We had a rest in August 2024. Nice hotel, we liked everything. Inexpensive five stars. Well-designed territory, several swimming pools. Excellent water park on site. There are both children's and adult slides. The beach is quite large, there were always free sunbeds. I really liked the hotel photographer, a pleasant grandfather, who takes high-quality photos. The food is delicious and varied. Gozleme is prepared on site and ice cream is distributed. The staff is very pleasant. Cute chickens live on the territory :)

The food is normal, but it can be better. The queues are eternal. Alcohol is local, there is also a queue. The rest is excellent, the sea is clean, the beach is too small because there are not always enough sunbeds with it. The territory is cleaned, there are many fruit trees. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed, but the bar is replenished selectively, not in all rooms.

The hotel is great for your money. Pros: large green area, spacious beach, active animation, excellent water park and pools. Minuses: old rooms, tired reception, dirty in places. Another disadvantage of the 2024 season is mosquitoes. There are a lot of them. The territory, apparently, is not being cultivated. The price-quality ratio. We needed : a sea with waves ( we are always looking for a hotel so that there are no breakwaters , coves , a calm sea - boring, there must be an open sea with big waves - to jump, dive, in short extreme , sun , pools , water park , ice cream, excursions, well, food. The sea was different from our room exactly 25 steps away, there were always enough sunbeds, a water park; Food, alcohol - I personally am indifferent. They didn't stay hungry or cold. We didn't go to lunch at all, we could have a snack at the beach bar.The rooms are old, yes, the furniture is not made of mahogany and the tiles are not made of marble, but that's not why I'm flying to Turkey. And also, if you take a travelat tour in the " family room " category , you need to read carefully so that it is a family with 2 rooms . Because this hotel turned out to have such a feature - they seem to write a family room " superior " and this is with one room! In general, we liked the rest. 10 days 11 nights on the 4th -400 t.r

The hotel is nice, though rather tired. The rooms are good, we had a spacious 2-room (with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies) overlooking the sea (for 5 people). The food, as in most hotels in Turkey, seems to be a lot of everything, but not everything is delicious. On Thursdays, shrimp, mussels and squid. The territory is super. Two water parks, adult and children's pools, a huge beach within walking distance. Of the cons: there are only 2 bars for the entire vast territory and queues in them from morning to night. A few steps from the hotel there are several shopping malls, bazaars, pharmacies, and an amusement park.

We had a rest with our daughter at the hotel in mid-May 2024. The hotel is excellent, I sincerely recommend it. 1st line, by the sea. The sea is amazing. Small pebbles. Clean. A wide beach. There is enough space for everyone, there have always been sun beds. A variety of delicious food, even my fastidious daughter really liked it. Every day there is a variety of hot dishes, shish kebabs from poultry and lamb fish. A huge variety of fresh herbs and vegetables. Seasonal fruits are served in bars and restaurants during the day. We had watermelons, oranges and grapefruit. And of course apples. By the way, oranges grow right on the territory. Pick it and eat it.
We had lunch right at the beach bar, there was delicious meat and vegetables, fries, burgers
A large green beautiful area, many areas where you can sit. 3 swimming pools, a children's amusement park and an adult. The slides are cool! I've been rolling from the bottom of my heart!
Upon check-in, a room with a sea view was provided for an additional fee.
I liked the children's animation in the evenings, a children's club works during the day, but my daughter was there only on the 1st day of the month, the rest of the time we swam, rode slides and walked in neighboring Alanya. By the way, the center of Alanya is only 20 minutes by bus and 35 lira. The bus stop is next to the hotel. We drove to Alanya every other day to take a walk and admire the tower, ride a fanicular. I recommend everyone to go to Cleopatra Beach at least once and take a ride on the tower. The views are amazing, and the beach has white sand
In Alanya, I liked the long embankment with many playgrounds.

We had a vacation with my husband in October at this hotel. Everything was decent, but not for 5 stars. The room was not bad, everything is there: TV, several beds, shower, air conditioning. The view from the window was gorgeous right on the sea from the 5th floor. I liked the beach and the sea. Plus a huge 4 swimming pools on site. The alcohol bar for drinkers was open until 2 a.m. There was a lot of food in the dining room, for every taste.

