Comparing with the doctor Olga Vysokogornaya (unfortunately, she no longer works at the clinic), I am disappointed.
Previously, the ultrasound took place in 3 minutes, the animal lay still, they did not even shave its fur.
I just didn't like the human approach. The reception was conveery, the doctor was unfriendly, and did not get acquainted with the animal for location. Usually doctors are naturally nice to animals and interested. The ultrasound lasted longer, the cat, who always freezes and is calm in fear, began to break out with some manipulations, which had not happened before. Maybe he was in pain.
After the appointment, the doctor told me to just get a printout from the administrator — previously, after the appointment, specialists always took out a document with their signature. Perhaps this is an empty formality, but the unwillingness to spend even a minute of time on the standard clinic action after ultrasound - ?? It's not clear to me.
It left the impression that the doctor, as a person, does not want to communicate with people or animals once again.
The review is not about the clinic as a whole, I am disappointed in a particular doctor. I like doctors Kurzina E.M. And Malevich A.A., the clinic administrators are always polite.

They are trying to recruit more patients than they can "digest", they just earn money without any remorse and respect for people. They were booked for procedures with two pets for a certain time. We arrived 15 minutes earlier, the office was without patients, as soon as our time came, they immediately sent a person there who was supposed to go half an hour earlier by appointment. Well, if that patient was delayed, why not send those who arrived on time in these free minutes? As a result, the pets are hungry and nervous sitting in the carrier, and we, the owners, spend our personal time and money that we could earn at this time of sitting it is unclear for what reason. And they take crazy money from animal owners without apologies. To be honest, you come to this clinic and already feel guilty for coming, judging by the reaction of the staff at the reception.

When I went to the company's website, I saw one (last) ticket for an appointment with a surgeon. I've booked it. There was no information that this was not a ticket to the surgeon. The cat was being driven from afar. After a little over an hour, the clinic called me back with the answer that there was no appointment with the surgeon, while they said that that last free appointment was not for the surgeon, but for a dressing, the surgeon was operating and there was no time. There is an indication in the application that the final confirmation is after a call from the administrator. BUT, the ticket was ordered. When asked how to resolve the situation, I was told to contact another clinic, no other offer was received, if I have any questions, I was offered to call the feedback department (the same administrators or call center), if something does not suit me, write a letter. I would like to highlight the problem of personnel (the work of administrators) to the management. What kind of reputation can a clinic have if in emergency situations (I'm not talking about a routine check-up) do you see complete indifference and indifference to the health of animals in this veterinary clinic? We also had questions about the animal's health after the operation there. We did not deal with this issue, but in vain... As I see it. People are willing to pay a lot of money for their loved ones, for each owner-his pet is a member of his family, but you do not get participation and understanding, prompt resolution of the issue. It's a terrible clinic. We went to the dog's examination extra late at night, and they put a 93% fatal outcome. They offered a hospital for 700 rubles or more per day. We decided the next day to show the dog at another clinic, where we took tests that were very good. They prescribed normal treatment. The dog is recovering. And here we are immediately offered euthanasia without any tests, ultrasound and other things. I don't recommend it. They just rip off money as best they can when they see that people are ready to give everything for their animal.

I called the clinic with a request for an emergency consultation and, if necessary, emergency assistance. The admission was REFUSED!!! According to the administrator, all surgeons are on operations. To my request that they will come and wait, the answer is:the operations will be completed by 21.00, and this is the end of the working day. A large round-the-clock clinic refused emergency assistance (((( Minus one regular customer (((( Fortunately, there are wonderful veterinary doctors and a clinic in the city where everything was done quickly and clearly.

The clinic is one of the best we've been to, and we've been to different clinics, we've spent a lot of money in different clinics.
But this is an exception, the staff is polite, animals are treated much better than in other clinics, there is its own laboratory, all tests can be done on the spot, the price tag is certainly worth all the procedures, although it is a little controversial 😅
In general, I am very happy, only here we were given the correct diagnosis for our pet, we have been contacted here more than once, and it was here that a woman (not an employee) once helped us, the woman paid us all the expenses for our cat, she is a volunteer from the organization and helped in a difficult moment, so I advise everyone to contact here.

