Good afternoon, this is the first time I write a review, even when it's very good, I'm always very lazy, but this time I can't pass it by! We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for 5 years in the summer, everything has always been wonderful, even in hotels the cost is 20,000 per stay. This time we decided to go to the Europa hotel in Gagra, walked past it and liked it, decided that it would be good there. I went to the website, there were no seats, I got seats through a travel agency, and I was so glad that everything worked out. As a result, I paid 70,000rubles. we arrived at the hotel a month later, waited from 7 to 14:00 to check in (we always checked in earlier everywhere, but that's okay, like the rule is the same) we checked in at about 14:30, we go into the room, and there the whole floor is in bottles, garbage, the bed is dirty, went to find out, they we didn't know that we didn't have time to clean up, and they gave us another room, for this money, we had a 2-bed room with a cot and a double bed, although it was paid for 2 adults, for a child, and a 2-year-old was free. As a result, we went to lunch, it was delicious, but very simple food. We went to the pool, took a swim and the next day the child started vomiting alone, turned to their honey, they said they couldn't help and sent us to the hospital for our money, there was a wonderful doctor there, gave an injection, and the child lay all day then in the room, the next day it was like with the youngest, it was okay without a hospital, but with a fever. We ate the same food all day, they cook delicious, but quite simply, (buckwheat, pasta, cutlets, soup, dumplings, pancakes with cottage cheese, boiled or fried chicken, stewed cabbage) and so on every day, only a biscuit from sweets. Everyone from the hotel has almost been to the hospital, they have a strong infection apparently in the pool, you can only hear people talking about the pool and vomiting! The rooms are cleaned only if you put up a request for cleaning, and they don't want to change the bed, they threw up on the corner of the bed at night, and there was a trace on it, they swept the room, but the bed remained like this! We went on a tour from them, it was some kind of hell, the trip was by bus, the girl warned that it would be an hour longer than by minibus, we hesitated for a long time, but agreed, and in the end, instead of 18:00, we returned at 21:20, did not have time for dinner, barely had time to buy there is food in the store, I am generally silent about the torment of children during this time! Beer in the hotel, wine is free, but there is such beer and wine that we bought everything only in the store, in general, I have not yet met a worse hotel in Abkhazia, think 1000 times before going there, all people even there are not friendly, rude and if they say discontent in the wake they just look like They laugh at some stupid people after that ! You can write a lot more, believe me, it's just a really bad hotel, coming from there, and telling your Abkhazian friends, they grabbed their heads, and said what you didn't ask, we would tell you that this is a very bad hotel! If I hadn't bought a ticket through a travel agency, I would definitely have demanded all the money and fled from there immediately!I'm not talking about furniture at all

We rested from 07/18/2024, for the first and last time we stay in this hotel ,a complete mess ,2 towels and 1 sheet were given for 4 people to hide,until 22:00 I swore with the staff to get linen, towels are all stained, an additional place is a nightmare, they gave a torn cot on which it is impossible to sleep, breathe in the dining room there is nothing, the menu is monotonous, there is not a single shelf in the showers, no one does the cleaning!

Terrible hotel!!!! After checking in, we went to the dining room for lunch and that same night the child had vomiting and fever, while still not swimming in the sea!!!! There are much better places-if it's all inclusive-then I'm very ashamed of such service, for the cuisine and the attitude towards people!!!! Just look for other options for that kind of money!!! I do not recommend it!!!

I didn't like the hotel! Bath towels had to be knocked out, they said that they were not provided. Wi-fi catches poorly. There are constant queues for the first one in the dining room at lunch. The pool was getting dirtier every day. Beach from the hotel (with tattered umbrellas) We still have to try to find it. And in the evening, there are piles of mosquitoes everywhere on the beach and on the hotel grounds.

Rating 3+ , rested from 05/14/24 to 05/21/24, Let's start: the hotel is new, arrived on 05/14/2015 at 11 pm 15-18 people at the reception 1 person, we cursed everything because we checked in only on 05/15 at 2 a.m. There is a good double bed in the room, a TV, a table, a chair and a stool, who brought a lot of things, there is nowhere to put them, there is no wardrobe or chiffonier, there are only three hangers on them, there are no slippers, a bathrobe for 500 rubles. buy separately, linen has not been changed more than once, 4 bags of shower gel were and a small one-time piece of soap, a sea of mosquitoes, take some kind of poison, in short, take everything with you but there is no place to put it. The food is good, the pool is warm, the bar is good, there is access to the sea but there is no beach. The main thing is if you love silence and a beautiful view of the mountains, ask for these rooms at the travel agency, others overlook the pool and there is music, disco until half the night.

Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions about the Europa Hotel. We had a rest with a group of 10 people from June 16 to 23, 2024. The hotel seems to be modern, but everything is minimal. For some reason, there is 1 blanket in a room for 2 people with two separate beds. I had to ask several times to bring the second one. There is no shelf for shampoos and gels in the shower. I had to put everything on the floor. On the second day of their stay, they fell ill with an oral viral infection. We took turns running to the bathroom all night. What if we were caught together? That's why they asked for a second blanket, because the temperature rose. In the morning, we asked the maid to wipe the bathroom, to which we were told that we first had to clean it ourselves. I wonder how? without a bucket or rags? However, after we looked at what was clean, we wiped the floors. They asked to change the towels after a stormy night, to which they received the answer that the towels were changed on the fourth day. On the fourth day, there were no clean towels. It was only after the scandal that the towels were changed at the reception. Toilet paper was begged for every day. They came to us to clean the room only on the eve of our departure. After being ill for 2 days out of 7, they no longer went to the dining room. We ate outside the hotel. And everything was fine! An ambulance arrived at the hotel every day. Everyone in turn was sick with tears. Regarding the beach: the beach is a 10-minute walk away. There are sun beds and deck chairs. Is free. but! you need to go through the construction site and through the garbage. There is a ruined embankment on the beach. Pieces of concrete are lying around. Fittings are sticking out of the sea. And stray dogs are running around. I got the impression that I was resting in a dumpster. There is also a market nearby. I haven't been to Abkhazia for 40 years. And I won't go for the same amount of time. I advise everyone, add some money better and relax in normal places. We were on our way to the opening of the Emerald Hotel (promised to open on July 16). The tour operator changed the hotel in 2 weeks, because the Emerald did not open. And I think it will open only in 2025. And in Europe, they accept everyone. People arrived who also had not opened a hotel. And so everything is there: chacha, wine, beer, ice cream - everything is included in the price. But I do not advise you to eat in the dining room. Yes! A teenage new sports jacket was stolen from a friend. We were going to the New Athos caves. They missed it, but there is no sweater. We fought at the reception for 2 days. But the jacket was never found. Compensation - extended the room on the day of departure until 15.00.

For its price, perhaps the best hotel in Gagra. The rooms are nice and clean, linen is changed almost every day. They change broken things. The food is delicious, but monotonous, by the end of the rest, none of our family wanted to go to the dining room. A huge territory, with a football field and tennis tables inside. The location is normal, not very far from the sea and the city center. The staff is friendly, but there are exceptions, for example, in the shawarma and buffet there is one person who thinks that everyone owes her. The pool is normal, a lot of bleach and dirty. During rush hour, there can be up to 100 people in the pool. For a family holiday, that's the thing.

We had a rest at the Europa hotel from June 6 to 11, we liked the rest. The hotel is inexpensive, modern, new, clean, the territory is not green, only small plants are planted, it will be better in a couple of years. The room was standard on the 4th floor, small in size, but for two adults and a child of 3 years old, quite. The bed is large, the mattress is very comfortable, the three of us slept comfortably, extra.the place was not needed. The dining room is in a detached building, the food is homemade, delicious, simple, without frills, there is enough choice. The pool is large, the child liked it, it is shallow in the middle, just for small children. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, sun beds are paid, 200 rubles 1 sunbed for the whole day. Thanks to all the hotel staff! personally, our stay at this hotel was a success, after 15 years of visiting Abkhazia again. By the way, take beach towels with you, you can't take them out of the room. From the experience of holidays abroad, I didn't even think about it. I had to buy on the market)

