I wanted to express my gratitude to the administrator of Zlata. The girl is very kind, polite, sincere, responsive, attentive and sensitive. There is an insane love for animals. When visiting this clinic with my pet, she calmed me down a lot. I had to go to the exchange point, I was with my pet at that time. A very, very wonderful person and employee.
It is very pleasant when you come to any place, and even more so in such a place (pet disease is very morally difficult and painful) and such good employees meet you there! I would also like to note that the clinic is very clean and tidy. The doctors themselves are also kind and attentive.
Thank you very much!!!🌸🌸🌸
I applied to the Nine Lives clinic to vaccinate a cat. I had good impressions about the clinic: the staff is kind and helpful, the clinic is cozy.
Administrator Alina Rusina spoke in detail about the vaccination itself. At the reception, senior therapist Mikhail Kulakovich carefully examined Casey's cat and gave recommendations on pet care. The vaccination itself was painless. The kitty sat quietly. The second stage of vaccination is ahead, we are looking forward to it ♥️
A dog was recently operated on at this clinic. The recording was done quickly, without waiting in line, at a convenient time for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the clinic, the arrangement of offices and waiting areas.
I would like to express special thanks to our doctor and surgeon Dmitry Badulin. Initially, the choice was made in favor of the clinic only because of the good reviews about Dmitry's work, and we never regretted: the work was done wonderfully, the seam looks clean on day 3 and heals very quickly. The dog is already active and leads a normal lifestyle. Dmitry answers all questions clearly, clearly and in detail. It is immediately clear that a person knows and loves his job, and treats animals with special tenderness and attention.
Thank you again, we will continue to contact this clinic and, directly, Dmitry Badulin.
An unambiguous recommendation!
I thank all the clinic staff who were contacted after seeking help.
We express special thanks to the doctors: Anastasia Alexandrovna Semenova, Anastasia Andreevna Selyuk, Olga Alexandrovna (hospital doctor, unfortunately I do not remember the last name), Ivan Vilkitsky, Andrey Gevtsevich! Thank you very much for your professionalism, prosperity and development clinic, attention, sensitivity, patience
I thank the assistants Victoria, Maria, Andrey Shishkin🙏
Thanks to all the girls-administrators for clear answers to all questions, for keeping in touch with the hospital doctors, and we knew that everything was fine with our dog. 🫶
It was here that the diagnosis was correctly established, all studies were carried out and timely and adequate treatment was prescribed! No one has ever shown impatience, irritation, or discontent. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly (this is important for nervous owners).
Now our Monya is recovering and recovering!❤️
I probably didn't mention all of them, I just couldn't remember them out of excitement. But sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone who helped us!!!
I wish the clinic prosperity and development!
Doctors get the desired salary, satisfaction from their labors, and happy and healthy pets-patients and their owners!
From the bottom of our hearts, our family is 6 people and a dog-beast named Lola! - expresses gratitude for the responsiveness and competence, caring and professionalism of the entire team of the veterinary clinic "9 lives". We are especially grateful to the doctor Sivak Vladislav Dmitrievich (primary appointment), the ultrasound doctor Roman Tchertopalov and our hero Lazovsky Viktor Rostislavovich. Many thanks to everyone for your hard work!!! May everything be fine in your life!
I'm treating my cat here, as it's close to home. A new room, everything is spacious and modern. The staff is normal. Doctors are different. Someone is attentive and wants to figure out the problem, someone is working according to the protocol. They had an operation to remove the paranal glands. Everything is OK. The prices are awesome.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Andrey Valeryevich Getsevich and Roman Gennadyevich Chertopalov for your care and professionalism in the treatment of my pies. It was a long and difficult job, but thanks to your attention and caring, my sweet pies are healthy and happy again. You are true professionals in your field, and I really appreciate your hard work and kindness.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you many times for everything you have done.
Hepik and Elvi.
Hello! My name is Qamar, which means Moonlight in Arabic. But Marina's mom just calls me Kamarik. And I'm an Ocicet cat. I am 7 years old and until recently I was ill only once. Mom brought me to the Nine Lives Clinic because it employs the best seal doctors. And also because it is led by the best director and Aibolit Alexey Klintsevich. Mom respects him very much. He's a good doctor and loves all the Ponytails in the world.
In December, I suddenly became very ill. Or rather, at first Eva is an Abyssinian princess, my older sister and girlfriend. However, she sneezed a little and Fse! And I had a fever and a stuffy nose. So Mom took us to the Nine Lives clinic. Eva is with us, as a support. At the clinic, we were met by a kind Dr. Aibolit named Roman Tchertopalov. He said that I was a very beautiful cat, and Eva was a charming girl. I liked the doctor right away, although it was a little scary. We went to the clinic every day. They treated me, looked at what was inside my tummy – it was ticklish, they fed me, I didn't want to - my nose wasn't breathing at all. And they washed it for me. Fuuu, I didn't like it, but then the nose started to breathe. And I wasn't too offended by Dr. Roman. And also, when Dr. Roman had a weekend off, Dr. Denis Brylev treated me.
And now I'm practically healthy, and my mother Marina Gordeichik and I would like to wholeheartedly thank the entire medical staff of the Nine Lives clinic for their kindness and love for Ponytails. For professionalism and reliability. Especially Dr. Aibolit Roman Tchertopalov, who was always in touch with us, at any time of the day, on his working days and weekends.
