The room - we had the 3rd building, 2nd floor - without repair, but tolerable, clean, comfortable bed, large room, cool, and most importantly - quiet, you can always relax qualitatively, and close to all events.
The food is fine, meat, vegetables, salads, sliced, eggs, a lot of sweets, ice cream, shrimp, fish, in general - in abundance, a lot of delicious fresh vegetables. The people are just creepy, but the waiters somehow manage to serve and clean as much as possible, by the way, who did not know - there is an exit to the open veranda, it is quieter there.
Alcohol is quality, the main word, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Martini, Baileys (analog), but Remy Marty VSOP came to me the most - that's right Bombyao))) NOOOO: "bartenders" do not know how to make cocktails from the word at ALL! even those that they have on the menu, by the way, there is a QR on each bar where you can view the menu, this is just a complete FAILURE, the only place where cocktails are more or less made is the lobby bar, and on the beach on the right in the corner (at the paid bungalows).
Entertainment - entertainment is held 2 times, at 21-30 more children's in the Amphitheater, but good, and at about 22-15 a disco with live music begins, in principle worthy, but most of the guests are quite boring, they just sit and watch)))
For children, we went without children, but for children there is just plenty of space: swimming pools, a water park, various animations and entertainment from the hotel)
Beach - there are enough sun beds for everyone, but in order not to run after breakfast and not look for a free sunbed, I went at 8-00 and took places in advance))) The sea is medium clean, deep, good, it's a pleasure to swim)
SPA - well, it's not serious, 75 euros for a Hammam)))))))))))) we went to a nearby town to a beautiful Hammam for $ 20))) Hint - Myantalyatours)))

Definitely the highest score, this is the best hotel I've stayed in. A large territory, breakfast, lunch, dinner, so much food that the eyes run away, everything is very tasty, mountains of crayfish, meat, etc. Imported alcohol chivas, remy Martin, Jamison, you will find everything you love. I gave 1S at the zvezda bar for three days, then the bartender poured me without waiting in line and made me cocktails. Evening animation is a whole show program, the stars came and sang. We are resting now in this hotel. We didn't expect the Kremlin to leave us with a pretty good impression. Until this year, we were guests of Svandor for several years in a row, but now the prices are so biting!... The choice fell on the Kremlin. After carefully studying the reviews before the trip, we "turned sour". What was our surprise when we arrived at this hotel! We were settled in 2 hours after early morning arrival at the 3rd building. Yes, the building itself and the rooms are quite old, shabby and just begging the owners for cosmetic repairs (cracks, scuffs, crumbling corners, etc.), but everything is cozy, quite to itself ...
The food is excellent! Delicious, plentiful, interesting every day. Greens, vegetables, pastries, cheeses, sausages and salads - a huge amount; second courses - a variety for every taste, etc. There is always trouble with fish in Turkey, and they do not know how to cook it. But there are a lot of smoked, pickled fish, anchovies.
I was just amazed by the incredible number of cafes and fast food outlets on the territory! If you don't want to, you'll "drive" for delicious French fries, hamburger, Viennese waffles, pizza, shawarma or watermelon. There is a lot of ice cream (factory packaged and by weight). Both children and adults are delighted.
I didn't like the drinks! Bartenders don't know how to make cocktails at all! Disgusting quality! And served in plastic cups. My husband took tequila and Jack Daniels a couple of times, said, like, normal drinks. We like the unpretentious table Turkish wines. When cooled, they are pleasant in the heat during lunch. The beer is only light, but good.
The sea is magnificent! The pools are clean and blue. The territory is surprisingly well cleaned and maintained. Flowers are all around...
the trouble with the hotel is room cleaning. It's not even so much cleaning as the responsibility of the maids to fill the room with toiletries. Maids just don't do it at all! We have not seen this anywhere else. Today, even the liquid soap is over! After the husband contacted the reception with a claim, they put 3 toothbrushes with paste and that's it. That was 7 days ago. Every day there are problems with bath towels, sometimes not at all, then half of them... This fact is unpleasant, annoying on a daily basis.
We recommend a holiday hotel for those who do not care how and with what to wash and dry themselves daily.

I strongly advise you not to go to the Italian restaurant in this hotel! We ruined our vacation experience by visiting it the day before departure.
We came to an Italian restaurant, at 20:00 the menu was brought to us, and we immediately clarified: can we order dishes alternately? We were answered: "Yes."
We ordered pasta with shrimp and Caesar salad. The pasta turned out to be just boiled spaghetti with cream and two unpeeled shrimps, and Caesar salad with rotten shrimps and pickled lettuce leaves, which was seasoned in advance.
When we were asked to clean it all up and order pizza, we were told that the kitchen was closed, the chefs had gone home, and that they would not be able to bring us anything else from the menu. Initially, we were not notified that the kitchen was closing in an hour, order all the desired dishes at once. As a result, we had a terrible evening, did not have time to go to the main restaurant, and the receptionist reacted very sharply and swore, but we did not understand him.
The terrible attitude ruined the overall impression of the hotel!

It is very narrow (compared to other hotels), but the beach is deep. There is a pantone, you can jump around a lot and then immediately take a shower.
Just a gorgeous little room. I have not seen this yet, a separate zone up to 3 years old, a separate zone from 12 to 16. Cool, really. But the PS5 is too small))) it almost gets to fights, but the animators are handling it (although there are 6 of them there).
Every evening there is an openair with a bunch of tables and chairs, where almost everyone is sitting (well, probably 400-500 people) and 20 are dancing. Probably good DJs, great light music, go go and all this for a certain theme.
Cons: animation team. Well, I hardly saw her for 13 nights. No one has ever invited anyone, if you wanted to go somewhere, be kind enough to look for yourself. It's not usual.

