A great holiday home. Small, cozy. They are fed to the brim. It's a pity there are no animators. I rested several times, I like everything. The beach is within walking distance.

It wasn't the first time. There are changes and not for the better. Be sure to take all the soap and soap accessories with you, now there is only 1 set for the entire vacation. There was no drinking water in the rooms either. So go buy it right away. The food has become fatter, and now everything is in the old restaurant. There is no wine for lunch now either. Fruits are fire.
Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every three days.
In general, the rest was a success, the holiday home is located in staraya Gagra, there is a place to walk, the sea is 20 meters away. Everything is great!

I had a rest in hotels in October 2024. Everything is fine in the new building, they settled right away, the cleaning is excellent! Meals in the dining room for two. You just need to organize the space properly!!! I don't understand why the management can't save vacationers from endless queues for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!!

We had a rest with a friend from 06/03/2024 to 06/12/2024 in Chelyuskintsev. The sea is cool, the weather and nature are great! But the attitude of the staff is disgusting. The transfer was expected for more than 2 hours upon arrival in Adler.. We were at the hotel at twelve o'clock.. and it began - The door to the room did not close) - I even pinched my finger when closing, they cut it in the night. The room is dusty, the towels are stained, there is NO drinking water at all either in the rooms or on the floors. We had paid for dinner- lunch box was not provided, because the tour operator did NOT inform them that there would be guests…At the reception, girls without badges were treated rudely in the early days (then they simply did not address them).On the second day after breakfast, they approached the senior administrator- Dekabrina- stated their claims - replied: I don't like it - leave, will the money be in three days?!.. Is this even normal with guests?? It was as if they had arrived from a neighboring village…The Internet does not work from the word: Absolutely!!!. The food in the dining room is normal, the staff tries their best)There is no animation! We went to a nearby hotel: there is both Internet and a different attitude. Please take the claim into consideration and train the staff in politeness to begin with!And then they have one phrase - we have such a policy!!! But they come to rest, not to deal with basic things. And there are a lot of dogs on the territory ... who relieve themselves on the beach ((I think that the tour operator has something to work on ... and not just collect money.I'll give you one star!Good luck and understanding to all!

Abkhazia was pleasantly surprised. The last time was more than 10 years ago (last time in 2008). The holiday home is clean, tidy, located on the Black Sea coast. The rooms have everything: slippers, gel, shampoo, toothbrushes with paste, slippers. Water daily. Wet cleaning daily. The maids cleaned quickly and cleanly. Towels were changed regularly.
The only drawback: a small dining room, I had to wait for a place to be vacated.
The food was simple and delicious, almost homemade. Porridges, soups, meat, fish, etc. Delicious table wine for lunch))).
Special thanks to the animators: Ilya, Rita and Zhenya. These guys did the impossible: during our vacation there were days with rains and storms, our son practically did not appear in the room. Animators occupied the children all day: playing, making. When we left, my son was upset. I am writing now and he asked me to give Ilya, Rita and his Wife a big hello (from Gosha. 4-13.07.2023)
For me, the big plus was the presence of an iron on the floor, which is very convenient.

We had a rest in September, well, at least for two days we just took it off.. Two stars were removed solely because of the dining room!!!! It's a horror, not food- I won't even talk about "tasty and varied" - it's not tasty! The main thing is queues!! The transfer room is 5 meters, no more.. You stand three times a day.. It's just humiliating. And also - this is the lack of drinking water, there is nowhere to take it, unless you buy it in a store, even in this dining room there is a small bulb, which immediately runs out of water, and it is not filled. And most of all, it's a shame that if it wasn't for the food, then the hotel is just wonderful - beautiful rooms (we were in the first building), clean, modern, though the mattresses are already very tired, you fall into them. The cleaning is very good. The beach is wonderful, while we were with sun beds we did not see any problems, there are changing rooms and a shower on the beach, I really liked the beach. The territory is generally a fairy tale!!! Very clean, beautiful- a fountain with lighting, cypresses are sooo beautiful, palm trees. Toilets are also available on site - comfortable, clean.. In general, everything is super fast, only the food- it is impossible not to take marks for it..