It's so painful when our pets get sick, and it's so difficult for Aibolites to treat. Because you can't ask Ponytail what's hurting him. That's why I, Marina Gordeichik, the mother of two adorable cats, RECOMMEND contacting the Nine Lives clinic to save the lives of our beloved pets. Professional specialists of all medical fields work here.
With respect,
Eva, Kamarik and Marina Gordeichik (19.01.2025)
Many thanks to Ivan Andreevich Vilkitsky and his assistant for examining my dog. I have a Shiba Inu, and many people know that they are hysterical. I had to fluoresce her eye and what do you think... two young and handsome guys twisted and looked at her eye, it was not easy, but they did it. The guys don't specialize in this at all, but they did it. Thank them very much, we made sure that there was no injury and calmly (the hostess is for sure) went home. I apologize only for the fact that we waited for the night and arrived (it was possible earlier, but I didn't dare, because the best ophthalmologist didn't work out and I thought everything... but the really best guys did. Ivan, you definitely have an ophthalmologist somewhere, maybe even the best of the best))))))
If our cat Simka could talk, she would say, "THANK you very much, Doctor."
I would like to express my deep gratitude to doctor VLADISLAV SIVAK for his professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and kind attitude!!! Vladislav has already become our family doctor!!! This is our second pet being observed and treated by Vladislav. We went to the doctor with various problems, including in a very difficult situation, and always received the right help and treatment! And our four-legged pets do not resist and always behave calmly at the reception!
Thank you to the 9 Lives clinic for the professionalism of your team!! 💯
Good staff, helpful. And a convenient schedule, you can adjust the work, it's pretty clean and clean inside, there are practically no queues, so it's pretty cool.
I applied to this clinic because there was not much choice, it was round the clock, this is a plus, the cat Luntik, could not go to the toilet in a small way, like everything was done, urine was taken away and all that, BUT! Guys, I do not know how, but you did not say probably the most basic thing that you should not give to a cat licking the whole thing, in the end he licked it so that everything was very swollen, the cat was in great pain....These guys are on your conscience, I'm not a doctor, and you forgot to say a banal thing!!!
Well, I also want to note the prices, I've never come across veterinary medicine so much, but my eyes were big, they seemed to do ordinary things from the prices, nothing straight serious....Okay, their clinic, their pricing policy...but even I don't really want to go there anymore, by the way, the day in their animal station is around +-900r, which they impose on everyone, it's a pity that prices for veterinary services in our country are not regulated....
p.s. Guys, I'm not going to fight with you here, a pre-trial claim, then a court, I have all the conclusions of your "best" doctors on hand, then you will say in court what a "top" clinic you are, all the funds that the court decides to collect in my favor, I will send to help animals, with my everything is fine with the cat, don't worry, thanks for that, I have already told other doctors who don't say that they are the best in the Republic. And for people who want to go to this "best" clinic, please read their book of comments and suggestions, there is just darkness
We will also ask the tax authorities to check your organization for issuing checks and maintaining all accounting books, so, just in case, you didn't give me a check for 1 (night) appointment...repeat the violation....how is it?
Don't forget to reply to my complaint in the comment book, you have 14 days
Tell your clients here in the comments how you did not give the cat to the guy who wanted to take him to another clinic until he paid you the money, he was ready to leave his passport, especially since you had his data, and the cat was in critical condition, but your "top" clinic of course chose money, while I was there, the cat had cardiac arrest and your "top" doctor said that probably you don't need to fight for his life and you need to let go, I don't know if you saved that cat in the end or not, but the commercialism of your clinic just killed me....
p.s. Well, for the sake of your comment, tell me, are you 10 years old? You discuss what I do, point to some comments from other clinics, come and I'll show you what else I do, write here in the comments, read the law on personal data protection 99-3 at your leisure, otherwise I see you are not competent in these matters at all, but in your comment you noticed that I I didn't want to tell you the apartment number, maybe you should go to the circus to work part-time? I pointed out to you a specific mistake that entailed a number of negative consequences, due to your negligence, and we are not talking about a night reception, but about a day one, and here with whom and how I came, where and what I do, what grade I put, yes, if there was zero, I would I set zero, I made screenshots of your "professional" response from the "top" clinic, I attach it so that people would see what you write in reviews to your clients
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff of this clinic for saving the pet's life twice (Timofey the cat, Scottish fold). The first time I asked about the sluggish behavior, as well as the lack of appetite in the cat.During the first appointment, the doctor could not determine the true cause of the abnormal behavior of the cat.The second time, I accidentally got to Dr. Andrey Valeryevich Getsevich, who examined the pet VERY carefully, prescribed appropriate recommendations, and also, what struck me, accompanied and supervised the entire pet treatment process through phone calls (as it seemed to me not even during his working hours!)The cat quickly got better. But after a few months, there's another problem, another one-acute urinary retention.…It was my own fault, I delayed it, and a little more and my cat would no longer please me with his presence in the family.I was brought to the clinic and the doctor Denis Brylev immediately identified the cause and immediately performed an operation to install a urinary catheter. It took him less than a minute to make the diagnosis.Everything is clear and to the point. Many thanks to him for the prompt and timely solution of the problem! After that, I made an appointment with Andrey Valeryevich again. I had to wait in line for more than an hour, but it was nothing to get to a competent doctor who operated on a very difficult patient that day (they brought a dog..she was hit by a car). The above-mentioned doctor examined me with all his meticulousness, as always, and prescribed the appropriate treatment, and as a result, my cat is on the mend.Special thanks and many thanks to this doctor.I am sure that he has a huge future in the field of veterinary services!
