Food is excellent, sea is very close, polite staff ,water slides, amazing shows every day ,fresh fish, pancakes ,olives etc., stretching exercises , big rooms ,but now new, The Kremlin near pool and sea is a cool idea.

We stayed with my husband at this hotel from 04/21/2024 to 05/01/2024.
We checked in at 13:30, the room was not renovated, but everything was neat and clean. Everything was working. The room is quiet. The bar was refilled every day without reminders. Room cleaning can be rated at 4-.
I can't say anything about animation, we weren't interested in it.
The food wasn't great, but it was fine. Everything was meat, chicken, turkey, fish. Of course, the choice of fish is not great, but the price of the hotel was reasonable for 11 nights. For 2 nights, 150 thousand rubles came out with departure from Kazan.
The weather was just wonderful: it was hot, but not to the point of exhaustion, since it was still April, from 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
The sea was surprisingly very warm, and it was great to swim. It's a pity the pier starts working on May 1.
In March and April, almost half of the vacationers at this hotel are school athletes. They were not allowed to go to the sea, so there were no problems with the sun beds, as well as in the bar. It was only necessary to adjust for breakfast and lunch so as not to get in with them.
For dinner, we went to the 24-hour restaurant Terem, as we are used to having dinner early.
The hotel's bars have a huge selection of imported spirits, iced coffee, lemonades, and excellent cocktails.
The territory is very clean and well maintained.
This year we are going to this hotel again and taking our grandchildren aged 3, 11 and 14 with us. It will be interesting for children here. Yes, you have to drive or walk to the pharmacy and shopping center. We didn't have a travel card, so we walked for about 30 minutes in one direction.

Yes, the food was average and the worst of the 5* where we were, but we not only came to eat, we only slept in the room, so we did not pay attention to its "tired" appearance, we were even offered to move to a new building for free in a couple of days, but we just did not want to waste time anymore The closets are small for packing and moving and in the new building.

I really liked the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, almost all speak Russian. Professional chefs, the food is very tasty. A wide variety of cocktails and drinks, of good quality. A permanent show program from the hotel. One of the main advantages is a special home for children. There is a place on site where you can give your child. At the same time, it does not matter at all what age the child is. They'll look after everyone there. And they won't just look after them, the children don't want to leave there, the animators are just holy people, they are very devoted to their profession, because every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. they endlessly entertain the kids there.
When choosing a hotel, we set the task to rest only within the hotel. They immediately abandoned all the imposed excursions. The hotel coped with the task "with a bang". Don't get bored at all :) I highly recommend it

We are very satisfied with this hotel and service, there is a huge assortment of food and alcohol, the beach is equipped, the territory is clean and beautiful, we did not have enough time to walk around it at least once. On October 29, the weather was fine, but the pool was already cold enough, you could only take a dip. The sea is comfortable in the area of 10-12 hours, and after lunch cold currents already appeared and after three we no longer swam. About the third day, the manager personally contacted and asked about the comfort of the stay, wine and fruit were brought to the room once.
Very nice soft bathrobes, clean and of high quality. Everyone brought hygiene supplies upon request. Towels were changed every day.

