The hotel is new. It was built on a Soviet abandoned 3 years ago. It's not bad inside, but it's not thought out. The mattress is soft, but there is no headboard by the bed. We haven't been to the sea yet, we only ate at the hotel. On the 5th day, I took a swim. And she also fell down for a day with rotavirus. We went only to the sea for a couple of days. Then my son went to the pool in the evening and started vomiting again. I didn't talk to anyone, almost everyone was sick. Some, like us, several times. In connection with these events, the all-inclusive system was used for only 4 days. They couldn't go on and didn't want to. Reasons: the diet is varied, but the same from day to day. Sausage, cheese, butter are the cheapest. The meat is flavored with spices alone. The taste is the same despite the differences in appearance. Sanitary standards? No, you haven't heard. I saw black hair on the sliced apples. There is a tomato seed on a "clean" plate. There are crowds of mosquitoes in the hall that do not bite, but strive to have lunch from your plate. This is a nightmare! There is no water in Abkhazia, respectively, and in hotels. But this is a dirty hotel! The most important thing in hotels is cleaning and cooking, respectively, here it's all no matter, hence poisoning and rotoviruses. We came to the room, there are other people's objects lying under the bed. On a double bed, one blanket and one duvet cover, a bath towel were brought by the end of the second day. There is no water, respectively, there is nothing to wash, they wash everything with one rag, a change of linen for the 7th day!!! For 7 damn it! In the kitchen, the distribution is not properly organized, so everyone shakes their hair and everything they can into the food. Pigeons are flying under the roof of the dining room. They also wipe the tables with a wave. When I was in the kitchen, one of the administrators came in and opened the champagne, the cork flew into a tray with food and meat, he pulled it out with his bare hands and the tray was calmly carried to the distribution! We caught poisoning of 9 people, including children, on the third day. Guys, immediately upon arrival, drink polysorb 2 times a day suddenly. The air conditioning in the room is not clear, it blows weakly, they have some kind of joint system. It stopped blowing cold one night, they sent us a maid to sort it out))) The maid!!! And only in the morning the master's system was rebooted! We were bitten by mosquitoes at night. There's also a pool, I didn't smell chlorine, so you can pick up anything from there too! And check-in, only at 14:00, they can check in earlier if the room is cleaned earlier and then they took 400 rubles for money from friends. Are you fucking kidding me? People with children are standing after the road, they are still charging money. The child vomited on the sheet, they asked to wash it then give it back! A lot of people were poisoned there, almost everyone, and the hotels have a bakery, everything is very tasty and decent and clean. I have heard from many that people are not happy and even wrote to tour operators complaining about those hotels. My impression is a dirty hotel and hence the infection. The territory is also not about anything, it is dry, there is little greenery like the steppe, the playground is so-so. Dogs and cats run around on the territory of the hotel, they immediately empty themselves. There are not enough dishes in the dining room, which are washed quickly, so that leftovers remain on it. One plus that saves this hotel is the pool bar with free drinks and snacks, in our room (it was room 216) there is an air conditioner with black mold that has been gathering for years! It's the same in the other rooms.It is impossible to turn it on, because it starts to smell, as well as throughout the second floor. And without it, the room is hot, the windows cannot be opened in the evening, because mosquitoes are flying, and there is no net. It looks like they don't know the air freshener at all. With the all-inclusive service, you have to ask for shampoos and gels and soap yourself, although it should be every day. The bed linen was not changed for 8 days, the towels were changed on the sixth day and we asked for it ourselves. In general, the impression of this hotel is not wow. The beach is not close to the hotel, there is sewage/sewerage next to the beach. The beach itself is dirty, people where they rest there and litter, do not even hesitate to go to the toilet in the changing room.
The food is monotonous, sometimes it seemed as if something was rotten and it was just mixed with fresh food. Pigeons and sparrows were flying in the dining room.
I caught rotovirus, like many vacationers at this hotel, so I rested for 3-4 days out of 10 days, the rest of the time I was lying in the room. Kst yes, the wi-fi in the room did not work properly, you had to go out into the corridor or sit on the ground floor in the lobby.
The room is comfortable and cozy.
The electricity was intermittently cut off, but not for long. The water was turned off a couple of times during the day.
We were asked to change towels and bed linen for 5-6 days, to which we were answered-not available, although they give us the rules to read on arrival and it says that towels are changed for 4 days, and bed linen for the 5th or 6th (I don't remember exactly), as a result, bed linen is only on request from the administrator changed everything for the 7th day.