The best clinic in Minsk is for us! We used to be serviced by others, vaccinated, and tested. But when my dog faced a really serious problem, no one could help, and they couldn't watch your pet die. They turned into Nine lives. And here you have a normal full examination and qualified help. After two days of inpatient treatment, my pet went on the mend, and now he is completely healthy! They were talking about euthanasia in another clinic! What a blessing that we turned here! The prices are not small, but now I understand why and I would give more for such an approach and professionalism. Many thanks to all the staff for saving our family member's life!I definitely recommend this clinic!
I'm writing a review with an already dead dog in my arms. Grandfather Sema lived a long and happy life, who cares - 14 years.
I have contacted you repeatedly in emergency cases, BUT they helped!
Next, let's go through the points:
1. Old equipment. Oxygen device (I do not know the name, who understood that understood) He's already yellowed with age. Are you serious?
I don't like counting other people's money, but as an uneducated fool, it seems to me that it's better to buy equipment rather than reviews.
2. The same device. They put me and my pet somewhere in the hallway, dragged this misunderstanding on wheels, and gave me a tube WITH A SYRINGE AT THE END! Don't you have the money for the equipment to make it human? And I sat for an HOUR holding this syringe MYSELF and paid the money for it. By the way, the rat was tossing and turning, and I had to constantly look for a position so that he could breathe oxygen. KARL HIMSELF! Thank you so much for your help, the oxygen tank costs up to 20p, and I paid 3 times more for the services.
3. The attitude of the staff. After the reception, you stay on free bread. No one will explain to you what and how to do with your pet. You pay, and then you're on your own.
And the icing on the cake!
Based on the last point, I think that, in principle, they don't care what's on you or your pet. Okay, you don't care about furry pets, but the customers... You don't care about them either.
A terrible thing happened today on 12/30/2024 in the morning.
Semochka, the best dog, became ill. Another attack. We ran to the clinic and you know what? She's NOT there!
There was no mailing list. I wasn't aware, but the situation is an emergency. You're used to the clinic being THERE! You run for help, and there... Nothing.
I'm sorry, do you sell buns? You're saving lives! They're not human, so what? By the way, there is more humanity in our smaller brothers than in us, and even more so in you (I have read the REAL reviews). There was simply no information about who you were or where you were. This is called NEGLIGENCE.
You moved in recently, which is 100%, because I contacted you about a year ago and I doubt you moved in the next day.
I'm already anticipating the clinic's sarcastic response (I've read too much, it's very unprofessional of you to respond LIKE THAT). Your job is to gain the trust of me or other clients and continue to drive your reputation into the mud, or try to get out of this situation with dignity and from others (many). By the way, the sarcastic answers and attempts to twist the situation didn't impress me, as I'm sure many other people did.
I'm not shifting the blame, but if I had known that you had moved, I would have taken a taxi right away, and my boy would still be alive.
These are all lyrics, draw your own conclusions.
I've got everything, there's nothing to add.
Rest in peace, best friend, family member and just a good boy Sema.
Addition:
I read the response to the review. The aggressive manner of the response does not suit such a serious company at all (especially since the review was radically changed on 01/13/2024).
Of course, there will be no "Little Bear" in medical records, since my last name is personal data that I have the right not to disclose, as well as to protect confidentiality.
They brought the dog to you only because the clinic was the closest, not because they were bad or good.
About the good words... I wrote not only because the dog died, but because I was not aware. He worked in sales, had repairs, the store was closed for this period. Before the reopening, we did a newsletter, advertising on the site, in all social networks. There was an advertisement on the social networks about a "facelift". So what? Even a YEAR later, people came and said, "Did you have any repairs?"
Yes, imagine, the world doesn't revolve around you with "tons of equipment and fifty doctors." No one visits your website all the time and doesn't keep watch over whether you've moved or not. You can always send an SMS notification, now it is not so difficult to do.
Back to the good words. There are different ways to help. You can provide a good service in a complex, or you can "put a tube in your teeth" and put it on a chair to sit with the animal, as a result, without providing any treatment, only a temporary relief of symptoms. Do you want me to pay extra for this and thank you? Adequate, no?
Yes, the building was moved nearby, but it was enough for the dog not to live, because this difference in distance means that you had to call a taxi, and not run on your own two feet, because it's faster.
And yet, unnecessary advice, stop being paranoid about "reviews from competitors", your answers are more like the machinations of competitors, showing a very ugly side of the company than reviews. But there are a lot of purchased reviews (although it's more likely that they wrote right in the reception area for a good discount). Again, he worked in the service sector. Very... No, a VERY small percentage of people remember the name of the person they talk to for an HOUR or more, even though the name is written on the badge. The reviews often contain full names and tons of words of gratitude, like carbon copies, with photogenic photos, like an oil painting, dear ones.
The vet clinic is wonderful, all doctors are highly qualified, always ready to help pets. Many thanks to the ultrasound doctor Kulakovich M.S. for the sensitive and attentive attitude to the cat Kuza.
I was and I condemn.
I went to a specific doctor, but in general I will not take my pets here. It is precisely because of the way the clinic administration reacts to complaints and criticism in the public sphere.
Perhaps the chief physician feels that this is how he protects his staff from inadequacies, but in the end, it is he, the official representative of the clinic, who looks inadequate.
I can only say that, as a rule, people who write that their pet was not saved are in a state of grief. They live their grief like this, one of the stages is anger. And the stages of grief are universal, that is, even the chief physician of the clinic will live grief exactly like this: look for the guilty and write that too much money was ripped off from him, yes, yes.