We had a great rest for 2 days. Then the conference was populated by 1000 people, men. Queues at bars of 12-15 people. The queue for meat in the restaurant reached up to 40 people. Of course, you will get grilled meat, but after standing in line, elbowing for 10-15 minutes. Or as an alternative, fried chicken legs or wings are served every day, there is no queue for them. The sun beds are all occupied, it is better to occupy them from morning to earlier, otherwise they are not there. The ice cream was finished by 14:00. We sat in the restaurant for an hour according to the menu. The hotel is simply not ready for full occupancy. Or maybe it is not intended, according to information from the staff of 1300 tourists and 800-1000 delegates). On the territory of the hotel, you can take any services, snacks, drinks, ice cream as much as you want. There are 2 bars on the beach. There are programs for children both during the day and in the evening. As I understood it, many families left their children with animators to relax without them. There are many pools on the territory, one main one between the buildings, during the day there is the most fun. Some went swimming in the sea, some in the pools. There was enough room for everyone. The territory is large, clean, everything is very well maintained. The rooms had hotel slippers, but there were no disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, but it was not critical for us, everything was with us. There was a 24-hour buffet in the main building, in case of round-the-clock arrival and departure of guests, there was much less food there than in the main restaurant, but you definitely won't stay hungry. It's going to be a longrid!!! We have repeatedly visited Turkey in hotels of different categories. And this hotel has taken a stable first place today! Everything is perfect, starting with the reception and ending with slippers in the room.
1. Check-in is instant! And we arrived before 11 a.m. Immediately the keys showed where the round-the-clock "Terem" is, where you can fully eat after the flight.
2. Room - The room was given in the 3rd building, almost angular, with a view of the football fields. I was upset at first, but then we realized a huge plus: silence. Only the sounds of music could be heard from the neighboring hotels, and then they could not be heard with the balcony closed. The rooms are large, a huge bed, a sofa, bathrobes, slippers, soap and soap, a refillable bar (water, lemonades, beer) - everything is as it should be. In general, I really liked the third building, it's so quiet and intimate.
3. The Internet is gorgeous, catches everywhere, does not fly out. There was enough speed for everything.
4. The food is just a dump of the head. We haven't had time to try half of it in 6 days! Every day there are 2-3 types of different fish, every day there are 4 types of meat - chicken, lamb, beef, turkey - in different variations. We did not see seafood, but on Saturday there was sushi (by the way, sushi tastes so-so, but the very fact of their presence is pleasant). Side dishes, salads, greens, snacks - you can't count it, well, you can't overeat))))
Cheeses - they have VERY, very tasty goat cheeses.
Fruits - there was everything: apples, peaches, citrus fruits, bananas, and of course strawberries and watermelons. We leaned on the watermelon, because we dreamed about it all winter))) Watermelons are very sweet and ripe.
Sweet - I have a sweet tooth and you can't do that to me! A huge selection of sweets, various. Their baklava is simply amazing.
In addition to the main restaurant, there is a Terrace - there is a buffet in a slightly shortened version, but it works 24 hours. There are many more outlets and food courts on the territory and near the beach. And tortillas with different fillings, and grilled fish (different every day), and burgers /pizzas/hot dogs.
There is also a separate barbecue area: tables and barbecue areas for everyone. If you don't like the way the fish was fried, you took it and made it yourself.
In general, they really feed for slaughter.
We did not go to a la carte, with such a variety and number of food outlets, there is no longer time for a la carte.
5. Alcohol - there is everything for every taste. The hotel immediately greets you with proseco and martini. They pour everywhere that the darling wants, you can ask them to mix different cocktails - they will do it. There is a 24-hour bar. But I was very pleasantly surprised that with such an abundance of alcohol outlets, there were practically no drunken people on the territory. Well, at least in a very noticeable drunken state. Everything is very civil.
I don't drink myself, but my husband says that alcohol is really very good quality.
For unhappy non-drinkers like me)))) non-alcoholic cocktails can also be made in different ways. They make mojitos very well. They have a good Pokemon cocktail. And I also liked the cold coffee - very light, refreshing, not cloying.
6. The beach has a lot of sun beds, plus there are 2 piers. The beach is sandy with a small strip of very small pebbles. There is already fine sand in the water itself and the approach is quite gentle, it even reminded Anapa of something. 5 meters exactly to go knee-deep. then it gradually gets deeper. The water is cloudy, but these are the consequences of a sandy bottom. Although diving with glasses, the bottom and a few meters in front of you can be seen underwater. The fish were not shown.... Although I dived for them every day, well, yes, not the Red Sea, but the water is salty)))
7. Sun beds - both at the pools and at the sea, there were always enough sun beds for everyone. And even a third was empty. I don't know how it will be at the height of the season, but it was generally comfortable during our arrival. It seems like there are a lot of people, but it seems like everyone is spreading out across the territory and everyone has enough space.
By the way, there were no queues anywhere, even at dinner. Perhaps the quick check-in, excellent service, and free sunbeds, no queues - it's all because it's just the beginning of the season, and we were lucky. But in the season, there is an emergency everywhere and you should always remember this.
8. SPA center. You can sit in the hammam for free, swim in the heated pool. But in the outdoor pools, the water is already well warmed up and no one was observed in the steep one. The gym is small, but at the same time all the basic training equipment is available. You can run and swing.
9. Entertainment. There are some interesting activities every day. During the day, there are contests all the time by the pool, then a foam party, and on-site we saw both bocce, darts, and fitness. It's either a show or a party every night. We didn't go to the show, we were just fed up with it all. We went to the disco. Bogema party (on Thursday) is a cool thing. I just remembered my youth: clubs, raves - it was similar and electronic music, not the ubiquitous pop. Characters, lasers - everything was very cool! But it's a pity that it was only 1 evening. There was also a Mascarad party - I liked only the lasers. The guys can do shows, but they don't really pick up and mix music. I understand that this is not a party hotel, so this is not a claim, just my personal thoughts on the topic.
The hotel is more family-friendly, for children. Everything from food to entertainment is provided for children. We were glad that we went out of season, when there were still few children. I have absolutely nothing against children! (and now the haters will fly in kites), she only recently released her chick into the wild, and then not to the end yet. I'm just writing for those who are looking for movement or tranquility: in the summer there will most likely be a full house for children, keep in mind.
And now about the cons.....
1. After dinner, they were allowed to take fruit with them to the room. But once we were deployed, although the girls work the same way. They didn't explain the rank to us. At the same time, we saw other vacationers coming out with plates of fruit. I don't know what the girl didn't like about my face, but the sediment remained, and I didn't have a watermelon for the night)))
2. There is nothing outside the hotel.... For this reason, I did not want to go there, because I am a lover of movement, and my husband is just a lover of lying down and just warming his belly. You can't even go to the store or to the bazaar. It takes 30-40 minutes to stomp to the nearest more or less civilization, but it's better to drive the same amount. There are buses, but I watched how sad people sit at the bus stop in the heat, waiting for the bus, which apparently does not run as often as it could.
3. There should be more shops. Since there is nothing outside the territory, then there would be a point with Turkish sweets, but I wanted to buy baklava with me so much, my son asked. There is a store, but there are almost no sweets in it.
4. Audibility in the rooms. I'm writing because it might be critical for someone, but it's not very important for us. But the male snoring behind the wall was heard steadily)))) But I believe that audibility in most cases is directly related to the contingent. Calm, self-respecting people and behave accordingly, will not allow themselves to yell at the entire corridor, slam doors or hit walls. Well, cattle - they are cattle everywhere and even sound insulation will not save them from such. We lived in hotels where the audibility was much stronger, so everything is relative.
Cons - I called it loudly, of course. These are just nuances. The fact that food can be taken out of the restaurant is generally not particularly welcome anywhere, it is surprising that it is allowed here. But if it is allowed, then let it be allowed without reservations. Or ban it as everywhere else.
Well, the territorial location - we know where we are going, we look and study maps of the area around. They knew that there was no point in going outside the walls of the fortress, except into the forest for mushrooms across the road. In general, the hotel is designed so that people do not get bored as much as possible. There's even a library there, which is very good, by the way.
To summarize. Would you go to the hotel again? definitely YES, but at the beginning or at the end of the season. At this time, he is just perfect. Well, there's really nothing to find fault with. It was the first time my husband and I didn't want to leave Turkey...

