 hours to wait for a bottle of water in the room. The pool and sauna were closed during check-in

The building is very modern, the interior is made in a premium luxury format. The rooms are clean, but the interior wants to be better. In my opinion, it is a little outdated compared to the lobby and reception.

The hotel is super! The view from the room was amazing on the 17th floor. We had only one night, we couldn't appreciate the breakfasts, early check-out.

Good day everyone! The hotel is perfect, clean, cozy, comfortable. Breakfast is like in Turkey on vacation))), any dishes, meat, vegan, greens are a large selection, the sweet table is very rich! But there is one THING, bank cards of residents of the Russian Federation do not work, and the exchanger in the hotel is open until 18-00. The nearest exchanger is in BU Syraarka (1.5 km), but it works until 22-00.
I recommend the hotel!
I will only stay there in Astana!

The food is not bad. Good room service. The rooms are clean and tidy. It is clear that the hotel is far from new, there are questions about technology. I've been living here for more than a month in different rooms.
I really liked the hotel with the hospitality of the staff, so I gave it four stars. Comfortable beds and mattresses, good linen. One of the disadvantages is that in order to ventilate the room (and the ventilation does not work well), you had to climb on a high window sill and open the transom. You won't open the windows just like that-you saved on the frames and apparently thought that a stuffy room was normal. Three-course breakfasts. It's unexpected for a hotel of this level.
In general, the hotel is pleasant and I liked it..

Отель приличный, но не более. Тянет ли на звезды сложно сказать. Точно игнорируют пожелания при бронировании. Пишешь ДАЛЕКО от лифтов - дают номер прям у лифта. Тихо не скажу, негромко - да. От двери в коридоре слышно вообще ВСЕ. Соседние номера не слышно. Какой-то номер ремонтировали в обед и было слышно приглушенно. Занавески до конца не закрываются, никак, ширины не хватает. Свет с 6-7 утра будет будить если вам это важно.
Убирают нормально , полотенца по списку забывают, бумагу тоже, фен пришлось просить. Не смертельно, но неприятно помнить, звонить, планировать что придут. Мелочи, но их легко можно изменить сервисом, видимо, поправка на Азию..
У кондея просто отвалилась ручка 😁 я не трогала до, работает и ладно, решила повернуть потеплее и она отпала на пол и от нее небольшой кусочек. К счастью, днем инженеры на месте. Оперативно починили.
Душ работал, но вода горячая вечером, утром еле теплая (видимо нагреватель не усеевает), ванна не огромная, но и не маленькая, кто-то писал
Завтрак нормально, но не вау. Если просить альтернативное молоко - принесут. На скажу аллергику много что есть из еды. Но у меня не было особых ожиданий)
Рядом тц с супермаркетом на случай если вам как мне не все подходит из еды и тц с магазинами если запрос шоппинг.
Расположение удобное, на такси от 10 до 15 мин почти везде.
Ресторан наверху не проверяла, хватило негативных отзывов.
