The hotel is decent. It takes 25 minutes by bus from the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is majestic, oriental luxury, with pathos. 5 stars. Architecturally, it's like being in Moscow on Red Square. Several buildings for living. Very large well-maintained territory, swimming pools. The hotel is on the first line, a couple of minutes to the sea. The beach is fine sand, in the sea as well. The entrance to the sea is very convenient. We were at the end of March, the sea is cool + 18, but at an air temperature of + 26 you can swim. In terms of nutrition, everything is just gorgeous. The variety is huge. Snacks throughout the territory, including the beach area. The hotel is ultra all inclusive, which it is. For drinks for adults. In the Stolichka restaurant, where the main food is local Turkish alcohol, for an amateur, whiskey, cognac is not very good. Wine can be tasted. In the 24-hour bar on the ground floor and in the beach bar, any alcohol, Jack Daniels whiskey, red label, martinis, wines, champagne, cocktails. The bartenders prepare very tasty and beautiful cocktails. Discos are held every day. The staff is impeccable, very helpful, any desires throughout the territory. They speak Russian moderately. The room is clean with a huge bed, lots of pillows. The room itself shows that it was not repaired yesterday, but this is compensated by cleanliness, daily cleaning, with replacement of towels, fresh plumbing. The room has a refrigerator filled with drinks, beer, tea, coffee, kettle. Everything is replenished daily, including gels, shampoos. There were no bathrobes in the room, I asked, and two snow-white bathrobes were immediately brought. Free safe. Wi-Fi is free throughout the territory, but there is not much connection on the beach. A spa center is available on site. Hammam, sauna for free. I did not dare to swim in the indoor warm pool, in view of the large number of children there, and indeed bathing. The contingent of vacationers in March was as follows: 10% are Russian-speaking, 5% are German and the same number are English-speaking. 80% of them are from Iran, mostly families, noisy, drink a lot, starting in the morning, the ladies all have plastic surgery, on the same face. There are also many professional football teams from different countries that are training in Turkey. There are football fields on site. The disadvantage of this hotel is that it is far from the city, you can't walk, you can't pay with a Russian card on public transport, cash is not accepted. Otherwise, there are a lot of big advantages. We had a late check-out, at 12 we checked in the room, luggage in the storage room next to the reception and continued to enjoy our rest until the evening, before departure. In summary, it is expensive, but I recommend this hotel to rest.

Amazing hotel!
This is a whole city, there are several restaurants, cafes, snack bars, there is always clean bottled drinking water. Tasty and varied food. Good animation. A la carte restaurant is free of charge every 5 days. Cool evening programs for adults in the amphitheater, discos with live music.
The beach was not very pleasant, narrow and brown sand with small pebbles. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, they were always available. You can order directly to the sunbed from the bar. Relaxation is complete in this hotel. And a delight for the eyes of the visual.

We stayed at this hotel from 08/18/29/24. A wonderful place, a huge, beautiful territory. The room was in the 3rd building on the 5th floor. If you don't find fault too much, the room is good, but the plumbing is tired.
The food is delicious, not the whole truth, but mostly very good. Beef, chicken, turkey, amazing mutton, twice there were shrimps and mussels. The sweets are delicious, especially baklava. Cocktails for every taste and color, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There are no queues for breakfast and dinner, I do not know about lunch, we have never had lunch, since they feed for slaughter and you can always have a snack everywhere. An incomparable weight ice cream, whether you want it in a cone or in a plate. There is a VKontakte community of this hotel where you can communicate with vacationers and, if necessary, ask for something or help yourself. There is also an El Dorado person listed there, through whom you can go on wonderful excursions at reasonable prices. (that's how they write it). But in my case, the excursions were not as gorgeous as they say in the reviews. I was with my daughter on two excursions from this man. To Sulu Aladv Island and Tazy Canyon. In the first case, we waited for the bus for almost 20 minutes, when they came to pick us up, it turned out that no one speaks Russian. There were no Russian speakers on the yacht, or rather, there was one person from the crew, but it was difficult to understand him. I believe that when a group gathers for an excursion, it is necessary to take into account the linguistic nuances. On the second tour, the picture was almost the same. The bus did not arrive on time, and when it arrived, it turned out that there were no Russian speakers again. We did not go on the third tour, because my daughter had a stomach ache during breakfast, and we had to leave in 20 minutes. I sent her to her room, and I went to wait for the bus to apologize and cancel the trip. At that time, this Eldorado wrote to me, saying that we were expected. I explained the situation, to which I received several rude messages. And she was blacklisted. The next day, in the VKontakte group, I saw the girl's appeal on the account of excursions and this person Eldorado, to whom there is a link. Also in her message, screenshots of correspondence with him were uploaded, in which he communicates very rudely. She asked me to recommend someone else. I had a contact from another company, I dropped him off, and told him briefly about our situation. After that, just a couple of hours later, I was added to the blacklist in all groups, the Kremlin Palace and excursions from it))) Probably that girl too. In general, there are only positive reviews, they react very sharply to comments and block them.
And so, in general, I liked the hotel, and especially the evening shows, they are gorgeous. And there is always something for the kids to do. There are 2 water parks, and a large children's club, which is open until 23 hours.