I really liked the Kremlin Palace Hotel in Turkey. Buildings similar to ours that are on Red Square in Moscow somehow warm the soul. We stayed at this hotel from 08/18/29/24. A wonderful place, a huge, beautiful territory. The room was in the 3rd building on the 5th floor. If you don't find fault too much, the room is good, but the plumbing is tired.
The food is delicious, not the whole truth, but mostly very good. Beef, chicken, turkey, amazing mutton, twice there were shrimps and mussels. The sweets are delicious, especially baklava. Cocktails for every taste and color, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There are no queues for breakfast and dinner, I do not know about lunch, we have never had lunch, since they feed for slaughter and you can always have a snack everywhere. An incomparable weight ice cream, whether you want it in a cone or in a plate. There is a VKontakte community of this hotel where you can communicate with vacationers and, if necessary, ask for something or help yourself. There is also an El Dorado person listed there, through whom you can go on wonderful excursions at reasonable prices. (that's how they write it). But in my case, the excursions were not as gorgeous as they say in the reviews. I was with my daughter on two excursions from this man. To Sulu Aladv Island and Tazy Canyon. In the first case, we waited for the bus for almost 20 minutes, when they came to pick us up, it turned out that no one speaks Russian. There were no Russian speakers on the yacht, or rather, there was one person from the crew, but it was difficult to understand him. I believe that when a group gathers for an excursion, it is necessary to take into account the linguistic nuances. On the second tour, the picture was almost the same. The bus did not arrive on time, and when it arrived, it turned out that there were no Russian speakers again. We did not go on the third tour, because my daughter had a stomach ache during breakfast, and we had to leave in 20 minutes. I sent her to her room, and I went to wait for the bus to apologize and cancel the trip. At that time, this Eldorado wrote to me, saying that we were expected. I explained the situation, to which I received several rude messages. And she was blacklisted. The next day, in the VKontakte group, I saw the girl's appeal on the account of excursions and this person Eldorado, to whom there is a link. Also in her message, screenshots of correspondence with him were uploaded, in which he communicates very rudely. She asked me to recommend someone else. I had a contact from another company, I dropped him off, and told him briefly about our situation. After that, just a couple of hours later, I was added to the blacklist in all groups, the Kremlin Palace and excursions from it))) Probably that girl too. In general, there are only positive reviews, they react very sharply to comments and block them.
And so, in general, I liked the hotel, and especially the evening shows, they are gorgeous. And there is always something for the kids to do. There are 2 water parks, and a large children's club, which is open until 23 hours.

