4. Swimming pool. The pool is large, the water temperature is comfortable, but throughout our vacation it was green. Those who arrived earlier still found the moment when it was blue, as it should be. They saw that they were pouring chemicals, but apparently very little, because it did not help.
5. The beach. There is a legend that the hotel has its own beach. We didn't get there because the whole embankment was broken up and there was no desire to climb through the blocks of concrete and rebar. The beach near the hotel is very dirty. There are tons of trash along the road leading to the beach.
6. Staff. Outright louts work in the dining room and pool bar. It's better at the respawn, but no one smiles or says hello. They asked me to call a taxi several times, they called me without any problems and told me which hospital was better to go to with rotovirus.
7. Rotovirus. We had a company of four people. Everyone got sick. The hospital said that everyone was from the Europa Hotel. We had a rest from September 21 to 24. I didn't like the hotel.
All-inclusive meals are simply impossible to eat. The dining room stinks at the entrance. The dishes are poorly washed, all wet, the glasses are greasy. The food is disgusting. We ate nearby in a Turkish cafe. In the shared toilet near the reception, it stinks terribly. There is no air freshener, as well as in the room.
The pool is heated (well, these are questions for the booking manager, I clarified that it was heated, in the end I had to be disappointed)
There are no slippers in the room, no toothbrushes for that price.

When settling in a company of 5 people, we found that a room for three is 2 times smaller than a room for two, there was not even a closet in the room, a full-fledged third bed too, instead of it a low cot, thank you that I am miniature. It is unclear how the rooms were distributed. I won't even write about the fact that everything is bad with cleaning. The promised buffet cannot be called a buffet - an ordinary canteen. The promised bar consisted of beer and watered-down wine. And of course, everyone caught rotavirus on the third day of our stay there, in the end it all ended with an ambulance trip to the hospital. I could write everything off to the water from the sea and the pool, but at the hospital the nurse (by the way, not only she) reported that from our hotel (UNLIKE the OTHERS) they come with similar symptoms with enviable regularity, from which draw your own conclusions.
Of the advantages - the sea is a 5-minute walk away, a swimming pool on site.

About what is written, beer on the beach, etc., this is not there, there are no towels for rent, as stated, either. There is also no connection with the administrator from the room, but sometimes it is very lacking. The water is constantly turned off, then in the morning, then in the afternoon, it was the same with electricity. I have not encountered this problem even in Crimea. The staff doesn't give a damn about you on a big occasion, although there was a problem with the sewer, as they designated it, they immediately solved it. There is rudeness and indifference in the dining room, then there are no plates, then appliances, then glasses, everything has to stand waiting, the crush, the placement of dishes and racks with them is not thought out, everything is scattered, people with trays, plates, children rush between the racks, creating a crowd and a crush, the dishes are not signed, where is what porridge it is unclear, it turned out that there was porridge on the water for breakfast, but you need to find it yourself. But there is also a pleasant thing, it's a nice big and clean pool, the playground is rotten in places around it and sooo tired. A bar with local drinks and snacks. However, after trying the drinks once, I stopped only at beer later, chacha and wine are so sooo diluted, the bartenders are far from sober at the counter.

We rested in August 2024, a disgusting hotel, the pool is chlorinated to the point of impossibility, there is no linen, they gave us one to wash for two, bath towels were asked,pillows were disgusting, a blanket was asked, for the whole rest they changed only the footrest, the toilet in the room is broken, ventilation is on tape, everyone got sick with rotovirus! There is dirt and unsanitary conditions near the dining room! Kettles in the hallway on scotch tape, a disgrace! They also issued a fine for a spot on a towel of 500 rubles, be careful, there is no beach as such, you have to go through mountains of garbage to it. Not a foot more, in the center there are gypsies who behave disgustingly, running up, pushing, shoving passers-by. It's a pity for homeless animals, there are a huge number of them, they were fed every day, this makes the impression doubly spoiled....
I came to this hotel by accident, not by choice. Our Quiet harbor in Alakhadze, where the tour was bought, was not opened for the season and the tour operator settled us in Europe.

The management needs to work on the service, cleanliness and quality of cleaning and buy at least one good coffee machine where people, even for money, can drink good strong, delicious coffee.

The hotel is not bad, as it seemed to us. It's probably more beautiful in summer. The room is nice, everything is visible and the mountains and the sea and the courtyard.
BUT cleaning is very lame. On January 1, we got a cleaning knock at 10 a.m. I told everyone else to come back later, but no one came to us, the next day she wasn't there, why only took away a roll of paper and put a new one and threw out the garbage that was in the bucket in the toilet. But the room was not cleaned at all, the garbage bag was not thrown out, nothing was done. There were dirty towels on the floor, but no one cleaned them up, even when they complained about cleaning. After we complained, he vacuumed, put gel, shampoo and toilet paper again. But the towels were still there.
In general, cleaning is very lame. They started packing up and moving out and found some papers under the bed , apparently badly cleaned after the previous guests. The dust is still very dusty. The curtains were not hanging properly and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The children left bitten.

The carpet is crying and needs a dry cleaning. The maids either haven't learned how to polish mirrors, or they don't know how. Repair is generally aerobatics .... Glue, screws, electrical tape, deshmansky hooks .... "Collective farm" - in its purest form. Check-out time comes when the maid wishes, we were already expelled at 11:00, although the hotel is 25 percent full. There is no normal changing room at the beach, it was put next to the bridge to the sea and everyone who goes there at this moment is watching how people change there. No, just a shower, at least with cold water to just rinse your feet.
A pack of dogs is walking on the territory, people were literally bitten by a pack in front of their eyes.

But the most negative thing is the dining room. There are not enough dishes, we are waiting for mugs and plates.The food is monotonous and not tasty, porridge is oatmeal, potatoes are always not salty and cold, salads are fermented. On day 3, we got sick, I don't know if it was from salads, or from watermelons. The temperature is 39, diarrhea all night. At least they all had their medicines with them.Then we found out that a lot of people were sick.
Everything is super, clean rooms and a swimming pool, delicious homemade food (especially red cabbage), convenient location, beautiful views from the balconies.
