We left 4 days for Gagra. To be honest, we were guided by the price, not by the reviews. In summer, the price tag here is not puny, but at the time of our arrival, it was gorgeous, considering that 3 meals a day buffet was included. We stopped by at 14.30. We were sent to have lunch first, because the dining room is open until 15.00, and then we went to check in. The lobby of the hotel is cozy, but not large. Nice pink velour upholstered sofas are equipped with purring cats))) The rooms are clean and cozy. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains, which were hiding in the clouds, or greedily catching the rays of the autumn sun. Getting to the beach is a separate type of quest. It's great that we didn't have a vacation at the beach time))). The embankment has not been completed to the hotel, in addition, everything is being built around. There are a lot of fittings on the shore. The beach is somewhere a little further from the hotel. The pool left much to be desired... the declared heating was absent and the water did not have an attractive green appearance. Carpet is a separate song)))) either the interior designer drew the project together with the watch, or they took it on sale))) I have no other options. In general, the carpet in the hotel corridor, it seems to me, is not quite hygienic. Canteen: the food is simple, there is something to choose from, but it is not particularly tasty. The dining room itself is kind of boring and gray. Wi-fi....... Everything is sooo sad... Barely If you need to stay in Gagra out of season at a budget price for a few days, then I will say yes. If we consider this hotel for the summer as a full-fledged vacation, then no. Positive: + Buffet meals +Cozy room +Salads are not seasoned (shelf life increases + there is a choice of dressing) + Nearby shops, cafes and a market + You can book a transfer + The territory is good enough Minuses - terrible wi-fi - the cook does not bother much about the deliciousness of the dish - the pool is not heated, the condition of the water in it is terrible - there is a private beach far away - there is no luggage room (at the time when I stopped by, but I haven't checked in yet) - there are no coolers in the hotels

A great hotel, now we live with my husband in a standard 2-bed room, clean, everything you need is there. Buffet meals, a wide variety of dishes, even too much. There is a heated swimming pool, just fine when it rains and you don't want to go to the sea. I recommend this hotel! We like everything.

Not a bad location. Near the market, dolphinarium, embankment, shops and cafes. The hotel is new. 3 meals a day buffet. The choice is small, but everything is quite edible. The standard room is small, but there is everything you need. There is a heated swimming pool on the territory, a disco by the pool in the evenings, a cafe (it did not work on our dates), a sauna, as well as excursions are sold in the lobby of the hotel. Lobby bar in the lobby, but expensive. If you want a quiet room, then you should choose rooms with mountain views, because loud music will sound from the pool where the disco is taking place, and even when the disco is over, the music will be heard from behind the fence where the cafe is open until late. Of the cons. Early check-in only for an additional payment of 250 rubles per hour. Even if your room is ready, you will not be settled for free. There is no lighting in the room except for two sconces on the wall. There is lighting in the hallway, there is even lighting on the balcony, but not in the room. A very strange decision. Very slow internet on the floors. Faster Internet on the 1st floor and by the pool. The dining room is a little slower, but better than on the floors. There is not one shelf and hook in the shower stall, so there is nowhere to put soap, shampoo, etc. except on the floor. If you are going on an excursion and will not eat at the hotel that day, then you are not entitled to a dry ration. Dry rations are given once at an early departure from the hotel. The ration itself is very meager. This is one cheese sandwich, one sausage sandwich, one apple and one 0.5 liter bottle of drinking water. In general, the hotel is not bad by the standards of Abkhazia. It can be recommended, but not in the season because the price will be clearly overstated, but in the off-season the price is adequate.

A large enclosed area. There is a playground and a basketball court for children. The dining room is not big, but there is enough space for everyone. The food is delicious, always meat and fish. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and will always help if necessary.

The hotel is not bad, the pool is large and clean. Food: the choice is not great but delicious. The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed on time.Staff: the girls at the reception are friendly, and the people in the dining room are also helpful.The children's animators are very good, the children are delighted. There are young people at the bar, just trash!! Rudeness, grins only because of them I put 3, otherwise not bad. Abkhazia itself and the people on the street are very friendly and pleasant.

