The hotel is just great!
The food is delicious and varied!!! Especially the dinner is great! For breakfast there are porridges and muesli and cereals, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, vegetables, all sorts of various rolls, sausage cheeses, fruits. For lunch and dinner, meat is different, fish. Beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, everything is cooked in different ways! I especially liked the barbecue dishes for dinner: shish kebab, lula, steaks were, everything is very tasty!!!! Fish and trout, and Dorado, and tuna, and what fresh lies, choose any one that will be fried in front of you! Vegetables, greens, snacks are just a lot! Fruits and sweets are great! Baklava is beyond praise!!! I don't understand who writes reviews that the food is monotonous!?? The food at this hotel is great! Thank you so much to all the chefs and staff!
The animation is super! Interesting shows, sports and entertainment games! You are great fellows!!! What gorgeous parties they arrange!!! The rooms are nice, large, I liked the hotel staff, smiling, helpful!

It was a little noisy for me. We had the number 4124. From this side, music was constantly blaring from somewhere, until about 3 a.m. We still didn't understand where, maybe there was a club nearby.
Sea: the beach is gorgeous, fine soft sand and the entrance to the sea is the same, gently sloping. For small children, it's super simple, they sit and pick at the sand, just fine)
But on the other hand, the sea is muddy because of this sand, because it is constantly rising. Clear sea only in the early morning.
And one more disadvantage for me personally: it's the distance from Antalya airport, it's a long drive.
Separately, I would like to mention a corner for children in the main restaurant: it is interesting for children to collect food themselves and sit on high chairs and at children's tables and eat. There is also a kids' club, a mini disco and more entertainment for children.

We rested here from November 8th to 15th. A magnificent hotel! The food is delicious and varied: all kinds of meat, fish, grilled, side dishes, vegetables, pastries, ice cream. Very clean, the cleaning seems to be around the clock everywhere, no foreign odors. The room is spacious, the mattress is comfortable, we slept well here. Live music and discos every evening. I liked the sea, the beach, it's clean again, the sand. The staff - special thanks, well done, very polite and helpful.

We had a rest in May 2024 . The hotel is gorgeous. The food is around the clock, the bar is the same. Lots of cocktails to choose from, including children's. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The mini bar in the room is replenished every day. Swimming pools, including under the roof. Every day there is a varied evening program, then at the pool, then on the beach, in the amphitheater. For $25, you can smoke a hookah in the lobby. The staff is friendly, always with a smile. Mostly foreigners stay at the hotel. I definitely recommend the hotel! The hotel has everything for a wonderful, unforgettable vacation.
The only thing I would recommend is to arrange a beach. And clean it every day.
I add to the review: we have already bought vouchers for May 2025 again. It is still an unforgettable experience about staying at the hotel. I recommend it again, you won 't regret it !

The hotel is chic and clean. The room is cleaned daily. Changing towels and refilling the refrigerator. The food is very diverse for all tastes. Everything is fine in the bar too. The work of the animators is a separate song. We went in November, one minus is the icy pool. We swam in the sea, it is warmer. In general, the rest was a success. The staff is very friendly. Even if you speak only Russian, in most cases you will be understood and answered. Food for every taste. Unlimited and almost around the clock. 24/7 drinks/cocktails. The territory is clean and tidy. We were in the second half of October. It's +26 outside. The sea is beautiful. Also 26. But the pools were cool for us. There was a heated swimming pool inside. It's warm. We preferred the sea. The only disadvantage we faced was cleaning the room. We had a two-storey room and a couple of times we forgot to take out the trash from the second floor. Otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend.

Of the cons, administrative staff are not customer-oriented at all (they are ready to charge money for everything, the price is fixed for any request of $ 15), they were not met at the reception, again, the man who was carrying things was more pleasant
Mini disco every day with 5 of the same songs and goodbye, an adult evening "show" with a couple of people in suits and music yelling at the whole hotel until morning, generally boring in the evening
If you want to get enough sleep, don't overpay for the sea view, it's with this kind of night music bonus.