Hello everyone I was vacationing with my family in Kremlin from 08/28 to 8.09 and that's what I can say in general. The hotel is very nice. When we first arrived, we checked into the rooms very quickly. The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day (linen is changed, the refrigerator with drinks is updated, beds are made). The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view. The architecture of the hotel is also very beautiful. There will be photos below :). The food is varied - every day they give out delicious chicken / lamb, make burgers, rice, mashed potatoes and much more. For those who are sleepy and like to sleep until 10 (the time when breakfast ends), we made a cafe called terem 24/7 where they did not eat during breakfast / lunch / dinner. I also want to mention the large number of pools and bars. If you have a small child, you can just go to the 30cm deep pool and even go to the children's water park and have a cool time there. For those who like to dive, they made a pool 2 meters deep. Be careful there (I'm worried). Also, be careful at sea and try not to swim near the pier where the thatched villas are located. There are a lot of concrete stones at the bottom, you can hit, and often throw out various garbage from these villas. If there is nowhere to send the child in the evening to spend time, do not leave him in the room. There are as many as 2 children's clubs for you. 1 club for children from 4-12 years old. There are many different entertainment programs. Starting from various shows and discos - ending with pizza cooking. But if you are over 12, it does not matter for you there is a teen club where children from 12-16 years old go. There are game consoles, air hockey, billiards and many different programs. A gorgeous hotel with good infrastructure. The staff is polite, but the rooms are not searched, you have to remind them to put toothpaste, brushes, etc., slippers, etc.
As for the cuisine, the dishes are always varied and delicious, and there are shish kebabs and grilled steaks and porridges and seafood. In short, you will not stay hungry, but you will definitely arrive with extra kg. The entrance to the sea is cool and clean. Children have a place to play from 1 year old and older.

We had a rest in June 2024 in a family room (2 floors) with two children. I don't know where the hotel got such a high rating, but here's our objective opinion:
- [] The biggest minus is the ROTOVIRUS, where they have it I don't know, but it was a tin.
- [] Paid medical center (space prices)
- [ ] The murdered building in which we were settled (dirty, rough, pulls a maximum of 3 stars) By the way, everyone is initially settled there at random and many tolerate it, but we did not tolerate it and demanded to move us to another building, which after a small cosmetic repair.

- [ ] No dressing gowns
- [ ] There are no dental kits
- [ ] There are no shampoos and gels, there are jars on the wall, but no one fills them

- [ ] The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of Antalya. The center is about 4-5 km away. There is absolutely nowhere to go, only the road, which apparently leads to the center, but you can not walk along it.
In general, the memories are extremely negative. I would not advise anyone to rest there.

The hotel is large and beautiful, the staff is very polite, almost everyone speaks Russian. But two things we really didn't like. 1. Smoking is allowed on the balconies in the rooms and this is a real problem for non-smokers, especially at night, it is worth opening the balcony, so immediately the room was filled with smoke, I had to sleep with the air conditioner turned on, and this does not suit everyone, as a result we caught a cold. I think we're the ones who got hit by a hard-core smoker. 2. The welcoming party "Anus" constantly lies on all topics, rubs the VIP lounge on the way back for $ 250 per person, scaring tourists that it will take about 3 hours to enter the airport. Be careful, do not buy anything from the guides on the first day, study the question you are interested in.

The perfect hotel for families with children! A pleasant sand, a children's pool with various slides, the most delicious food from all the hotels we visited in Turkey - and its worth that I have +2 kg in a week, so be careful 😀 children's animation (we just didn't go to an adult, because there was a rich children's program) - just on height! A fairy tale) spoiled the child, now I don't know how I will satisfy him) 2 floors of a children's club, a playground with tractors, houses, slides (there is another one on the territory of the club and outside the club). Every day there is a mini disco, and then there are different shows for children: minions, clowns, legos, magic tricks… Activities in the children's club: aqua-grimm, crafts, creative workshops, soap bubbles, a maze with balls, legos and much more. On the last day of our stay, we also placed 3 huge trampolines! Just into the very heart :)
There is only one comment and I can't help but mention it to share a life hack. In the early days, the cleaner in the room came right into the child's afternoon nap. And I never came back) so the first time we had our bed linen changed was only on the 4th day, when I went to the reception and outlined the situation. After that, the cleaning lady's arrival time was adjusted for the morning hours and the situation was settled. We also asked the reception to bring us bathrobes (which should be in the room and which I really love).