Europa Hotel, Gagra, 07/31/2024 - 08/08/2024 The advantages of the hotel: the air conditioning worked perfectly in the room, by the pool (it is quite large, they try to keep an eye on it, they pour a lot of chemicals and once they saw how they cleaned it) and by the sea you can always find a free sunbed, in the dining room you can always find a free place at the table and choose something to your liking, although the choice is not too wide, and, for fans, beer, local wine and chacha flow like a river from 10.00 to 22.00. Cons of the hotel: during our stay for 6 consecutive days from 31.07 to 05.08 every day for half a day from about 11.00 to 18.00, ALL water was turned off in the hotel, which immediately created unsanitary conditions and it contributed to the spread of rotovirus. It was impossible to use the shower and toilet at that time, they could not wash the dishes in the dining room (which, even if there was water, was not enough for all vacationers), in the absence of dishes, disposable plates, cups, spoons, forks were taken out. The dishes in the dining room are not signed, and it is not always possible to understand what it is and what it is made of. Many dishes are completely cold, as if they were prepared in advance and now just taken out of the refrigerator, and those dishes that were hot quickly cool down because they are not heated from below at the distribution, although the equipment allows you to arrange such heating. The distribution is inconvenient, especially the place for pouring tea, compote and juice, everything is very crowded and dangerous when carrying cups or paper cups with boiling water. Pigeons and sparrows live in the dining room, they fly over the heads of people eating, land on empty tables and ceiling ceilings, and leave traces of their vital activity. We witnessed a scandal when a vacationer noticed these traces in her plate, left on the table while she went to get another dish. According to the all-inclusive system, from 10 to 15 you can take ice cream, popcorn, drink tea or coffee with a cupcake. We do not recommend ice cream, it is always soft, melted, which is very dangerous in terms of poisoning. From 15 to 18, they give out French fries with sauce and something grilled (for example, sausages), but you can only drink it with alcohol, no soft drinks are included in the "all inclusive". During the 8 days of stay, bed linen and towels were NEVER changed, they explained that there was no water and there was only enough laundry to prepare rooms for check-in. Cleaning was reduced to taking out the garbage and adding toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, sometimes they "forgot" about it, they had to ask to add it. Vacuumed twice in 8 days. The water was leaving badly in the shower, they left a request to be cleaned, but no one responded to it. The attitude of the service staff is completely indifferent, there is no interest in people being satisfied and coming back again. The "Europa Hotel beach" is located about 400 meters from the hotel gate and is a strip of shore 5-7 meters wide, then a concrete wall or the remains of this wall with protruding fittings, and how can you claim that the beach is equipped if there is NO TOILET, let alone a shower. And just the trouble with umbrellas, there are only about 40 of them (there are only 14 of them by the pool, and this despite the fact that the hotel has more than 400 rooms and, accordingly, more than 1,000 vacationers), and most of them are completely old and torn. Everyone uses the beach, no one monitors the availability of bracelets, you can comfortably sit on the sun beds under a torn umbrella only until 8 am, well, or by finding a beach employee and making a small scandal with outsiders. The hotel in its current state is categorically not recommended, the rest is spoiled.

4 people had a rest in early June. We rented two adjacent rooms. Of the advantages, the rooms are good, everything works, it's cozy. The bar and dining room are edible, but there is no choice. In the sense that on the first day, that on the 7th is the same thing. We quickly got bored, went to a pizzeria and a cafe. Of the cons: unfortunately there are more of them A day later, only after we had a fight, we were given some towels and then not all. The laundry can't handle their words. The beach is paid. The pool is dirty, it corrodes the eyes. There were skin rashes in children. There is no private beach. For sports, there is a dead playground and a tennis table Alone. For this money, you can look for more interesting places.

