A wonderful hotel!
The staff is extremely polite, the food is great, although there are questions about the dining room itself (there are questions about its organization), and the food is very tasty.
The territory is not large, unfortunately there is no private beach (yet), the rooms are very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day.
The location is convenient, there is an extremely large market very close, it's cool. The pool is small and warm (for children it's the best thing), but on hot days, it's unlikely to cool down there.
The rooms and grounds are very clean.

I don't recommend it. As we wrote earlier, there are no towels, there has never been a cleaning in 10 days, the food is like for pigs, everything in the bar is constantly running out and the bartenders are stoned and drunk in the evenings, the hotel has spoiled the overall impression of Abkhazia. I gave one point for the warm pool and the guys who look after the kids.

a great hotel, we flew on vacation with our family, the food is good, the buffet is varied, the service is good and humorous, the rooms are generally gorgeous, the views and amenities are all present, the pool is good, but at first it seemed cold, the territory is well-groomed, beautiful, the location is just super, a few minutes walk to the sea, markets, shops, cafes everything is present.

We went with relatives to the Europa Hotel, it is in Gagra. The hotel is very large. 11 floors, we lived on 6. The elevators work perfectly. The rooms are bright, we had a view of the sea and the pool.Your own beach. But construction is still underway, but it's okay, the sea is gorgeous, we swam and sunbathed.
Meals 3 times a day, buffet. And fresh fruits and vegetables, but there's plenty of everything. We went on an excursion, Lake Ritsa, Mount Athos. 👍👍👍

I stayed at the hotel in September. The hotel itself is not bad.
The room was on the 1st floor with a mountain view.The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, hair dryer. Cleaning every day, bed linen and towels were changed , shampoo , gel and paper were added daily , but pillows and mattress were not very good.Water and light without interruption.There is an observation deck and billiards on the 11th floor.The territory is well maintained, roses, trees, palm trees, but there are a lot of cats and dogs.
There is a spacious swimming pool on the territory, there were enough sun beds, but not many umbrellas.
5-7 minutes to the sea , the road to it is not very good , first on asphalt, then a dirt road. The beach itself is narrow and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, the umbrellas have one name.
In the dining room, the food is not bad: porridge soups, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, fish, meat, fruits and much more, in principle, you can choose to your taste. A lot of flies and cleaning leaves much to be desired, rotavirus is thriving!!!!
The choice is yours, personally I will choose another hotel!

The hotel is not bad if you remember that you are not in Turkey, but in Abkhazia. There will be no Turkish "all inclusive", if only because drinking water is not included and this is the concern of vacationers. But they still go to Abkhazia across the sea. The sea is beautiful, azure and warm. But the citizens of the hotel owners just need to think about the beach area. Not only is the road to the beach surrounded by a little attractive landscape, but also the beach itself is surrounded by piles of construction debris, in the coastal zone and even in the sea itself there are fittings sticking out, which you can unknowingly run into. There is no smoking area, which means cigarette butts are everywhere. And most importantly, there is no toilet on the beach. So where does everyone go? That's right, in the sea. I'm not even talking about torn beach umbrellas. By the way, there are a lot of sun beds, there were always free ones. That is, the beach was very, very disappointing. Now the food: at the entrance to the dining room there is a poster with a warning about rotavirus. About the third day of their stay, the campers begin to have terrible diarrhea. Children vomit both in the dining room and on the way to the dining room. Our son suffered from residual symptoms until the end of the rest, but his appetite never returned. I haven't eaten anything at all for five days. Whether it's the rotovirus or something else, I do not know. But the fact remains. Number of rooms: when buying a tour, specify which room you are paying for, whether there will be a balcony or not. Otherwise, people are outraged. If the room turns out to be on the 7,8,9 floors, then there is an elevator, but it is always occupied. We were lucky: the room is on the 3rd floor, with a balcony, overlooking the mountains. The sounds from the pool and the animations didn't bother us. The room has everything except a kettle. The cleaning is so-so, bed linen and towels have not been changed once in 8 days. Beach towels are not provided. Animation was of little interest to us, but discos were held by the pool, not for both children and adults. Morning exercises and something like aqua aerobics. But the presenter, with his sepulchral voice, discouraged all the desire to get up from the sunbed. In general, if it were not for the wonderful sea, there would be nothing to remember. To Abkhazia, probably for the first and last time.