It was difficult for me, because in May I was in Gloria. In general, if you were in hotels above the level, it will be difficult for you. You will have to constantly make moral discounts and turn a blind eye to many things. But if this is your first "five" - delight is guaranteed.

The sea. This is a failure. It was dirty for 12 days. In the early days it was disgusting to go in, the mountains of algae on the shore, the sea itself, like cabbage soup.
It may be convenient for children in terms of the sandy shore, but the sea has not become cleaner. At the same time, in the center of Alanya, Cleopatra was the purest. Because of this, I will not return to the hotel anymore. 200 euros per night per room and swimming in the pool is not pleasant.
Staff. Who you're going to run into. At the reception, they say "OK" to all requests and nothing happens. Nothing happens, even if you tell the hotel director about it.
There are no blankets. Just a sheet. For example, I like to sleep with air conditioning, but under a blanket, otherwise it's stuffy. This is not possible here. It's cold under a sheet with a condom, it's stuffy with an open balcony and the highway is noisy.
Irons don't work. Only paid ironing service.
Bathrobes are paid.
Animation for an amateur. The sound is disgusting everywhere. The animation level is rural recreation center. But, on the whole, people liked it. You can consider that I'm being picky. There are regular performances during the day. We got to the Oktoberfest. A bunch of imported bottled beer - it was nice on a hot afternoon.
Alcohol - imported whiskey is available. But I only drink champagne and wine-both were terrible. I had to buy it myself in migros.
Cocktails. In general, the norms are those with a minimum of colored ingredients - Margarita, whiskey Cola, etc. The rest are made of creepy syrups. But the people are gushing with pleasure.
Water can be taken from any bar. Here it is in sealed plastic cups. Bottled only in the fridge in the lobby.
Evening animation for an amateur. Yes, the show is every night. But the level is, frankly, questionable. There is live music on the street near the lobby. It's the same thing every day. It gets boring on the second evening. There is a disco on the 1st floor. The DJ is insane. He puts on his own music, he's crazy about it, the dance floor is empty, because the music is terrible. Don't tell me, he doesn't care. You ask to put your own, he says OK, you find a song in his phone, you show it, he says OK and, just like at the reception, nothing happens. His Turkish slotting sounds. People leave the disco - he doesn't care, he jumps in ecstasy in his booth from his music. We went to nightclubs to dance.
Rooms. The rooms themselves are approx. Good mattresses, linen, towels. But depending on where the windows look, the comfort varies. I had a perfect view of the orange grove and the river, with a partial view of the sea. Fine. Silence! But if your windows overlook the pool or the parking lot, there will be shouting, noise, din and music all day long. It's quiet everywhere at night. But there's a lot of noise in the afternoon.
Aquapark - there are not enough cheesecakes and lifeguards. They can close the slide, because there is no lifeguard. Circles have to be extracted independently by weaning from other vacationers))) On many slides there is no control at all. No one is watching from above whether it is possible to go or not. The rescue of vacationers is the work of the vacationers themselves.
I've already written about the reception. But one more illustration of the work. The day of departure. Transfer in 15 minutes. I have three suitcases. There are two hands. I'm calling the reception, asking for help with my luggage. They tell me ok. And..... that's right, nothing is happening. No one came and helped. I dragged the suitcases myself, one at a time. I went down to the reception, of course, I reported that no one had come to help. They pretended to be surprised. Unpleasant.
By the way, the prices in the shops at the hotel are about the same. You don't have to go to Alanya to get your bag if you liked something at the hotel. Bargain and save on a taxi.
The spa is normal. The price tag is like everywhere else, but ask for a discount.
In general, the numbers are normal, the food is normal, alcohol will be normal for most, animation too.
To Alanya, a taxi is 35 dollars, a minibus is 1.5.