And being rude in response to people who are having a very hard time right now is just a bottomless pit. Just put yourself in their shoes if you can.
Perhaps they don't teach this to veterinarians at the academy, but a good manager, who considers himself the chief physician and inspirer of this clinic, could take an interest in psychology at his leisure. Arrange a professional development in the field of emotional intelligence, let's call it that.
P.I have read the response to your review. Firstly, there is no need to openly lie - your Misha DID NOT APOLOGIZE, if he had apologized, there would have been no questions for him. BUT HE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE. Secondly, they assured us on the phone that we could come and they would open it for us.
I understand that doctors may be busy. I don't understand why it was impossible to apologize and explain the reason for ignoring in a human way. I repeat once again - don't lie - your Misha didn't show us a drop of respect and empathy.
Thank you for saving Leva. It's a pity that you hurt us with your sadness.
It's a terrible clinic. Rude and incompetent staff. There is an absolute lack of empathy. They did not let us in at night, although the clinic is declared as round-the-clock and they assured us by phone that it was possible to come. We were standing in the cold at night with an animal in a box. We were just ignored. Our cat was hit by a car and we were looking for a place to take the animal to cremation. We called this clinic, they told us on the phone to come, we are waiting for you. We arrived, the staff stopped answering the phone and the intercom. Apparently, they just didn't want to accept the animal and ignored us for about half an hour, we called without interruption. We got through to the director, who called the clinic. It was only then that they opened up to us. When we asked why we were not opened, the doctor MIKHAIL KULAKOVICH said that he and his assistant were busy.)))) although they knew that people were coming to them with a dead animal. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY. Even if for some reason they couldn't accept us, they could have called and warned us, and not blindly ignored us. We were already under terrible stress. It's disgusting, people without a heart should have no place in the field of working with animals. Once again: IF FOR SOME REASON YOU SUDDENLY CANNOT ACCEPT US, LET US KNOW so that people understand what to do next. I do not wish anyone to face the sudden death of a beloved pet, and the most terrible thing in such a situation is CRUELTY, RUDENESS AND DISREGARD on the part of the doctor.
We went to the clinic with our dog. The friendly receptionist referred us to the Marshals' therapist Oksana Ivanovna. We would like to note the high professionalism of the doctor, attentiveness and an objective approach to the problem.: the dog has pancreatitis and the injections have caused an abscess on both paws. The doctor showed us how to treat the wounds, answered all our questions, and prescribed treatment. Thank you so much, the dog is on the mend.
A very pleasant clinic. Responsive and understanding doctors and girls at the reception. I was pleasantly pleased with the postoperative hospital, where the pet is under the supervision of veterinarians after surgery. I recommend this clinic
We went to an infectious diseases hospital with a cat, unfortunately the pet died after 1.5 days, there are no questions for the doctors, but there are questions for the administrator and the management. They gave out the animal's body wrapped in a cloth and in a garbage bag!! Dear friends, for 1.5 days without operating expenses, but just tests and ultrasound, about 1800 rubles were paid, 24 hours of just arrival costs 600 rubles, is everything really so bad for you that you can't provide even to put the body in a plastic box??? The cost of which is 10 rubles? I'm not saying that the body was infected. By the way, before arriving at the clinic, the administrator informed the cost of a day's stay of 500 rubles, but did not warn them that they had 12 hours a day; when I arrived with a heavy pet, of course, I did not read all the clauses of the contract, because the administrator informed me by phone on 12.01 from 15:00 to 17:00, but in fact I turned out to be the price is 2 times higher. For us, the question was not about the price, but about how marketing was structured. By helping our younger brothers, administrators take advantage of the vulnerability of the owners of sick pets without explaining the details. After the pet was swept away, I was offended by the way the dead pet was given out, the management has no values except to make a profit - this is very sad and upsetting!!
A cold, uncomfortable building. Not every elderly person can climb to the third floor. The tiles on the stairs are slippery, by the way. It's uncomfortable inside the main room, it feels like oil is being traded here and it's not clear why you came here. The request for an email address stumped my mother ... other messengers are probably not enough. The reception rooms are directly located in a huge room, they are without a ceiling, respectively, just partitions with doors. At the same time, everything is clearly audible around. At the same time, the doctors themselves and the staff are good, there are no complaints about them, but only positive impressions! I am writing this more for the administration, maybe they will add a little comfort inside, remove this excessive "office space" and, for convenience, they will be interested in which messenger it is better for you to send information, and not just by email. In general, it's good that new veterinary clinics are opening, and it would be great if we listened to the feedback from visitors.Have a good development in the New Year! Thanks)
11/21/2024 , in the morning at 10 a.m. they called the clinic to find out if an appointment was possible, to which they said yes, come. There were no visitors, we were asked about everything and sent to wait. On this day, the reception was on a first-come, first-served basis. It took about 15 minutes, 4 more visitors came. The girl who was the administrator came up and said that doctor 1 would be there in another 15 minutes because she was studying (although they said come on the phone), and to all this, the administrator also tells us we will accept clients according to the importance of the disease, and they said that we would not be the first (although we came first, and the reception is fine first-come, first-served). As a girl, the administrator identified the disease to say that we are not the first in importance. As a result, we went to another clinic, wasting time, and my dog died that evening.
Girl administrator, I'm talking to you, if you're reading this comment, quit running from there, you don't belong there, animals love you more!
We thank Roman Tchertopalov, cardiologist at the clinic for 9 lifetimes. He really saved our old doggie , who is already over 14 years old . They couldn't cope with high blood pressure and heart attacks until they got to Roman. Now we have been doing well for more than six months. I highly recommend this doctor to all pets. With great gratitude, the owner of the Sausage dachshund (according to the Kid's passport). We will definitely be observed here.