I rarely write reviews, but I really need to. We went through a tour operator for the first time. We stayed at the hotel from 27.04-03.05. Check-in at 14:00, if you arrived earlier, you will be waiting) We've been sitting and waiting since 7 a.m., because the train arrived earlier. But at the same time, one family, who arrived much later than us, moved in immediately, answering the question: "why?" No one answered. The room was on the 7th floor, and we often walked because we couldn't get an elevator. 4 elevators, 2 of which were not working and the whole crowd was trying to leave on the other 2, but it was not real. After checking into the room, we didn't have towels, we were asked to bring them almost every day, and of course, no one brought us anything during our stay. In 6 days, they only vacuumed at the entrance and threw out the garbage 1 time. It was cold in the room, the heater was good, but you can't leave it running all night either. Instead of a double bed, there are single beds pushed together, which is very inconvenient, because during sleep you fall between 2 mattresses, pillows are just a laugh. In the toilet, the drain tank on the toilet is half open, the seat is broken. Drinking water is not provided in the hotel, neither in bottles nor in coolers, only to buy. There is a separate topic about food. The dining room, not the restaurant, as they say, is fed, as they say, "you will not stay hungry." Sometimes it was cold, overcooked or undercooked, although my husband and I are generally not picky about food. The room is small and if you don't come to the beginning of lunch / dinner, then there is a chance not to get there at all, because there is simply nowhere to sit. All the people are pushing, kicking, there's a mini-canteen nearby that's the same, you can eat there for money without such queues in peace. In general, we do not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are tubed, bed linen and towels have not been changed in 4 days even once!!! There just aren't enough of them. The pool is heated, so that there were no special people who wanted to splash there, they went to it at the end of October, the weather was a buzz. The dining room is in the next building and this is a separate story (( At the entrance, the stench is wild right up to vomiting, flies, mosquitoes, midges are all at the entrance through the first place with tables, then the second hall where the distribution and the main tables went wherever, those who sat ate in the first room either without a subscription or on concrete ))) The food is generally delicious, but there is little variety, the most popular for everyone is local fruits, they are delicious. 0 questions. The territory is not large, parking spaces are normal for autumn, in summer there will be few when fully loaded. It is located at the end of Gagra, there is ruin and unfinished construction around, ruins and piles of garbage on the way to the beach, there is a market and shops nearby. Tip do not skimp on the hotel, the disappointment of low quality lasts longer than the high price!

In general, we spent a lot of nerves, and we weren't the only ones like that, about 10 families couldn't move in right away, we had to quarrel in the lobby, but the representatives there didn't decide anything, they say, contact the tour operator Biblio Globus. We visited the dining room, in general, the food is good for a budget holiday, but cooking is disgusting and not tasty. I took the potatoes twice, they were all sent. There's not much variety. The tomatoes were taken out and disassembled in 10 seconds. You can't drink alcohol in the dining room, and you can't take out food. In general, people realized where they were, since they couldn't return the money. Well, against this background, people sat down on the "glass" while the rooms were washed. For the first time in Abkhazia, there was no luck with the hotel. Thank God nature is beautiful, and it smoothed out somehow. The Europe Buldyr Hotel. Don't see each other for their discounts!

We had a rest in October. 1. Check-in. We arrived precisely by 2 p.m., the registration took 5 minutes. 2. The room. Clean, towels and soap and soap are present. There is not enough closet, things were in the suitcase, which is not very convenient. There is no table or chairs on the balcony, they were taken out of the room. The hair dryer is not convenient, but it is there. 3. The dining room. This is a dining room, not a restaurant. The food is delicious, the choice is large, in principle, everything has been repeated for 5 days, so you will have time to try everything. There were not enough plates for soup / porridge and it was almost necessary to fight for cups for tea / coffee. All the dishes were wet, wiped with napkins. The dishes are not signed, it's hell for the Allergs. Our friend is allergic to fish, so we tried it first, then he did. At the entrance, you need to say the room number, then go through. But this is also strange, because they asked every other time. 4. Swimming pool. The pool is large, the water temperature is comfortable, but throughout our vacation it was green. Those who arrived earlier still found the moment when it was blue, as it should be. They saw that they were pouring chemicals, but apparently very little, because it did not help. 5. The beach. There is a legend that the hotel has its own beach. We didn't get there because the whole embankment was broken up and there was no desire to climb through the blocks of concrete and rebar. The beach near the hotel is very dirty. There are tons of trash along the road leading to the beach. 6. Staff. Outright louts work in the dining room and pool bar. It's better at the respawn, but no one smiles or says hello. They asked me to call a taxi several times, they called me without any problems and told me which hospital was better to go to with rotovirus. 7. Rotovirus. We had a company of four people. Everyone got sick. The hospital said that everyone was from the Europa Hotel. We conclude that the problem is either in the water (let me remind you that the dishes are all wet), or the cooking conditions are violated. Absolutely everyone in the hotel was sick. 8. The territory. It's big enough. Lots of stray cats and dogs. There are flowers and benches. 9. Location. We didn't like it. There is no promenade nearby, we went for a walk to Staraya Gagra. There is a market and shops nearby (local Pyaterochka, household goods). Not far from the railway station, we arrived by swallow, the taxi took 500 rubles to the hotel. To summarize. After such a vacation with rotovirus, there is basically no desire to travel to Abkhazia anymore. If we go, it's definitely not to this hotel.