Everyone's vacation was ruined by rotavirus. Dried vomit was not washed off. People inhaled this suspension. Pigeons and sparrows are flying in the dining room. Complete unsanitary conditions. On the third day, I had vomiting and diarrhea for 17 days. On the last day before departure, vomiting again. Urinary retention. I think there was a constant origination through the dining room. An ambulance came to the child and we staged a riot. The rioters were offered to eat at the Grand Hotel Abkhazia. But everyone there is sick with rotavirus. The rest is ruined. At the reception, the girls are prickly, not very polite. there are no shelves or hooks in the bag. The rooms are small. Wi-Fi, if your room is at the end of the corridor, then forget about it. He won't make it. There is only one kettle on the floor. And it is not small in length. And of course there is not enough greenery on the territory. One of the advantages is a very good buffet. The hotel did not justify its price. There were no pillowcases on the pillows and towels at check-in. When asked to provide all this, the answer was the same - not available. The pillowcases were brought only in the evening, and the towels two days later. On the third day, rotovirus was caught, even enterol prevention did not help. As a result, we stayed in the room for 4 days. Most likely, they cook in the dining room with unfiltered water. After recovery, we did not go to the dining room, we ate at the bakery, which is located on the border with the hotel. Everything is cooked there very tasty and of high quality. Two days before departure, I saw with my own eyes how a woman of 55-60 years old ran out of the dining room with her hands over her mouth and ran to a bed of roses and poured her stomach contents over them. After paying 76,000 for 9 days, we used the all-inclusive system for the first three days. Further payment went nowhere. Money is wasted. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rest is ruined. Unsanitary conditions.

I will start with the fact that initially the ticket was bought to another hotel, which was unfinished and offered to go to Europe without additional payment, the first and last time I visited this hotel. I read a lot of positive reviews and agreed to go because the vacation was already planned. The hotel has not changed towels or bed linen in 8 days, there is no kettle in the room, no drinking water. There is not even a shelf in the shower to put shampoos, etc. The pool when we arrived was dirty, muddy, only dirt floated on the surface, but after lunch it became more or less cleaner, apparently they added strong chemicals for cleaning (and there are small children swimming, God forbid they get poisoned by it all) On the second day of rest, we caught rotovirus, we were not the only ones, many people walked around the hotel with enterosgel and also suffered from it. In the dining room, all the second courses are cold, except for soup at lunch and porridge in the morning, at least they were hot. There was nothing else from fruits except apples and oranges.
There were no forks all the time. The staff is on the top three. The only advantage is that the beautiful nature and clean good sea.

We are resting at the hotel now. Of course, Abkhazia is trying to do something to get guests to replenish the money supply. But there is devastation everywhere. A hotel with a beach is not pleasant to go to the beach, a construction site, a mess. Bombed structures with protruding fittings from the former embankment from the Soviet era stick out everywhere on the beach, there is no toilet, this is generally a disaster. What kind of bar is there. All inclusive is an invention of the administration and a deception. The pool bar and barbecue are specially overcooked to such an extent that you don't even want to look at anything. French fries are always cold. My husband didn't say anything. The room is clean because the hotel itself is new. There are no slippers, robes, too, everything that is written in the concept is not true. There is no drinking water from the word at all. IT'S ALL INCLUSIVE. We arrived with a small child, left a request for a cot, brought it upon check-in half an hour later, after several requests. They take a long time to settle, I mean I make it out manually. It's not very good. The food is delicious, but on the third day I don't want to eat anymore, only soups change. We changed the towel on the fourth day and then with great dissatisfaction, do not even ask for bed linen. They all have something, then a thunderstorm, then light, then water. And so don't ask. And we paid for all inclusive. Oh, oh, oh. The dining room doesn't seem to have anything either, but they're building something again, everything is in plain sight. One with slides, a good one. But it is not convenient for the little ones. There are no swings at all, there are a lot of children. A pool with muddy water, it is dangerous to walk on the wooden deck by the pool (rotten and you can fall through). The food is so-so. There are always no forks or mugs in the dining room. The canteen workers are vicious and rude. The hotel grounds are teeming with stray dogs that bark at night and hunt cats. The check-in is generally disgusting, we stood in line for about three hours. We were there once, I don't want to anymore.
We had a rest from July 3 to July 15, 2 adults and 2 children, lived in 2 combined standard rooms on the 4th floor with a sea view. The rooms are clean, the furniture is good, the plumbing is serviceable.
Of the advantages:
A closed and well-maintained territory, an excellent swimming pool, a private beach, a leisurely 10 minutes walk to it, and the dining room is rather a plus, it is clear that the staff is trying. There is not much variety, but you will not stay hungry. I didn't like only the breakfasts, the porridges are overcooked and sweet, and I got tired of everything else on day 3. Next to the canteen, they have a bakery with very tasty pastries, so they had breakfast for her.
Of the cons:
Cleaning!!! I read the reviews and realize that we were unlucky with the cleaner. We didn't have any daily cleaning, once every 3 days I had to go and look for a cleaner, ask for toilet paper, vacuum, etc. We threw out the garbage ourselves. Fortunately, I brought shampoo and shower gel with me, I bought liquid soap at a local store.
For 13 days of stay, linen and towels were changed 1 time!!! They just forgot about us. I went for 4 days and asked for a change, the linen was not changed, the towels were brought incomplete 2 days before departure. In short, this is kapets.
The dining room! It's great that she's in a detached building! After visiting the dining room, I had to take off all my clothes and hang them on the balcony, they were soaked with all the "aromas" of this institution.
Our children didn't even eat there, they didn't even want to go there.
Well, how can I not say about the cerberus woman in the dining room! Once she yelled at us that she couldn't see our bracelets))) it was raining and we were wearing sweatshirts)
Reception! We were settled ahead of time, for this we paid 400 rubles / hour, no question.
But I was just annoyed by the attitude of the young staff, when I first came with a question about changing linen and towels, the young man and the girl just started looking at each other and giggling during the conversation, I was blown away by such rudeness and left.
For 13 days of stay, we paid 220 tr. I just feel sorry for the money spent.