We were checked into the room at 11:00 and it made us very happy. I was a little surprised by the beach, because you go down to the sea from a cliff, which is not very convenient, but it can be solved. We had a family vacation in July 2024, an excellent combination of price and quality. Food, imported alcohol at the level. We had 2 rooms not far from each other, but we had to be nearby (the baby monitor did not reach, two grandchildren), the next day after arrival we were asked to change, everything was decided promptly without any additional charges, the room was given next door. Everything is classic, as in all 5+ class resort hotels in Turkey. But there is nothing to talk about at all. Gloomy, there is little light, the gym is small, the recreation area after the hammam is also a walk-through. Quite a decent 5* hotel. Stayed out of season(November) when I came to the exhibition in Antalya. Friendly staff and cozy rooms. Pleasant territory, access to the sea. Unfortunately, the pool was no longer working. Maybe I'll try to stay here sometime in the season and then there will be a clearer picture.

The territory has three large swimming pools, three water slides, a football field, a tennis court, a spa. We had friends here, a wonderful hotel, we were satisfied with everything. A large amount of delicious food and alcohol, a nice swimming pool, a large territory, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. If you stay at an Antalya hotel, then it's definitely worth it here. Great hotel. Of course, not vip anymore, but there is absolutely everything for a carefree holiday. Stylized as the red square. On the sandy beach there are sun beds with wooden straw umbrellas, and on the second strip of the beach there are 20-30 palm trees planted, real, thick, high))), you can push sun beds to them and sunbathe under a palm tree in the shade. There is also a pier with sun beds and a pier with bungalows. I also liked that there is a 24-hour security and a lifeguard until 20:00. Plus 4-5 places where you can get beer, water, juice, mix up a cocktail (but a normal cocktail is made only by the pool (((). The pool is also steep, depth from 0.4 to 2 meters, respectively 3 pools with different depths. Animation in the afternoon by the pool and in the evening in the amphitheater and at the beach bar, but unfortunately I was not impressed, although one day there was a foam party with dancers, it was cool). The rooms are slightly shabby, but with remnants of former luxury (marble, paintings, amenities (safe, refrigerator (with free Cola, fan, water, beer and mineral water), hair dryer, TV, slippers, shampoos, etc., except toothpaste and bathrobes (). And now they don't take cash (lira) on the bus, they ask for Antalya cards, you can buy it only in the center, or walk 5 km to the nearest stall and take a card for 2 trips for 40 lira, that's such a vicious circle, but there is a life hack. You can get on the bus and ask the driver (a good Samaritan) to take you to the nearest stall with cards, run out while he is standing and quickly buy a card and attach it to the pedestal on the same bus. I passed this number, and when I got out at the shopping center (Terra City), I wanted to thank the bus driver for 20 lira, but he did not take it, I was not surprised in general, ordinary Turks, unlike hotel ones, etc., will always come to the rescue and help out, they have such a mentality, alasbut they are much more friendly and hospitable than we are. The canteen is delicious, but a huge minus is the lack of ventilation, which really smells like a canteen, it's unpleasant... it's also unpleasant that there is no zonality for halls without children, because a huge hall is still a pleasure to listen to screams and cries ... the food is normal, the wine is not bad for the hotel, champagne is standard — no beer bex, ephesus Pilsner, Beaumont is from keg, but somehow you can bargain for the hilt in bottles. There are a lot of imported alcohol, but the bartenders are zero except for individuals
The pool is cool: there is a shallow and deep zone, so there is a zonality here anyway. Cool animators and their programs. The staff doesn't bother you at all, as it happens in Turkey, probably because of the majority of Kazakhs in the staff — nice hardworking guys!
The sea is not very good because of the two rivers nearby. In September, it looks more like a reservoir, but it is warm.

I really liked the hotel. Clean territory, cozy rooms, a huge dining room where they feed very tasty.
The lobby is a separate work of art, especially in the evenings, when the piano is playing there, it feels like I got into tsarist times.
There is a restaurant 24/7, where you can always have a snack. We personally have never been to breakfast and lunch (we slept for a long time) and this restaurant helped out a lot 😁
The staff is friendly, many speak a little Russian, which is very nice

We had a rest in late October and early November.There was a family room for 4 people) on two levels, the children were delighted with the presence of a separate room and bathroom on the 2nd floor.Perfectly clean linen, towels were changed 2 times a day, the first time we meet this (maybe it wasn't like that in other buildings, we don't know, our whole family building was perfectly clean everywhere). It is detached with its own pool in the courtyard.
The food was varied - there was chicken, fish, and beef. I was pleased with the 24-hour restaurant "Terem" with the availability of full-fledged food: soups, meat, vegetables, sweets around the clock - you could take your time for breakfast and lunch and dinner at a convenient time for us (this is important to us). In terms of food, the hotel is generally super - there is something to eat throughout the whole day. The beach is small, but there are a lot of sunbeds. On the downside, there are few umbrellas, it will be hard in the heat, but we were in October, there was no heat. But you can stay on the lawn under the palm trees right in front of the beach.
Every evening there are interesting shows, concerts, and a disco. The only drawback is the hotel on the outskirts, we have to go to the city, we went by bus (but we need to buy a special card at the bus stop). The nearest shops can be reached within a 30-minute walk. We were 2 families, very happy with the hotel!