The area is well maintained, our room was clean, cleaning was carried out regularly. I was lucky with the view - the view was on the mountains. There is a private pool, clean in principle, there are no special comments. Of the "cons": It is not very clear where the hotel has a beach, you come to the sea directly from the hotel, and a man comes up and says that the sun beds are paid and supposedly the beach of our hotel is further along the shore. We didn't bother and rested on a shared beach, but not far from the hotel. The food is a separate pain, the breakfasts are not bad, but the main meals are mostly fried, a lot of butter. In general, I didn't like the food very much, but everything is individual. There is a pool bar, local alcohol and beer. There were also snacks, but all for the amateur. There is a separate bar in the lobby where you can pay extra.You can buy bottled water, snacks and ask to make cocktails. We have not encountered infections and rotavirus, but many are sick. There was only acclimatization on the third day, but it's hardly the fault of the hotel. In general, I liked the rest, the nature of Abkhazia is very beautiful, probably it is worth going for this, because the quality of service in principle suffers everywhere in this region. It is not worth comparing exactly with a vacation in Turkey or in more expensive hotel options.

I rested from 05/11/2024 to 05/26/2024. The hotel is lovely, the staff is too. We are especially lucky that the hotel has a gorgeous heated swimming pool. In the sea, the water warmed up to 15 degrees by May 20. The weather has let us down a bit. The heat came to Abkhazia in the 20s. But there is also a disadvantage. This is nutrition. Everything is fine in terms of cooking quality, but the temperature of the dishes wants the best. The first one is still a little warm, but the second one... At least there would be microwave ovens. But I understand that there would be huge queues for them.

The attitude of the staff is unexpectedly unfriendly for Abkhazia. The three of us stopped by with a 4-year-old child, I received the third pillow only a day after the third call at the reception. In general, after paying the money, as a guest, they are no longer particularly interested in you. The pool is cool, the heating is working. We were in November for 6 days, starting on November 10, everything seems to be fine,we checked in at 15.00, the room is normal, the food is the same almost every day, well, yes, I understand that it is not Turkey, etc., but not cake.and there was no such thing, purely 1,2 + tea (or diluted.juice), sometimes the cupcake was dry, made of fruits, green tangerines and Feihua, and most importantly, I went with the desire to swim in the pool, it should be heated to 30, but no, I went once, and got sick, bought ingavirin, and lay for two days, conclusion:the pool is not heated, I will not go to Abkhazia anymore, and even I have to cross the border, with all my clothes, a suitcase, it's just terrible.

The hotel is not bad. We liked the comfort room with access to the pool, the room is cleaned daily. Towels are changed after 3 days for the fourth. If you insist very well. There is no huge variety of dishes, but you will not stay hungry. Everything is boiled and stewed. The pool is clean and warm. The beach is not equipped, umbrellas are either missing or torn, Fittings stick out in the sea near the shore. Vacationers know dangerous places and warn visitors. There is a market next to the hotel, so there are huge garbage cans around, there is also garbage on the way to the beach. There are construction sites around the hotel from all sides. Money and vacation time are wasted. I don't recommend it. Find a more gentrified place.

We rested at this hotel 4.10 - 9.10.2024 The pool is large, but it is advisable to clean it more often from the green shade. The beach is nearby, pebbles. The embankment consists of broken concrete, debris, rebar and pebbles. The dining room (the food is not particularly rich in diversity). Free bar (beer and chacha, some kind of burgers) WiFi catches in the toilet and then very rarely. The Internet is very bad. There is a market nearby. The highlight on the cake is acute poisoning (rotavirus) 2 days of diarrhea and nausea. I had to go to the hospital, get injections and put on an IV. The hospital is good by the way.

From 7:00 to 17:00-18:00 there is no light!!! from the word AT ALL!!! From here there is no hot water, no heat, no TV, Internet, kettle. It's raining and cold outside, there's no way to walk and there's nothing to do in the rooms either. Everyone is sitting in the lobby, because only there is Internet and TV. Therefore, until it gets better, there is nothing to do with the light here. The rest is ruined! The hotel itself is good, well located, the reception has one very unpleasant girl who communicates with dislike. In the dining room there is the same situation, views and answers as to inhumans. I'm shooting a star for the reception and the attendants in the dining room, a very unpleasant lady who collects the dishes. I'll give the chefs 5. There is something to compare it with in Abkhazia, so well done, everything is delicious! The manager is kindly requested to work with the staff specifically with those who communicate with vacationers. With this attitude, they will fuck up your business!

