I will start with the fact that initially the ticket was bought to another hotel, which was unfinished and offered to go to Europe without additional payment, the first and last time I visited this hotel. I read a lot of positive reviews and agreed to go because the vacation was already planned. The hotel has not changed towels or bed linen in 8 days, there is no kettle in the room, no drinking water. There is not even a shelf in the shower to put shampoos, etc. The pool when we arrived was dirty, muddy, only dirt floated on the surface, but after lunch it became more or less cleaner, apparently they added strong chemicals for cleaning (and there are small children swimming, God forbid they get poisoned by it all) On the second day of rest, we caught rotovirus, we were not the only ones, many people walked around the hotel with enterosgel and also suffered from it. In the dining room, all the second courses are cold, except for soup at lunch and porridge in the morning, at least they were hot. There was nothing else from fruits except apples and oranges.
There were no forks all the time. The staff is on the top three. The only advantage is that the beautiful nature and clean good sea.

We had a rest in early June 2023. Me, husband, child (boy 3 years old). Overall, we liked it. The hotel is located next to the sea, it's a real plus! It takes about 6 minutes to walk! The territory is guarded, no outsiders will be allowed without bracelets, and this is very good! The hotel has its own free beach, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk around the city, but the sun beds and umbrellas are free! Room service is 4 out of 5, the disadvantage is that they do not wipe the table and bedside tables, they do not vacuum under the beds, the linen is changed every 5 days. Our room is a 1-room standard twin of 11m2, but it's a little cramped for 3. Minus - there is no locker, it was hard with things, they were lying all over the room. Plus, there is a clothes dryer, it stood on the balcony every day. If you take a room with access to the pool, then goodbye to peace for a few hours (the pool closes at 8 o'clock), and this is music and shouting into the microphone. The food was delicious, but there was not much variety, but we ate enough and even found something to feed the child. The staff is good, there are no complaints about them, well done! From entertainment, there were some gatherings like the mafia, needlework circles, etc. They have something like a snack bar right on the territory, you can sit there, eat kebabs or shawarma. A hotel with a beach is not pleasant to go to the beach, a construction site, a mess. What kind of bar is there. All inclusive is an invention of the administration and a deception. The pool bar and barbecue are specially overcooked to such an extent that you don't even want to look at anything. French fries are always cold. My husband didn't say anything. The room is clean because the hotel itself is new. There are no slippers, robes, too, everything that is written in the concept is not true. There is no drinking water from the word at all. IT'S ALL INCLUSIVE. We arrived with a small child, left a request for a cot, brought it upon check-in half an hour later, after several requests. They take a long time to settle, I mean I make it out manually. It's not very good. The food is delicious, but on the third day I don't want to eat anymore, only soups change. We changed the towel on the fourth day and then with great dissatisfaction, do not even ask for bed linen. They all have something, then a thunderstorm, then light, then water. And so don't ask. Abkhazia is a paradise for smokers, in the absence of legal restrictions, they smoke everywhere. In the evening, under the eye on the shore of the pool, many fans of spoiling the air with tobacco smoke are sitting at tables. It's bad for a non-smoking person - the window can't be opened. You can't breathe clean air. If you want peace and quiet, it is better to take a room with a view of the mountains (but not to the market). Full board meals. This is not very convenient, since it is tied to the time of the meal. It would be better to offer a choice: full board or breakfast. The food is not bad, but monotonous. Buffet. I often had to wait for clean glasses. The waiters are slow in Abkhaz. In a word, you can relax here, but there are better places.

There is a fairly diverse menu, there is plenty to choose from, even a one-year-old child can be safely fed. Since we had 3 meals a day, we didn't eat anywhere, we were quite full. Our room was "comfort", I did not go into the others, so there is nothing to compare it with. The room on the ground floor with access to the pool is very convenient because it is fashionable to go out straight from the room in a swimsuit and dry the linen well. In the room: a large bed, a table, a chair, two bedside tables, a TV, a refrigerator, a large mirror, a heater, air conditioning; in the hallway: a wardrobe, a small shoe rack and wall hangers; in the bathroom: toilet, sink, mirror, shower, hairdryer, towel dryer. The service is excellent, the very responsive girls cleaned the room every day and even changed the linen for us several times in 10 days. The pool is nice and spacious, but you can't really swim in it. There is not enough greenery on the territory, but there are so many young plantings, so in a couple of years it will be more interesting. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the hotel's beach. There are not always enough sun beds for everyone who wants to lie by the sea. The beach is clean, cleaned all the time.
Minuses:
- there is no playground for small children, and there were many of them. There is a playground for children from 6 years old, no less and a sports ground, but I would like for the very little ones - a sandbox, safe swings / carousels, fencing, so that the children can safely go there and sit while they play.
- there are no decking / paths on the beach, the stroller has to be dragged on itself, or rather behind itself. I was alone with the child, I had to drag it back and forth on gravel, the stroller gets stuck all the time. In general, please make wooden paths for the administration, along which it will be convenient to carry the stroller to the descent to the sea.
- a dumpster to the left of the secondary exit to the territory. Well, not really. It's not at all pleasant to go through and see all this..
Overall, I had a very pleasant impression of the hotel.