An amazing hotel! A room on the 6th floor with a sea view is top! The room is spacious, bed linen, white towels are not washed. Your own beach, towels, sun beds, umbrellas are all free of charge. Its own territory, albeit small, but cozy, with lighting and a fountain. The staff is friendly at the reception. Everything is fine, but the food is just disgusting, it's impossible to eat! And the most unpleasant thing is the queues for food!! They take a queue even before the canteen opens (( You stand for 30-40 minutes to take a tasteless meal. We went once, we didn't go again. We ate at other restaurants. In one photo there is a queue in the dining room, in the other there is a view from the 6th floor. Otherwise, the hotel is great!

We were in early May, we were lucky with the weather, we sunbathed and even went shopping. Excellent hotel, we were settled immediately, room cleaning every day, everything you need in the room is there, kettle, hairdryer, iron on the floor, lived in the second building, excellent location to the sea, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a pleasure boat. The area is extremely beautiful. About food, homemade food, omelette, casserole, pasta, cutlets, pancakes... Who knows, we liked everything, it was delicious. A very decent hotel in a very beautiful location. The old Gagra is very good! The territory of the hotel is small, but very beautiful and green! There is a very beautiful fountain at the entrance to the main building. I lived in the main building (#1) on the 6th floor in room 606. The room is nice and comfortable.
The hotel staff is generally very friendly and helpful.
The hotel has its own beach. Two steps and you're on the beach. Umbrellas, sun beds - everything is free. Right next to the beach there are water activities - a boat, a banana, an aquabike.
The food is generally normal, but monotonous. You won't stay hungry. But from time to time I recommend replacing dinner with trips to local restaurants)
In general, I can recommend this hotel for a vacation!

We just returned from the boarding house and I would like to write a review, since I always study the reviews myself before going somewhere.
Positive:
- green area, clean, well maintained;
- located on the seashore, its own beach with sun beds and umbrellas;
- the room is well renovated, cleaned regularly;
- all plumbing and electronics were working properly;
I can't say that there are big disadvantages, but there are shortcomings:
- an extra bed is something like a cot with a terribly hard mattress, they don't give you an extra mattress, they just gave you a blanket. It is practically impossible to sleep on it;
- lifeguards on the beach are engaged in selling boat trips and other services instead of their duties;
- dining room: There's been a lot written about her here. There are often queues, the food is edible, but after three days everything gets boring, very monotonous. Delicious fruits and desserts are quickly running out, whoever has time has tried it;
- our room was close to the elevator - the sound from the elevator is very audible, plus the sound insulation itself is not very good. The neighbors could be heard. The window faced the road, there was constant noise, they could not be opened.
- on the second day, they caught rotovirus. It's more likely the sea is to blame. There is a doctor in the hotel, you can contact her, she has medicines.
Definitely, this is one of the most worthy hotels in Gagra. But the price, I think, is too high.

It's an amazing place. Spacious rooms, soft beds. The room has a kettle, tea, sugar, bottled drinking water. Very convenient. On the balcony there is a table, chairs, a clothes dryer. We rested from 11.07 to 07/22/2024, the rooms in the 1st building are excellent, everything worked!
The dining room (it is the dining room, not the restaurant!) - endless queues of 15-20 minutes three times a day, there is a very small distribution for such a number of vacationers! In the morning for breakfast there is an eternal lack of boiling water for tea and coffee (where is another queue from!), the first who managed it was condensed milk and pies), I think for this money that we paid for the rest - the food and its organization should be decent and match the price of the tour!
The sea is dirty after lunch, especially! From boats and jet skis, fuel oil was caught three times during the rest (once on the child's head as he was diving and twice upon arrival in the room on swimsuits! We talked about this to the guide from biblio globus, but ... I do not recommend this holiday home, and the rotovirus was raging. A lot of people and children were sick…

At the moment, I can appreciate the beach of this holiday home. I like it : clean, there are not many people (compared to Crimea and Sochi), fungi from the sun for residents of the holiday home, and there are enough sun beds for everyone, and they are not always needed. You can wash yourself with ice water after the sea-brrrr (but it's like that everywhere), then change clothes in a civilian locker room, where it sometimes smelled pleasantly of chlorine. In the morning, they do something like aerobics on the beach (many support it). We lived next door at the Palma Hotel, swam here and in the Sled. I liked the beach more in Chelyuskintsev. We ate at the cafe at the Palm Tree (Agrba) - delicious, varied, inexpensive! The Aymara cafe is more expensive, less varied, the portions are large, a lot of meat, always delicious, with a conder! When you book a room at the holiday home. Chelyuskintsev pay attention to the case one or two. The second building is old, restored, with balconies and no elevator. There is an elevator in the first building, the room is large, while there is also an armchair bed, it is generally wonderful for two, and there is a lot of space for three. The five of us were together, so there is something to compare it with. I had a birthday, the administrator did not even congratulate me, which is nonsense for Abkhazia, we always travel on a birthday, hospitality in Abkhazia is in the blood. A separate issue is the dining room, the room is small, there are a lot of people, the staff communicates a lot with each other, laughter, laughter, by and large they don't care about people, the music is disgusting, there is not enough food for everyone, who came an hour before the end of lunch, dinner, get ready to get what's left. The child asked for cookies, which he saw on people's tables, they replied that it was over, the children simply do not eat other baked ones. The apricots were taken out, unwashed. Lots of dogs. I put three stars only because the beautiful territory is clean, well-groomed, the buildings are clean and the rooms are clean too, so someone is working and they should not receive a single one.