Among the advantages : a fairly large enclosed area, there is a football field with artificial turf, fresh renovation in the rooms. Among the disadvantages: green and cold (about +22) pool water. It was November 1-3, 2024. Very poor nutrition, little choice and not tasty. Central Asians work in the kitchen. There is no point in taking full board. There are a lot of mosquitoes both in the rooms and in the dining room. Pillows in the rooms are cloths with lumps. This is the first time I've seen them. There are 2 long-term buildings behind the fence. There is a knock on one from time to time. The other one covers the sea view. Conclusion: I will not go here anymore and I will not recommend this place.

Although the hotel is new, cockroaches have been spotted. The water temperature in the pool is such that it's cold to go in there, and the water is green, maybe it's something that's out of season and the pool is not heated ((( I don't know :) we had a rest in November. And by the way, the road to the beach is full of garbage, there is a mess on the beach in the form of broken slabs. You shouldn't come back here. And there are a lot of mosquitoes and midges in the dining room ! Maybe I forgot about some other disadvantages . Please take action. And by the way, there are dogs walking around the hotel in packs.

At first, they were standing in line with one person, as we approached, they said that you needed to get in another queue. The reception staff cannot solve the problem with towels, duvet covers and blankets, but this is most likely not their fault, but the managers who have been reading reviews and listening to visitors' complaints for several years and have not done anything. We were driving and hoped that these problems had been solved, but no. We took comfort for ourselves and when we saw that we were given a single blanket and a double duvet cover, we were shocked, fortunately, the child was taking a blanket with him and he slept covered. There are stoves in the room and they were turned on full to sleep under the duvet covers, but it was still cool, thanks for giving us another one and there was availability. The ticket was for 5.5k for two people, you can't expect a normal meal for that price. It was possible to eat something selectively there. But the food is not canteen food at all, or I have never eaten in such canteens. A man in a bar on tap drinks rude. Summary: the staff is good, the poor guys at the reception, they get hurt a lot. They honestly say not to come here. The area itself is nice, the pool seemed cool to me, but I just like it hot, it was 28 degrees on the side, cooler in the center. The sea is as always a delight. The animation deserves applause. The two girls worked perfectly with the children, fun, relaxed, very polite. Thanks to the girls. There are wonderful people at the reception, polite, attentive, room cleaning on time, diligently and cleanly. But the dining room is exactly the Soviet dining room. There are no complaints about the menu-everything is thought out. Excellent breakfasts. There's a queue for soup at lunch. It would be necessary to think over this moment so that the guests do not line up, as in the USSR. The plates are always wet and the appliances are too. It means that the oven does not pass. It is sad. There were often not enough appliances at dinner. So there is a question for the staff of the canteen. There is an eternal bazaar at the entrance. Shouting, running, arguing. And these are not the guests and their children. This is how the employees of the canteen get dressed up. Young people who do not know the rules of behavior arrange outdoor games around the one who marks the incoming guests. The guests are forced to watch these entertainments. The territory of the hotel is very young. There are not enough places to sit in the shade. The pool is nice, lots of sun loungers, few umbrellas. The bar is open on schedule. We were invited to a Thai massage, but it is next to the bar behind the curtains, which are swayed by the wind, no silence, no concealment from the curious ... The hotel has its three stars. It's probably more beautiful in summer. The room is nice, everything is visible and the mountains and the sea and the courtyard. BUT cleaning is very lame. On January 1, we got a cleaning knock at 10 a.m. I told everyone else to come back later, but no one came to us, the next day she wasn't there, why only took away a roll of paper and put a new one and threw out the garbage that was in the bucket in the toilet. But the room was not cleaned at all, the garbage bag was not thrown out, nothing was done. There were dirty towels on the floor, but no one cleaned them up, even when they complained about cleaning. After we complained, he vacuumed, put gel, shampoo and toilet paper again. But the towels were still there. In general, cleaning is very lame. They started packing up and moving out and found some papers under the bed , apparently badly cleaned after the previous guests. The dust is still very dusty. The disadvantages are terrible mattresses and pillows. The child got a restless cot, the next day it was replaced with a euro cot on request. Cleaning in the room must be begged, cunning cleaners shirk cleaning, do not speak Russian, they must be dragged straight into the room to vacuum. 