We had a rest in April 2023
Food - you can eat day and night! The food is delicious, lots of vegetables and herbs , Turkish sweets and ice cream , cakes, a separate pastry shop on the 1st floor. Chicken, turkey, lamb, beef. Fish- you can choose the one you like and it will be cooked in the main restaurant on the grill. In the main restaurant in the ayran bar.
Outside there is a snack bar on the beach and by the pool.
The territory is divided by a road with fairly active traffic into 2 parts, a passage through an underpass. At first, the noise from passing cars interfered, then they got used to it and did not notice.
The territory is small, most of it is occupied by swimming pools. I really liked the indoor pool, it was warm and clean, which is important in cool weather. An outdoor infinity pool was also heated, but although it was declared as an adult-only pool, children were also allowed there. The children's pool and the water park for toddlers were also warm. The water in the main water park was refreshing and, importantly, there are no double buns! You can only ride one at a time.
In the spa, free access was limited in time, only at certain hours, which is not convenient and does not correspond to a 5-star hotel.
Every evening there was either an evening performance, or a disco on the street or indoors
In general, I liked everything very much, the rest was a success!

We rested for 5+, BUT there were some moments unacceptable in my opinion for 5 stars. There were no bathrobes, shampoo, toothpaste, we asked for pasta. The bed linen was changed only for the 7th day. There are a lot of Europeans in the hotel, they ALL smoke, be prepared that you will breathe smoke everywhere, even on the beach. Smoking is allowed everywhere in this hotel. In general, the rest was a success, the sea is gorgeous, the entrance for children is very good. The food is great, the staff is great too.

We had a rest in early October. They settled in right away, gave us a 2-storey room with a terrace. The linen is snow-white and dense, changed 3 times in 7 days. There is a lot of food, very tasty, it ends up being taken out again. Everyone didn't even try. There are a lot of sweets, both Turkish and European. The beach is good, the sand rises near the shore and the water is muddy. The entrance is smooth. There were enough sun beds for everyone, I don't know in the summer. The pool is large, there is also a pool with mountains, a children's pool, infinity and indoor semi-Olympic, the water is 25 degrees. A bar by the sea, a bar and a restaurant by the pool. In the pool restaurant, some of the food is different from the main restaurant. Also very tasty. Cocktails by the pool are not bad. In general, the territory is small, separated from the beach by the Antalya-Alanya road, but this is not felt on the territory. There is a civilized underground passage belonging to the hotel. In the room, the cleaning consisted of making the bed. Not cleaned once. If you leave a tip, they will wind up swans and sprinkle roses, but they will not wash the sink, floors anyway. There are dirty glasses and wine glasses in the lobby bar. Alcohol is imported and Turkish, but dishes! Frankly speaking, the dishes are tired and poorly washed. The territory is not large, but green and well-groomed. Turkler is a village, there is nowhere to go except for the market and outlet. On the street, goats and cows are pasted. Roosters sing in the morning. The transfer took 2.5 hours from Antalya. Because of the quality of the food, the large room, the good beach, I put 5 stars.

Rested 20-09-3/10.
Arrived at the beginning of the first day , settled in after filling out the documents. Room with partial sea and pool view. With a balcony. The renovation in the rooms is tired, taps, sink, shower- leave a lot to be desired! The water from the pallet flows out onto the floor - the slopes on the door are swollen - at the bottom. The floor was very dirty on arrival. My feet had to be washed along with the floor. Then the maid cleaned well. Towels, bed linen were changed regularly. The white color of the linen and towels leaves much to be desired - the towels are grayish, there are stains on the linen. !!!
The table is covered with glass. The glass is dirty, there are insects stuck under it- like ants- small termites. Ran and alive! Especially for the pills- lying on the table!
We were in different hotels - but there were no insects anywhere - not even in the bungalows.
The food is good. There is a children's area, a menu. The sea was warm, +28, clean, it was a little cool in the pool, but you can swim.
Spa as in all hotels. Hamam, massage., fish. There is also plumbing in the spa locker room
Not very.
The only plus is restaurants and food - there are no complaints. There are always several types of meat, they give you a choice of grilled fish - Tuna, Dorado. There were king prawns, ice cream. The plates are only rolled- worn and not always washed. There is always enough of everything - even if you go and eat late. There is food around the clock- and snacks!The beach is sandy. There were enough sunbeds everywhere during our check-in. Beach towels - replacement 1 time a day at the SPA.
The audibility from the neighboring rooms is excellent. And from the side numbers and from above. If your windows will overlook the pool, then in the restaurant every evening there is music until 23.00-24.00. You can hear with the door to the room closed.