We had a rest with my husband and a 5-year-old child at the end of July , we really liked it , even though we grabbed rotavirus, we lay for 2 days, my daughter couldn't even sit, she was very ill, I drank cerucal from vomiting and filtrum in advance, I managed only diarrhea. You got sick , but I logically understand that this is not a hotel problem , the virus is everywhere, in the water at sea , an infected person stood next to you in the store , breathed , touched the door handle behind him , opened and everything went , went . Some people write that they caught rotavirus in the pool , the pool was perfectly clean , they cleaned it every evening , but my husband is a squeamish man , he does not swim in pools at all , and rotavirus was caught first , we got rid of him . Next, the food , for me it was a good variety - both chicken and beef , salads changed every day, soups are also different , no one will definitely give us salmon and red caviar for such money) towels were all in the room. We lived on the 2nd floor, overlooking the mountains, we read that the cots were bad, we bought an inflatable bed for the child so that there would not be this problem) , the cleaning girl came in every day , cleaned up the garbage , asked if it needed to be wiped , vacuumed ( again, before the trip , I read so many comments that dirt and no one cleans anything, everything was cleaned well every day ). There was water for all 7 days from July 23 to July 31, neither water nor electricity was ever turned off. We arrived at 7 a.m. tired, drove all night, checked in only at 14.00, but this is the case in most hotels, nothing critical. We didn 't drink beer or wine , my husband and I are not alcohol lovers , but people were sitting by the pool happy with glasses . I liked that there is a girl right at the hotel who arranges excursions, and the prices are so funny - 1600 rubles for a 7-hour tour, we flew to Dagestan before that, there was at least 3.500 per person and less time. I went to the evening Ritz, it was great. I also read reviews that there were a lot of dogs on the territory of the hotel, there weren't many of them, well, 2-3 friendly dogs ran in, I didn't mind hugging them, I allowed my daughter to stroke too, they didn't bother me in any way. There is a Bamboo cafe nearby , we went dancing there, the girl sings live. And what a gorgeous trout and quail a man smokes on his way to the sea, it's very tasty, be sure to try it. We ate a couple of times in the cafe Chegem , everything is delicious . We never went to the beach of the hotel , we were located closer , sometimes we went to the beach in Pitsunda , there are beautiful views , but it is inconvenient for those who do not have a car to ride there . There are no shelves in the bathroom, almost everyone writes this , I was morally determined in advance to put shampoo and gel on the floor , so after not seeing the shelves , I didn 't care . I think the hotel is price - quality . What many people want for 10-15 thousand, I do not understand, to go to the dining room with a family somewhere is already 1500-2000 thousand for 1 meal to give, and here you have food, and a pool, and beer, and wine . We live in the Moscow region and many hotels there outside the city charge from 16 thousand per day , the level is about the same , only you don 't have the sea and it 's cold for the same money . In general , if you are afraid of rotavirus , then do not come to Abkhazia at all , because it spoils people 's rest and they like to blame hotels later in this . Of the minuses - there is no billiards, there is no sauna and bathhouse, bed linen and towels in the room have not been changed for 11 days, table tennis rackets are in terrible condition, room service is not provided at all. We lived in two local suites, so, the bed without a headrest, you immediately rest your head against the wall, the pillows are terrible, crumpled inside, apparently they have been lying there since the foundation of the hotel. Bed linen naturally does not fit the size of the bed and blankets, yes, you need to make it yourself. We add regular disconnection of hot and cold water, at least twice a day for several hours, on the day of departure there was simply no hot water from 7 a.m., I do not know whose problem this is for the hotel or Abkhazia as a whole. The hotel's beach is equipped, sun beds and umbrellas are free, but they are in terrible condition, cracked sun beds, umbrellas are torn.
One of the advantages is the delicious and relatively varied food in the dining room, fruits every day. The pool is large and heated, there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. I will never come back here in my life!