5 звёзд вашему заведению только за прием и работу врача Максима Кардаш. Замечательный врач! Рекомендовал наш терапевт, как отличного профи! Всё рассказал, показал, утешил. Назначены повторные осмотры, обязательно придём снова.
Уважаемая администрация, но сервис у вас просто отсутствует. Прошу записать на одно число ( предварительно проинформировав в вайбере), записывают на другое, раньше на несколько дней. Накануне обзванивают, ни извините, ни к сожалению, может вам предложить другое окошко. Сухо " запись отменяю, верно?". Если бы я не проявила инициативу, то и не попали бы к врачу, т.к записи на необходимую дату не сделали. Человеческий фактор, понимаю, бывает
Но! Это не все. Следующая запись была к ортопеду. Записываюсь онлайн на определённое время. Не перезванивают в течении 10 минут. Жду. На сайте есть информация, что запись должна быть подтверждена администратором. И ни капли информации о том, что звонок в приоритете. Перезванивают и сообщают, что мою запись уже заняли по телефонному звонку. В смысле?! И для чего тогда предложена онлайн запись?. Повезло, что хоть окошко на другое время было. Естественно, из-за этого безобразия без опозданий на работу не обошлось. Сервис отвратительный, сделайте с этим что-нибудь. Всю нервную систему подняли, пока дождались встречи с врачом.

I've heard all sorts of things, but we still decided to apply here for a difficult case with our cat. We were refused elsewhere. The staff was polite enough, it was pleasant to communicate with the doctors, they calmed them down, but they told everything as it is, answered all questions. We did everything we could. The operation went well. The cat was returned in the same condition as it was left. Special thanks to Dr. V.V. Pileyko, who performed the operation and did everything carefully. It's just a pity that in the end they gave the cat a disappointing diagnosis and said they couldn't do anything about it:(
There are also a couple of disadvantages: you almost always need to wait for some extra time, even if you came exactly by appointment. And after the operation, as they said that the cat could already be picked up, they still had to wait for several hours (!)
And also be ready for 5 minutes of inspection and confirmation for the third time of the need for the operation to pay +- 40 rubles
But out of the pleasant, the agreed amount in the contract for the operation turned out to be 200 rubles higher than the total amount paid

Огромное спасибо докторам Кунцевич А. Л. и Кляшторный И. В. Мы не из Минска и на протяжении последних полугода объездили всех врачей в нашем городе, нам говорили что у нас и панлекопения, и опухоль, и гемобартонелез, лечение не помогало и кошке становилось только хуже. Но тут у нас взяли все необходимые анализы и назначили препараты, после которых кошке сразу же стало лучше. К сожалению поставленный диагноз не лечится, но я очень рада, что моя кошка может жить нормальной жизнью благодаря назначенным препаратам. Она больше не мучается, нормально ест, играется и интересуется всем что происходит вокруг. Еще раз спасибо!

They treated the dog with seizures. For the first time, we don't know what to do.. The cramps are terrible! We arrived around 6 a.m. We looked at it, made an appointment with a neurologist for the day and for an abdominal ultrasound in the evening, plus recommended doing 1000 non-logical tests for an expensive price, and just sent home ... no recommendations, no medications.
So they left in fear that everything would happen again..
We arrived at the neurologist in the afternoon, the doctor found nothing and said that in case of repeated seizures they should be filmed on the phone and immediately contact her.
We returned home, the seizures repeated... recorded on the phone, we call the clinic and hear:but there is no neurologist, she has already left, she will not be here today.
We are urgently looking for another clinic (fortunately, we find a neurologist who is ready to see us!), we are going there.
And immediately we were prescribed treatment, a prescription was written out and 10005000 tests were not needed..
In the evening we come here for an ultrasound and our neurologist (whom we were told was not there!!!) passes by us unhurriedly
. It's just impossible to put into words our feelings. The dog is in critical condition, and such an attitude..it is impossible for such indifferent people to work in such a place.
Thank you that there are real doctors in Minsk, whose goal is not money, but to help animals.
The dog will not say that it hurts and it is impossible to let such attacks take their course!
I read in the reviews how the dog died due to the fact that they did not provide help and appointed to come in a few days without assessing the whole situation..
I won't set foot on you anymore…
PS the dog has become easier, we continue the course of treatment prescribed in another clinic.