The sea is just around the corner, about 300 meters, but on our arrival it was cold, they did not appreciate it. In the evening, we sat on the shore when the weather allowed, although it was windy and cool, opened a bottle of champagne "Lykhny" and relaxed, looked into the distance). They did not regret that they chose Europa , and not Amra SPA, for 10,500 rubles. room on HB and 8,500 rubles on BB. The contingent of vacationers at the hotel, family people, without drunks and screaming, drunk men. There is a weak animation for children and adults. There are quite a lot of children. Near the hotel, Pyaterochka, a market, souvenirs, a million shops, bakeries, canteens, cafes.We are satisfied in general! For that kind of money, fine! Because lame guest houses on the outskirts, they charge 1,500 rubles per room, but it's trash to live there. And Europe, according to the execution of the case, reminds us of the Karat hotel in Sochi for space money.
We ate in the well-known cafe -canteen "Compote", at the beginning of the market... (5 minutes from the hotel)bloggers don't lie)), and it's true, it's cheap, insanely delicious food until 19.00 h., I attach two photos from the dining room. What is their khachapuri boat worth, they didn't eat anything tastier in Abkhazia. I liked the area, everything is nearby, it's not boring. The territory is large, the hotel is clean everywhere and there is security. We will be in Gagra sometime else, we will stop again in Europe, a good option both in terms of price and infrastructure.

The hotel is new, the rooms are cozy, but small. The equipment of the rooms is minimalism in everything: the kettle is shared in the corridor, there are no shelves in the bathroom for shampoos, etc. Malfunctions (clogged drain) are eliminated promptly. Room cleaning according to the schedule. The room was on the 3rd floor with a view of the pool. From morning to evening (a break for a quiet hour from 13 to 15), the basses of cheerful music are hammered under the cheers of the animators, the noise insulation of the windows is weak - it interferes with rest. Abkhazia is a paradise for smokers, in the absence of legal restrictions, they smoke everywhere. In the evening, under the eye on the shore of the pool, many fans of spoiling the air with tobacco smoke are sitting at tables. It's bad for a non-smoking person - the window can't be opened. You can't breathe clean air. If you want peace and quiet, it is better to take a room with a view of the mountains (but not to the market). Full board meals. This is not very convenient, since it is tied to the time of the meal. It would be better to offer a choice: full board or breakfast. The food is not bad, but monotonous. Buffet. I often had to wait for clean glasses. The waiters are slow in Abkhaz. In a word, you can relax here, but there are better places.