A place where I DEFINITELY won't go anymore! Maintenance is zero. They asked me to vacuum it 3 days ago. There was no reaction. The buffet is very meager. There are no complaints about the hotel, everything is beautiful and clean. A question for the dining room where the hotel guests are fed. We have never seen such horror. Flies fly over the food in droves, and the most amazing thing is the pigeons that live there in the dining room on the ceiling in the niche of the non-working air conditioner.
As a result, a couple of days later our whole family came down with an intestinal infection, and the rest was ruined.

Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions about the Europa Hotel. We had a rest with a group of 10 people from June 16 to 23, 2024. The hotel seems to be modern, but everything is minimal. For some reason, there is 1 blanket in a room for 2 people with two separate beds. I had to ask several times to bring the second one. There is no shelf for shampoos and gels in the shower. I had to put everything on the floor. On the second day of their stay, they fell ill with an oral viral infection. We took turns running to the bathroom all night. What if we were caught together? That's why they asked for a second blanket, because the temperature rose. In the morning, we asked the maid to wipe the bathroom, to which we were told that we first had to clean it ourselves. I wonder how? without a bucket or rags? However, after we looked at what was clean, we wiped the floors. They asked to change the towels after a stormy night, to which they received the answer that the towels were changed on the fourth day. On the fourth day, there were no clean towels. It was only after the scandal that the towels were changed at the reception. Toilet paper was begged for every day. They came to us to clean the room only on the eve of our departure. After being ill for 2 days out of 7, they no longer went to the dining room. We ate outside the hotel. And everything was fine! An ambulance arrived at the hotel every day. Everyone in turn was sick with tears. Regarding the beach: the beach is a 10-minute walk away. There are sun beds and deck chairs. Is free. but! you need to go through the construction site and through the garbage. There is a ruined embankment on the beach. Pieces of concrete are lying around. Fittings are sticking out of the sea. And stray dogs are running around. I got the impression that I was resting in a dumpster. There is also a market nearby. I haven't been to Abkhazia for 40 years. And I won't go for the same amount of time. I advise everyone, add some money better and relax in normal places. We were on our way to the opening of the Emerald Hotel (promised to open on July 16). The tour operator changed the hotel in 2 weeks, because the Emerald did not open. And I think it will open only in 2025. And in Europe, they accept everyone. People arrived who also had not opened a hotel. And so everything is there: chacha, wine, beer, ice cream - everything is included in the price. But I do not advise you to eat in the dining room. Yes! A teenage new sports jacket was stolen from a friend. We were going to the New Athos caves. They missed it, but there is no sweater. We fought at the reception for 2 days. But the jacket was never found. Compensation - extended the room on the day of departure until 15.00.

We were on New Year's holidays, we liked the party, but there was no service compared to elementary Turkey, the choice of food in the dining room is meager, there are often no forks / glasses / spoons available, but for this price it is a good option. The food is homemade, but the same thing every day, there is no variety at all. Of the fruits, only sour oranges and apples. There are only mannikins for tea. The beach from the hotel is terrible, we barely found it and walked with the child, walking through the rubble through the pit. Beer and wine are bad. The rooms are only vacuumed, the dust has never been wiped. Delicious food is put up for sale in the bakery, and other people are fed for free. Wi-Fi hardly works at all. The prices in the lobby are cosmic. The only plus is the pool, clean and warm.

