I am writing a review while staying at the hotel.We are staying at the hotel from June 18 to July 9. We live in a new building on the sixth floor. Room 612 has a balcony. There is an elevator. It works properly. The rooms are lovely, large enough, everything is decent. Cleaning every day, bed linen is changed every three days, etc. The maid Alyona is a very friendly and good-natured woman. Responsibly performs cleaning, replenishes everything in the room (tea. Bottled water., hygiene items.upon request, it gives extra!) There is a decent iron and ironing board on the floor. The sea is 2 minutes from the building. The beach is big. There are enough sun beds for everyone.We were not very lucky with the weather: there was a storm, and it rained for several days. And the sun was often hidden behind clouds. The kitchen is great. With elements of a buffet. They cook well. The waiters are great, it's clear that they are trying. There were all kinds of fruits. Starting with strawberries, cherries: plums, kiwis, apples, pears, apricots, bananas, greyfruits, lemons, peaches, nectorines. At lunch, dry table wine. Animation in the form of morning exercises, volleyball and children's creativity. Entertainment for children in the evening. There is nothing for adults except intelligent play. Boring!!!! Misha did a great job, he did everything perfectly!! It is clear that he is a professional in his field! I recommend the hotel!!!

I really liked it! I was in the old building, and whoever wants a better one needs to go to the new one, if I knew, I would have settled in the new one better, even if it was more expensive! The sea is 50 meters away, there are sun beds and umbrellas, there is table tennis and volleyball — everything is free. WI-FI is not very good, but it is normal for streaming on the Internet. The food is canteen, but good! In general, those who want to spend a week in silence by the sea, come here! There are only excursions from entertainment, but there is still somewhere to go!

The territory is small, the food is for four, only cold, they do not bother with heating at the distribution, the rooms in the old building are just terrible, we had two rooms, one in the old building the children were supposed to spend the night there and one in the new one, the children refused to sleep there, asked for a replacement number at the reception desk from an employee named Nart (when checking in, it was white and fluffy) the answer is there is no other room and they will not be like that, live in this. Those in the old building go to eat in the dining room on the shore (the trays were wiped with a dirty rag that they stink), they cannot eat in the new building, there are not enough seats in the dining room in the new building. In the old building, cleaning is very bad, bed linen is not changed, bathroom accessories are given only on the day of arrival and that's it. The new one is cleaned for three, the balcony will not be cleaned at all, bathroom accessories are given every day. Once again, I want to note the Sled, if something does not suit you and you start defending your rights, then it turns from white and fluffy into a boor.

A very nice hotel. We live in a renovated building in a studio, good repair, furniture, large room. Beautiful territory, fantan. Nice beach with sun beds and buoys. Responsive staff. The rating is reduced only for food, they cook delicious, but everything is monotonous, there are practically no desserts, there is a queue at the distribution. They do not wipe children's tables. In general, it is a very decent option.

I didn't believe the reviews and paid the price! I haven't seen much yet, but the first impression is that I don't even know how to change it. Friends, check the housing when booking. There is a new one, and there is an old one, and these are completely two different stories. I was lucky enough to settle in the old one. Those who love retro will appreciate it to the fullest. I was terrified when I entered this building. The musty smell that's in everything. Including in the room. It is better not to go into the bathroom at all. Everything is covered with mold, the toilet is blackened, there is mold on the ceiling. It's scary to cover yourself with a blanket. The dining room is no better either. At the peak of the season, only grapefruit was available. In addition, there is karaoke on the territory so that if you have been on a plane for 5 hours and are tired after a grueling journey, you will not be able to sleep. It will also not work to open the balcony door to check this mustiness, trains are passing nearby. And the hum of cars on the road. The only plus is that at this moment you can't hear the buzzing refrigerator. You can get along with your neighbors instantly and give advice without getting out of bed. If you come without company, you will not be bored. You don't even have to turn on the TV. To summarize. Never, ever make a mistake like that. Believe me, it's terrible here. It's not worth the money I paid. And it's clearly not 3 stars. There are no stars here at all and it is dangerous to be here for your health!! I do not recommend the old building in any case.