3. The dining room. This is a dining room, not a restaurant. The food is delicious, the choice is large, in principle, everything has been repeated for 5 days, so you will have time to try everything. There were not enough plates for soup / porridge and it was almost necessary to fight for cups for tea / coffee. All the dishes were wet, wiped with napkins. The dishes are not signed, it's hell for the Allergs. Our friend is allergic to fish, so we tried it first, then he did. At the entrance, you need to say the room number, then go through. But this is also strange, because they asked every other time.
4. Swimming pool. The pool is large, the water temperature is comfortable, but throughout our vacation it was green. Those who arrived earlier still found the moment when it was blue, as it should be. They saw that they were pouring chemicals, but apparently very little, because it did not help.
5. The beach. There is a legend that the hotel has its own beach. We didn't get there because the whole embankment was broken up and there was no desire to climb through the blocks of concrete and rebar. The beach near the hotel is very dirty. There are tons of trash along the road leading to the beach.
6. Staff. Outright louts work in the dining room and pool bar. It's better at the respawn, but no one smiles or says hello. They asked me to call a taxi several times, they called me without any problems and told me which hospital was better to go to with rotovirus.
7. Rotovirus. We had a company of four people. Everyone got sick. The hospital said that everyone was from the Europa Hotel. We conclude that the problem is either in the water (let me remind you that the dishes are all wet), or the cooking conditions are violated. Absolutely everyone in the hotel was sick.
8. The territory. It's big enough. Lots of stray cats and dogs. There are flowers and benches.
9. Location. We didn't like it. There is no promenade nearby, we went for a walk to Staraya Gagra. There is a market and shops nearby (local Pyaterochka, household goods). Not far from the railway station, we arrived by swallow, the taxi took 500 rubles to the hotel.

You caught rotavirus immediately, you can only get a taxi to the hospital to help you, where in general you will be treated for a decent amount. "All inclusive", as it were, drinks in the bar mixed with water, as if there were a lot of people, dirt all around. The water was turned off almost every day. Imagine, after the sea and there is no water here and walking like this all day. Umbrellas are naturally few on the beach for so many, and the beach is small. The result is that the entire hotel periodically suffers from an intestinal infection. Our entire company of 4 adults also stayed ill for 3 days. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever, wild weakness. The pool is not transparent, the water looks like broth. They didn't dare to swim once. Alcohol is suspicious in the bar, they did not dare to try it. You will make your way to the beach through piles of garbage and bottles. The beach has no toilets or changing rooms. The study is narrow and cramped. There are piles of concrete slabs with protruding fittings nearby. We went once and did not visit him. We walked far enough to a decent beach. There are simply no advantages in the hotel. Our balcony overlooked, moreover, a cafe with loud music until 2 a.m. Even tightly closed windows didn't help. Bottom line, if you want to ruin your vacation, you definitely need to go to the Europa Hotel. We are not picky people, we are always positive on vacation, we do not find fault with the little things. But this is a blatant outrage.

My husband got sick, I asked the canteen administrator for a container to take food for my husband, they gave it to me, but they said that it was impossible to take out food! The guests in the dining room gathered takeaway food, hiding it in bulky bags, even drained water into bottles from decanters! It all started with the fact that we stopped by at 2 a.m., and settled us, contrary to promises, at 2 p.m. Of course, there is more of a question for the tour operator, but the girl from the reception desk directly told us that they have free rooms for the night, but she will not check us in there, since they must be booked in advance. When settling in a company of 5 people, we found that a room for three is 2 times smaller than a room for two, there was not even a closet in the room, a full-fledged third bed too, instead of it a low cot, thank you that I am miniature. It is unclear how the rooms were distributed. I won't even write about the fact that everything is bad with cleaning. The promised buffet cannot be called a buffet - an ordinary canteen. The promised bar consisted of beer and watered-down wine. And of course, everyone caught rotavirus on the third day of our stay there, in the end it all ended with an ambulance trip to the hospital. I could write everything off to the water from the sea and the pool, but at the hospital the nurse (by the way, not only she) reported that from our hotel (UNLIKE the OTHERS) they come with similar symptoms with enviable regularity, from which draw your own conclusions.

About what is written, beer on the beach, etc., this is not there, there are no towels for rent, as stated, either. There is also no connection with the administrator from the room, but sometimes it is very lacking. The water is constantly turned off, then in the morning, then in the afternoon, it was the same with electricity. I have not encountered this problem even in Crimea. The staff doesn't give a damn about you on a big occasion, although there was a problem with the sewer, as they designated it, they immediately solved it. I came to this hotel by accident, not by choice. Our Quiet harbor in Alakhadze, where the tour was bought, was not opened for the season and the tour operator settled us in Europe.
And I'm glad that I got there with two children!!!!

The management needs to work on the service, cleanliness and quality of cleaning and buy at least one good coffee machine where people, even for money, can drink good strong, delicious coffee.

On January 1, we got a cleaning knock at 10 a.m. I told everyone else to come back later, but no one came to us, the next day she wasn't there, why only took away a roll of paper and put a new one and threw out the garbage that was in the bucket in the toilet. But the room was not cleaned at all, the garbage bag was not thrown out, nothing was done. There were dirty towels on the floor, but no one cleaned them up, even when they complained about cleaning. After we complained, he vacuumed, put gel, shampoo and toilet paper again. But the towels were still there.
In general, cleaning is very lame. They started packing up and moving out and found some papers under the bed , apparently badly cleaned after the previous guests. The dust is still very dusty. The curtains were not hanging properly and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The children left bitten.

The carpet is crying and needs a dry cleaning. The maids either haven't learned how to polish mirrors, or they don't know how. Repair is generally aerobatics .... Glue, screws, electrical tape, deshmansky hooks .... "Collective farm" - in its purest form. Check-out time comes when the maid wishes, we were already expelled at 11:00, although the hotel is 25 percent full. The pool is icy, the pool lobby is closed because it is off-season, and wi-fi is ideal only on the 1st floor.