There were no towels, they were tired of begging, as a result they were given for the face and legs, there were no bath towels, they said every day that tomorrow morning it would be. There is no antiseptic in the entire hotel, the staff has no idea what it is. The antisanitorium is complete. In the bar, wine, chacha, beer are diluted. You can't take a burger in your mouth. As for the beach, the beach is very small, the rope is stretched, places are limited. A man walks around and forbids putting sun beds further than the rope, takes them away. This is a nightmare! There is no water in Abkhazia, respectively, and in hotels. But this is a dirty hotel! The most important thing in hotels is cleaning and cooking, respectively, here it's all no matter, hence poisoning and rotoviruses. We came to the room, there are other people's objects lying under the bed. On a double bed, one blanket and one duvet cover, a bath towel were brought by the end of the second day. There is no water, respectively, there is nothing to wash, they wash everything with one rag, a change of linen for the 7th day!!! For 7 damn it! In the kitchen, the distribution is not properly organized, so everyone shakes their hair and everything they can into the food. Pigeons are flying under the roof of the dining room. They also wipe the tables with a wave. When I was in the kitchen, one of the administrators came in and opened the champagne, the cork flew into a tray with food and meat, he pulled it out with his bare hands and the tray was calmly carried to the distribution! We caught poisoning of 9 people, including children, on the third day. Guys, immediately upon arrival, drink polysorb 2 times a day suddenly. The air conditioning in the room is not clear, it blows weakly, they have some kind of joint system. It stopped blowing cold one night, they sent us a maid to sort it out))) The maid!!! And only in the morning the master's system was rebooted! We were bitten by mosquitoes at night. There's also a pool, I didn't smell chlorine, so you can pick up anything from there too! And check-in, only at 14:00, they can check in earlier if the room is cleaned earlier and then they took 400 rubles for money from friends. Are you fucking kidding me? People with children are standing after the road, they are still charging money. The child vomited on the sheet, they asked to wash it then give it back! A lot of people were poisoned there, almost everyone, and the hotels have a bakery, everything is very tasty and decent and clean. I have heard from many that people are not happy and even wrote to tour operators complaining about those hotels. My impression is a dirty hotel and hence the infection. The territory is also not about anything, it is dry, there is little greenery like the steppe, the playground is so-so. Animation is both adult and children's, if you find it, it will be, but I haven't even heard or seen it)) I don't see any sense in the large territory of this hotel. The food is probably normal for your money. We are all going with sick stomachs and after this rest we will still be treated. Who writes good reviews, either they go out of season when there are few people there and they are lucky, or I do not know. The whole hotel was not happy! We rested from 29.07 to 05.08. I will never forget this vacation!!! Plus only the sea! The sea is beautiful! Nature? It was my first vacation in Abkhazia, I want to say the people are very hospitable, friendly, super. We rested at the Europa hotel for 10 nights, never cleaned the room, asked for paper and bags, washed the toilet and sink herself, because Hygiene should be, yes, the towel was changed 1 time, the linen was not changed. I myself worked as a maid in Anapa in a guest house, 3 days wet cleaning and linen change. It was 3 for the hotel, no cleaning, no linen change. We rested for 8 nights from July 11, the hotel is normal, but in fact the towels are not changed, it's good that they were given out at check-in, I didn't like the way they were fed in the dining room, of course they picked up rotavirus, it's a long way to the sea, a big plus a warm large swimming pool on the territory, but this is a hotbed of infection!!!

We had a rest from September 21 to 24. I didn't like the hotel.
All-inclusive meals are simply impossible to eat. The dining room stinks at the entrance. The dishes are poorly washed, all wet, the glasses are greasy. The food is disgusting. We ate nearby in a Turkish cafe. In the shared toilet near the reception, it stinks terribly. There is no air freshener, as well as in the room.
The pool is heated (well, these are questions for the booking manager, I clarified that it was heated, in the end I had to be disappointed)
There are no slippers in the room, no toothbrushes for that price.
There are problems with the water, the cold water was turned off.
The bed and bedspread are old.

We arrived at the place at about 20h10 min, the receptionist looked at us as if we had come to her house and without an invitation, there was no elementary hello. Our day was paid for, when they asked for dinner, she said they were late, although instead of registering, she could have sent us straight to dinner, instead she sat and brazenly argued, saying "so what", in general, the rest was spoiled without entering the threshold.
There was no towel in the big bath room, I asked, she was at the reception again, she said it wasn't supposed to, but what about the heated pool, I'm taking a face towel with me?
We talked with the rest of the guests and this lady met them as well.
Dear hotel management, please pay attention to this administrator, we checked in on 02.11.2024, checked out on 06.11 and we did not hear goodbye to our address, this should not be the case, she works with people.

