A clean, cozy, welcoming hotel in a quiet area. There are mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Two nuances that made the choice fall on this particular hotel are a heated swimming pool and a buffet. Both proved to be 100% justified. The child did not get out of the pool - clean and warm, fresh and delicious food in the kitchen.
Minuses
There is a shortage of gel and shampoo for the entire rest period. It was put only once upon check-in.

We rested in Magnolia from 28.06. to 08.07.2024. Transfer from the airport (minibus), as always, the passage across the border, is still a quest, however, this does not apply to the hotel. They were taken quickly to their destination. But from 7 o'clock in the morning, as "don't sew it up" until 12:00 p.m. at the reception. We checked into a room on the 4th floor of the first building, there is an elevator (it always worked).Two adults and a 14-year-old teenager.The room is good, but it's too small, for a teenager a sleeping place, let's say right next to it. Of course, mosquitoes bit us on the first night, even in the presence of fumitox (2 pieces), but in the morning my husband went out on the balcony and saw that the grid was simply not tightly installed, of course he corrected and voila the mosquitoes were already outside the room. The bathroom was functioning (the shower is tiny, but as they say:standard). The water was everywhere. Daily cleaning, bed linen and towels were changed 3 times. There was a kettle, a wardrobe, a TV on the wall above the sleeping place where the grandson was sleeping, which is extremely unacceptable. And another point is that the 1st building does not have a territory, i.e. you exit and the roadway. Opposite across the street is the 2nd building , there is a territory there:swimming pool, gazebos, smoking area. Everything is well maintained, clean. There's also a dining room. It is always clean, the food is excellent, homemade food. The staff is friendly and friendly. I would like to thank Svetlana (the owner of Magnolia). Always with a smile, he will say hello, ask: "do you like everything? "I also want to say thank you! Olga, the administrator of the 1st building, is also always smiling, she will tell you if there are any questions. I want to mention about the food: everything is fresh and delicious. Even my grandson (allergic) ate with pleasure. There is also a territory (clean) on the beach with sun loungers, 10 min walk.Nearby there are shops, mini markets. In the evening, there is traffic on the Embankment, there are many cafes for every taste and budget. In general, the rest flew by quickly. Thanks a lot to all the staff!!!

I've been at Magnolia since 04/27/2024. The impressions are the best! A small hotel, but very well maintained territory. The rooms are clean, as in expensive hotels, bathrobes, slippers are provided, there is a hairdryer, you do not need to take it with you. There is a heated swimming pool on the territory, it is cool, you can swim around the clock, the temperature is 37. We rested out of season, the weather was not very good, but the pool brightened up our vacation. About food... Everything is very clean and delicious, the food is high-quality, homemade. We went to eat in canteens, but there is no comparison!!! Dumplings, dumplings, omelets, meat with mushrooms, cutlets and much more-at the highest level. Even sausage and cheese are served good, tasty, they do not save money. There is always very tasty sour cream, feijoa jam, homemade pickles on the table, very tasty. Anyway, the kitchen is great. Thanks to Angela for her work! I made breakfast to order, set the table, it's so nice! I was also pleasantly surprised by the laundry service. You can hand over your clothes, everything will be washed, dried, ironed and given folded, as from a store. Super!!! And behind all this is an amazing woman, Svetlana Anatolyevna! Friendly, responsive, always in her place, everything is thought out, everything works like clockwork. Every vacationer is surrounded by warmth, care, and attention!!! Solves all the questions, good girl! Thank you for the comfort and good rest, Svetlana Anatolyevna! You are a real pro!!! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I will definitely return here myself.

We rested in Magnolia from August 23 to August 29.The concept of the hotel is good, according to the type of Turkish hotels.They try to match it.The food is buffet style, it's not even bad, it's varied.But we caught the rotovirus anyway, maybe not from food, maybe from the sea.Of the advantages:beach towels are provided, your own beach, but this can also be attributed to a minus.The beach area is very small, there are not enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone.More to the pros:gazebos on the territory, a recreation area with sofas under a canopy, children's animation on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Of the cons: the pool is very small for such a number of vacationers, there are no umbrellas near the pool.How is this even possible?Well, you can't always sit in the sun.Everything in the room is done in one place.The sink is so low and so small that it is impossible even to wash, so as not to spill water around, while the shelf with the mirror, on the contrary, is nailed so high that you can hardly reach the shelf.Lack of communication with the reception at night and in the evening, there is simply no one there, the phone is rarely answered and rudely.We went outside the hotel at night, because we urgently needed water due to poisoning, but we couldn't get back, it's impossible to get through, the guard sleeps in the booth opposite.In general, the hotel is not bad, close to the beach and the center of Gagra, but there are flaws.