4 elevators, in principle, did not wait long. There is a board and an iron on the floor. Swimming pool: large enough, heated, there is a children's area, animation, but it is open from 9 to 19.00 - A huge minus. You can rent a bathrobe for 500 rubles for the entire period. Or a towel for 200 rubles. Meals: all inclusive, buffet, bar, ice cream, local alco beer wine for an hour, after three potatoes chicken slaked cotton wool popcorn. The menu is monotonous and simple, but no one was left hungry. There is always chicken, pork goulash, mackerel, steamed cutlet, side dishes, salads, 2 soups, porridges, some kind of sweet muffins, fruit is a little poor, only orange and apples, obviously not local. The carpet is crying and needs a dry cleaning. The maids either haven't learned how to polish mirrors, or they don't know how. Repair is generally aerobatics .... Glue, screws, electrical tape, deshmansky hooks .... "Collective farm" - in its purest form. Check-out time comes when the maid wishes, we were already expelled at 11:00, although the hotel is 25 percent full. The pool is icy, the pool lobby is closed because it is off-season, and wi-fi is ideal only on the 1st floor. We haven't heard about personal data protection here at all, if you suddenly take a fancy to someone from the staff, your personal number will immediately be known to your admirer. pros: The building and the territory are thought out and executed perfectly. A restaurant, a market, a shop are all within 5 minutes. There are no questions about the dining room, everything is fresh and delicious as "at home", even the administrator Madina is a darling. It is clear that they are trying - roses and trees have been planted. A nice playground in the shade. Benches, wooden figures. 2. A large swimming pool, the children liked it. There were always enough sun beds. 3. If you're lucky, the mountains will be visible from the room. 4. There are not a lot of animations, but it seemed to me that the animators were sincere, it was clear that the children liked it. 5. There were plenty of dishes to choose from in the dining room. There was always meat and fish. 6. Air conditioning in a room with multiple modes is a definite plus. Minuses. 1. Boorish staff. Almost all of it. The cleaners raise their voices to the guests, they can easily switch to you. In a bar, employees may not notice, for example, napkins lying on the floor, just step over them. It seemed that no one cared. Especially the girls at the reception. Striving for zero smiling, politeness, hospitality, customer orientation. 2. Clean towels have to be begged for a change. There are clearly not enough of them. We were given large towels only a day after arrival. And then after a few reminders. 3. Sometimes there was no water in the room, including in the toilet. 4. "Tired" vegetables in the dining room. I sincerely do not understand HOW you can have such vegetables in July. Of the fruits, only apples and oranges were given. 5. About half of the hotel and my whole family, including, have had rotovirus. But, according to the hotel staff, this is because we swallow water in the sea. Well, maybe. 6. Rusty playground. I just wanted to buy a few cans of paints and ask them to allocate workers for a couple of hours to paint a rusty fence… Broken basketball hoops on the playground. 7. Very weak wifi. He was almost not in the room. If you need to work on vacation (as I do) - "Europe" is definitely not your option, Wi-Fi is poor even near the reception. 8. The beach.... Leaky dirty umbrellas. Dirty sun beds. Around the beach there is devastation, a construction site, a garbage dump. The road to the beach itself takes 10 minutes, also through the devastation, construction site, garbage (see photo). They constantly go to the beach to sell something - beer, chebureks, etc. 9. The cherry on the cake - we did not receive a transfer at the reception. We approached and clarified - yes, yes, everything is there. It's time to leave - oh, we didn't hear, oh, we thought. And not a word of apology or attempts to solve the problem. They left by taxi themselves. The hotel staff - see point 1. It is a pity that the Europa Hotel completely negated the hospitality and natural beauty of Abkhazia.

The rooms are good. More or less clean. Bed linen is changed every 7 days. Huge packs of dogs roam the street at the entrance to the hotel and outside the territory. There are a lot of them. There are aggressive ones, although the locals claim that they are peaceful, but not all of them. Be careful. The food in the canteen is delicious homemade.

Rooms are cleaned once every 4 days. Towels are changed once every 7 days. There is no medical center in the hotel this year. The dining room is full of unsanitary conditions, flies and pigeons. There are few dishes, they do not have time to wash, the dishes are always wet and unwashed. The dining room is stuffy, there are no conduits, actually the doors are open and birds and flies fly in. We arrived early in the morning, they don't even have early check-in for a fee. I love Abkhazia, I have been going to different hotels for 15 years, there is something to compare it with.
