I liked the hotel, it deserves all its stars. The territory is large, you can relax without going beyond it. A children's room for 5+, divided by age and interests, everyone will find something to their liking.
Anyone who reads this review and plans to stay at this hotel, I recommend not to miss the evening shows with a disco, it will be a lot of fun!

A wonderful hotel, pleasant sea, gorgeous sand and an excellent swimming pool. The rooms are renovated, good, but the cleaning is lame… Out of 10 days, despite the daily cleaning, the last 4 days did not seem to be cleaned at all. The pool is clean, music is always playing, aqua aerobics and competitions are held. Darts are held near the pool.
A party place, daily performances and a disco, there is a club that works from 23 to 2.
It will be interesting for both children and adults - 4 large slides and a water park for children.
The bars are not bad, but it can often be unlucky with bartenders (Everyone does it differently, for example, they may suddenly forget to add pineapple juice to the pinacolada. There is also a feeling that alcohol is mixed here or used low-quality in good bottles)

The hotel itself is big and beautiful.
But it is very dead, there are many places where repairs are required.
Upon arrival, we were quickly given the keys, but no one took our luggage to us (this was not a problem for us), we did not look for anyone and found our room ourselves.
The sea is good and warm. The approach to the sea is also excellent.
The food is varied, you will not be hungry. Children also have something to feed. A large selection and everything is satisfying.
The staff speaks 50/50 Russian, but everything can be understood and explained.
The only thing that is inconvenient is 1 dining room (restaurant), people gather for dinner like ants. If you wait for the waiter and ask for drinks, then you can safely wait for him for another 20 minutes, which means it's easier to go yourself.
Ice cream, pizza, hamburger are distributed strictly by the hour, which is also not particularly convenient.
The children's aqua park works just as strictly for 2 hours, the water is terribly cold, even with the scorching sun.
But the children's club is open until late and for a while you can give the child where they will look after him.

Shit everywhere, there's almost nothing in the bars. There's only one beer (it makes sense to single out a beer). We visited this hotel in September, 2 adults and a six-year-old child, we liked everything. Yes, the rooms are tired (building 3), but we only came to the room to sleep, so this was not a huge disadvantage. The food is normal, a food court with French fries, burgers and hot dogs opens between the shore and the pool at lunch, you will not stay hungry if you do not get to the main restaurant for lunch. There is also a 24-hour restaurant terem, there is less choice than the main one, but again, you will not stay hungry.One of the disadvantages of restaurants is very poorly washed appliances, I read about it before the trip, took a pack of wet wipes, wiped everything before each meal. A bakery is open daily at certain hours, you can drink tea, eat sweets, a paradise for a sweet tooth. The sea is clean, there is a pier from which you can jump, we did not swim in the pool, since we went in September, and the water is poured into the pools at the beginning of the season (April), so as not to catch some kind of infection. There is a children's and adult water park, open at certain hours. Mini disco every day, children's shows are also daily after the disco, at certain hours daily aquagrim, which the daughter was happy about and went there almost every day. There is also a house next to the children's club where cats live, I was very pleased with this attitude towards animals, they even have an air conditioner there :) there are also 2 playgrounds for children, in the children's club you can take sand toys (for free, for a while) if you knew you would not have dragged a bucket and a shovel with you :)

Lovely hotel. Location near the airport, 20 minutes drive. A big plus is the restaurant on the second floor, which is open around the clock. You don't have to worry about being hungry. The food is quite diverse. There are also many places on the territory during the day where you can have a snack at the beach and on the way to it. The passages between the buildings are equipped with brick canopies. The staff is also very friendly and caring. The rooms are cozy and thoughtful. Besides Russian tourists, Iranians and locals who lie by the pools rested. We preferred the sea. There were enough deck chairs for everyone. By the end of the holiday, the balance had changed towards compatriots who like to leave towels on sun loungers for the whole day and the problem of finding a free place appeared. As a result, I recommend the hotel and I may still come there myself.