We had a rest in early June 2023. Me, husband, child (boy 3 years old). Overall, we liked it. The hotel is located next to the sea, it's a real plus! It takes about 6 minutes to walk! The territory is guarded, no outsiders will be allowed without bracelets, and this is very good! The hotel has its own free beach, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk around the city, but the sun beds and umbrellas are free! Room service is 4 out of 5, the disadvantage is that they do not wipe the table and bedside tables, they do not vacuum under the beds, the linen is changed every 5 days. Our room is a 1-room standard twin of 11m2, but it's a little cramped for 3. Minus - there is no locker, it was hard with things, they were lying all over the room. Plus, there is a clothes dryer, it stood on the balcony every day. If you take a room with access to the pool, then goodbye to peace for a few hours (the pool closes at 8 o'clock), and this is music and shouting into the microphone. The food was delicious, but there was not much variety, but we ate enough and even found something to feed the child. The staff is good, there are no complaints about them, well done! From entertainment, there were some gatherings like the mafia, needlework circles, etc. They have something like a snack bar right on the territory, you can sit there, eat kebabs or shawarma. There is also a sauna, but I remember it was flooded only 1 time and was not heated anymore. The playground is already tired. But when we left, it seems they wanted to update it.. There is a fairly diverse menu, there is plenty to choose from, even a one-year-old child can be safely fed. Since we had 3 meals a day, we didn't eat anywhere, we were quite full. Our room was "comfort", I did not go into the others, so there is nothing to compare it with. The room on the ground floor with access to the pool is very convenient because it is fashionable to go out straight from the room in a swimsuit and dry the linen well. In the room: a large bed, a table, a chair, two bedside tables, a TV, a refrigerator, a large mirror, a heater, air conditioning; in the hallway: a wardrobe, a small shoe rack and wall hangers; in the bathroom: toilet, sink, mirror, shower, hairdryer, towel dryer. The service is excellent, the very responsive girls cleaned the room every day and even changed the linen for us several times in 10 days. The pool is nice and spacious, but you can't really swim in it. There is not enough greenery on the territory, but there are so many young plantings, so in a couple of years it will be more interesting. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the hotel's beach. There are not always enough sun beds for everyone who wants to lie by the sea. The beach is clean, cleaned all the time.
Minuses:
- there is no playground for small children, and there were many of them. There is a playground for children from 6 years old, no less and a sports ground, but I would like for the very little ones - a sandbox, safe swings / carousels, fencing, so that the children can safely go there and sit while they play.
- there are no decking / paths on the beach, the stroller has to be dragged on itself, or rather behind itself. I was alone with the child, I had to drag it back and forth on gravel, the stroller gets stuck all the time. In general, please make wooden paths for the administration, along which it will be convenient to carry the stroller to the descent to the sea.
- a dumpster to the left of the secondary exit to the territory. Well, not really. It's not at all pleasant to go through and see all this..
Overall, I had a very pleasant impression of the hotel.

Meals for 3 days and I don't want to go to the dining room anymore, everyone who is hungry before 13:00 is not allowed even in one minute, everyone stands in line like herds of sheep.... For breakfast, lunch and dinner, everything is the same, too, no variety! As I answered, the only advantages are the room and the location of the hotel near markets, shops, etc.... I talked to 10 people more dexterously and from all of them we heard only 1 more foot here.

The room was on the 2nd floor, without a balcony, Beautiful mountain view.A room with two single beds, I was vacationing with an adult daughter, we ordered separate beds ourselves.The room is clean and the furniture is new. TV, refrigerator. Hair dryer.there is no safe in the room. A kettle, an iron on the floor, they took it when they needed it without any problems. The room was cleaned almost every day, the linen was changed 1 time in 7 nights.The staff is polite and helpful. In the dining room, the food is varied, meat, fish, chicken every day, pancakes, dumplings, a variety of salads.The sweet table is monotonous, but you can choose fruits. : peaches, apples, watermelon.There is always something to choose. The dishes were sometimes wet but clean, there are a lot of napkins, you can wipe them.I was wiping. Many people were sick with Rotovir, we did not get sick, we washed our hands often. The pool is large, there are a lot of children in it, but it is deep enough to swim.There is a beach from the hotel but few rods. It is better to come early to take a staff with an umbrella, for European guests it is free. The location of the hotel is not bad, in Novaya Gagra, 7 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the promenade along the embankment.I recommend you to rest.

They are poisoned in the dining room, most of the people in the hotel suffer from Rotavirus (I am also on this list). You can not dive in the pool and generally fully spend your vacation (or rather swim), since you are being watched and your every movement is controlled, which is not very comfortable. Regarding WIFI in this hotel, this is a disaster!! Because you have to run all over the hotel and catch WIFI, but even if you catch it, then after 1 minute the WIFI will disappear again.

We had a rest from May 17 to May 24, 2024. The hotel is very nice. The staff is polite and helpful. A 2-room room, it's just super for families with children. The food is delicious and varied. Alcoholic drinks, fruit drinks, tea, coffee, grill, ice cream, cotton candy, popcorn and much more at the bar near the pool. The pool is heated and large, there were enough sun beds for everyone. Pharmacy, shops, market, dolphinarium, sea, everything is nearby. We had a 100% rest. Thank you.

