Among the advantages: reception staff , WiFi, Parking, proximity to the sea... the restaurant doesn't seem to be bad, but rumservice, of course, turned into the delivery of cold dishes + everything was mixed up ...
Of the cons: room cleaning only where you can see both... there is dirt under the bed...c (we had a small child and noticed when we decided to play with him on the floor)

We vacationed with our spouse at the end of July 2022, we do not recommend this holiday home to anyone. Unreasonably high room prices, you can relax much cheaper and better. The food is monotonous, sometimes spoiled. They put a coffee machine in the morning, turned it off at lunch and said "it went bad." Wine is not worth drinking - yeast is felt. The second building is the State Department, 4 floors - there is no elevator. The junior suite here corresponds to the standard of the first building, there were some uninsulated wires at eye level, the chip protection on the door lock was broken (we contacted the staff, but did not solve the problem). All inclusive in Abkhazia are completely different things from Turkey, even in an inexpensive hotel in the latter state everything will be much better - a variety of dishes and drinks, polite staff, cleanliness. The cherry on the cake is the normal girls at the reception - we were not warned about departure, although we approached three times on the day of departure and after 17-00 the previous day, as it should be, as a result we had to get to the airport on our own (+ 1500 rubles to the main amount, in 6 days we gave about 140 thousand for 2 rubles), since we did not have time to get together completely and, of course, no one was going to wait for us, as a result, we were also yelled at by would-be administrators who could not do their job to the fullest. The task of the hotel guide was, obviously, only to sell excursions. I do not recommend this holiday home if you do not want your vacation to be ruined. For those who travel to Abkhazia, I advise you not to choose "All inclusive", you can take a trip without food, as it is much cheaper and tastier to eat in a cafe.

We had a rest from June 12 to 23. The territory, the room, the rooms - everything is fine! Room cleaning, water in the room daily, special thanks to the maid Alena on the 6th floor of the new building! The staff is generally pleasant.
The rating is lowered due to the dining room. We need to increase customer orientation and do something about the distribution - terrible queues in the dining room, end right in the hallway. At the same time, the administration sees all this and (apparently) everything suits everyone. If you at least expand the distribution area and put salads in small bowls for everyone (and not in a common bowl, where everyone climbs and thereby slows down the queue), then you would have solved the problem! it's a pity the canteen staff are running around in soap, updating these common bowls with salads ...)

The room is excellent, everything is stylish, all the basic equipment was present: safe, mini fridge, beach towels, tea set, gel, shampoo, one bottle of water per person per day. The food was varied, very tasty, portions were not spared. The territory of the holiday home is not large, but very well maintained, the sea is nearby. We rested in the old building and that says it all. I do not advise anyone to take it, yes it is cheaper, but then it is better to take a new hotel in novaya Gagra. The old furniture and mattress are uncomfortable, there is a tiny tray in the shower and there is no ventilation, dampness everywhere and terrible wiring made on top of the apparently old one. Of the advantages, only beach towels, sun beds, tea, water in the room. Breakfast is monotonous, but edible. You can take a walk on the territory of neighboring hotels. An additional option of Abkhazia is in the form of flying marble bugs everywhere, which will constantly climb into the room and annoy with their presence - you quickly get used to them.

We stayed for 5 nights in early June, in a new building with an elevator (category A - with sea view). I managed to book at a good price of 3500 per night per room .
Already starting after the 10th of June, rooms are very expensive in price (((
Overall, we liked everything.
The room is spacious with a balcony. A small area surrounded by greenery, there is a fountain that gives the hotel a twist.
The room is cleaned daily, bottles of water are placed on the table every day. Everything is clean.
The room was taken with breakfast, the breakfasts are very good (there are porridges, omelets, sausages, sausages, salad, side dishes change - noodles, potatoes, buckwheat.... sauces, cheesecakes, vegetables, fruits, drinks - juices, coffee ....), nuts, pastries ......
. decent breakfasts , didn 't go hungry .
The sea is a minute's walk away, sun beds can also be used.
A bus stop, a kiosk with groceries is a 3-5-minute walk away.
The rest of the cafes are further away, beyond the school stop2, a 20-minute walk away.
The nearest cafe "Three barrels" is a 7-minute walk away.

There are 2 nuances, be prepared for them.
To get to breakfast, you need to stand in line in the hallway. And when you come in , you find yourself in a small dining room where it 's cramped . The food in the window is very crowded, you are crowding in line like an ordinary canteen. Food without frills. There are no pastries for tea. Everything is only the most necessary, sandwiches with cheese and sausage can be made.
There is only one coffee machine and there is also a queue for it. There is no distance.
The three of us lived with a child of 5 years old. The studio is spacious and cozy per day with two meals a day 8500 rubles.
You can have dinner on the beach at the crab restaurant. Small portions are overpriced. In general, such a price tag for this area is very high.
There are not enough umbrellas on the beach. They have been running to borrow since early morning. If you are with a child and the umbrella is busy, you are baking in the heat.
If you are a connoisseur of the local nature, then I recommend it.
There is nowhere to walk in the evening . Devastation is everywhere.In 6 years, all the streets have become even more abandoned .

The sea is warm in September, you can swim. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel, just a lot. Gorgeous. There is a fountain. Unfortunately, there is no animation and entertainment at all. The location is 10 out of 10. To the Colonnade 20 minutes on foot, to the market, Ferris wheel, water park 30 minutes on foot, there is a shop, pharmacy, cafe nearby. There is a public transport stop nearby. It takes 25 minutes to the border, 30 minutes to Pitsunda, 1 hour to New Athos. Everything is very accessible. The nature of Abkhazia is simply amazing.We recommend this holiday home, you will not regret it.