I had a rest in the middle of May and I really liked it! The studio in the first building is large, clean, not old. But you need to take into account audibility, in the evening you can hear people walking in the corridor, but in the morning you wake up to the singing of birds. Dining room with sea view. I liked the food, there was always something to choose and delicious. The guys immediately cleaned the tables, there was always a clean table available. The staff tries hard, everything is kept in order. The territory is very beautiful, planted with plants. The sea is literally a step away. The beach is sandy, the entrance itself is pebbly. During the day, sun beds are placed, at night they are locked up. The location is good, near the Old Gagra, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. Sometimes you can hear trains, as the railway passes nearby. In general, the hotel is cool!!!

Breakfast is not a big choice, but it is very hearty and delicious at home (pancakes and cheesecakes are so delicious I have never done it myself). Only the best wishes to this hotel! The overall impression is great if you really evaluate the possibilities of this country for recreation and do not expect service as in the same Turkey.

Food at the hotel: either full board or breakfast. Yes, I agree with the reviews: it's a little meager...but, we did not expect more, we were not hungry, and if you want something tastier and more harmful, then everything is nearby: cafes, restaurants. The hotel puts a very adequate price for food. We took full board, but often went to a cafe separately: but we are sure that if we are too lazy to go, then we will eat here. The food is very tasty milk... sour cream, casserole. The rest is the main thing that is fresh. The service in the dining room is limping...especially in comparison with the work of maid girls.... But vacationers, too, by the way, sometimes...they are too lazy and not neat.
There are no questions for us: there is everything (we were in another hotel of greater stardom before, and there were many little things there, but here it's just 5 stars) Both the hotel itself and the territory are clean, there is a place to stay in silence, where to go to the sea, sun beds are free, the beach is clean. In general, everything is super around.
There are two nuances: dogs, there are a couple of them on the territory, but they are very kind, unobtrusive and clean (but there is nowhere from them in Abkhazia) and the second: there is a road nearby (if the room is on the third or second floors, and with access to the road, then, of course, noise interferes. But you can solve this: change the number without any problems.
There is parking.
Wi-Fi works well.
The location is convenient: we walked both to the center of the Old Gagra and to the New One on foot.
We were satisfied.

We rested from 08/04/2023, 15,000 rubles for 2 beds per day in a new building with 3 pit times. The room is excellent, daily cleaning, polite and helpful staff of the building. The nature is wonderful: palm trees, cypresses, eucalyptus trees, rhododendrons, magnolias, box trees!!! The dining room overshadows the rest, if that's what you can call a free-standing plastic structure, which heats up in the hot season so that during meals you had to sweat, dreaming of escaping from this sauna-dining room to the room as soon as possible. The air conditioners can't handle the cooling of this outbuildings. Flies are flying. The employees of the canteen are not friendly to the guests, but they are cheerful among themselves. After reading reviews about this place, I see, as people wrote earlier, that there are not enough sun loungers on the beach, that it is hot and stuffy in the dining room, and the dishes are partially chipped, and nothing has changed today. Would I come back here again? Not yet, until the place for eating becomes worthy of the paid cost, and, at least, does not comply with sanitary norms and rules.