In general, I liked everything. We checked in quickly, the room is small, but comfortable, clean. After the flight from Siberia, they took a SPA via Moscow (suggested by employee Ilkin), the receptionist is Russian-speaking, friendly. Massage, hammam just helped out.... Seyhan is a professional massage therapist. In addition to the body, it does an anti-aging facial massage. And the result in 6 sessions is noticeable. There are Thai masseuses. The guide of "Pegasus" Lyubov - offered a 2-day excursion to Israel. I visited the Dead Sea, the Jordan River, Jerusalem,... with great pleasure. Everything is thought out in Haidarpasha - for both soul and body ... the sea, pools - open and closed, children's, Water park ... The beautiful building of the hotel itself…Turrets, a combination of white and blue... the eye is happy!!! The attitude of the staff and staff is friendly. I would like to leave a review about this hotel. We were passing through Alanya, heading to Belek. Our hotel moved the dates and we were looking for a hotel to stay for one night. I would like to note that Victoria (the hotel manager, if I'm not mistaken) helped us a lot in this matter. She quickly resolved the issue with our check-in, explained everything. A very nice girl! As for the hotel itself: the food is varied; the rooms are clean, bright, cozy; in the evening there was a show program, live music. You will definitely not stay hungry in this hotel) The child also had something to do. We go to Turkey often, we have something to compare it with.

Rested from 5 to 13 October 2023.I didn't like it!They settled in a room on the lower floor, where there was a smell of sewage, and it feels like the room is forgotten, because they asked to replenish the refrigerator and bathroom accessories.The kitchen is terrible, monotonous, not tasty.Soups are simply disgusting to cook.October is the season of fruits, but it's sad with Fruits.There is a queue for ice cream, because they are given for dinner by the hour.The desserts are very sweet.We were surprised that there was no bell pepper.In general, I didn't like everything.I don't recommend it.The hotel looks beautiful, but it's just a shell.There is only one bar where you can have a cup of brewed coffee!!!And there are no sweets for coffee.The beach is sandy, the water in the sea is constantly muddy because of the sand.The beach is not big.Not very.And there are also paid restaurants, Italian, I don't know what else there are.But Wi-Fi is free, i.e. this is the concept of this hotel, all inclusive!It sucks

Positive:
1. Spacious, comfortable room, good interior. The view from the balcony to the tangerine garden is pleasant. TV with a dozen Russian-language channels (although there is nothing to watch for a child, cartoons are only in German)
2. Very tasty and varied food, there is a lot of it. Wonderful fish, meat, delicious pastries, a huge assortment of greens and vegetables
3. Sandy beach, plenty of sun beds
4. The territory of the hotel is small, but very well maintained and beautiful
A huge minus: outdoor heated pools are announced from November 1 to November 15, but in fact they are not heated. In November, we went specifically for the opportunity to swim in warm pools if the sea was cool. As a result, the water in the sea is warmer than the water in the pools. Smaller pools still warm up naturally in sunny weather, but the largest pool is a purely decorative lake in the middle of the hotel. A year ago in Sochi, the 4* pools were heated so that steam stood above the water and you could swim in any weather, even when it was cloudy or raining. Here, when it was partly cloudy and raining, the pools were completely closed for 2 days. And what's the point of coming here if you can't swim on the territory? It is also unclear why there are restrictions on the operation of the slides - by lunchtime people wake up and swing, but at 12 the slides are already closed until 15 o'clock, and there they work again for a couple of hours and that's it. In the neighboring hotels, the slides worked without restrictions, as far as we could tell. There are catastrophically not enough inflatable cheesecakes for rolling down large slides, usually they are snatched up by nimble boys and ride for hours, the staff does not regulate the use in any way. In principle, two Turks are sitting on the slides and they do not follow what is happening around them at all.
And yes, the staff at the hotel is not very responsive in principle, rather brusque and arrogant, it's unpleasant.
In general, I do not think that I justifiably paid for Ultra Oll, the hotel did not fully realize my expectations, nevertheless it is not bad, you can come here, but it is unlikely to return.

