The service is at an extremely low level. I only found out that you will not be put on the bus if you are not a citizen of Belarus or Ukraine when boarding. The result is a seventeen-degree frost on the street and a hard, rude and uncultured refusal of an Intercars employee : "I'm not putting you on the bus, period." Why did you, deeply disrespected Intercars, decide that Poland does not allow foreign citizens into its territory? As a result, the trip was disrupted, the Warsaw-Chisinau tickets were missing, and all because the Intercass employees decided to act on their own. The hotline in the person of Anastasia listened to my complaints, said nervously, "the money for the Minsk-Warsaw ticket will be returned to you," which I strongly doubt. By the way, nowhere in the ticket or in the rules of boarding the bus is there information that foreign citizens do not have a place on Intercars buses. Conclusion - ask them personally three times. In general, this carrier assumes responsibility to take you to the place you want and do not buy tickets for their flights online. To say that I am very disappointed is to say nothing!!!

Our route was very difficult. We had to get from London to Moscow. To do this, we chose the route: London-Vilnius (air), Vilnius-Minsk (bus company "Mintrans") and Minsk-Moscow Salarievo (bus company "Intercars"). The trip took place on 09/10/2022.
We arrived in Vilyunius at 13:00 and at 16:00 we had a route to Minsk. We were supposed to arrive there at 20:00, but we were very late due to repairs on the road, which led to a long queue at the border with Belarus, and eventually arrived at 22:50. The next route (Minsk- Moscow Salarievo) was supposed to take place at 22-45, but we realized that we did not have time for literally 5 minutes and called the driver of the next bus to stay, because we were already approaching the bus station. But the driver was relentless and went on principle (the girl on our bus asked her mother, who met her at the bus station, to delay our trail. the bus, but the driver was relentless and also tried to resell our seats). When we entered the bus station, our next bus was leaving. We managed to jump out and run after him, but it was useless, the driver did not stop. I understand that if we had been 15 minutes late it would not have been so insulting, but we knew that we were already approaching and asked very much, where is the human factor? It was good to have a bus at 23-00 (Ecolines comp, the last one, and fortunately there were empty seats there. But, by some miracle, we had to manage to withdraw money from a foreign card, change it to white rubles and pay the driver, because the cash register was no longer working. And this route was already to another point in Moscow, which was very inconvenient for us.
Intercars is a terrible company that does not care about the customer, but it is more important to resell the seats of a late passenger. I don't want to blame all the drivers, but the driver of that Minsk-Moscow Salarievo route on 09/10/22 at 22-45, you have no compassion and empathy, you abandoned people in a foreign country at night, I wish you would also find yourself in such a situation someday!

The first time we bought a ticket to Rostov in the spring, the departure time was at 00- 40, but the bus arrived an hour later and no explanations and did not bother to inform about the flight delay in advance.
The most terrible thing happened on 09/15/20023: we bought a ticket to Rostov at 00 - 40 from Bobruisk, sent an SMS that the bus would be delayed and departure at 2 - 10, arrived at the station, waited until 5 a.m., the bus did not arrive, tried to call the office, but no one works at night, the phones are on the answering machine. In the morning we are trying to get through, and there the line is constantly busy, we guessed that we were blocked and we called from another number, we immediately answered, they did not say anything, they only said to send a refund statement for the ticket, they called several more times from another number (because they could not still get through from ours) they answer, but without any apologies and explanations about the situation in general! They promised to return the money within 7 days, and my son had a built-in transfer to Georgia, I had to urgently solve the problem and go with other options.
In general, if your trip is important, then never contact this office!
It was a great trip from Nizhny Novgorod to Kazan! The driver was careful, drove carefully, did not break the rules, for which special thanks! And instead of my seat at the window, which I specially bought in advance, in front of the bus, I get seasick, they put me in the end where there are five seats, the chairs are not adjustable and there is a drunken, loud group next to me. Before that, we were still traveling with my husband, the bus is completely different, there is really never a Wi-Fi. It's kind of there, but for some reason it never works. I don't want to describe the rest in detail, but I won't advise anyone else to travel with this company. I used to travel all the time myself and advised everyone, bought for friends. That's all.

There were 3 sanitary stops. It was shaking quite a bit along the way, but these are small things. Since I had a negative expectation, and the trip turned out to be very good, I put 4 stars.

The data of the drivers, the vehicle numbers were not reported and in general they did not contact in advance in any way. After spending an hour on the platforms of the station, we decided to go urgently with another carrier so as not to spend the night at the station at minus 8. Money for tickets was lost, in general it is unclear how it was necessary to guess where to wait for the driver and why having a database with phones and emails of buyers - no one contacted and informed and in general forced to survive a similar situation. It looks like the most disgusting service in the 21st century. I do not recommend anyone to travel with this carrier, as you may not go anywhere at all.

The ticket stated the arrival time in Borisov at 7.30, as a result, at 6.00 the bus stopped at a city stop, the driver silently opened the doors - it was good that we were awake - we managed to get out. A woman who did not know the city ran out at the last moment, as she accidentally asked a neighbor what kind of stop.
At the sanitary stops, the driver also silently opened the doors, did not name the departure time.
There were problems with Wi-Fi all along the road.

After parking, the driver does not count the passengers. Despite the fact that we arrived quite safely in the opposite direction, all the listed items were in order. But, in general, we will never deal with this carrier again.

I want to say this, when buying a ticket, you expect a good comfortable bus, as on the booklets, in fact, just a MAZ bus from the bus station arrives... The driver just has two lists: one for people who bought tickets at the bus station and the other for people from Intercars. The buses are old and a lot of things don't work, the air conditioners are just the name...I can't say anything bad about the drivers, they are good and experienced. Wi-fi is very weak and works only on the territory of Belarus, and then think for yourself and decide for yourself))) Although when buying a ticket, I twice clarified the availability of Wi-fi in Poland and I was told that of course it is, but when I got on the bus, I clarified with the driver and he replied that only in Belarus!!!
In general, do not spare money and better buy a ticket for Ecolines, you can be there definitely confident in the quality of the trip!!!
