We read the reviews, everything seems to be fine. But!!! Inna, the receptionist, did not greet us kindly, as if we had asked to spend the night for free. And this is for the number 7 T.R. I did not explain on the phone that if you do not immediately book breakfast, lunch and dinner, it will be more expensive. They write in the reviews that they cleaned every day. Yes, they cleaned up, they just took out the trash. In 9 days, bed linen and towels were changed once. And I haven't told the administrator yet that we seem to be living for the fifth day. And plumbing has never been used at all. The shower was always leaking water and it was damp all the time. The elevator didn't work all the time for the first three days, we lived on the 5th floor, it was annoying. Especially when you come from the sea.
Yes, the sea is not far away. Clean, warm. But the beach is a mess. All these boats, ships, motorcycles with bananas dock where they want. Literally over the heads of the floating ones. There are no lifeguards, no police, no medical center on the beach.
The dining room is really clean, the food is normal. But monotonous.

We had a rest with a friend from 06/16/29/12. I have never written reviews about hotels, but I just couldn't help but write here. I liked absolutely everything: the transfer at Sochi airport, everything was organized, I didn't have to wait anywhere. We passed the border quickly. The hotel is wonderful. We lived in the 1st building on the 3rd floor. The room is great, everything is clean, there is everything you need. Daily cleaning service. Food is a separate topic. Everything is so delicious, so perfectly cooked that I can't even single out something separately. The sea is clean, the beach is wonderful. Excursions are welcome, wherever you want. When we were driving, we couldn't imagine that we would like everything so much. We were a little unlucky with the weather, but this no longer applies to the hotel. Many thanks to all the staff. Personally, I will definitely come here again.

The cost of a standard room is 3500 per night per person (September 21) Meals are 850 per person per day, or 300 for breakfast, 350 for lunch and dinner. If you do not stay at the hotel, there is no point in paying for meals in advance. Cleaning is done regularly, linen is changed every 3-4 days. A diesel generator on the street eliminates problems with power supply. The room has a kettle, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. Two buildings, preferably the second, newer rooms, a swimming pool on the territory.

We had a rest in July 2022. Good staff, the girls will tell you everything, advise excursions, transfers, etc. Breakfast, lunch and dinner-we were satisfied. The child liked the pool, there were also parties, animation, interesting programs for the evening with contests. The rooms have balconies, air conditioning, pharmacies, shops, a water park not far away, a market. We really liked it. The place where you want to return 🫶🏻
We were at the Magnolia Hotel at the end of March 2022, the room was excellent with all amenities, room cleaning every day, towels were changed once all the time, the beach is 300 meters away, there is a heated pool on site, the water is very pleasant, you could order breakfast and dinner, but we ate in the city. The hostess is very friendly, solved all the necessary issues on the spot. Nearby there is a parking lot for cars, shops. Everything is within walking distance.
We stayed at this hotel in June in the 2nd building.The reception gave us a room on the 2nd floor. When we went in there, it was just a tin. The room was very dark, the balcony overlooked the 3rd building, there was simply no beautiful view, the refrigerator was leaking and there was a large puddle on the floor, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, the sink was rusty, it smelled of mold and sewage. To lay out the sofa, it was necessary to pull out the bedside table.We went straight to the reception. The young man said to go to the room and call when the hostess arrives. Half an hour later, I went downstairs again, just as the hostess Svetlana came up. She changed our room on the 4th floor. But it was with such dissatisfaction, she also scolded that we should not have been in that room and now we need to change the bed linen.
When I entered the new room, I breathed a sigh of relief. The room was prepared, clean, bright, mountain view from the balcony.

We took a full boarding house for meals, everything was delicious. I would like to serve the fish more often and the compotes are different, and not the same every day. By 2 weeks, we were bored, and we wanted something new.The dining room is not big, sometimes there were not enough places, we had to wait. But the girls in the kitchen were great, they quickly cleared the dirty dishes from the tables.
The hotel itself is new, the furniture is also new, each room has air conditioning, heater, kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, small TV (there are many channels for every taste). Outside there is a heated pool, a beautiful recreation area with a fountain, gazebos. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, there are many shops and cafes, pharmacies nearby. It is a 15-minute walk to the market.Next to the embankment with a Ferris wheel. On the ground floor, you can take towels to the beach.
We took a tour from the hotel, the manager Inna quickly booked everything for us and gave us a lunch box, since we were going on a tour for the whole day. The transfer was also ordered through the hotel.

The walls look like paper (not even cardboard). This is especially felt when most of the hotel guests have E. coli (there it is called acclimatization). We had a rest in July 2021. I liked everything, the room is not large, but cozy, the food is good, linen and towels are changed regularly, helpful staff, there is a swimming pool and gazebos, not far from the sea max 5-7 min. All the entertainers are nearby. The music doesn't scream anywhere, it's quiet at night.
Very decent hotel , I recommend it ,5+ service, food 5++++ But all this did not justify a good vacation !!!!This year, the famous virus in Abkhazia has surpassed Itself.The first 4 days , under the drip .

Of the cons: the air conditioners can not cope with the word at all (there was a terrible heat in the room all the rest), cleaning was carried out without cleaning products and considering that everything is infected with rotovirus, it was annoying.
Conclusions: the rest in the hotel and in Abkhazia as a whole was not worth the money we paid. In general, I do not advise anyone to go to Abkhazia, rotovirus is all around, everyone was sick at the hotel and it was just heard from conversations in public places, let them first restore or build normal cleaning systems, and then wait for tourists.

Another minus - two or three days there were problems with water and light (then there was no water, then light, then everything was turned off at once), but under the horses rested well (rested for 9 days). Under the circumstances, we, as military servicemen, cannot leave the territory of the city.There is an order from the military committee of the city. I provided it to the hostess of the hotel.This document, as it turned out, is not the basis for a complete cancellation of the reservation at this hotel. Maybe the hotel is good, but I think the attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Since the cancellation of the reservation was not our fault.Two stars only because they went for a partial refund of the reservation.