A place where I DEFINITELY won't go anymore! Maintenance is zero. They asked me to vacuum it 3 days ago. There was no reaction. The buffet is very meager. Today we left this hotel and immediately want to write a review, but alas not 5 stars. What they write on the site is all inclusive, of all inclusive, it's food, alcohol, accommodation, that's it. Changing towels, as they are available, they will give only small 8 pieces, when the change of linen came, it turned out that it was not available, they had check-in. The biggest disadvantage is the beach, which still needs to be found. They say there is a private beach, there is none, there is a part of the beach somewhere, it is equipped, but it is not a beach, it's just like after a bombing, you can break your legs. A stack of sunbeds, dead beach umbrellas that don't even hold up normally and are all torn. About what is written, beer on the beach, etc., this is not there, there are no towels for rent, as stated, either. There is also no connection with the administrator from the room, but sometimes it is very lacking. The water is constantly turned off, then in the morning, then in the afternoon, it was the same with electricity. I have not encountered this problem even in Crimea. The staff doesn't give a damn about you on a big occasion, although there was a problem with the sewer, as they designated it, they immediately solved it. Everything is bad, starting with the sour, dissatisfied faces of the hotel staff and the lobby bar, ending with the canteen. The room was on the 2nd floor, without a balcony, Beautiful mountain view.A room with two single beds, I was vacationing with an adult daughter, we ordered separate beds ourselves.The room is clean and the furniture is new. The dishes were sometimes wet but clean, there are a lot of napkins, you can wipe them.I was wiping. Many people were sick with Rotovir, we did not get sick, we washed our hands often. The pool is large, there are a lot of children in it, but it is deep enough to swim.There is a beach from the hotel but few rods. Meals for 3 days and I don't want to go to the dining room anymore, everyone who is hungry before 13:00 is not allowed even in one minute, everyone stands in line like herds of sheep.... For breakfast, lunch and dinner, everything is the same, too, no variety! As I answered, the only advantages are the room and the location of the hotel near markets, shops, etc.... I talked to 10 people more dexterously and from all of them we heard only 1 more foot here.

We rested from 23.04 to 30.04.2022. The hotel is very nice, beautiful, instagrammable - the photos turn out great! Everything is new, clean, the room is cleaned every day, the staff is friendly, smiling, hospitable, they will always help with everything, tell you where it is better to go for a walk, call a taxi at the cheapest prices - much cheaper than I myself found through Google. We had a rest from May 17 to May 24, 2024. The hotel is very nice. The staff is polite and helpful. A 2-room room, it's just super for families with children. The food is delicious and varied. Alcoholic drinks, fruit drinks, tea, coffee, grill, ice cream, cotton candy, popcorn and much more at the bar near the pool. The pool is heated and large, there were enough sun beds for everyone. We rested in this hotel with my mother from 15.09.23 to 25.09.23!
1. I am a vegetarian, in general, with this type of food I always had something to eat!

Probably, these 9 evenings (1 fell out due to rotavirus) are the warmest memory of the time on the territory of the hotel!
Then I joined Rodion's breathing practices! I love such events - it was very cool! The sunset sun, the breeze gently enveloping the air warmed during the day, the view of the sea and mountains, and the soothing voice of the leading practitioner! Then there was a 15-minute meditation! Immersion in a state of peace and balance! And then I ran to the sea at sunset! With my hand on my heart, I can say that I lived my best life in these moments!
After practicing breathing, my mother dragged me to an oratorical lesson, which was also conducted by Rodion! For me, this is a way out of my comfort zone and a challenge to myself. I can't say that I really liked it - because I was very worried, but it was definitely a useful experience for me and I discovered the zone of my development and learned something useful that can be applied in life! In the last 2 days I was persuaded to visit a disco! On my last day of rest, I was the first and only one to arrive on time by 21.00 (it seems) and Rodion and I arranged a disco just for the two of us, although it lasted only 4 songs, then the rest of the people pulled up! The towels are also not white, washed. .Apparently they wash without bleach, well, without disinfection, of course. Sleeping is disgusting.It's strange to see such underwear in a new hotel. It looks like it was taken from Grandma's chests. There are no shelves in the cabinets, only a clothes rack and 3 hangers.1 chair and an oilcloth stool (we put it in the bathroom, since there are no shelves in the bathroom)