It's a disgusting clinic, if you don't want to ruin your pet, you'd better go to another clinic. They brought the cat to the clinic, at home he was suffocating, breathing very badly, and they sent him to the hospital with a crazy price tag. They kept him there for almost a day, they said his condition was serious, but not critical. In the morning they said that he was feeling better, he was eating himself, they promised to do tests and inform us within 2 hours. As a result, we called them ourselves to find out what was wrong with our pet, they all said they would take tests and let us know, but they didn't tell us anything. We went there ourselves in the evening, sat for 1 hour and waited for the doctor to deign to come to us. He starts telling them that they can't do anything to him, because if they start doing an ultrasound and turn him over, he will die, although they said before that that his condition was serious, not critical. In the end, they didn't help us in any way, we told the clinic that he had a problem in his mouth, but they still didn't look at the mouth, so they did 2 X-rays and blood tests. Then we waited for almost an hour for the cat to be taken out, although they promised that they would take it out in 10 minutes. As it turned out later, they resuscitated him, so much so that they broke 4 of his ribs and damaged his lung. It's a terrible place, don't give your pets here.
I am updating the review in connection with the owner's response.:
The cat has already been brought to you in a stable condition, he could breathe on his own and did not suffocate, therefore the question arises: why did he suddenly need resuscitation? We left you a cat because we trusted you, and what happened in the end? In the morning, they call us saying that his condition is already better, he eats himself, and then the doctor tells us in the evening that he was force-fed. Could you not do an ultrasound because the cat could have died or because he was stressed and you decided to wait for the owner so that he would feel calmer? Can't you coordinate your readings with each other there? The doctor says he's going to die, and you say he was just stressed, I wonder. And so with everything you described above and what we said when the patient was admitted, namely that he has a problem in his mouth, In his MOUTH!!!! What can you say about her? You did one X-ray at night for 170 rubles and another in the afternoon for 40 rubles, you took blood tests, but what can you tell from the mouth? Nothing. Because you weren't even looking at him. You just left the cat in the oxygen box and didn't look after him. You can feed him once by shoving a syringe of food into his mouth and that's it, that's all your help is over.
And the most interesting thing to read about the extract is the quote "as an attempt to explain to a blind person what red is, and the cat, outraged by such a rescue, is taken away in a serious condition, now scolding about prices and lack of treatment." It was very funny when the doctor came to us and we had a dialogue with him, for all his time the doctor kept telling us the same thing, that we couldn't do an ultrasound for him, because if we turn him over, he will die. And when you ask him, what did you do to him? What was given? Nothing. Tell him that he needs some kind of antibiotic, and only then will the doctor say, "Oh, we gave him an antibiotic, for sure." It's very similar to a doctor who looked after a pet and helps him. You might say, "the doctor was tired and could have forgotten," but it seems to me that a doctor who treats a patient is unlikely to forget such an important thing, as well as a doctor who promised to call and inform the owner of his pet's condition.
So, to summarize: The pet was brought in late in the evening in a stable condition and left, because the doctors strongly insisted that it should be left in the hospital, at the same time, the first announced price was 300 rubles, then, when reading the contract, it suddenly turned out to be 500. After almost 24 hours of the pet's stay in the hospital, you found out what was written in the epicrisis of another clinic that we provided you with (we showed you the electronic version), the doctors' testimony does not agree, one says that he eats himself, the other that he was force-fed.
You couldn't tell us about the cat's condition, as you promised, but you're the first to remind us about the payment. And then you're going to say that we're making up about prices? Of course, for almost 1,000 rubles for being in the hospital and a bunch of tests, you didn't learn anything at all, just shook your head and said that the cat could die if you turned it over, very similar to a serious, but not critical condition. And most importantly, please tell us why our cat needed intensive care again upon discharge, so much so that 4 ribs were broken and a lung was damaged? How is it that being under your supervision, where you helped him so well, because you are professionally fighting for the life of pets 24/7, he needed intensive care? What did you do to him there that made him feel even worse? We understand the question to which there is no answer and there will be no answer, because people tend not to admit their mistakes.
And in addition to all of the above, I would like to draw your attention to our "responder" for comments. I think a person who really does his job with dignity doesn't need to snide and mockingly write comments there, trying to demonstrate his ability to mock people. I can already see the owner's response in the spirit of "owners tend not to admit their mistakes, that they can't take care of their pets properly, we understand," but I came to you for help with the pet and identified a specific problem that you didn't even bother to consider for almost 24 hours. For that, write in the answer that you are to blame only for not calling you, but for the rest fate is to blame, she did not allow the doctors to treat our pet. As the doctor told us, "I'm on shift alone and I have 8 critically ill patients," it's interesting how one doctor was going to treat 8 critically ill patients himself. And the most important thing is to write in the answer what an excellent cardiologist you have and what excellent doctors you have. As they say, "if you don't praise yourself, no one will", this phrase fits here like no other.
People, think about it before you give your pets here. After reading the owner's responses to negative comments, it is already possible to draw conclusions about what kind of treatment and what kind of service awaits you in this place.
I am updating the answer again in connection with the owner's response.