We are staying at the hotel at the moment from 13.06. The hotel is interesting, a good room, large enough, we bought it with a side view of the sea - the view is really beautiful. The room cleaning is so-so, the balcony has never been cleaned at all. The mini-bar is replenished every day: 2 bottles of Fanta, Cola, water, mineral water, 2 packs of juice and 2 cans of Efes beer. Tea, coffee, latte in bags.
The food is varied, there are a lot of different pastries, they are generally fed from morning until late at night. A standard set of fruits plus watermelons and melons. Cherries and strawberries have not yet been exhibited. The ice cream is delicious, in the pastry shop, in the restaurant and by the pool. The cocktails are different and delicious.
At the moment, the main contingent of vacationers are Europeans (Poland, England, Germany, Latvia, Scotland, Romania). 10% Russian percent, no more. There is no negativity towards Russians, but it still feels like the staff is trying harder for Europeans (this is evident in the restaurant when serving waiters and bartenders when pouring imported alcohol). Due to the reduction of flights from Russia, the emphasis is on Europeans, maybe that's why they are trying so hard to please them. There are a lot of kids :) But they smoke everywhere - there's just a smokescreen on the evening show, and there are strollers with babies right there and parents are constantly smoking nearby. It turns out that we are Russians, we smoke a little and drink not so much :)
Animation works every day, contests are held, various activities. Every evening there is a children's disco, invited bands at the evening show plus live music or a disco on the large terrace near the lobby. Yesterday there was a great foam pool party - we danced heartily, DJs played modern music.
The hotel has one large swimming pool, which occupies the main part of the territory. Along the perimeter of the pool there are sun beds close to each other, which need to be occupied early in the morning. Today we went to the sea at about 8.25, almost all the sun beds were already occupied by the pool. Therefore, if you want to spend time by the pool, then you need to go and borrow in advance before breakfast, otherwise you just won't get them. There are a lot of sun beds by the sea, but it is also difficult to find a free one by 11 o'clock. The entrance to the sea is good, the sandy beach, the kids are playing with sand sets. Nearby there is a jet ski rental, parachutes, a banana.
The hotel has slides, 9 pieces. Some need to ride cheesecakes. Plus a children's slide in the children's pool.
Last year, we stayed at a hotel 2.5 times larger in size and, honestly, I didn't have enough territory here.
In general, the hotel tries to make the rest interesting and very satisfying :) and memorable.

