The room is clean, cleaning every day. Bed linen is provided every 2 days. The sea is 200 m away on foot, everything is within walking distance. Convenient location. We went with the child , we are happy with everything. They didn't take the boarding house because they had lunch in other places, only breakfast. In general, everyone is satisfied, I recommend it!

We were in Magnolia in September 2022. We took only breakfast. Buffet, there are plenty to choose from: pancakes, casseroles, omelets, sausages, pastries, slicing, etc. Delicious. The hotel itself is small, we lived on the 2nd floor, the room was spacious, there was a double bed and a separate bedroom, although the room was booked for a double. There was a view of the neighboring building and a little bit of the mountain. It's clean, they offered to clean up every day.
Wi-Fi is working, the reception immediately gave access. The TV catches a bunch of channels, it was very useful for us.
I did not like that they put on a bracelet at check-in (which indicates what kind of food is ordered: breakfast / all inclusive, etc.) and it cannot be removed. Although not all the guests went with them, of course. For some reason, pool towels also need to be handed over every day. But these are small things. There are no serious complaints about the hotel.
But! On the third day of rest, we came down with a bowel and got up only on the day of departure. We think we caught it in one of the canteens where we had lunch, but who knows. Our neighbors suffered too.
It is a pity that there is such a disaster in such a beautiful country.. The sea was the warmest and magnificently azure😍

We had a rest from April 21 to April 25, 2023. I really liked the hotel. Simple, but clean. Great location. 5 minutes to the sea. We lived in the 2nd building on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pool and the Ferris wheel. Number 305.There is everything you need - air conditioning, wf, hair dryer, kettle, dishes.Svetlana met me, she was very pleasant and hospitable. She is always in touch, advised on issues of interest to us.I was pleased with the heated swimming pool. I helped out a lot because the sea is still cold. The maid is responsive. Cleaning every day.I would like to return to this hotel.

The prices are very overpriced for the rooms that are offered. The hotel has 2 buildings. There is a terrible dampness and stench in building number 1 in the hatch room. The plumbing is tired. There are 2 single mattresses on the double bed. From cosmetics, only liquid soap is cheaper. There are only a couple of outlets in which you can choose to turn on the air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, kettle or phone charger. The pool is open until 20:00, there are no umbrellas or changing rooms. The Internet catches only at the reception, in other places, if you're lucky.This is all for 10 thousand a day without food.
We were lucky with the receptionist, the girl was friendly. These are all the advantages of this hotel.

The sea is nearby, the road to it is not very convenient. The beach is good, but it is far from possible to swim in the sea, water transport goes right over your heads. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around. Everything seems to be fine, but there is a big minus, it is rotovirus, it is raging everywhere here and it is not clear who is to blame. Moreover, this is not just an intestinal disorder, but something more serious. Abkhazia is really a hospitable country, everything is fine and nature and people are good, the sea is magical and inviting, and it is a pity that there is such a problem with the virus.

We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel, building 4.
We settled in quickly, the friendly administrator. The case is new and clean. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor. There was a constant smell of sewage and dampness in the toilet of the room.
The most important thing is that the hotel positions itself as a "family". We were with a child of 1.5 years old. The balcony is absolutely not safe for children. Ordinary metal crossbars, without protective glasses. It was dangerous to let the child out on the balcony. About food: we had 3 meals a day. We went to the 2nd building to eat. We were satisfied with the food. Buffet, no frills, everything is delicious and "at home". The pool in the 4th building is separate, heated, I really liked it, there are many sun beds by the pool. It is not far from the sea, at a calm pace of 10 minutes. There are very few sunbeds on the sea from the hotel. Naturally, there was not enough for everyone (there are only 50 pieces for four buildings). I had to pay 200 rubles a day for a sunbed. Once there was even a children's animation in the evening.There was a change of linen and room cleaning once a week. The garbage was taken out almost every day. They gave out beach towels that could be changed daily for clean ones. The hair dryer was not bad (you could not bring your own), the slippers were normal. There were no dressing gowns. But this is specifically about the 4th building. I don't know about the other buildings. In general, the 3-star hotel is not bad, we are satisfied.

We were at this hotel from 10/16/2022 to 10/22/2022.
A big plus is the heated swimming pool, the first four days we managed to swim at the sea and sunbathe.But, how nice it is to swim in a warm pool, in the evenings or on rainy days!The pool was open until 8-9 pm... here, if you want to swim longer, you can arrange a meeting:) (because at night the pool is treated for tomorrow, as far as I understand they throw a special pill)
🤗On the last day we were invited to a free dinner.We couldn't believe how the receptionist said: "Everything is absolutely free.Happiness is not in money." It was very pleasant!We took a trip only with accommodation, so as not to depend on Davis to travel freely, which we did.
They were all very pleasant, sociable, and helped to lift the suitcases upon arrival and lower them when they left.
How to get there correctly, what to use, where to find what we need and just find out where we were, how our day was.
♥️It so happened that on the last day we need to vacate the room before 12 and go to Sochi to another hotel... and waste a day on moving.