Hello everyone I was vacationing with my family in Kremlin from 08/28 to 8.09 and that's what I can say in general. The hotel is very nice. When we first arrived, we checked into the rooms very quickly. The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day (linen is changed, the refrigerator with drinks is updated, beds are made). The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view. The architecture of the hotel is also very beautiful. There will be photos below :). The food is varied - every day they give out delicious chicken / lamb, make burgers, rice, mashed potatoes and much more. For those who are sleepy and like to sleep until 10 (the time when breakfast ends), we made a cafe called terem 24/7 where they did not eat during breakfast / lunch / dinner. I also want to mention the large number of pools and bars. If you have a small child, you can just go to the 30cm deep pool and even go to the children's water park and have a cool time there. For those who like to dive, they made a pool 2 meters deep. Be careful there (I'm worried). Also, be careful at sea and try not to swim near the pier where the thatched villas are located. There are a lot of concrete stones at the bottom, you can hit, and often throw out various garbage from these villas. If there is nowhere to send the child in the evening to spend time, do not leave him in the room. There are as many as 2 children's clubs for you. 1 club for children from 4-12 years old. There are many different entertainment programs. Starting from various shows and discos - ending with pizza cooking. We rested from October 17, 2023 for 9 nights. We chose a convenient flight. A ticket for 2 adults cost around 230,000.
We got to the hotel quickly. Upon arrival, they quickly settled in. The room is great. Spacious. The mini-bar (with beer and different types of water) was replenished every day. Towels were changed every day, on the first day the bed linen was soiled and it was changed during cleaning (without any tips). We have a view of the territory. There is a balcony (with a table,
chairs, a wall dryer, we also had a little lizard living there, I didn't even try to enter the room). There is always a full set of accessories in the bathroom.
The territory is well-groomed, beautiful, large, but everything is located, somehow compactly. Animation does not interfere with the residential complex in the evenings. The disco is in a separate building.
There are many sun beds on the beach. There is also a water park for children. The sea is warm. The weather at this time is excellent, comfortable, no baking, no wind, the tan is awesome (mench has white skin). The entrance to the sea is good, the sand.
The bars are not all bad with imported and local drinks, but the most beautiful, round-the-clock and well-made variety of cocktails in the lobby bar.
The restaurant did not surprise, but it did not upset either. It's just a monotonous meal. Maybe we got there because we were at the end of the season. But every day there is a different fish, beef, little fruit, our Russian borscht or cabbage soup was very lacking.
The evening animation is not bad. Circus, live music, theater. I can't say anything about children's animation. Haven't been and haven't seen. The only thing that infuriated me was that the music of ea animation at both discos and bassen's was the same throughout the day. A year later, I can't hear these songs.
We were satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel is on solid 5! The food is excellent, without frills in the form of lobsters, crabs, shrimps and lightly salted red fish, but with a high-quality menu and cooking. There is a lot of meat (beef, lamb, turkey, chicken), fish always, mussels and squid. There are a lot of pastries and delicious, there are a lot of desserts, ice cream of different types and everywhere. And I really liked the croissants that were served at breakfast in the morning, even in France.
In the main building, where there is a lobby, an excellent 24-hour bar, a cafe terrace 24/7 (you can have a snack early in the morning or late for departing tourists), a clean beach with a gentle entrance to the sea. I really liked the Italian ala-cart restaurant.
Rooms with renovation in the 1st building. The rest have cosmetic repairs. The cleaning is mediocre, but not bad. Ask for bathrobes at the reception.
If you are flying from Anex, get ready to meet with the guide for at least an hour (by hook or by crook, excursions will be crammed in).
There are great parties at the hotel in the evenings.