You still don't get it. They came to you with a pet and identified a problem, but you didn't even consider this problem. Have you been told that he has a problem in his mouth, he can't eat, have you looked at his mouth? No. They took 2 X-rays, took blood tests, and wanted to do an ultrasound, but they couldn't because the cat could have died (oh, right, you said that your wonderful cardiologist decided to wait for the owners so that the cat could have an ultrasound in a more relaxed environment. It doesn't add up again, the doctor says one thing, you say another), but you still haven't looked into the mouth. To say that he ate by himself, and then, as it turned out, you force-fed him, you said, but you couldn't check what was wrong with his mouth. And then you wonder why the client writes "disgusting clinic"? You take the money and, I ask you to note, it's not very small, and the problem with which you arrived was not even considered. We brought the cat to you in a stable condition, but you, as it turned out, resuscitated him after that, then why didn't anyone inform us about this? What was the reason? The cat was already in stable condition, he was breathing, and you resuscitated him. And then you're surprised by the word "disgusting"?
To inform the client about the condition of his animal, how the tests are going, whether everything is fine with you did not work out, and to remind us about the payment, when even we do not know what is wrong with our pet, you are the first. And then, when we are already sitting in the clinic and waiting, we are charged for the fact that you left in the evening and did not pay for the service, although no one told us anything about the payment and no one stopped us. Yes, I don't dispute that we are also to blame for leaving without paying, but we were in a state of shock, and you asked us about non-payment for the previous day, as if we had left with a pet and had not paid for all your possible services.
And after that, will you be surprised by such negativity towards you? You're funny people. If you've already screwed up, then at least have the conscience to accept it silently, and not mock people by writing answers as if we owe you something.
A clinic where a very friendly, tactful and professional staff is not cheap. If necessary, only here. The overnight appointment was significantly faster than at other clinics.
In general, the doctors are good, the doctors feel like they are at a higher level than in other clinics I have been to. When I came, they were never rude - first of all, I'm talking about doctors. I hope they will also maintain the quality of service and professionalism. The price tag is high, but it's possible that almost all clinics have that much now, but the most important thing is, of course, the pet's health. It's all clear. They work around the clock. The rate is higher at night. Parking can be difficult.
our cat became ill, they took him to this vet clinic, because in others the appointment time was already busy, or it was necessary to wait a long time, but here immediate help was needed, because the condition of the beloved pet was deteriorating rapidly, the temperature was measured, examined, and everything was slow, they said dehydration, they said that the test for panleukopenia positive, although the symptoms were completely different, he was on a drip, it got even worse, they did not provide any qualified help, all the treatment consisted of drugs Ceftriaxone, Ringer Lock and glucose, as a result, life was not extended for a day,
In total, in less than two days of inpatient care, and in fact the torment of our kitten, more than 1,200 rubles were pumped out. When his body was brought to us, a whole pool of blood came out of his mouth, I don't know if this is possible with the virus, we need to clarify. The politeness of some staff members contrasts with the rudeness and intemperance of others. Doctors Shishkin Andrey Olegovich and Bakun Denis Cheslavovich probably did "everything they could". They did not give out any papers about blood tests and other studies, only about the scheme of the so-called treatment, probably the only responsible employee there, Evgeny, helped in any way he could.
We have been constantly monitoring and treating our cats and our parents' cats for more than 10 years. Vaccinations, treatment of diseases, and operations were all conducted professionally and with participation. It is clear that the doctors working there care.
I would especially like to express my gratitude to Alice Klyantsevich for the professional approach and management of our cat with kidney problems for at least 5 years now.
I want to tell you about my experience contacting the Nine Lives clinic. The most annoying thing is that I can no longer give my answer to the answer that the pisarchuk clinic writes. He's kind of creative in his answers about customer bullying.
When your dog needs help, you no longer think about how much it costs, but when they really delay time to get more money for their services, it's bad.
We treated our dog according to the agreement that we would only get an X-ray from the tail (all phone records stating that we did not need any unnecessary consultations before and after the X-ray should be recorded). We only asked for an X-ray, and the administrator clarified this issue with the doctor who was taking it at the time. Yes, I was warned that the tariff would be increased after 21 hours. We arrived at about 20 o'clock, we were recorded. We expected to arrive after 9 p.m., but we were sure that the agreement would be extended during the evening shift.
As a result, we paid an increased X-ray rate (as expected, about 50p), but we were charged about 90p for the reception.
Yes, I expect Pisarchuk to write that the night shift is not "psychics" and they cannot see about the arrangements of the previous shift, but guys, you it seems to be a "serious" organization, and you should be aware of such arrangements between shifts!
And it is not the responsibility of pet owners to remember and warn you about this)
We are waiting for Pisarchuk's reply that we are saving on the health of our pets, that we did not warn the administrator about the preliminary agreement and blah blah blah.
I no longer hope that I will get back the 90 rubles of money that I was charged for, but I hope that my review will help the owners decide on the clinic they should or should not contact!
On July 3, our dog got hit by a lawn mower. The skin on his neck was cut. We called the 9 Lives clinic and explained the situation. It was about 18 o'clock. We were immediately warned that the tariff would be doubled from 21:00. I said we'd bring the dog back before seven. As we drove, we kept looking at the clock and whether our dog was breathing. We were in a hurry to save him. We arrived even before seven. I was shaking all over. I was offered valerian. But... They just put the dog down to die, they didn't do anything to save him, they just waited for five hours to bill us at double the rate. The dog was bleeding profusely. They didn't do anything!!! Then they said that there was no point in saving!!! That even if he survived, he would be insane. Bottom line: they tortured the dog for up to 23 hours, allegedly resuscitated him several times and reported that he had died. They issued an invoice and here it is: the dog was lost, the money was paid, A GOOD CLINIC!!! Complete indifference to animals!!!