We had a rest together during the January holidays. Full board. We moved to this hotel because the booked Sun Palace Gagra was closed.
Advantages of the hotel:
- There are two blankets on the double bed.
- The linen is clean. The pillows are nice.
- There is a safe, refrigerator, kettle in the room. Cups and glasses.
- The shower is not leaking.
- The food is delicious. Fat, plain, with mayonnaise in places, but tasty.
- There is a generator.
- There is warm and cold water. The pressure is normal.
- There is an ironing board with an iron on the floor.
- Its access to the sea is very convenient. You can take a sunbed.
Minuses:
"No coffee." At some point, it appears dissolved or ground and disappears.
- Corners and other visible surfaces are dirty. But wherever you use it regularly, everything is clean. That is, the floor and plumbing are cleaned. Cobwebs can be found on the ceiling, and mold can be found at the joints where it is covered with sealant.
- The entrance doors are full of holes. You can hear everything in the room and in the hallway.
- In principle, there is no sound insulation. We could hear the neighbors sneezing and burping and the elevator clinking on every floor.
- There is no gel, soap, or anything else.
- Tea, coffee and water too.
- There is no cooler on the floor. You will run for water to the nearest store in 7 minutes on foot.
- After the January holidays, the dining room has become impoverished. There's not much choice anymore. The trays smell like dirty rags. But the canteen staff is friendly.
- The time of each meal was reduced to one hour and the hotel itself was not informed (and the dining room is located in a separate building). As a result, we stayed hungry once. Well, it's very difficult to walk and plan something when you need to catch lunch and dinner, which last strictly an hour, but in fact the food is eaten even faster. But all this was due to a massive power outage.
Just the facts :
- You can't hear the generator in the rooms with a view of the road.
- The road is not noisy.

It's a pity that there were no programs in the evenings. The rooms in the new building are in good condition, wet cleaning every day and of high quality. We had a vacation with our family in the second half of July 2024. We bought a tour from Biblioglobus. We refused the transfer of the tour operator, which is 2 times too high both in time and money. From Sochi airport to the border by Yandex taxi in 20 minutes. Across the border on foot, there was no queue during the day, there was a car queue. Next is a taxi (almost a new Toyota minivan)the hotel is 1000 rubles and 20 minutes away. They settled right away. The room was on the 3rd floor of the old building, with Windows facing the courtyard. However, we also bought a tour with a 2-room room in the old building. It is because of this + proximity to the beach, the choice fell on this "holiday home".
They made a mistake.
The room has recently been renovated by an economy, not very neatly done: a heavily swollen laminate in one of the rooms, poorly installed double-glazed windows (noise from the street is heard), well, all sorts of little things, such as: there is a hair dryer, but there are no fasteners for it (you have to keep it when using), only 1 mirror (in the bathroom), only 1 wall towel hook (in the bathroom), etc. But it should be noted that there is an air conditioner in every room, although the remote control is only 1. The old building has repairs only in the rooms, and the appearance and balconies are badly damaged. Those who were placed on the 1st floor were unlucky, because they have grilles on their balconies (!), really, see the photo. It will also be unlucky who will be accommodated in rooms with a view of another hotel, since there is a strong stench from the garbage dump on that side. Due to the large cypress trees, the sea is definitely not visible from the balconies of the old building, as well as from most rooms of the new building. The sea is gorgeous, emerald in the sun and warm. The entrance to the sea is pebbly. And we practically didn't eat there anymore, the rest was ruined. If you observe how many people take food with them (boiled rice or broth) in the stalls, you understand that we are not the only ones who are sick. My daughter was called a doctor, he sits next to the reception until 20 o'clock, and if you look at his journal, where he records calls, you will see that there is just an epidemic. If you have already bought a tour to this place, be sure to take enterosgel, a remedy for diarrhea, and paracetamol with you. We went on 1 excursion to the Golden Ring of Abkhazia, bought near the entrance to the territory. I will attach a photo with the price list of excursions. All the main attractions in 1 day, I recommend it. There was a Mercedes Sprinter minibus for 20 people, the seats were very close to each other so that more people could fit in
However, we arrived back at 20:30, it was hard due to illness, but I did not want to eat. Due to the tight schedule of the tour, it will not be possible to eat normally, only to intercept fast food at Lake Ritsa. Abkhazians, though hospitable, strive to grab money in any case. So, on an excursion, they offered to go to the Milk Waterfall, most agreed, the guide joyfully announced: 400 rubles each. And who doesn't agree? They were dropped off in the rain at Lake Ritsa and told that in 40 minutes-1 hour they would be picked up from the same place.
Lifeguards on the beach are selling boat trips and parachute flights. They don't look after the swimmers. The line of buoys is only 40 meters from the shore. For those who can swim, it's not very interesting, but it's dangerous to swim further because of the erratic boats, speedboats, scooters.
We rode on a boat, it's better to choose a Dream or Victoria, they have powerful Yamaha engines. But all boats have the same route and prices. Dolphins were indeed seen, very close to the boat. We recommend the very first morning flight (8:45-9:00), fewer people and people are not standing in the aisle; it is more convenient to take pictures or shoot videos.
The rules are poorly observed on the roads. It was especially scary on the tour, when in the mountains a minibus enters a blind turn on the oncoming lane, overtaking hitchhikers. Be careful crossing the road, even at a pedestrian crossing.
The weather was different: sun and heat, cloudy, cloudy and rainy. It is better to take sun loungers in the morning, since after breakfast vacationers are brought by minibus from another hotel that does not have a beach. And there are always empty seats after lunch.
Evening leisure in this boarding house is very scarce: there is no animation, you can sit in the room, because there are only 4-5 tables on the territory, you can sit by the sea (but the sunbeds are cleaned at 19:30), you can walk to novaya Gagra (just be careful, there is not a normal sidewalk everywhere).
The return transfer from Biblioglobus is already 7 hours before the plane. We took a taxi (1200 rubles) at 4:45, despite the traffic jam at the border, then we sat at the airport for a long time.
I liked Abkhazia itself: the climate, the sea, nature, people.
Are we going to Abkhazia again? Probably not.
We definitely do not recommend this boarding house.