We had a vacation in 2022 in August with a large family.two rooms were bronzed, it turned out in the old building, because the new building was sold out.
Cons:
1.disgusting rooms (mold, everything on snot, old, smelly, poorly cleaned)with a small child, they changed the room through the director)
2. the food tastes pretty decent, but it's a canteen, for the old building, old with flies…
3. the territory is very small, we went to neighboring hotels and walked-Nart and Amra are wonderful hotels.
Pros-
1. the location of the sea, which is very clean
2. there are enough sun beds for everyone
3. a decent new building in which there are always no places…
I would advise you to go only to the new building, if not, then by no means…

We had a rest in March 2021. The hotel is well located. In the courtyard there is a well-kept garden with a fountain and a gazebo. The hotel has a reception on the ground floor, behind it there is a bar with tables where you can drink coffee. To the right of the bar there is a dining room in which for 300 rubles. A decent buffet was offered per person. The simplest room had a window facing the road. Sometimes it was very noisy because of the cars. While we were in the room, the window was opened only for ventilation. For some, the noise of cars is a familiar thing... Not for us.
The rooms above are less noisy.
I liked the work of the staff. I do not recommend the Crab cafe within walking distance.

Very good location of the sanatorium, both a kilometer from the border and the sanatorium itself to the sea! There is 1 line to the sea. I left the sanatorium and immediately the sea. It is important. 2. A beautiful playground with well-groomed trees, a small fountain-it looks magical in the evening.3. The new building is modern, new. Choose it, it's better to overpay! 4. The room in this building is also good. Clean and tidy. Everything you need is there! 5. The dining room is located in the building itself. There are always several dishes to choose from, porridges, soups, side dishes, meat or fish or chicken. Several types of unfrozen salads. 5. If you are tired of the usual food, then there is a restaurant on site with a sea view veranda (it's cool at any time of the day). I'll tell you more about the restaurant later.. 6. Cleaning girls -Nastya, well done. It works quickly and efficiently. He changes the towel and linen, if you ask him again, no questions asked. Let's talk about the cons: 1. And we had a huge minus, it was the View from the room... when booking, we were told there would be a view of the mountains... do you know what the view was?! The first floor has a view not only of the road, which is 5 meters away.. so there are also huge air conditioning motors that are always working under the windows.. and they didn't tell us a word about it... asking at the reception why this was so and that we weren't warned that it might be so, is it possible to change the room?! We were told "they pay extra for the view and windows", to which we said "so, how much and let's pay extra", they told us, without even looking at the information.. that everything is occupied. Then it is very interesting what is the price category of rooms with a Different Special view. When our room from 22 to 29 cost us 49,000 rubles. And how much more needs to be paid, for example, beyond the sea or beyond the mountains?)). 2. All dryers are terribly rusty. One of them broke down. The flimsy one was on its own on duct tape.. the second one was brought in as a replacement-even more rusty. 3. This is a bathroom ... a shower, a bowl in the bathroom, without an additional partition in front, without at least an elementary curtain.. you wash it and all the water runs and pours on the floor.. It's always a wet floor and the fact that it's so humid, it starts to stink. You wipe it yourself with a foot towel. But the cleaner, if asked, will bring an extra towel. But still, before the cleaning of the room by the cleaner, this wet towel with which you wipe everything lies on the floor and stinks. 4. The crab restaurant. Everything is delicious, pleasant atmosphere, sea view, music... that's it. Terrible waitress service. That's just terrible. The workload of the restaurant is a maximum of 4 tables... in the evening! And you just sit and wait for your order for hours. I'm not lying. We waited 40 minutes for a bottle of champagne! The bartender will prepare beer and cocktails-and it's all standing on the bar, warming up, and waiting for the waitress to smoke, sit on the couch on the phone. 2-3 tables, well, the edge is 4 with a number of 2-3 people at the table, it is problematic to serve her. And even the speed of its service is not affected by the number of tips you left the previous evening. This is certainly not very pleasant. We liked everything in principle, so a solid 4, taking into account all the disadvantages. If you are eating with children, then this holiday home will suit you by 90 percent. We were with the child for 1 year and 8 months. We did not experience any discomfort or difficulties in any critical way. Thank you for the rest of Abkhazia and the holiday home!!!