I stayed at the hotel in mid-September 2022.I have been to different hotels in Turkey many times, and in Europe too.The previous time I was in Turkey was in early June 2022, so there is something to compare with fresh impressions.
Main features of the hotel:
1)Awesome appearance both day and night.The interior is also super beautiful, just like a very beautiful interior.Just like a fairy-tale palace from a Disney cartoon.For the architecture of 12/10, that is, it exceeds all expectations, photos in social networks will be 🔥
2)This plus was the main one :)The second, perhaps, noted alcohol for myself)The quality of alcohol for Turkish all inclusive is just crazy)Everything is awesome, starting with the fact that elite whiskey, awesome Pina Colas, cocktail Orgasm are included, try it at the main bar if you eat, even the Tequila was good :)
3) The beach.Well, probably if you choose this hotel, you already know that, as on many beaches of Alanya, there is sand and a smooth entrance to the sea)The entrance is validIn Turkey, the sea was not always lucky and sometimes there are rocky beaches, I specially chose here because of the entrance to the sea, it is really really good.But!!We were unlucky and there were algae, in fact there are a lot of algae and very muddy water, not like in Cyprus or Spain, pedicure is not visible :)Not clear water!!!
4) A huge number of foreigners, for me it's a plus, there are few Russians!But the audience is a bit fanciful, they all came to the palace at once and put on the crown.There are a lot of Poles, Arabs, Germans, the British are always tipsy in Turkey, Romanians :)There are a lot of them and they are all different, but they are all a little arrogant)
Well, now there are disadvantages, there are a lot of them:
1)Room cleaning!It's bad.Textiles for such a hotel are a shame, poorly washed sheets and towels are not wow what snow-white.I took a survey at the hotel, wrote to them that the cleaning was fast, the next morning three maids arrived something wrong?They've screwed up the swans, but I'm an honest man, I'm writing an unbiased review!
2) The food was disappointing.In June I was in Belek at one of the Crystal, the hotel was also good, the food was better.Of course, there is a lot of it here, as there, but everything is kind of monotonous, there is nothing to bake, tea, by the way, is such a horror, they didn't even have Turkish mugs.The queues are endless everywhere, you can't wait, they smoke everywhere!On the last day, I didn't know what to take for dinner.Dinner is finished ten minutes before the end there is nothing left..Usually, everything is slowly taken away for another 30 minutes after the end.
Another important disappointment:there is really no territory, there will be nowhere to walk, but the first line)
3) The shows were only two good ones by the pool.Even in a cool style, the amphitheater is full of bullshit.
In general, there are disadvantages and advantages.Yes, do not forget that it is very far from the airport.On the way to the hotel upon arrival, we were stunned, we got there for almost 3 hours with a little bit.It was faster to get back.If possible, an individual transfer is better!
Overall, it's cool, but due to the fact that the food disappointed a little bit and the lack of smiles from the staff, there is a little aftertaste, but if you don't find fault, then cool)Especially the internal and external appearance🔥🔥🔥🔥

I went as a family with 2 children (2 and 4 years old).
Overall, the impression is good. I didn't have to be bored. Cool slides for adults.
Didn't like a few things:
1. The extractor hood worked poorly in the main restaurant, it smelled strongly of food. It was difficult to feed the children.
2. Access to the pool and the sea through the shopping area. Every day (10 days) we were invited to go to the shops for fur coats and jewelry, and for a massage.
3. It is better to come to the beginning for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a little dirty later.

The food is delicious though monotonous
There is chivas from alcohol, although they are silent about it. The sea is close
Animation in some cheap 5 stars is better
As an experience, a beautiful location, you can go once.

We stay at this hotel 5 times . And as always, everything is fine! Clean , tasty , calm !!! Separately, I would like to mention the gorgeous beach!!!! It is always clean and comfortable, for which many thanks to Mustafa!!! We will definitely come back!!!

The hotel does not pull in 5 stars.
The room is small, but everything you need is there.
The windows faced the road, it was noisy.
There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste . I used a shower cap, they didn't put a new one on.
There were 3 of us in the room. There were 3 towels. But after cleaning, 3 are taken away, 2 are left!!
The mattress is uncomfortable, on the second day my back hurts. The main restaurant was closed and served in a small (pastry) room, everything was delicious, coffee was brewed.
But on March 15, the season opened, the main restaurant was opened and immediately the quality dropped.
The surcharge for the extension of the room costs almost as much as a day . They don 't extend it for free .
Guests are not allowed at all.
The territory is small, but cozy
The most smoking hotel .
The window cannot be opened in the room , there is smoking on all sides from the balconies . You're lying by the pool and they're smoking in your face . Smoking is also allowed at all tables at the pool bar.

I've been in Turkey 4 times. There is something to compare it with. I've been on vacation in Europe a lot.
We arrived from Siberia. The flight was from Barnaul to Moscow, from Moscow, to Antalya. Not too tired, but on the positive side. They settled right away. The room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. Ilkin suggested visiting the spa salon. We were very satisfied. Thanks to massage therapist Mehmet. Fatigue was gone. The sea is good. The food is delicious, the alcohol is of high quality. The hotel is very beautiful both inside and out, it looks like a Palace. The territory is well maintained. The relationship is good. We were satisfied with the rest. Thank you.