I went to the 9 Lives clinic with a sick chihuahua, hoping for professional help. We were promised an X-ray, ultrasound of the heart and a cardiologist's consultation. As a result, during the 18 hours that the dog spent in the hospital, they only took an X-ray, and then without a description!
And now pay attention — the amount in the invoice that was issued is simply shocking - 970 bel. rub!!!!!!. For what? For keeping an animal in a cage without the promised examinations? It's just siphoning off money!
We didn't get any real help and had to go to another clinic to really take care of the dog's health.
It seems that in "9 lives" the main thing is not caring for animals, but the desire to make money from their troubles. No responsibility, no professionalism! If you really love your pet, avoid this clinic.
I was counting on a professional approach, but all I got was a pointless hospital stay.
Be careful!
The disgusting clinic took the pet to the hospital, with a huge price tag, they do not provide any information, although they promise, after they managed to pick up the pet, they did not give it back for two hours, it seemed that no help was provided. Take care of your animals, it's better not to come here.
I am updating the review in connection with the owner's response. What is a millimeter away from death? One call? Have you decided to make us look inadequate? The manner of writing the answer is generally impressive. The cat was brought to you at 22 o'clock in a stable condition, your doctor assured us otherwise and we believed it, in the morning we received a call that the cat was better, but we need to do tests and that's it, no more information was received from you, which of course raised questions. Now I am very interested to know what my pet started to "lean back" from, from your care and care in the hospital? We were told that the patient would die if he was put on his side for an ultrasound, but for some reason he had already had an ultrasound and there were no consequences from this. And now, Master of reviews, let's arrange a check, the cat spent almost a day with your "wonderful" doctors, what did you learn? What happened to him? I have your epicrisis and the following, I can attach it after your explanations. Well, as for the service, you didn't have time to inform about the cat's condition, but it's sacred to remind you about the payment. The clinic exists to siphon money from panicked pet owners, they earn money here and there is no animal care. I also recommend reading other responses to negative reviews, you will immediately understand the level of this institution. Do not contact us here in any case.
The final addition of the review:
The highly respected commentator writes the diagnosis so confidently, but for some reason there is no sense of confidence in the epicrisis, everything was condemned, but not exactly. We went to the clinic because the cat started suffocating at home, but after they gave him water with a syringe, he coughed up a lump of some kind of mucus, we don't have any doctors, so we decided to go to the clinic, you never know what the doctor of this clinic took advantage of and began to escalate the situation, after which we still left the cat as the commentator has determined, it is a happy question for me, but as you can see, talking nonsense is the norm for this organization. After the night, a call came in that the cat was feeling better, no resuscitation was mentioned, and why would it be, but then no information was received for more than 6 hours, which of course caused alertness, so we came to the clinic. During this time, I do not know what you did to the cat, but you definitely resuscitated it, breaking 4 ribs and damaging a lung. And so, the cat was brought to the clinic, already breathing in a normal condition, except that he was exhausted, because he could not eat because of the ulcers on his tongue, which they did not find in this clinic, but we took the cat with bleeding from his mouth and broken ribs, and we also paid 900 rubles for it, so we still have the nerve being rude to a negative review. Making excuses about other patients is ridiculous, if you can't help everyone you take, then redirect them to another clinic, which would definitely be better in our case. The hyperfixation on the service and the way you write that word, commentator, suggests that you really don't have it, even though my main complaint is that you hurt my pet. I am attaching a photo of the epicrisis of this clinic, part of the photo of the epicrisis of another clinic, in which the contradiction is clearly visible, and of course I cannot allow the commentator's masterpieces to be lost.
One of the few round-the-clock veterinary clinics in Minsk.
There is a parking lot next to the building along the road.
The room itself is located on the 3rd floor, which is quite inconvenient if you have a very large animal.
The doctors are good, the atmosphere in the clinic is pleasant.
I recommend it to everyone, but I hope you will never need it!
Many thanks to the therapist Andrey Getsevich for the recommendations on the nutrition of the cat. Everything has improved by following a diet. A very attentive and knowledgeable doctor. Thanks!
Today is the second day since our little white stone of happiness is missing
It's very hard to realize that our Squirrel is no longer with us, I want to say Thank you to everyone who helped these two days
We arrived on October 21, 22, she was gone, it was very difficult to come to this decision. But I want to say Thanks again to the doctors who wanted to help the Squirrel and helped
Thank you, our clinic, we arrived at 6 am, without an appointment, doctor Ivan Andreevich Vilkitsky, very attentive, sensitive, professional in his field, everything is fast! They passed tests, gave an injection, received recommendations, the cat did not make a sound) without too much fuss, everything was explained correctly and in detail
several times
Thank you for being there
A wonderful center with good equipment and competent specialists. The only thing I would like, when cutting the claws of a dog or cat, is for it to be placed in a special hammock and the owners did not need to keep the animal.
Excellent Clinic!!! Smart Specialists helped the dog, Experienced enough specialists have enough equipment to provide services like a veterinary clinic
Working at the clinic is aimed at making money. Young, not very competent doctors prescribe additional examinations unnecessarily. I brought a dog with a viral infection, with a high fever. They prescribed a bunch of tests, and an injection of analgin was taken from the treatment. According to the tests and the appearance of the animal, it was clear that urgent treatment was needed. The doctor insisted that another virus test was needed, which costs 105 rubles, although the rapid test was negative and there were no symptoms. He said that the test is necessary for the correct prescription of antibiotics. As a result, she took the dog to another clinic, where she was immediately prescribed ivs and treatment.