We rested at the Chelyuskintsev rest house at the end of July. To say that we had a rest is not to say anything. We took a room in a New building with a mountain view, and in fact a view of the automobile and railway, as well as passing people who look in the windows if the curtains are open. The mountains are not even visible, as well as the sea, if you take a view of the sea. The price does not match the quality. The Wi-Fi in our room fell off every 15 minutes, and Crab is best caught on the beach and in the restaurant. The TV shows 3 channels in terrible quality. I didn't like that when we were still in Moscow, we asked in advance if it was possible to pay with a card, the employee wrote, yes, with the presence of a card. We joyfully came to pay with a corporate card (IE), and what do we get at the reception upon arrival: "You never know what they wrote to you, we do not accept the card, the money does not reach us, but it is withdrawn from you… In the neighboring pharmacy, strangely enough, everything comes perfectly and they calmly paid with a card. The only thing I was pleased with was the arrangement around the hotel, perennial cypresses. The kitchen is not bad, but not to say that it is good. It's nice that the beach is clean. There are not enough umbrellas for everyone. It is not clear yet whether the hotel is a 3- or 4-star hotel. After several nights on this double bed, we felt back pain, since the bed consists of two sagging mattresses, covered on top with a thin foam mattress. Among other things, we were poisoned in the sea, there is a pile of garbage floating in the sea after the rain. The poisoning was terrible, diarrhea and vomiting for more than 12 hours in a row. You can't call an ambulance because it won't get there, according to the receptionist. Abkhazia in the Soviet Union (in the 80s) was a very decent resort, but now it is: "Such an island of late Soviet devastation in the worst case."
We have been in Moscow Time for a week and are still suffering from the effects of poisoning. We are not sure what exactly poisoned us from the sea or food, or from everything together. I am writing such a large-scale review for the first time, but it has boiled over so much that you can write and write…
The food in the Crab saved (the restaurant is against it), expensive, but delicious. And it's nice to meet the sun going down fast…

The beach, workers from Asia, sleep until 9:00, and all vacationers have to carry sun beds, umbrellas themselves, although their salary, as it turned out, is higher than many in Moscow, for which, it is not clear, they need to be driven out of there! The territory is small, but not bad. There is nowhere to go in the evening, and it is dangerous, the locals only ride donkeys and fly like crazy, you will not cross the road, you will have time well, but if not, then your problems. There is no cafe with a normal menu, they do not know how to cook, they only show off, but in fact zero., they ordered julienne, and as a result they kneaded! It's disgusting!
We found a coffee shop, it's not bad there, the coffee is normal and cakes, but there's nowhere to eat.
Bottom line: air yes, flora and fauna yes, and everything else: devastation, dirt, deception and show-offs.
PS: crossing the border is also not ice and do not see each other on excursions, they say the price is one, but in fact you will pay three times more...

Balconies cover the entire view of the sea, lying out of bed, even though the windows are on the floor, but you will not see anything, only standing. Cafe Crab on the territory is catastrophically expensive, the hotel is also not quite located All right.... To a normal dining room in one direction or the other .... 200 rubles by taxi ..... Poisoning at half the hotel, a broken toilet, boorish staff and a cleaner who asks to take out the trash and make the bed themselves - all this for just 8,000 per day!
We spent two weeks in this terrible place. We wanted to fly back as soon as we arrived, but the hotel rules say that no one will return the money, so we had to stay.
1. When booking, we were told that the repair in the old building was slightly worse than in the new one and sent photos in which everything was fine.
In fact: yellow mold in the bathroom, everything is covered with lime.
Instead of a double bed: two single beds, with a gap of 12 cm between them. To our question, they offered to plug the hole with a blanket, arguing: "What are you starting, there is the same young couple in the next room, they have been sleeping for 10 days and nothing, you will also suffer, not sugar." As a result, they asked for a topper, which stank terribly of dampness, and aired it on the balcony for 2 days.
Every time you flush the toilet, you need to hit the tank with all your might.
Towels, sheets and duvet covers are stained, streaked and spooled. 2. Room cleaning and the cleaner are a separate song. This wonderful woman (old building, 4th floor) is sure that the guests should take off their bed linen, prepare garbage, etc. by her arrival. Question: why pay a person a salary if, as a result, the guests themselves clean their room?
The fraternal attitude, constant "poking" and attempts to hug at a meeting also caused confusion. 3. The food is disgusting. Having dined here once, my husband and I caught a terrible infection, we sat in the room for a week without being able to move far from the bathroom, the temperature was 38 for two days. After communicating with the staff and guests, they realized that many people came down with the same symptoms that day, and many were taken to the hospital.The staff works in the dining room, which behaves rudely, Russian is poorly understood. 4. The view of the mountains is actually on a construction site, highway and railway tracks, and at night music plays until 1.00 am, it is impossible to sleep. 5. Excursions from the hotel - divorce for money. Instead of 1600, they eventually gave 3600.

Very expensive! Do not try to choose the second building! The beds are like in a hospital.

The guests are mostly of retirement age.
The staff is lazy, they don't want to do anything. The rest home received the money and that's it.
The hotel is good only because it is located on the very beach.
There are no walking areas and normal shops/cafes nearby.