A very pleasant hotel. We had a rest in May 2023. I really liked the food!!! A child of 6 years old ate everything!!! Even what I've never eaten at home, for example 1 course. Everything is cooked very tasty and homemade! There is freshly brewed coffee in the morning! The food is varied. There are products according to the season. The rooms are fresh, renovated, we had comfort, a spacious room, everything you need is there - shampoo, soap, towel, slippers... The pool is comfortable, heated in May, there is a children's area. They conduct fun animations for kids. Dancing for adults in the evening. The road to the sea is so-so - not well maintained, but the sea is clean, which cannot be said about the center of Gagra!
The staff is friendly, they solve any issue promptly, they always go to a meeting. The main rule is that as you treat people, so do they treat you)
The territory of the hotel is closed, there are no outsiders! It's safe!
Parking is free!
There is a market nearby where you can buy almost everything! You can walk to the center, to the Ferris wheel, etc.
Nearby there is a shop "shinomantage" where you can call a taxi.
We really liked the hotel, I would go back there again!
Prices in May were very affordable!

It's a terrible place. The food is terrible, the pool is NOT heated, the reception service is terrible. Cleaners work the most.
We took a comfort room, so what is in the photo does not correspond to reality, a small nook on the ground floor near the air conditioners, rumbling all night. There are no discos for adults. The distance to the beach is more than they say. The beach itself with torn umbrellas is 5 pieces per 100
broken deck chairs. The deck chairs are so crowded that you have to walk around the entire row on the water. The beach is dirty, littered with condoms, anyone who wants to come there and no one is looking for bracelets. There is no normal changing room at the beach, it was put next to the bridge to the sea and everyone who goes there at this moment is watching how people change there. No, just a shower, at least with cold water to just rinse your feet.
A pack of dogs is walking on the territory, people were literally bitten by a pack in front of their eyes.
The pool is not cleaned, you swim and collect your hair in muddy water. And the waterproofing bottom of the entire pool has peeled off and water has accumulated under it, you walk along the bottom and feel the waves walking under the material.
They were poisoned by food and lay in bed for 2 days each.

The queue gathered about 50 people. At 15:00 we got to the room. The room is more or less normal, but the air conditioner does not work, the side is sunny, there are no glasses, no water. There is no water in the cooler, however, as well as the cooler itself. There is not a single shelf in the bathroom, there is nowhere to put shampoo, gel and soap, only on the floor, there is no glass for a toothbrush. If you want to drink tea or coffee, you will have to go outside the hotel, because there is no kettle in the hotel, the administrator will answer you rudely, go look on the floor, but there is no one on the floor. The kitchen is just fu, of the three salads it is: salted cabbage, fresh cabbage and cabbage with carrots and that's it. The pea soup is burnt, the cutlets are not clear what they are made of, but it is impossible to eat them. After the dining room, you will have to wash everything down to your underpants, the stench is terrible. The pool is green, it is not heated!!!! We barely survived the night, and in the morning there is another surprise, there is no water. Neither wash up, nor go to the toilet. Someone approached the receptionist and said about the water, she replied, this is the first time I've heard that there is no water, and how can I help? The attitude towards the guests is just terrible, they seem to hate us, actually you live at the expense of tourists. There are 10 dogs on the territory and 3 cats that walk around the hotel and lie on sofas. We barely survived the night and moved out of this hotel. The road to the beach, through the dump, and the beach itself is a dump. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!

