We decided the next day to show the dog at another clinic, where we took tests that were very good. They prescribed normal treatment. The dog is recovering. And here we are immediately offered euthanasia without any tests, ultrasound and other things. I don't recommend it. They just rip off money as best they can when they see that people are ready to give everything for their animal.

We applied on August 30, 2024, at about 7:45 a.m. The call center previously said that they would not do an ultrasound for the animal at such a time, but a specialist would accept it. As a result, only the administrator turned out to be there from the round-the-clock, who, after a five-minute solution to work issues with a colleague on the phone, said that the only doctor was conducting intensive care at the clinic at a different address. No one will be able to receive us, but you can stay and wait for the specialists who will take over at 9 a.m. The appointment is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, when the doctor has time between recorded patients, so the waiting time can be 2-3 hours. After waiting exactly 3 hours, we did not get to the reception. I was lucky enough to do an ultrasound and take an analysis, which was ready in about an hour or more for an additional fee. There were 4 therapists. None of those who were released earlier were even going to accept us. They either went out or sat in the office waiting for the results of some smears, tests and other things for 15-20 minutes.. while our cat was quietly dying in the carrier.
