We refuse to put him to sleep, he spends a couple more days with them, without appropriate treatment, since on 4-5 days I urgently pick up the cat and transfer it to another clinic. We only asked for an X-ray, and the administrator clarified this issue with the doctor who was taking it at the time. Yes, I was warned that the tariff would be increased after 21 hours. We arrived at about 20 o'clock, we were recorded. We expected to arrive after 9 p.m., but we were sure that the agreement would be extended during the evening shift.
As a result, we paid an increased X-ray rate (as expected, about 50p), but we were charged about 90p for the reception.
Yes, I expect Pisarchuk to write that the night shift is not "psychics" and they cannot see about the arrangements of the previous shift, but guys, you it seems to be a "serious" organization, and you should be aware of such arrangements between shifts!
And it is not the responsibility of pet owners to remember and warn you about this)

On July 3, our dog got hit by a lawn mower. The skin on his neck was cut. We called the 9 Lives clinic and explained the situation. It was about 18 o'clock. We were immediately warned that the tariff would be doubled from 21:00. I said we'd bring the dog back before seven. As we drove, we kept looking at the clock and whether our dog was breathing. We were in a hurry to save him. We arrived even before seven. I was shaking all over. I was offered valerian. But... They just put the dog down to die, they didn't do anything to save him, they just waited for five hours to bill us at double the rate. The dog was bleeding profusely. They didn't do anything!!! Then they said that there was no point in saving!!! That even if he survived, he would be insane. Bottom line: they tortured the dog for up to 23 hours, allegedly resuscitated him several times and reported that he had died. They issued an invoice and here it is: the dog was lost, the money was paid, A GOOD CLINIC!!! Complete indifference to animals!!!

The cat was injured and urgently needed an X-ray, ultrasound and a doctor's examination. They took it in the morning quickly enough, but the doctors' attitude to work is not caring.
There was no inspection. During the ultrasound, two specialists discussed completely different patients and people with us, and we had to extract all the information from them ourselves. This concerns Roman Tchertopalov and Kirill Romanyugin.
After the X-ray and examination by the doctor Romanyugin, it was announced that "there is a small focus of pneumothorax in the picture", it was said several times that the hospital is the best. After further dialogue, we agreed that we would come in the evening for a repeat scan to see the dynamics, according to the doctor, "come by 19-20 o'clock, I work until 21." According to the treatment, it was advised to give painkillers and sedatives. Against the background of stress, I did not notice that in the end he did not prescribe a sedative, and did not indicate it in the conclusion.
We arrived at the picture again in the evening, as it was said by 19-20 o'clock, listened to the dissatisfied woman of the administrator (Ekaterina
Kosarevskaya), who just squinted and said "the wait will be very long." We waited for 2 hours and as a result did not get to the doctor Romanyugin, because his working day was already over. Tchertopalov took us in, took an X-ray, looked at the picture a couple of times and announced that "pneumotorex is here." Again, a million phrases about the fact that a hospital is better here, I did not hear adequate answers to some of my questions. I ask a question, in response, "girl, what do you want? the cat fell from the 4th floor."
As a result of the evening appeal, they did not give any conclusion to the hands, the administrator's reaction to this was "well, okay."
It was not offered to take the X-rays, I had to ask for them myself, the ultrasound findings were also not given.
The next day, we went to another clinic, where the cat was fully examined, the doctor calmly answered all questions, studied the pictures for up to an hour and a half. Treatment was prescribed, and all the conclusions were given. As a result: there is no pneumothorax there.
I do not recommend this clinic.