Food is the biggest sadness in this hotel. Let's start with the dining room, namely with the "dining room" in the worst form, well, not a restaurant, as it says on the hotel's website. The dining room is located in a separate room and looks very similar to the utility room of Pyaterochka. It seems to me that initially, this building was built for these purposes - a utility room. But, apparently, in order to open up and sell vouchers faster, they decided to make a dining room out of this building. There are 3 halls in the dining room , 2 of them are even more or less , and the third is generally terrible with a musty smell , duct pipes overhead and ugly tiles on the floor. The furniture is normal, wooden tables and chairs, they are being wiped. The dishes need to be cleaned by themselves (put on a special table), while the so-called dining room staff stands and does nothing. All dishes are greasy, washed simply with water, without any detergents, 80% of all dishes are chipped and cracked, with leftovers. The horror! It is unclear where such old dishes come from in the new hotel.There is a constant pandemonium around the door in the dining room, since there is only one door and vacationers come and go through it to take food or bring dirty plates from other halls after themselves.Very inconvenient!
The food that is served there cannot be called FOOD. Not only was it cold and tasteless, but it was often just spoiled. There seemed to be some choice for breakfast, porridge could still be eaten, but cheese is not cheese, but a cheese product, tasteless pancakes, dumplings with rubber potatoes. In general, I have not seen such food even in the worst canteens.Even as we approached the dining room, we had a sickening lump in our throat. We could only eat milk porridge, boiled potatoes and tea with lemon. Knowing which country we were going to, we took all precautions, constantly drank enterol for prevention, poured probably a liter of antiseptic on ourselves, wiped both the table and the cutlery.They didn't even put their face in the water in the sea, so as not to accidentally take a sip of water, they didn't eat anywhere outside the hotel. The first time we were poisoned with watermelon (all except my daughter, who did not eat them), and on the last day stuffed zucchini was served for dinner, my daughter and I ate them and the effects of poisoning were immediately manifested on the train.

We had to urgently book a room with a tour operator for 1 day (when booking rooms, there were plenty of different categories).So I had to pay 9 thousand to stay in my room for a few more hours.

An excellent hotel for a family holiday. The children are delighted with the pool and the observation deck on the 11th floor. The rooms are acceptable, cleaning every day. It started at the entrance to the hotel, I have never seen more rude staff anywhere, although I often go on business trips! There is dirt in the room, someone's nails are in the towel, hair is everywhere on the bed and on the bed! Disposable soaps and shampoos have been seen only once! No one changed the bed linen and towels for 7 days! When asked to do the cleaning, they simply turned the sign on the door to "do not disturb"! On the second day of the so-called rest, according to local tradition, we felt all the delights of rotovirus infection, taking into account the fact that even the cutlery we brought with us was wiped with alcohol napkins and during this time we did not have time to leave the hotel! As it turned out later, this fate befalls all arrivals! When asked to call an ambulance at the reception, we received in response we go to the hospital ourselves, the ambulance does not come for rotovirus! For 2 days, vomiting and diarrhea with high fever did not leave us and, taking into account the two bathrooms, a queue formed in our room!
After it seemed to us that everything was over, we began to visit the buffet, where the same food is served day after day and it all tastes the same, flies and unsanitary conditions everywhere! Upon departure from the hotel and all the way home, we did not miss more than one toilet! A doctor was called to the house today! And to our surprise, the doctor on duty shared with us the same story as last year they visited the vaunted Europa Hotel with the same result! After reading the reviews on the forums, it turned out that the situation is the same from year to year, one to one, dirt, food for the same taste and rotovirus as a gift!

Everything is included, including locally produced alcohol - horror, white/ red wine is positioned as semi-sweet, the "sourness" is complete, it is not possible to drink. It's the same with Chacha.
The kitchen has not changed in 10 days, compared with the dining room under the USSR, you can eat for the first 2 days, then every day at least do not go to eat. The same 3 meals every day. The only plus is fruits, fresh and delicious.
They often ate outside, or ordered pizza or bought something at a cafe/bakery/market.
The bathroom and the room "stank" of smoking every day, the complaint was never resolved.
The only thing, thanks to the maid, is always cleaned in the room, she will ask and provide.
The pool is fine and there are enough sun beds.
The beach is a 7-10 minute walk away.