Smoking is allowed on the balconies in the rooms and this is a real problem for non-smokers, especially at night, it is worth opening the balcony, so immediately the room was filled with smoke, I had to sleep with the air conditioner turned on, and this does not suit everyone, as a result we caught a cold. I think we're the ones who got hit by a hard-core smoker. 2. This is a great hotel. We have been here twice, in 2020 and in 2023.
For families with children, this is one of the best options. A beautiful beach, comfortable children's pools, not somewhere in the far corner of the hotel, but next to the main pools, which is convenient when the family is of different ages and does not have to wander around the territory much. Two-level rooms with window protection in the children's bedroom. But the stairs are not the most comfortable, of course.
The food is good. There will be no lobsters here, but there are always meat and fish of different types. There are a lot of people, but you can always find a free place by the water and in the dining room.
The territory is beautiful and I like that all the passages are covered with a roof. No need to walk in the sun from the building to the restaurant, etc.
But prices this year have become somewhat inadequate and Dubai turned out to be cheaper for our family. But I hope to return to the Kremlin in September ☺️

The disadvantage is that we arrived at midnight, we had to wait until the morning, when the room was available, although I offered to pay extra. As a result, I had to pay extra, but someone got the room for free, it's unclear.
Another disadvantage is excursions from the city, the bus stopped, the air conditioner did not work, the temperature outside is 40 degrees. Well, the guide changed the bus by calling the office, but then, apparently, to make up for time (while waiting for the bus), he ran through the streets of the old city, and we caught up with him). We just wanted to wander the streets for at least half an hour, but the guide did not give us time for this. apparently, it was time for wine tasting, where we went after the tour, people rushed for wines, as if there were only tasters on the bus.
Plus the incomprehensible prices for the photo shoot, the price of $ 500, taken, as it seems to me, from the ceiling, it was not initially announced, but at the end of the photo shoot, they offer to buy all the photos for a fabulous price, as if they had been photographed all day, as at a wedding. It did not work out to bargain, so they refused.