We arrived from Apex tour in the morning, the departure was without delay, we were fed on board from Azur Air, but settled in at 13.30 only, the room is excellent with a view of the pools and architectural structures of Red Square. Vacationers are mostly Russians, so there were no conflict situations and clarification of geopolitical positions. The staff are just great smarties👍 Wi-Fi works smoothly throughout the territory, even at sea, which was very surprised and pleased at the same time. I liked the daily evening shows, especially live music performed by our hits, the people lit up until late at night!!! Great atmosphere!!! A gorgeous area with lots of coniferous trees, swimming pools and food outlets! We monitored it for a whole month together with our travel agency. We have been cooperating with them for 13 years. The choice was between the Kremlin and the Titanic Margin, the Titanic is 100,000 more expensive. We decided to come here anyway. And of course, the hotel did not come in very immediately. Of course, everything is beautiful in the photo as usual, but if you pay more than half a million in two weeks, I would like to somehow justify your hopes. At first glance, everything is fine for the first hour and a half, and then you look at it with a professional eye and realize that the hotel is not at all suitable even for 4 stars. Yes, there are two restaurants, one round-the-clock, there is a lot of food, but it quickly gets boring as always, fish like sea bass sometimes smells like rotten meat. We are just very skeptical about food and lead a healthy lifestyle. Sunbeds on the beach should be occupied very early, starting at 7 a.m., otherwise you will not get them. Plus, there are a lot of free snack bars like mini cafes, good unlimited ice cream, water, drinks, coffee everywhere at every step. The room is cleaned very poorly, you constantly have to beg for toothbrushes, etc., well, that's 5 stars, a lot of pensioners. If you don't care about anything at all, and you don't care about food, then why overpay. In short, the hotel is very large, and saves on everything. Especially on children. We have a 5-year-old daughter, we thought animation, a bump in the nose. A children's club, where the employees did not inspire confidence in us, and we had to constantly hang out with the child. I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times. Always great. A lot of improvements have been made this (2023) year. Mini-park for small children, new lunch areas. Venues for discos and live music. Animators, bartenders, everything works fine. Nutrition has improved significantly this year. Of the cons, there are queues at the main restaurant for some dishes, but this is rather due to the stupidity of the vacationers themselves. The rooms need to be updated. There are questions for the maids. But overall a great stay.

We were at the hotel in July 2024, bought a ticket for 4 months and asked for a room in a new building in our wishes, we did not ask for any payments upon check-in and settled in a new building. Everything is fine with food, a huge buffet, a lot of meat, fruits, desserts, side dishes, always two soups to choose from, there are several cafes on the plaza where you can have a snack and not even go to lunch. The only drawback on the plaza is that the umbrellas are too small and do not protect from the sun, but we rested under palm trees.There are no bracelets in the hotel, and if you check out after 12, you also use all services for free before leaving. An excellent water park and children's animation, as well as a lot of entertainment for adults. The territory is very large, there are many pools and places to relax.

The beach is sandy and pebbly, the sand is yellow-gray. There was garbage on the beach, I did not see it cleaned, but it is difficult because of the presence of stones. But the tourists themselves are to blame (Wonderful animation, shows and concerts for both children and adults. If someone likes shopping, bazaars, then the hotel is in the distance, the nearest bazaar / pharmacies are about 2 km away. We didn't go because it was +43 in the shade. But they did it that way. Magnets were made from photos already at home.

We had a rest from July 22 to July 29, we really liked the hotel. A large territory, each corner is unique and very beautiful. The sea is clear, sand and small pebbles, pier. Lots of bars. There is an insane amount of entertainment for children. Our two daughters, aged 6 and 12, both found entertainment with great interest. There are lots of slides. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly, I especially want to highlight Dilara and Alina helped and supported me as much as they could. My husband was hospitalized.