We recently had a rest at this hotel.
The rotovirus has not touched us.
The other children in the hotel were sick for one day at a time.
It rained heavily outside. The hotel was not affected. It's all good. We swam in the pool while the weather was bad. The pool is warm and clean, not particularly large. The beach is close, the hotel has sun beds. From 7 am to 10 am, the sun beds are all occupied, from 10 am it is free. You don't have to pay for them, so everyone runs to them. In other hotels they are paid and all are empty. You can go to any of them and pay 300 rubles a day.
All rooms are clean. The girls (FIRUZA and NAFISA) clean very well. They wash the floor, the balcony, change the linen. We didn't have time to get dirty, they changed it for us again.

Excursions were taken at the reception from Inna and Oleg. Everything is fine, the hotel was picked up and brought to the hotel. I checked the prices, everything is the same in the city. Therefore, there is no point in going somewhere. We visited Lake RITSA and the city of NEW ATHOS. It's very beautiful (I recommend it).
Food is a separate story!!! It's just divine. Thank you, everything is delicious and homely, varied.

Great hotel! In the center of Gagra! We had a rest in October, the sea was stormy, and we have a heated pool!! The pool was cleaned every morning. It was a magnificent territory, even if it was small, but the children were frolicking, the adults had a place to sit on cozy sofas!! Barbecue can be ordered directly at the hotel (on arbor street) in the rooms there is a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioner, TV!! The room was cleaned daily. We stayed at this hotel in June 2022. A very decent hotel in Novaya Gagra, located in the center, near the Ferris wheel, the embankment. The territory is small, but very beautiful, there is a heated swimming pool.
I would especially like to mention the food, very tasty home cooking. Clean renovated rooms, daily cleaning.
There was a small problem with the shower, everything was quickly fixed.
We had foam parties for children, gymnastics in the morning, I really liked it.

The child caught rotavirus in the pool. This is not surprising - during the entire stay I have never seen it cleaned. By the way, it is small and deep. It is very small for adults, too deep for children.
I asked them to cook rice for the child, because he could not eat anything. To which the administrator Inna refused me. And in general, she was not friendly during the entire stay and even at the booking stage. But it was still understandable, a lot of workload. But when she refused very simple help for a sick child, it was already too much. At the same time, she is a relative of the hostess and apparently therefore does not consider it necessary to behave with dignity with the guests.
So keep in mind, you won't have to count on help here.
The buffet is very monotonous. There are no cooked vegetables. Fish is only for dinner, pollock.
And by the way, when they asked to take out food for a child who refused to eat at lunch, they were not allowed.
There are a lot of mosquitoes.
The double room (taken for mom) is small, on the ground floor of the first building the balcony door is level with the sidewalks and the roadway. The cars are parked right under the windows and when they start, all the smoke turns out to be in the room. There is almost no territory. The first building is across the street from the second. The second building has a swimming pool. The dining room is also on the second floor. The air conditioner blows strictly on the bed. So it's either a cold or sleeping in the heat. This room cost 8,500. I think it's sooooo expensive for this room and such a low level of service.
There is no elevator in the second building. The first one has it.
My daughter and I lived in a triple room in the second building. The room is slightly larger than usual, literally on 4 sq.m. the price is 14,000 per day. It is generally very expensive for this hotel. We regretted that such a sum was falling out. Of course we won't come here anymore.
To get to the beach, walk part of the way along a dusty road and the sun. Each car is covered with a cloud of dust, and sweat is already creaking on the teeth.
There are sun beds on the beach. But they are in the third row, far from the sea and standing tightly together in a pile. There are desperately not enough of them for everyone. There are about 30 of them. And there are 300 guests in the hotel. So you don't have to rely on them too much.
Conclusion - don't set foot here anymore. While we were here, our few more successful options for less money! It is a pity that we paid the entire amount for accommodation upon arrival, otherwise we would definitely have moved. But apparently that 's why they take it on arrival 😁
And I was also surprised when I found two rooms available here in the season. When there were no places anywhere. Now it's clear why - the screams don't come here😇
So if you didn't find anything here, look at different sites like going to the south and others. There are more options out there! You will definitely find something.

We came across a studio room in the 3rd building. I must say right away that the room has no window and no balcony. That is, there is a window, of course, but it looks more like a window pane (as in places of detention.. Sorry for the comparison, but the association is exactly like that).There is a glass balcony door through which you enter the room (photo attached) through which everyone walks and looks into the room, therefore, it is constantly covered with a curtain. The view from the shared walk-through balcony is also attached.Toilet + shower cabin -1 square meter (this is when you sit on the toilet and your knees rest against the wall) I've never been in such a terrible room before. There is a hair dryer in the toilet, but you can't get it, and if you manage to get it, it is very difficult to insert it into the holder (photo attached).The pool is cool, warm and beautiful, but if you want to lie down with rotovirus, you can swim in it. We spent half the vacation, like all the neighboring rooms, lying with rotavirus (everyone swam in the pool). That's all of the cons. As for the advantages: -a very beautiful territory, a wonderful buffet-the food is divine, the sea is close, there are sun beds, but there are few of them, so you need to get up early in the morning and take a sunbed, otherwise only paid, for 400 rubles. There is animation for children and foam parties on site. The hotel is good, but it's better not to get into the 3rd building. The second one has balconies and windows.