The rooms were cleaned every day. Very comfortable beds. Linen and towels are snow-white. Towels are changed every day. Slippers, tea, coffee, mini bar, gels, lotions - everything is in the room.
A large selection of food in the main restaurant. Seafood is really not given. But delicious grilled fish every day. A very tasty variety of cheeses and olives. A large number of dishes of pure Turkish cuisine that did not even have time to try. The pastries are very tasty.
There is a smaller 24-hour restaurant with about the same food as in the main one, but less choice. But there are fewer people at dinner there - it is often difficult to find a table in a large restaurant. There are a lot of bars throughout the territory, including on the beach with a large selection of all kinds of cocktails.
Delicious tortillas, fresh grilled fish, burgers, waffles, ice cream and much more in cafes every day😍 in general, you will not stay hungry for sure.
Children's and adult water park - a complete delight! My 6-year-old child and I rode every day :)
And of course, an incredible entertainment program in the evening at the hotel for adults and children - this is just something! Acrobats, clowns, magic tricks, circus, dance and music groups from different countries - we only had time to move from one event to another in the evening.
Mini disco for kids. Live music, masquerades, incredible laser performances, etc. 😍😍the overall scale is amazing!!
A particularly pleasant impression was left by the daily program during the daytime. We attended yoga and aqua gymnastics. The aqua gymnastics coach is just fire!!😍🔥🔥

Of the minuses, perhaps, I can only mention the restaurants "A la carte". We went to marine and Italian. In the sea, although they gave something like seafood, it is not possible to eat them. Fish is nothing, but grilled on the beach during the day is much tastier. In Italian, more or less pizza, but everything else was not particularly tasty for us.
But these are small things, it's still worth going for a change.

We had a vacation in June 2024 with our daughter and husband. we were placed quickly, we arrived at 8 pm, although we liked the room, which had seen different guests, it was not new, but clean, everything worked properly, the balcony overlooked the backyard, it was quiet.
I liked the food, everything was according to the names, one day a week there was a sea of shrimp and rolls. I am a lover of oriental sweets, they were, but they did not taste good, they were just poured with sugar syrup (there was no honey, spices were not felt, there was a cardamom for example....), for one taste, the only delicious baklava was chocolate. Waiters from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan mostly changed tablecloths, brought drinks, everything is OK with this, also in terms of communication, because they understand and speak Russian well.
I also liked the drink bars, they poured imported alcohol, tried Mojitos, Aperol spritz, cuba libre, pina Colada, ice coffee + baileys, etc. from cocktails at the zvezda bar, arena. after 19.00 in the Pushkin bar (Bolshoi Theater) they make author's cocktails, my husband is not very good, they came to me. by the way, in the same place in the afternoon you can take as much Algida factory ice cream as you want.
The territory and staff made a good impression, the attitude towards Russians is positive, they did not encounter anything bad, the atmosphere is inviting, you feel comfortable. We met cats and a hedgehog in the yard.

In the evenings, at 20.30, we did not like the mini disco at the children's, although we never found this event interesting. at 21.30 there are already events for everyone, every evening is different, I liked the circus the most. The Arena bar often has discos for adults. One day there was a foam party at 15.30 in the pool-I did not like it, the meaning of standing in the pool with a bunch of people in foam is not clear, you will not dance, nothing, it is more expedient to hold such events on the beach.
The sea is good. At the beginning of June, the water was 24-25 degrees, in the middle about 27 degrees, warm, clean, saw flocks of fish, swam with pleasure. The basques are good too. Umbrellas on the sea from the sun are small. I would make awnings. We were looking for sun beds next to palm trees on the grass.
Water slides for adults and children (she rode her daughter for 6 years) out of 3, 2 worked, cool. Plus, there is a children's water park by the sea, but not that it is a lazy one, the slides are good and full-fledged, even adults move out. The water park is open from 10-12 and 14-16 days.
Toilets could be cleaned better and more often, especially those near the beach and the pool, because it is not very pleasant to stand in a puddle mixed with softened paper.
Tours on excursions from Anex are very expensive from the word at all, we did not take any-an insane price list. in the SPA, they wanted to take massage + spa + pilling from paid services-70 or 80 bucks, sooo expensive. if you just go to the hammam and sauna, please, it's free.it's also a shame that Anex, as always, takes almost 2 days (the way there and back) vouchers are not cheap and still take 2 days off! At the same time, it has become ubiquitous, i.e. if earlier it was possible to pick up tours with full days on the day of departure, now if one of the travel days is full and that's good. And so 99% of the time we arrive in the evening, we leave early in the morning-it's not fair!
I can say that the hotel and the rest met expectations, everything was cool, we would have returned there again!