Food - the food is monotonous and there is very little choice. In the dining room, the dishes are not signed, so people look into bowls of soups and porridges. There are no salt shakers and napkins on the tables. Naturally, people take salt and pepper with their hands (while at the rotavirus hotel), you clean the plates yourself, alcohol is prohibited in the dining room. We haven't been there at all for the last week. For the first two days there was no water in the hotel and there was not even tea in the dining room.
The all-inclusive Abkhazian bar is chacha, wine and beer. The beer is generally not bad. Compote for kids, but it's not delicious, the usual ice cream is a cup. Snacks at the bar are prepared in advance, ostensibly in order to avoid queues, but you can imagine the taste of French fries that stand there for several hours, a burger is just a cutlet with a bun, tomato, cucumber, etc. are missing from it.
The pool is a good large pool with warm water, the bottom of the pool is not smooth, there are enough shizlong, but there are about 10-12 umbrellas for the entire pool and then everything is in terrible condition. In order not to burn out from the sun, you must first occupy it in advance and then keep it, otherwise it will fly away and God forbid it will not get into someone's head.
Beach - walk to the beach for about 7 minutes. It is necessary to walk through the ruins, the construction site, through a pile of junk and garbage. There is not much space on the beach, you need to come early, umbrellas on the sea are just a horror even worse than by the pool. There is not even a toilet on the beach (everyone understands where they relieve themselves), there is no question about a bar.
The service and staff- the room as a whole is not bad, there are no shelves in the bathroom, shampoos were put on the floor, there is nowhere to put toothbrushes either.
There are no beach towels in the hotel. Regular towels are changed for 3 days, not counting the day of arrival, but this is only in theory. In fact, on the 5th day, I understood the towels with the scandal. It turns out that they are simply not enough, similarly with a change of underwear.
For the first two days there was no water from the word at all. When the people came down to the reception, we were told that there was no water in the whole city. We immediately went to the store to get drinking water and all the people standing in line said that there was and is water.
Rotavirus in the hotel is generally a separate story, everyone is sick from the elderly to children, even if you drink medicines in advance, even if you are lying down anyway.
Animation and other entertainment- and they just don't exist. The children's room does not even have tables and chairs, what can we even talk about then. Animators are not clear what they get paid for, they are not visible or audible. There is no equipment, there is practically no music by the pool. The evening program??? Apparently, the animators have never heard of her at all. In the evening, people entertain themselves. Wi-Fi in the territory is terrible, so think in advance about your mobile operator's connection with the outside world.
The hotel has a tour guide, we decided to book a trip to Lake Ritsa from her, as a result, a minibus without air conditioning and a guide who talked about politics half the way.
If it weren't for the company that gathered here, we would have died of boredom and rotavirus.
There is a paid bar at the reception, I make cocktails, there are snacks, ice cream, etc. Timur the bartender , the staff in the communal bar is also responsive. The head of the security service is a very responsive person, he will always help. Special thanks to him 🤝
In general, I do not recommend the hotel, I have never seen a worse hotel, considering that we often rested in our south on an all-inclusive system

There is, but it was enough for 1 glass, the glasses were broken, we went to get the keys, got into the room, BUT there is no water at all, and we got off the train at 5 in the morning and really wanted to take a shower and go to the sea, we failed.On the second day, we were again faced with the fact that there is no beer at the lobby bar, there is no water in the room again, the elevator temporarily did not work. There were very often no drinks at the bar, as well as in the dining room.At the end of the vacation, I say with confidence, do not wait for water every day, at the right moments, it will be turned off, the hotel will treat you not as guests, but as inhumans, the staff does not know what a smile, greeting and, in principle, etiquette, I do not recommend this hotel to those who want to leave satisfiedand not with frayed nerves.

Cons:
-unstable wi-fi
-constant unpleasant odor in the bathroom of the room, most likely from ventilation
- the shower head was broken
-there is nowhere to put bathroom accessories, toothbrushes were lying on the sink all the time, shampoos and shower gels were on the floor in the shower, soap was put on the faucet, it was filled with water all the time
- towels are given out one per person and one for legs for two, but they are not changed, so it is better to take your towels with you to this hotel too, if you do not want to use smelly ones by the end of your vacation
- they tried to insert a USB flash drive into the TV, they wanted to watch their movies downloaded to it, the TV just didn't see it) I had to watch TV channels...
-the hair dryer is bad in the room, it may be suitable for very short hair, but it will not dry long raw hair
-carpets in the room are not very good for people with allergies, they are obviously not vacuumed every day

With the experience I have gained, I would rather choose a smaller hotel or a room in the house, with more hygienic food conditions, maybe with the opportunity to cook something on my own. we were lucky, the poisoning did not take us a whole vacation, but only 2 days, but in general, sitting in a room for 2 days is also a significant loss of time). We paid for the all-inclusive system, but it turned out that not everything was included. It is clear that there are advantages to rest, of course, I wrote about the disadvantages, as it can be useful for those who are going to spend their holidays at this hotel