There is no animation (there are 3 animators for the whole hotel), but there is a whole building with entertainment and a daily show for children.
A couple of times a good DJ came and arranged beautiful OpenAir in the air, otherwise evening shows of local guest performers.
I think the price tag is too high. The hotel is tired, although beautiful from the outside. It would be 40% cheaper, maybe I would think about going there again.
I think it's a stretch, but you deserve 4 stars.
P.S. Do not take a taxi to the reception and do not buy anything in the shops at the hotel - there are horse price tags. It is better to find the GetTransfer website and take it there, you can even pay with a mir card in rubles.

2023, exercise machines appeared on the street and there is no entertainment such as bowling or billiards).

This hotel has probably been seen by everyone who drove on the way from/to the airport. And this year we were lucky to have a rest in it. We rested in the second half of May. We arrived in the morning, 4 families quickly loaded into a minivan at the airport and found themselves at the hotel in 30 minutes. We filled out the documents, went to tomorrow and checked into the room at 10:00. We got a room in the first building with a view of the inner garden. The room is renovated, large. The bed linen is good, bathrobes were brought on request, the bar is used for a fee. Cleaning the room consisted of making the bed and taking out the trash. I left a piece of paper near the trash on purpose, the garbage was removed, and the piece of paper remained in place.
Food.
Diverse, high-quality. The meat was mutton, beef, turkey and chicken. From fish - walleye, trout, mackerel. FROM fruits - strawberries, watermelons (which we overeated for the future), apples, oranges, peaches. Lots of sweets and pastries. The territory is large, the people were distributed evenly over it, some at the basik, some at sea. There was never a fight for sun beds, there were a lot of free ones. The beach is sandy, towels were changed by the pool.
During the day, there are a lot of different snacks: ice cream, burgers, waffles and pancakes, French fries.
A fitness center is organized by the pool under the canopy at 10:30. It is led by a Russian-speaking girl, a professional in her field. So, who wants to shake off their full tummies (and they are guaranteed to you) - everything is for her!!!
There is no civilization outside the hotel. It takes 40 minutes to walk to it. To get there, you need a transport card, which is sold at vending machines, which are also not nearby. It would be a big plus if the hotel purchased such a vending machine or the opportunity to purchase such a card in another way on the territory of the hotel.
There are several Ala-karts restaurants on site. We signed up for a fish club. We were unlucky with the weather, there was a strong wind and it was cool. A selection of dishes from the menu. I didn't like anything except grilled salmon. After the restaurant, we went to finish eating in the main one)))
Everything is fine in this hotel, except for football players aged 7 to 15 who came to the training camp.
They behave disorganized, run, make noise, climb everywhere. The coaches do not follow them, the children are left to themselves.
I recommend this hotel. Will I return to it again? Maybe in a few years, because I like not to stop there and try new things

We were in the Kremlin from 05/06/2023 to 05/13/2023. I really liked the hotel. It was beautiful, our room was standard, but it was renovated, everything was clean and fresh. At first we were given a room with access to the road, it was noisy. The reception immediately asked for another room, thanks to Lilia, she gave us a room with a sea view. The pools were cool, but that didn't stop the children. The kids' club is very good. The evening shows are great.
As for food, they did not stay hungry, but there were not even watermelons. French fries are on top!)
All the staff are friendly, everyone is smiling, they help with every question!

We were greeted with gifts for children (backpack, panama hat, baseball cap, coloring book, pencils, set (shampoo, gel, body milk)) and treats fruits, strawberries. Yes, it comes every day, but they don't put anything in the tub, what you paid for. They do not clean at all, but make an appearance. The bed is made and everything is changed sometimes. The floors are dirty, the vacuum cleaner is dirty, but the room is not vacuumed. Simply put, the hotel has become very low-service. Surprisingly , it is a fact . Probably like someone who has rested where it is even worse. We won't even come here for a gift anymore. Very disappointed.

We rested from 11.04 to 19.04, left the hotel at 04-55. There is a 7/24 restaurant at the exit. We thought we would eat before leaving and we are not the only ones, but no, they provided for everything and it was closed from 04-10 and before our departure, even dry. The share was not given out. Thank you very much for your attitude towards people. The food at the hotel was varied only for the first 2 days (many Turks rested, they had a holiday), and then everything is the same. On the beach on the left, a pipe goes into the sea, we all know what for, but they have a leaky one and some of the lovely water flows out of it right by the beach, the smell is appropriate. When you sunbathe, some midges bite on the first line, there are none on the second line. We won't go any more. Also, special thanks to anex tour, the departure was at 08-25, the flight time was 4 hours and 20 minutes and they did not feed us either, they offered only water and tea. Thanks again to everyone for a ruined day.

We had a rest in September 2023, and before that we were here in November 2021. In two years, the hotel has become better: a new large Kids Club, a water park for children, a new outdoor bar and a disco area have been built.
There are a lot of animations for both adults and children: discos, evening shows for children and adults, foam pool parties in the afternoon, contests. Children are invited to kidz club all day long.
There's a lot of different food, ice cream all day.
The service, the territory-everything is fine. Sandy beach, pier.
I recommend it for a family vacation.