SPOILED VACATION
2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed at this hotel for a week in August 2023.
CHECK-IN
Here we can say we were lucky, as we arrived at the hotel at 7 pm, the rooms were given immediately, we did not have to wait.

We booked two standard rooms with mountain views, one for ourselves, the other for children. Lucky again.They gave us two rooms on the same 7th floor. The rooms are normal, pretty clean, beautiful view. The beds don't seem to be bad, but the mattresses are very soft, but the bed linen is terrifying, yellow, in places with indelible stains, with a musty smell. The towels are also not white, washed. .Apparently they wash without bleach, well, without disinfection, of course. Sleeping is disgusting.It's strange to see such underwear in a new hotel. It looks like it was taken from Grandma's chests. There are no shelves in the cabinets, only a clothes rack and 3 hangers.1 chair and an oilcloth stool (we put it in the bathroom, since there are no shelves in the bathroom)
in general, there is simply nowhere to put shampoo, gel, soap) There are also no bedspreads on the beds.
The Internet in our room did not catch at all, the children in the room (near the elevator) surprisingly worked pretty well. They give one bottle of water to the room upon arrival, then buy it yourself. There is a kettle and an ironing board on the floor.

Food is the biggest sadness in this hotel. Let's start with the dining room, namely with the "dining room" in the worst form, well, not a restaurant, as it says on the hotel's website. The dining room is located in a separate room and looks very similar to the utility room of Pyaterochka. It seems to me that initially, this building was built for these purposes - a utility room. But, apparently, in order to open up and sell vouchers faster, they decided to make a dining room out of this building. There are 3 halls in the dining room , 2 of them are even more or less , and the third is generally terrible with a musty smell , duct pipes overhead and ugly tiles on the floor. The furniture is normal, wooden tables and chairs, they are being wiped. The dishes need to be cleaned by themselves (put on a special table), while the so-called dining room staff stands and does nothing. All dishes are greasy, washed simply with water, without any detergents, 80% of all dishes are chipped and cracked, with leftovers. The horror! It is unclear where such old dishes come from in the new hotel.There is a constant pandemonium around the door in the dining room, since there is only one door and vacationers come and go through it to take food or bring dirty plates from other halls after themselves.Very inconvenient!
The food that is served there cannot be called FOOD. Not only was it cold and tasteless, but it was often just spoiled. For example, at lunch, an Olivier-type salad was served, from which a sour smell emanated a mile away, chopped tomatoes were just a mess, the chicken was piled high and very unappetizing. Only boiled potatoes looked normal. BUT it was always cold and unsalted. The bread was in a large plastic box, the cheapest, gray "steppe". The fruits are all overripe and rotten .They gave 2 times soft half-rotted plums, 2 times overripe watermelon and 2 times apples, cut into chunks, all darkened and cherished. Of the drinks, only highly diluted rose krakate, tea with lemon and just water. BUT the scariest thing is the green FLIES that crawl on the food. These flies were constantly sitting on fruits, biscuits and floating in a plate with condensed milk and tangerine jam. The staff caught them .It's just creepy. There seemed to be some choice for breakfast, porridge could still be eaten, but cheese is not cheese, but a cheese product, tasteless pancakes, dumplings with rubber potatoes. In general, I have not seen such food even in the worst canteens.Even as we approached the dining room, we had a sickening lump in our throat. We could only eat milk porridge, boiled potatoes and tea with lemon. Knowing which country we were going to, we took all precautions, constantly drank enterol for prevention, poured probably a liter of antiseptic on ourselves, wiped both the table and the cutlery.They didn't even put their face in the water in the sea, so as not to accidentally take a sip of water, they didn't eat anywhere outside the hotel. AND THEY POISONED THEMSELVES in the dining room. The first time we were poisoned with watermelon (all except my daughter, who did not eat them), and on the last day stuffed zucchini was served for dinner, my daughter and I ate them and the effects of poisoning were immediately manifested on the train.
It was a horror, it was good that they were traveling in a compartment with only their family.