The hotel is cool. We had a rest with my husband at the Magnolia Abkhazia hotel in Gagra. in late June and early July 2024. We really enjoyed the rest. The hotel is above all praise, I recommend visiting, the sea was always clean, 7 minutes from the hotel. The nature is beautiful, but the city itself is not impressed. But I really liked the tours of the golden ring. I recommend everyone to visit.

We had a rest in the middle of June 2024. Everything is 5-plus: rooms, food, pool. The rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed every 3 days, and the pool is cleaned in the morning. The dining room has very tasty homemade food, the cleanest dishes. The hotel staff is very caring and attentive. I would especially like to thank Lyudmila, the administrator of the 4th building, Layla, the assistant in the dining room, and Svetlana Anatolyevna, the hostess of the hotel. We were there this summer. Nice hotel, a couple of minutes to the sea. The staff is cultured. They are fed for slaughter (they took 3 meals a day). The buffet. The room has everything you need. The area is quiet. The embankment is nearby. The market is within walking distance. Minibuses and a bus run. Do not take excursions from the hotel!!!

Magnolia Hotel for a wonderful holiday in Abkhazia!!! Excellent rooms for any number of people (the rooms are clean, beach towels can be changed every day ) Buffet meals 👍👍👍. Upon departure, they packed our lunch with them and called a taxi. They also treated us to homemade wine. We love Abkhazian wine, so it was very pleasant. A festive breakfast was served on May 9. The hotel also offered guided tours and massages. We did not use it because we were going on vacation for another purpose. The beach is close, 4-10 minutes on foot, depending on the pace. It is convenient to walk. There is a park with carousels nearby. The beach is pebbly. We saw a dolphin from the shore. In the spring of 2024, the entire beach area is in the process of restoring the embankment. The hotel as a whole left a pleasant impression. There were some comments about the service, but after talking to the administrator, everything was quickly eliminated and there were no more comments. Some of the windows overlook the road. It was my first time in Abkhazia and I was so unlucky with the hotel. I chose the hotel based on reviews and how wrong I was. I lived in the first building and it's just tears. The room was provided on the ground floor, the balcony overlooks the road, it feels like you are sitting on the street. The bathroom has a terrible smell, it's just impossible to breathe. The room itself is old, the mattress is uncomfortable. The request to replace the number was refused. The only thing that brightened up the negative emotions a little is nutrition. Everything in the dining room was delicious and the staff was friendly. Regarding the beach, everything is also very sad. Umbrellas are torn, sun beds are broken and there are not enough of them. There is no toilet on the beach, there are no urns. In general, if you book this hotel, then definitely not in the first building.

We had a rest in August 2024. In the 4th building. It was touted to us as new, built in 2023. Unfortunately, the rest was not a success. Firstly, there is no place for eating in the building. I had to go to another building a block away from ours. In bad weather, it's a so-so pleasure. The menu is unchanged, it's the same every day. Secondly, it seems that the building was handed over ahead of time. The building leaves much to be desired. During our stay, there was a heavy downpour and both rooms of our room on the third floor flooded through the cracks under the windows. Another day (also in the rain) - the bathroom was flooded, flooded from under the stretch ceiling. The invited specialist could not determine where the water came from. There is no hanger and a shoe rack in the hallway - this is extremely inconvenient. But, on the other hand, there is a kitchenette in the hallway. We definitely won't go to this hotel anymore. The only positive thing was the staff. Thank them very much for promptly solving problems that arise for reasons beyond their control!