We were at Anastasia Andreevna Selyuk's reception today, the impression was unpleasant to say the least. The attitude is as if they did me a favor, that they paid attention to me at all. For 75 rubles for an appointment in a private clinic, at least you expect friendly and courteous communication. The fact that the government does not control and regulate the cost of this type of service, and does not evaluate the quality of the assistance provided, leads to inflated prices and disrespectful treatment. For your information, yesterday I paid 50 rubles for an appointment with a pediatrician of the highest category at a large medical center.
Wonderful clinic! I want to express my gratitude to the hospital of the 9 lives veterinary clinic for saving my Chihuahua Parturnax. Last Friday, he started breathing heavily and turned blue, we urgently went to the clinic, where they immediately helped us. While my baby was in the hospital, the doctors regularly kept me informed of his condition, patiently answered all questions (and my anxiety was off the charts) and thanks to their professionalism, he is still alive! I would especially like to express my gratitude to doctors Ignatovich Alina, Potapovich Tatiana and Vilkitsky Ivan. You are wonderful doctors and wonderful people. Thank you very much again.
The dog needed an X-ray of the tail. By agreement with the administrator that only a picture will be taken, without first seeing a doctor, we went to this clinic. A picture after 21:00 costs about 50 rubles.
As a result, they paid 144p. From my words, the doctor wrote down what we feed, whose vaccines we vaccinate, etc ...
And for this we paid 85p on top.
If you say that you will take a picture without unnecessary consultations, then that's what you need to do, and not take money from visitors for what they themselves know.
We will definitely not apply there anymore!
Hello! In the summer, our furry friend was bitten by stray dogs , in the middle of the night we were not accepted at another clinic, we went to 9 lives!!!!! They immediately provided help and kept our Porchik ! After the examination , all the bites were sewn up for him , we arrived 2 days later to pick him up . The operations were performed by the doctor Anna Kuchma! She told us everything in an accessible way and gave us recommendations) we are going to be vaccinated, of course, in 9 lives) all the staff is very friendly! Thank you all very much!!!!
Good evening!
A wonderful team of professionals!
We turned at night. Our 8-month-old kitten needed a surgeon. We were helped as quickly as possible. But the most important and important thing for me is the attitude of veterinarians towards the patient. They quickly interviewed me and took care of the kitten. I don't know which veterinarian sewed up Cassia, but she got up on her paw quickly. And two days later I was already playing.
Thanks!!!!!
0! Terrible clinic, served by a male specialist. The cat was brought in, he was sick, he was sick, he hadn't eaten anything for 2 days. The specialist advised to put him to sleep, with suspicion of distemper! We went to another clinic, took tests, ivs, the specialists of another clinic explained everything, HE HAD NO PLAGUE, but kidney failure, they treated HIM for 2 days, he runs again, eats, everything is as usual.THE HORROR ALMOST PUT THE CAT TO SLEEP, THE ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING. I do not recommend this clinic.
Thank you for helping our dog. We've been on the mend for 5 days now. Special thanks to the staff, especially the intern doctor Evgeny, who helped a lot with his kind attitude and attention. We have overcome parvovirus enteritis .
A lot of unnecessary fuss with writing completely unnecessary things, we only needed to check the paw for a fracture, however, 95 percent of the time we spent on things completely unrelated to the situation, the price is very high for an examination, an ordinary person is unlikely to be able to afford to take his pet there, although the doctor is a very pleasant person.
A little introduction for the hosts. If you are not ready to take responsibility in the struggle for the life of a living being; if you are not ready to spend really large sums on treatment; if you are not ready to watch and watch over a small family member all night long - get yourself a cactus.
Yes, it is expensive to treat animals. Why? Yes, because it simply cannot tell where it hurts and what is happening to it.
And now about the clinic.
Thank you very much for trying to save our baby from panleukopenia. We picked up our small gray miracle in the warehouse. The smallest, most underfed of the litter. And so, in another clinic on 04.08, she was diagnosed with this damn terrible diagnosis, with just a crazy fatal outcome. They advised us to contact 9 lifetimes, which we did. We were warned about the amount per day of the infectious diseases hospital in advance at the clinic where the diagnosis was made. Yes, we were ready for this, we knew what we were doing, just as we knew that the chance to save a life was critically small. During the initial examination, the girl receiving us calculated the maximum possible amount per day, warned about the mortality and tactfully left to give us time to think again. But we have already decided everything for ourselves.
Yes, there was a dynamic, but in two directions. The gastrointestinal tract was launched with a fight, peristalsis is very weak, but at least it has already appeared. But the tests were not encouraging. But what can you do if a very small weak body cannot be cured with one magic pill.
A couple of days later, we were already recognized at the reception desk.
The clinic's guys did everything they could, I'm sure of it. The little girl went from one shift to the next like a totem.
Doctors kept her informed about her condition morning and evening.
But, unfortunately, on August 9, our girl began to lose ground more and more. It was excruciatingly painful to watch, but we continued to do everything we were assigned.
On August 10, it was decided to let her go to the Rainbow painlessly, since the body could not get out even with the help of treatment. The remedy was introduced immediately after our request.
Unfortunately, my husband and I didn't really remember all the doctors who did their best to give the baby a chance.
The last ones who tried to "pump out" our cat-child were Olga Alexandrovna Sodel and Andrey Shishkin. Special thanks to you from my husband and me and the little Bun who went to the Rainbow! We all tried together.
Masters, remember: we are responsible for those who have been tamed.