Knowing that in Abkhazia all sewers merge into the sea, the first thing we did when we came to the beach, we looked around and were HORRIFIED, we saw that nearby, a few meters from the beach of Europe, not a small streamlet flows into the sea, but a stormy river with a powerful flow of yellow-brown color. It's just trash.The sewage drain is a few meters from the beach of the hotel.! It's just mind-boggling how this can be. Naturally, we did not swim on this beach, but went further away, to the wild beach behind the Aquamarine hotel. The water there was more or less clean.

The territory is empty, a lot of trees have been planted, but nothing has grown yet, there is no shade anywhere. There are benches, but they are all occupied by smokers.

We did not swim in the pool, we were confused by the strange color of the water-some kind of cloudy, not transparent, apparently, besides chlorine, some other chemistry was added.

RECEPTION
As already mentioned in other reviews, the staff is very unfriendly and indifferent. We had a late train, we were asked to extend the room, since there is no luggage storage for suitcases, and where to go in 35 degree heat in the afternoon, they refused us, saying that there are no rooms and other people should come to our room. We had to urgently book a room with a tour operator for 1 day (when booking rooms, there were plenty of different categories).So I had to pay 9 thousand to stay in my room for a few more hours.
In general, think before you go to this hotel, for a lot of money (5 thousand per day per person)We just suffered counting the days until we left. Europe has ruined our whole impression of Abkhazia, we will not come here again.

We rested in this hotel with my mother from 15.09.23 to 25.09.23!
1. I am a vegetarian, in general, with this type of food I always had something to eat!
2. At first, the attention of the male part of the staff was straining, but then we became friends with the guys)

4. I think that many people were stressed out that everyone went through rotavirus 😂🫂 a real epidemic 😂😂

6. The maid was there every day, it even bothered me, I don't like it when my bed is touched, so I had to make it myself. Although I like the mess on the bed more!

It all started with the mafia on my first day of vacation!
Probably, these 9 evenings (1 fell out due to rotavirus) are the warmest memory of the time on the territory of the hotel!
Then I joined Rodion's breathing practices! I love such events - it was very cool! The sunset sun, the breeze gently enveloping the air warmed during the day, the view of the sea and mountains, and the soothing voice of the leading practitioner! Then there was a 15-minute meditation! Immersion in a state of peace and balance! And then I ran to the sea at sunset! With my hand on my heart, I can say that I lived my best life in these moments!
After practicing breathing, my mother dragged me to an oratorical lesson, which was also conducted by Rodion! For me, this is a way out of my comfort zone and a challenge to myself. I can't say that I really liked it - because I was very worried, but it was definitely a useful experience for me and I discovered the zone of my development and learned something useful that can be applied in life! In the last 2 days I was persuaded to visit a disco! On my last day of rest, I was the first and only one to arrive on time by 21.00 (it seems) and Rodion and I arranged a disco just for the two of us, although it lasted only 4 songs, then the rest of the people pulled up! But these were the most fun 4 songs! We had such a great time on the deck, danced with the dancers on the balcony, went crazy! Thanks for Leontiev, by the way! We rested from 23.04 to 30.04.2022. The hotel is very nice, beautiful, instagrammable - the photos turn out great! Everything is new, clean, the room is cleaned every day, the staff is friendly, smiling, hospitable, they will always help with everything, tell you where it is better to go for a walk, call a taxi at the cheapest prices - much cheaper than I myself found through Google. Separately, I would like to mention the heated pool, the water is very warm, it is large, beautiful, with lighting - hello to the staff of the pool area, you are very cool, thank you for everything 🤍
Delicious and varied food, excellent Wi-Fi, much better than in Turkish hotels. Of the minuses, the bar started working only on the day of our departure, because it was not the season), but this has its advantages - there are very few people before the May holidays - both in the hotel and throughout Abkhazia.

We have been resting in this hotel since 4.10.23.The hotel is new, inside it is quite 3-star corresponds. The staff is friendly, the sea is great. But:
-the beach is not equipped, the only cabin for changing clothes, there are not even hooks,
-the most important thing is the dining room, intestinal flu and rotovirus, according to the doctor since August, the hotel has been working, people including us are sick with this infection, they were not sent to the hospital for a little, the temperature is under 39 degrees, in as a result, we do not go to the dining room, saving for the hotel.

An excellent hotel for a family holiday. The children are delighted with the pool and the observation deck on the 11th floor. The rooms are acceptable, cleaning every day. The beach is a bit far, but the hike to it is worth it. A small eucalyptus park along the way, wonderfully relaxes with its fragrance, warmed by the southern sun.