The beach is not close to the hotel, there is sewage/sewerage next to the beach. The beach itself is dirty, people where they rest there and litter, do not even hesitate to go to the toilet in the changing room.
The food is monotonous, sometimes it seemed as if something was rotten and it was just mixed with fresh food. Pigeons and sparrows were flying in the dining room.
I caught rotovirus, like many vacationers at this hotel, so I rested for 3-4 days out of 10 days, the rest of the time I was lying in the room. Kst yes, the wi-fi in the room did not work properly, you had to go out into the corridor or sit on the ground floor in the lobby.
The room is comfortable and cozy.
The electricity was intermittently cut off, but not for long. The water was turned off a couple of times during the day.
We were asked to change towels and bed linen for 5-6 days, to which we were answered-not available, although they give us the rules to read on arrival and it says that towels are changed for 4 days, and bed linen for the 5th or 6th (I don't remember exactly), as a result, bed linen is only on request from the administrator changed everything for the 7th day.
There is nowhere to go near the hotel except to a small restaurant with European cuisine, a Turkish cafe and a market.
You can walk to a small park where there is a Ferris wheel, but you will have to walk 3-4km

Clean, the territory is beautiful, the food is decent.
Our room, as I remember now, 111, is on the ground floor with access to a large swimming pool, which I really liked.
There is a market near the hotel, 150 meters from the sea.
I have no complaints about the hotel, I am considering visiting it again.

Never, like us, get fooled by the supposedly heated pool at the end of the season, IT's NOT HERE!!! A chilling bass that saves money! To someone else's beach 500 meters, boulders, dirty all over. I have my own, but it's almost a kilometer away, there are sun beds there, but there are no umbrellas... There are always a lot of people, 2 unfortunate elevators just can't cope... There is a snack bar near the pool, but beer doesn't always happen there either: oh, and our car broke down today, they didn't give us a ride... Unless there was always wine. There is no water, a kettle taped with sticky tape and one per floor in the hallway, it seems to be there, but this is the first time I've seen this! It's good to be near at least a market / bakeries / shops / pharmacy literally 10 meters away, everything was taken there in the end. On the second day, we didn't even go to breakfast, to fight for leftovers (I attach a photo of what we could get at the end of breakfast)?! After 9 a.m., there is generally a whole problem to eat at least something (and even on poorly washed wet plates)... And yes, in the first hall it smells terribly of sewage, it's fun to eat when it pulls from the WC... And you won't find any empty seats in the second hall. However, lunch and dinner are fine, for some reason there is already a choice, and they replenish everything as needed! WiFi is the simplest, it works every other time, it's unrealistically easy to download something (it seems you can still load something at the Reception, in the rooms- alas)! The pillows are all thin, slightly thicker than the pillowcase they are packed in, all washed/chewed, the sintepon inside is in shreds, and they were an order of magnitude better on the train. Well, on the 2nd day in the evening they caught rotovirus, it wasn't very cool...

We rested at the Europa Hotel on 29.05-09.06.23. The hotel deserves a solid four by right.
Positive:
1) the pool is huge, heated, 28-29 degrees.There are always 2-3 rescuers on duty and look after the order.
2) Breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, the food is quite tasty.And most importantly, you could come 10 minutes before the end of the meal and absolutely everything was always available.
3) take excursions at the hotel, the prices are the same everywhere, but the guides here are the best.
4) the rooms are brand new, the linen is clean, the mattresses are comfortable, the view from each room is amazing, I felt such good sound insulation for the first time - I didn't hear anyone or anything.The air conditioning and ventilation system is beyond praise!The shower is comfortable, spacious - a thrill!Towels and linen are changed every 5 days.Soap, gel, shampoo are put in.
The room with a mountain view is gorgeous, the sun is only early in the morning.The rooms with sea views (they also overlook the pool) can be noisy with music, the sun all day.
The only negative for us was the lack of our own beach.But it seems like the hotel is working on this issue.
From the wishes of the hotel:
1) plant more large shady trees, make more recreation areas, gazebos. The territory is huge, but clueless and the sun is everywhere.Roses are gorgeous!
2) provide towels for the beach/pool
3) put coolers on the floors
4) in the showers, make holders for tual.paper, soap, shampoo
5) More hangers in the wardrobe
6) Provide dry.a ration for missing a meal or postponing meals on the day of departure, or the opportunity to put food in a tray for breakfast instead of skipping lunch. We missed 3 lunches and 1 dinner with the excursions - no refund.
7) diversify the animation (the one that is, is very mediocre)
8) if there are large camp/sports arrivals.schools should allocate separate time for them to use the pool, for example, from 9 to 10 or at lunch for an hour to free up the pool for their classes, otherwise the pool is a madhouse.
9) diversify the diet.
But if all the nuances are taken into account, then the price will be higher. And now you are the best in terms of price/quality ratio!