There are no three stars here! No buffet!
If you want to eat well, go to a cafe, according to your taste.

I do not recommend this terrible hotel to anyone, especially the old building. For that kind of money!! This hotel cannot have three stars! I'm just amazed at how patient our people are. How can you call staying in this life-threatening place a vacation?! The prices are absolutely inadequate. As soon as you enter the old building, the smelly smell of mold and dampness hits your nose. The first and second floors are in terrible condition. The furniture is old, mattresses with springs that fit into the ribs. It is absolutely impossible to sleep. Mold in the bathroom. When I sent the manager a photo of all this splendor, she was shocked!! I demanded to be relocated. We found a room on the 4th floor, it was renovated and it was at least without stench and mold. The buffet in our view and in the view of the staff are two different stories. The portions themselves are very small, almost no fruit was given, and again very little. The fact that they did not move out for lunch was given for dinner. And there is a very strange policy of separate meals for visitors of the old and new buildings. Two advantages are that there is a beach within walking distance. But there is also a disadvantage associated with the fact that people are brought to the beach from another hotel. Accordingly, there are catastrophically not enough places and an umbrella with sun beds too. And the second pleasant restaurant on site. I cannot recommend this hotel. Especially the old building!

We had a rest last August. The main building is normal and the rooms there are decent. We had children there. In the 2nd building - it's a nightmare! My husband and I lived in a suite. But, excuse me, what kind of suite is this, in which there is no safe and a shared balcony with another room? Moreover, the food is not in the main building, but in the terrible dining room belonging to the 2nd building. We moved to the main building to eat, as children lived and ate in that building. The cleaning is terrible. We haven't changed the bed in 10 days. You literally had to run after the maid for water. So we also got a lot of discontent. So if you decide to rest, then only in the main building. On the beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are opened only at 8 o'clock. And before that, sit on the rocks. And this is not at all at a small cost. People from some other hotel are brought to the beach before lunch, and since it is very small, it is like a public one. Not very impressive. At 18.00, the beach workers begin to defiantly remove umbrellas and sun beds. Shock. Did I come to rest or did I go back to the pioneer camp? The food is not varied. The trays are always greasy, the dishes are not always enough. Information must be extracted from the workers at the reception with a fight. They don't know anything, they don't help in any way. The territory is very small, but clean.

A well-maintained garden and five steps to the sea. Breakfast for a good three. I especially liked the milk. You won't stay hungry. The beach is a large pebble. The sea was clear. Dolphins were coming. I didn't like the restaurant on the shore. There's also an abandoned garden nearby or something like that. There are homeless dogs hiding there. Hungry and timid. If there is an opportunity to feed , do a good deed . We took the leftovers from breakfast and took them to them.
And the most delicious restaurant on the beach is in the nearby Amra Hotel.

The ponsionate is on the first line from the sea. the view from the room is gorgeous. The food is excellent. The rooms are cozy, but only in the first building. In the second, the Soviet Union. The staff did well.

The location is excellent, 15 minutes from the border. Located on the shore (first line), the territory is guarded, very beautiful and well-maintained, there is a small playground, a fountain and benches. The beach is clean and the descent is convenient. There is a very nice restaurant on the beach with panoramic windows overlooking the sea. The staff is very friendly and polite, thank them for that. We had a room for three (we were with two children) We were also provided with a baby cot. We paid for the breakfasts, but they were constantly spilled, so I can't say anything here. The room is spacious and clean, there is nothing to complain about. There were enough towels and bed linen. The sound insulation is good, there are many vacationers with children in the hotel, but no one can be heard.

Convenient location, clean beach with sun beds and umbrellas. The room, in the new building, has everything you need. There are beach towels and a tumble dryer. Cleaning every day, but, however, the balcony was never washed(. Breakfast is like in Soviet boarding houses, but you can find it for yourself. Overall, an excellent combination, price and quality

We stayed at the hotel from 06/11/2021 to 06/21/2021. I really liked everything. We lived in the old building. The conditions, of course, are simpler. But they chose it because of the location of the building. The room was on the 4th floor, facing in the opposite direction from the courtyard. Insanely gorgeous view- sea view to the left, mountains to the right, tropical vegetation, birdsong. Every morning with a cup of coffee is delicious! Abkhazia is a country of the soul! We already miss you, I want to be there again. Wonderful ZOYA (excursions). We have visited many excursions.We plan to come back next year.