I strongly advise against this clinic in case of an emergency. We applied on August 30, 2024, at about 7:45 a.m. The call center previously said that they would not do an ultrasound for the animal at such a time, but a specialist would accept it. As a result, only the administrator turned out to be there from the round-the-clock, who, after a five-minute solution to work issues with a colleague on the phone, said that the only doctor was conducting intensive care at the clinic at a different address. No one will be able to receive us, but you can stay and wait for the specialists who will take over at 9 a.m. The appointment is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, when the doctor has time between recorded patients, so the waiting time can be 2-3 hours. After waiting exactly 3 hours, we did not get to the reception. I was lucky enough to do an ultrasound and take an analysis, which was ready in about an hour or more for an additional fee. There were 4 therapists. None of those who were released earlier were even going to accept us. They either went out or sat in the office waiting for the results of some smears, tests and other things for 15-20 minutes.. while our cat was quietly dying in the carrier.
The necessary assistance was provided to a dehydrated animal with vomiting blood and a temperature of 40.6 in another clinic. The cat is alive

Отличный сервис, есть всё необходимое - даже МРТ, все лекарства и прочее можно купить на месте после посещения доктора.
Минус - только цены на некоторые услуги: несколько лет назад предлагали стационар на полторы-две недели в районе сотки баксов в сутки! Как сейчас не знаю - того кота уже давно нет, а с новой кошечкой недавно ездил - ничего серьезного :)
P.S. Если едете на такси - выбирайте Яндекс с пометкой с питомцем - на обычных тарифах могут отказать - опоздаете к своей записи ;)

Хорошая клиника, по сравнению с государственными ветлечебницами Минска небо и земля, только здесь оказали квалифицированную помощь нашей кошке, сделали УЗИ сердца и провели профессиональный осмотр врачом неврологом, кошечка пошла на поправку, внимательное отношение всего персонала клиники как к питомцам так и к их хозяевам, спасибо!

Upd: После ответа организации могу подтвердить, что лечили Смоки с 2019 года, в том числе проходили через сложную операцию и последующее восстановление после неё в данной клинике. И всё было замечательно. И, да, сейчас уже после того, как не смогли попасть к вашему нефрологу (повторюсь: после отказа нам в посещении при записи через сайт), мы посетили процедурный кабинет. К этим манипуляциям вопросов нет, ровно как и к стоимости. Возможно можно было бы поговорить о доброжелательности администраторов, но опустим этот момент. Пошли на процедуры в Доктор Вет, так как не хотели возить кота на транспорте, а к вам можно дойти пешком (живём недалеко). Ещё раз: мой негативный отзыв ниже относится к конкретной ситуации, когда мы рассчитывали получить консультацию специалиста, записались через сайт, но нам отказали. Вот и всё. Но вы правы, положительный опыт обращения в Доктор Вет у меня тоже есть.
Оценка не клинике и ветеринарным специалистам, но тому как менеджмент обучает администраторов и какие приоритеты перед ними ставит. Я всё понимаю — это коммерческое заведение, которое ставит своей целью заработок, но из вас буквально вытягивают деньги, ставя какие-то рамки и в итоге отказывая в приеме.
Наша ситуация: лечили кота в другой клинике от цистита. На руках свежие анализы, результаты УЗИ и т.п. Записываемся в Доктор Вет через сайт к нефрологу на 11-30. Получаем звонок, где нам отказывают в записи, так как узкий специалист принимает по времени час, а мы по ошибке записались на прием на полчаса (причем здесь мы вообще не очень понятно, так как нам сайт предложил запись к конкретному узкому специалисту, мы и записались). Объясняем, что мы хотим прийти с результатами анализов и функциональной диагностики без кота. Нас начинают лечить, что без кота прийти, конечно, можно, но ведь коту будет лучше, если врач его осмотрит, пощупает и т.п. Что врач может нащупать при цистите, когда это заболевание лечат по моче и УЗИ!? Какой-то трэш, если често. За эти полчаса врач вполне мог изучить историю болезни и дать какие-то рекомендации. Отношение к клиентам у клиники очень странное.

Хорошая аптека, быстрое обслуживание, персонал, при необходимости, помогает с выбором товара, всегда помогут, обслуживают быстро и качественно, радует система дисконта и акции, которые устраивают иногда ))) Парковка есть, всегда можно комфортно поставить машину.