The boarding house itself has 2 types of rooms: renovated and left over from Soviet times. We were in this room and in this room! The room from Soviet times did not scare us at all, there is hot water, the furniture is clean, not broken, everything is clean in the bathroom too, just old-fashioned. It even has its own charm. The nature in Abkhazia is incredible! There is a wonderful view of the mountains from the beach of the boarding house itself! There is a small park! The dining room and restaurant are located on the shore, it's nice to eat with the sound of the surf! The food is a buffet, we ate enough! We rested in the valley. Chelyuskintsev from 08.08.22 to 08.08.22. family of 4 people. We took a triple room with an additional one. a place in the old building. We knew that there would be modest accommodation, but we did not expect such interiors to happen in the 21st century. Our room was 301. The only thing great about the room was the view from the balcony! The front door is creaky, if someone is resting in the room, it will not be possible to leave quietly or enter! The beds are old, shabby, the furniture is all from different sets, a chandelier with a broken ceiling, a closet with creaking doors that do not close, the upholstered chairs are dirty, originally from the USSR. The balcony door was closing with difficulty, the lock was broken. SAN.The NODE deserves separate "compliments". Everything is mildewed, the mold is such that it shows through the ceramic tiles, everything is old, a terrible musty smell, the smell of mold, the smell of complete unsanitary conditions. The toilet, sorry, is black on the inside! It's LIKE YOU HAVE TO HATE A TOURIST WHO MOVES INTO AN OLD BUILDING if the public toilets on the territory look clean, tidy, and in room 301 it's just a disaster! Room cleaning is irregular, superficial, on some days they didn't even pick up the garbage, the cleaner was asked to come in and clean. Linen and towels are changed for 4 days. The first time they changed it, and the next time they had to complain and ask for linen and towels, because the maid again decided only to take out the trash. The reaction to the complaint was lightning fast, the maid on duty from another building came running and rearranged everything and brought towels! Synthetic bed linen! The sea is dirty. It has never been clean in 10 days. Already in the morning, foam and greasy film floated on the surface, as well as small rags of dirt in the water column. The result: the child and I lay for three days with a temperature of 38 and an upset stomach. I do not undertake to talk about the quality of food, I am more inclined to dirty water in the sea. When we were in the room and treated, it was time to study the issue of the dirty sea in Abkhazia. Everything is very simple, past the rivers that carry garbage from the mountains into the sea after rains, so also sewage flows into the sea in an open way, bypassing sewage treatment plants, which simply do not exist, and which were destroyed during the conflict. While a Russian tourist is coming here, flattering himself with the idea that there is beautiful nature here, I think nothing will change. You can't eat in nature alone!!!
Of the advantages of the hotel: 1. great view from the balcony, cypresses, mountains, Christmas trees and even a little bit of the sea. 2. The food is good, pork, chicken, beef, liver, fish, always the first three, salads are different (for an amateur a la "Abkhazian mix"), pickles, fresh vegetables, fruits, melons, watermelons, porridges, sausages, sausage, cheese, cheesecakes, pancakes, dried fruits, nuts, wine , juices, tea .....in general, there was enough of everything and there is a choice, you will not stay hungry. There are small queues for food, but not critical. The dining room has air conditioning, comfortable, sea view. 3. Despite all the shortcomings of the interior, everything worked properly in the room. The TV shows, the air conditioner cools, the refrigerator works, there is water and light all the time (the hotel has its own generator, very loud, but everything works without interruptions). 4. Very clean, well-groomed area, beach. 5. Parking. 6. Wi fi.
If the administration reads this review, please close room 301 and do not give it to anyone, you will not become impoverished, but only collect negative reviews. And as you get rich, create conditions for the human habitation of a modern tourist. I hope that only we were unlucky with the placement and the infection.

I am writing a review while staying at the hotel.We are staying at the hotel from June 18 to July 9. We live in a new building on the sixth floor. Room 612 has a balcony. There is an elevator. It works properly. The rooms are lovely, large enough, everything is decent. Cleaning every day, bed linen is changed every three days, etc. The maid Alyona is a very friendly and good-natured woman. Responsibly performs cleaning, replenishes everything in the room (tea. Bottled water., hygiene items.upon request, it gives extra!) There is a decent iron and ironing board on the floor. The sea is 2 minutes from the building. The beach is big. There are enough sun beds for everyone.We were not very lucky with the weather: there was a storm, and it rained for several days. And the sun was often hidden behind clouds. The kitchen is great. With elements of a buffet. They cook well. The waiters are great, it's clear that they are trying. There were all kinds of fruits. Starting with strawberries, cherries: plums, kiwis, apples, pears, apricots, bananas, greyfruits, lemons, peaches, nectorines. At lunch, dry table wine. Animation in the form of morning exercises, volleyball and children's creativity. Entertainment for children in the evening. There is nothing for adults except intelligent play. Boring!!!! Misha did a great job, he did everything perfectly!! It is clear that he is a professional in his field! I recommend the hotel!!!

I really liked it! I was in the old building, and whoever wants a better one needs to go to the new one, if I knew, I would have settled in the new one better, even if it was more expensive! The territory is small, the food is for four, only cold, they do not bother with heating at the distribution, the rooms in the old building are just terrible, we had two rooms, one in the old building the children were supposed to spend the night there and one in the new one, the children refused to sleep there, asked for a replacement number at the reception desk from an employee named Nart (when checking in, it was white and fluffy) the answer is there is no other room and they will not be like that, live in this. Those in the old building go to eat in the dining room on the shore (the trays were wiped with a dirty rag that they stink), they cannot eat in the new building, there are not enough seats in the dining room in the new building. In the old building, cleaning is very bad, bed linen is not changed, bathroom accessories are given only on the day of arrival and that's it. The new one is cleaned for three, the balcony will not be cleaned at all, bathroom accessories are given every day.