The building is not bad, the rooms are clean, the territory is very sparse, there is little greenery.Towels are changed in the rooms every 5 days!!! You can wash with hot water only at 5 o'clock in the morning, when everyone is asleep, in the afternoon and evening the water is barely warm, or even ends when you stand with your head soapy.To wait for the elevator, you need to stand for 5-10 minutes.Between the rooms, in the wall where the TV hangs, there is just an empty glass under the outlet, through which every sound from the next room can be heard.The view of the pool is terrible, a huge ruined building is unfinished.It is impossible to live with a mountain view if you want to relax, because there are cafes and eateries under the windows of the hotel, where music screams for up to 24 hours at such a volume that you cannot hear the TV in the room with the windows closed! The territory of the hotel does not have a clear shape, i.e. in one corner there is a house where dogs are constantly barking,the type of garbage and dirt,dirt and trash behind the fence is a separate story The road to the beach is dirty, it will be difficult for elderly people to walk,you need to go down the stairs,the beach is very narrow,sun beds in two rows during stronger waves they don't get in, there are practically no free sun loungers at 8 am.There are no mosquito nets, be prepared to spend the night with mosquitoes or buy a Raptor.Periodically, a terrible sewer smell comes from the hood.They did not dare to swim in the pool, the smell of chlorine is very strong.In the dining room, everything is clear on time, there is a lot of food, but you don't want to eat anything for 7 days, everything is monotonous, every day the same side dishes, pastries, hot, only soups and porridges are changed.The administrators are responsive, but there are also completely uninterested in the guests of the hotel, applications are not fulfilled, you need to go and ask several times.Moreover, if there is no water or something is not cleaned in the room, you need to go down to the reception yourself, because there is no phone in the rooms to communicate.The hotel needs to do a good job to match its dear tourists, read real reviews on the Tophotels website and make the right choice, because you pay the money!

What I liked: cool animation (for the guys + 1 star), swimming pool.
Which is terrible: Rotovirus!!!!! Everyone is sick, absolutely all the vacationers of the hotel! Personally, I was sick for all 14 days that we rested there, I returned home with relief, well, it's just terrible, you need to keep an eye on your dining room!
As a result, we went to eat outside the hotel, I left breakfast at the hotel for myself and apparently this was my terrible mistake, since my husband recovered much faster (he completely refused to eat at the hotel).

We rest in this hotel from June 18 to 25, 2024. Overall, I liked it, of the cons - there is not a single shelf in the shower, there is nowhere to put shampoo, only on the floor. Take rubber shower slippers, you won't regret it. I took a hanging cosmetic bag - it served as a shelf. The food is delicious, but monotonous, but a lot! In general, it's not bad, especially since the price is small, the ticket was burning. Be careful with fruits, wash them thoroughly, by the way, there are only two glasses in the room from the dishes, no plates, no forks, I had to take disposable ones to wash and eat cherries. There is a garbage dump outside the gate, the road to the sea is mainly through a construction site, there are fragments of fittings on the beach, be careful, they are in the sea, you need to be more careful!

A three-star hotel. The linen did not change at all for 6 days, cleaning was not felt. There is only one kettle per floor and it is not in place. The cooler is also missing on the floors. Maids can break into the room late at night when you are relaxing without knocking, apologizing, or explaining. The dust will not be wiped off.. Horror. Bathrobes are rented for 500 rubles., the fee for temporary registration is also charged, although they said they should not take it. The territory is clean, well-groomed, it's nice to walk, but the nearby cafe is about that horror until late at night, the music is a Nightmare. There are not even shelves for your toothbrushes in the toilet, there are no shampoos. The impression is terrible, I do not want to return.