What a mess! We rested from 3.1 to 10.1 and we are shocked... It all started out just fine, beautiful and well-groomed territory, responsive staff, a working bar, a small dining room and not much choice, but delicious, although I have no doubt that in summer there is a huge queue. Nice view, the sea is nearby, the new building has very nice rooms, but!Winter is not the season, there are not many people (20-25 people), but you can't do that! As soon as the employees of the canteen noticed that a person does not eat very much, they took and removed good, comfortable wooden tables and chairs and put small plastic ones. The menu has been reduced, yesterday's salads and desserts are served. The bar was also closed due to the fact that there are not very many people... But sorry, we paid for all the services!? From the 10th, the lights started to turn off every 30 minutes. Are they saving it so much? Also, if you or your children are afraid of dogs, you will be terrified, there are 10 dogs running after people on the territory... By the way, you can't swim on the beach either, there are huge pebbles and no breakwaters. The holiday home is far from the city.

From August 5 to 17, 2023, we rested at this hotel in the old building. Everything is wonderful, beautiful territory, the rooms are well renovated, new furniture, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer, every morning a bottle of water 0.5 per person, tea, sugar. Towels and linen were changed every 3 days, private beach, umbrellas, sun beds. But it was the dining room that overshadowed our rest. It seems to be a buffet, but before you collect food, you need to take a tray and with it, as in the old Soviet times, pick up food one after another and put it on a tray. Sometimes there were not enough places, the waiters did not have time to remove the tray and wipe the tables Very hot, there were two air conditioners, they could not cope. The menu is delicious, but by the middle of the rest I wanted some variety.

Hello everyone. I am currently staying at this hotel. We have a room with a view of the sea through the trees. Standard room with a balcony. I'll write about what I didn't like. Linen and a bed in general . Everything looks very good. But the feeling of synthetics on the bed linen . The foam mattress seems to be soft , but it is not comfortable to sleep , pillows are made of lumps of cotton wool . There is no sound insulation . You can hear everything from the knocking of doors and conversations behind the wall . Children 's screams and drunken songs from the street until 11-12 . This is probably what the local entertainment looks like .. The train passes 60 meters from the hotel. I don 't know how they can't hear him with a view of the mountains . I can hear it. There is nowhere to walk . The courtyard is a well . 8 benches and a fountain ! All. And yes, a 5x5 playground, a slide and something else . All that remains is the coastal zone , now it is empty , walking on huge pebbles is great , which can not be said about the road outside the gate of the car to rush at great speed . Food is a separate song . If you are not picky, then you can eat enough. But if there are stomach problems then....... ( cooks here are taught how to spoil the product and then give it to people ) dried chicken is rubber meat . Well, there are a lot of cafes behind the hotel, but I wouldn't risk eating there. More or less decent far from the hotel. Have a good rest, everyone.

Basically everything is fine, but shampoo and shower gel are given only once at the entrance and that's it! The room was cleaned, but the sink and the toilet floor were not washed.The receptionists at the reception are great, they will tell you everything politely, explain. We lived in the first building on the 6th floor.
