Great hotel. Everything is on the level, there is a wide choice of food, there is for every taste. The rooms are mostly normal after renovation. There are two-storey houses for families. We're leaving a beautiful place tomorrow! We are having a rest with the whole family. The middle son did not leave the indoor pool, the adults did not leave the sauna, the youngest really liked the kids' club. The children liked that the original coke and fanta were often brought to the room. The bed was changed every day. A bathrobe is brought upon request at the reception, slippers were in the room. Shampoo, soap, conditioner are replenished. Towels can be taken in unlimited quantities in front of the pool. There is a lot of food everywhere, even though it is not the season, as if. In addition to breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the main restaurant, sandwiches, desserts, bars, etc. are offered separately. Bottled water at every step. Ice cream is freely available. A variety of cocktails are served with a smile in several places. In general, we liked everything! We were afraid that we would not be lucky with the weather, however, today we swam in the Mediterranean Sea. It's a little cold, but I had to dive)

The hotel is great. There were no disadvantages. The food is varied, everything is delicious and fresh. The staff speaks 90% Russian. A terrible, old, smelly hotel. There is practically no cleaning, only if you swear (dirty floor, not washed toilet, garbage) The reception has the most disgusting Russian-speaking neighbors in the countries, a very arrogant woman works there, I have not seen such rudeness yet. The smell in the corridors is terrible. Food: it's not there. If you came for mashed potatoes, rice, fries and cucumbers, then it is normal. There is no meat, fish in the form of snacks. In Alaska : Mexican food is not delicious, in Italian caesar is just lettuce leaves and 2 micro!!! Rubber shrimps, but very tasty fish, Turkish - they were waiting for meat, but they brought a micro kebab made of rubber lamb and offal. We just didn't go to the fish shop anymore. Good animators for children, 2 water parks (children's super , the second one is crying without repair). Rooms: we lived in the most (in their opinion) good building (pools inside and around the outer perimeter) - wooden doors to the balcony, creaking stairs to the third floor (2-storey room), torn bedding, refrigerator does not cool. The corridors are dirty, the elevator is very dirty and the trash cans by the elevator are always full of cigarette butts. I saw other rooms in other buildings - wildly old furniture, smells very strongly of sewage. The toilets on site are always dirty. The sea, well, the sea is like the sea, the beach is sand, the water is cloudy from this, the sun beds are occupied as everywhere, 2 pipes with sewerage along the edges of the beach, cockroaches next to them, the smell corresponds.

In this hotel 3 times, the first 2 times I turned a blind eye to all the shortcomings, this time the terrible work of the reception forced me to write such a review. There didn't seem to be any dogs in the summer, but when we arrived in early December, a pack of dogs was running, 6-7 pieces, and for some reason all the employees denied the presence of dogs, and at the reception she spoke, then showed a video and the guard on the beach rudely cut me off when I asked do you see a pack of dogs that runs around here and barks at everyone that there are no dogs here, what are you saying, I was still very indignant. It would have been all right, but they almost bit our roommate and mauled the cat right in front of our eyes.
Next, the food - why do chefs over-salt almost everything??? Many dishes are over-salted, it is better not to overdo it. There are very few edible, healthy dishes. Just for show, they cook a bunch of inedible garbage. Next, in the summer, a COCKROACH was seen in the family duplex.
For us, the advantages of this hotel are a mini club and a large enclosed area. We came here only for the sake of the child.

The disco was competently removed from the residential buildings. The food is not bad, the soups are delicious but in the Turkish style, but sometimes fish is poorly cooked. There are always at least 4 milk porridges for those with children. In 2022, a large children's playground was built, they are engaged with children, they can also be left there. Of the minuses, the spa is very imposed and the staff does not speak Russian even at a minimum level, or they do not really want to. The hotel is located in a remote place, but after 3 stops the city starts moving. There is a new children's water park, an old one for adults with 3 slides.

We had a rest in October from 10/18/2022 to 10/27/2022. The hotel is as good as always, beautiful grounds, very well maintained gardens, clean, beautiful and bright. The restaurant is full of food, they are fed to slaughter, most Russian tourists try not to go to lunch, so as not to bring extra pounds) On the summer terraces there are always snacks, ice cream, drinks. There are plenty of bars on site. The new kids club is just amazing, modern space, very bright, beautiful. Two floors plus an outdoor covered area. There are a lot of staff, the girls are very nice. Classes, contests, and master classes are constantly held. It's just great!!! Special thanks to Katya and another brunette (with blue eyes, unfortunately I did not recognize the name). There is a beautiful girl Lilia at the reception, she is a super professional. We are very grateful to her for her responsiveness and efficiency, despite the high workload, she took into account our wishes and placed us in a very convenient room (we were with a child who was ill). We lived in a standard room, everything is in the room, although the rooms are not the freshest - it did not bother at all. Everything is working properly, the linen is clean and fresh, the cleaning is excellent. The maids are very nice women, they treated us very carefully, insisted on daily cleaning, but we refused - what is there to clean every day))) The beach is large and comfortable, there are always sun loungers, the entrance is gentle, the water is clear and clean. A wonderful new children's water park, just a miracle! We visited this hotel in 2019, since then there has been a new kids club, a new water park, a new party space on the beach plus a large bar. In general, the Kremlin will grow and prosper. We were glad to see you!!! Always fun, delicious and beautiful!!!