We stayed at this hotel with our daughter and 7-year-old grandson from 06/01/2023 to 06/10/2023.The transfer failed a little, it took a very long time to get there and back. We were greeted at the hotel perfectly, we checked in quickly. 2 corps.The room is clean, bright, new plumbing, sparkling tiles, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, all for five points. It was cleaned daily, the linen was changed every three days. Special thanks to the friendly and friendly girls from the dining room for the delicious homemade food. When booking, we immediately took three meals a day. I advise you to take exactly three meals a day. The menu is varied, everything is very fresh and appetizing. There are plenty of fruits and berries. There were cherries, strawberries, pears, bananas, peaches, and apricots. The grandson never left the dining room until he loudly thanked both the cooks and the waiters several times. Thank you again from our family!! Inna, the manager, heard his loud thanks, laughed and treated her granddaughter to sweets, said that he was doing well😊😊 She is always on the spot, helped us solve any issues from calling a taxi to ordering excursions, Inna is a person in her place! Thank you, Inna! They did not catch rotovirus, although they went on excursions with Caucasian feasts included. We bought ice cream at the store, churchkhells and dried persimmons, cheeses at the market.
We swam in the heated pool. The pool was cleaned and disinfected weekly, the grandson did not get out of the water, there were no infections. Everything is great. I highly recommend it, especially in the cooler months, because the pool is heated all year round. And people are friendly to us. That's the main thing. For Abkhazia, the Hotel can be rated 5 stars. Two carpuses, everything is clean, the room has everything. TV, kettle, air conditioning. The dining room is very good., you can eat too much meat and cottage cheese with sour cream is good. A small minus of the pool was not a big one when the flood blew so the hotel has a parking generator, the light was on all the time. And everything worked. It takes 15 minutes to get to the sea slowly.

We had a rest in mid-September with relatives of 7 people + a child.
Renovation in the administrative building. Outwardly, everything seems to be fine.
But there were also disadvantages, and WHAT else!
In the room, wipe the floor in exactly a minute and only on the aisle, the balcony is never cleaned at all.
When checking in, I had to buy a black mold cleaner and wash the shower stall in the places where the doors were closed.
In the DINING ROOM, my relatives ate exactly one day, because already on the second, everyone was running to the toilet with diarrhea and vomiting.
My husband and I lasted two and a half days. In the evening, the fate of our relatives befell us.
The husband recovered with the help of a bunch of pills on day 5.
And I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get to the airport on the 10th day of my stay right on the day of departure.
Yes, I can say that a lot of people from our hotel talked about this supposedly ROTOVIRUS!
So it 's up to you to draw conclusions !
And we definitely don 't set foot there anymore !!!

I really liked the location in a quiet neighborhood, close to the sea, market, shops and everything you need. The prices are adequate, comfortable, clean, calm. The food is delicious. The room has almost everything, BUT: there is no shelf for gel or shampoo in the shower stall, you have to put it on the side of the cabin at the bottom. There are mugs, glasses, but no teaspoons. The food is very good, tasty and varied, BUT the fruits are washed poorly, just rinsed. If you open a balcony or window at night, it is by the way with a mosquito net, mosquitoes fly, we turned on the fumigator and slept peacefully. The beach is 5 minutes away.

We stayed at the hotel from October 20 to October 26, 2022. I liked everything very much. Comfortably. Clear. We visited 5 excursions in 6 days. The guides are different, all very sincere and humorous. The administrator Svetlana is doing well. She told me everything in detail about each excursion. She's a great organizer. I treated all requests very carefully.
Everything in the dining room is very tasty and varied. The portions are large.
The pool always has crystal clear water. The temperature is 34 degrees.
On the day of departure, they helped to take out their suitcases, escorted them to the bus and drove them directly to the airport in Adler.

I came to Abkhazia for a vacation. And we stayed at the Magnolia Hotel . From the first minutes I was surprised by the service . Since we were late and arrived late, we missed dinner time. We received the keys to check in and went up to the room. And they saw what the management was worried about so that visiting tourists would not be left hungry . They set the table for us in the room so that we would not stay hungry from the road . Upon arrival, we were amazed by the cleanliness in the rooms , in the bathrooms . The linen and towels were snow-white clean. The linen and towels are new, not worn out. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a TV with all the necessary channels. In the morning we went down to the dining room for breakfast , it was also very clean . They are fed for slaughter , very large portions , and very tasty food . The staff is constantly in the kitchen asking if we want something, preference. Everyone will be listened to , and all wishes will be fulfilled. Whenever you contact the administration , we are always ready to help with any questions . They will advise you where to go and find the best guides. While we went on excursions , the rooms were washed , towels were changed . In a word , all the amenities . There is a large heated swimming pool in the courtyard, you can swim day and night. A very nice and clean hotel with good staff, and delicious food. I advise everyone very much, and I will advise my friends. Thank you for such an attitude towards visiting guests.

I stayed at the Magnolia Hotel in Gagra from June 2 to June 9, 2023.I liked everything very much. The hotel staff is polite, they checked in at 9 o'clock in the morning. Everything is great. They serve homemade food, there is a large selection, a buffet. Room cleaning every day, change of towels. There are sun beds on the sea from the hotel. The water was clear in the sea. We went on excursions and walked like that . I enjoyed my vacation. we talked with the locals, everyone was polite and friendly. I recommend a vacation in Abkhazia and in this hotel.