We spent 14 days at the hotel with our family. Out of pleasure, the employee at the reception improved the room, there was an opportunity. The surcharge was $600.We got Connect. There are no complaints about nutrition. There are many dishes of lamb, chicken and beef. Desserts are also nice. Melons and watermelons were very popular among the fruits. There is a good selection of drinks in the bars, everyone will find a suitable one for themselves. There are always free sun beds on the beach, everything is clean in the morning. The staff tries their best on every site of the hotel. I didn't come back the second time, I don't like to repeat it.

We had a rest from 17.06 to 06/24/2023 with a large company.
Positive:
Cool and beautiful territory-everything is nearby, good animation, a good beach, a good massage room. Good entertainment programs, a foam party.
Minuses:
We asked for a late check-out as soon as we arrived, we agreed to any additional payment because we have a 4-month-old child.as a result, we were delayed until the last day, they were not too lazy to call and ask us to leave as soon as possible (only us from 3 families). They referred to the big check-in and the general manager, who allegedly refused to extend the room to everyone.
At the time of departure, there was no light in our 1st building (as we understood, the lights are often turned off, the cleaners have to clean with flashlights). They didn't even react at the reception, after we asked what to do with the suitcases, how to lower 4 20kg suitcases from the 6th floor and a stroller with a child-they answered leave them near the elevator ... we had to convince them that this was not necessary-we left the suitcases in the room. We found our suitcases in the luggage room, unsigned, just standing there.
There are no milkshakes or food in jars for younger children. The food as a whole is like in a cup, nothing special.
There is nothing outside the hotel, you can only get there by taxi.
In general, everything would have been fine if the reception staff hadn't ruined the vacation at the end. I had to stay with a small child and wander around the territory until 7 p.m. waiting for the transfer.

We were in August 2023. A great hotel with an ultra all inclusive system. The 24-hour restaurant separately pleased. Ice cream in packages is also an indicator of the level of the hotel. The food is varied. Chicken, beef, turkey, lamb, fish, shrimp, squid (who cares, it was all). A la Carta well, so-so. We went to Italian-not impressed. A nice beach, a fairly long beach area, several swimming pools. After Renovation, so far only 1 and 2 buildings. Ask to go there. The 1st building has its own swimming pool. The territory is not very large. Animation on the level. Both children and adults will have fun. And what kind of concerts every night is something. With carnival costumes, light shows, drone shows. You won't be bored. For lovers of nightlife there is a nightclub, which is also important. The fun of others does not interfere with the adherents of the regime. In short, I recommend it. A 13-year-old child is delighted: from the hotel, from the children's club, from the slides, from the pier on the beach (he likes to dive). For the first time, he was constantly busy with something. We rested with my mother for a week in early October from the Anex tour company at the Kremlin palace hotel. The hotel is wonderful. Well-groomed beautiful territory, clean sea and beach (sandy). Food in all restaurants for every taste. The Terem restaurant with round-the-clock service is very convenient. I would like to mention the waiter Alisher. Very responsive and polite! We couldn't figure out where the restaurants were when we arrived, he took the time and showed us everything. The animation was very pleased, especially the production dedicated to Hyurem Sultan! At the reception in the evenings, live music on the piano, nice) I recommend the hotel.

We were passing through Antalya. We stayed with our daughter at the Kremlin Palas Hotel from 09.09.23 to 12.09.2023.The room was given a gorgeous one (room 1605), we were just delighted. The territory of the hotel is very large and extremely beautiful. The beach is clean, a place on the sun beds could always be found free. The food is very tasty and varied, lots of fruits and sweets. I have a vacation in Turkey every year, I have been to such hotels as Akka Alinda, Akka Antedon, Alva Donna, all the hotels are gorgeous, but I want to return to Kremlin Palas again.The only negative is that there are a lot of smokers on the beach.

Everything is great!!! The hotel is gorgeous. The food is hearty and varied, you definitely won't stay hungry. But room cleaning is lame. Although it is every day, it seems that they did not clean up. Entertainment at the highest level and EVERY DAY!!!! Neither adults nor children will be bored.