We had a room with a sea view, not everyone is so lucky, but the sea was also not very visible due to the fact that the second floor. They are rarely cleaned, mostly only garbage is taken out, towels and bed linen were changed once a week. There are beds in the room, a safe (just standing in the closet, not bolted), a small refrigerator purely for water bottles and wardrobes, all the furniture is old, in the toilet along with the shower the floors are made of tile and not granite, which is why it is better not to walk barefoot, I turned up there well without injury. The plumbing is so-so, the water flowed from under the closet to the floor from where I don't know, the air conditioner in the room works, but if you leave, it doesn't work))) WiFi is paid and you pay a round sum only for one user, if you want to pay more for another, too. The elevator generally drives by itself, the buttons do not work, it takes a long time to wait. They impose their additional services, of course, for money, excursions are all expensive. The alcohol in the bar is mediocre and cheap, they don't know how to make two or three cocktails anymore, the beer is more or less good, but you need to drink a lot to get a little drunk. The dishes in the kitchen are monotonous, the meat is so-so, there are a lot of cheeses, but mostly it is very salty it is impossible to eat or not at all tasty so that you understand the red price will be tastier))) the olives and olives there are disgusting, pickled. We were at this hotel from 7.08-13.08.
The room was booked with a partial sea view, such rooms are located in a new building. We checked in at 12:00, as soon as we arrived, without any additional charges. The air conditioner in the room was working, but every day it seemed to get worse and worse, on the last day it did not cool at all, it was of no use. The room is old. Gels and shampoos were applied 3 times in 6 nights. There were no bathrobes, slippers, or anything else. The towel and linen were changed 1-2 times.
There was enough Wi-Fi in our room to upload photos. Number 1101. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby of the new building. They did not use the paid service.
The hotel is of course old already.
The hotel itself is always very stuffy, the air conditioners don't seem to work.
Kitchen. The food is good and varied. There was shawarma, tongue, burgers and French fries, for breakfast and ladushki and crumpets, gozlime tortillas. Everything is delicious. There were a lot of fish on the fish day. Cod and mackerel were given.
Yes, the dishes were dirty. But you can put this plate aside and take a clean one. There were enough dishes and appliances.
The bartenders are great too. They make cocktails: Pina colada, milkshake, tequila sunrise (best of all), blue lagoon, mahito.

Animation was not used. There was always music playing in the pool. I liked the fire show and the acrobat show. We were invited to clubs forever, where the entrance is $ 15 + a cocktail from $ 10, we did not go.
The hotel is purely family-run, young people will be bored (like us).
The location is good. By 50 bus it is only 20 minutes to the center of Alanya.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. But I wouldn'T go back to it. It's too old, sometimes it's even unpleasant. We have coped with all the disadvantages, but there are quite a lot of them. And on vacation, you want to relax, and not run headlong for peaches, which will be gone in 5 minutes.
If you have bought vouchers, come and take a good mood with you, and if you are only going to buy, then think about what is important to you, maybe my disadvantages are not critical for you.

1. Location and beach. This is a huge plus. Next to the time center, to which there is a passage with an elevator, which is important in 40 degree heat. And in which there are good Turkish shops, and not street ruins with Chinese consumer goods at exorbitant prices. Its own beach, long, sandy. Entering the sea - small pebbles. The sea is gorgeous. There are sun beds and umbrellas, if you go out early, you can borrow them. If later, it is unlikely, because someone has already put his lone towel across 10 sunbeds and left. The condition is three. Somewhere there is rust, somewhere there is dirt from yesterday's lying vacationers.
2. The hotel. There are more minuses than pluses. We lived in a new building, but that doesn't mean anything. Dust in the lobby (the so-called lobby), ceilings in the halls with traces of leaks. There is dirt in the corners in places. It's probably the way the Turks do it. The carpet on the floor has not been cleaned since it was built, no other way. Plaster flakes off in places and lies on the carpet. The elevators are absolutely unhurried, they travel according to some plan of their own, so you can't get to the 7th floor quickly. For some reason, the lobby of the old building is used as a reception, although the new one is much more presentable. The hotel is spacious, so in the season, when fully loaded, it feels like you are in a babel of Babel - crowds of people, a mix of languages.
3. The room. There was a family see view. The area was normal, the four of them fit well. Double bed and 2 single beds. The mattresses are not sagging, the beds are battered, the covering is torn in places, there is dust under the beds. The furniture is tolerable, but tired, the walls are stained in places. The plumbing is working, but also tired. They clean every day, bring toilet paper. Water and soda were brought to the refrigerator every two days. The refrigerator is small and serviceable. The air conditioner freezes perfectly. There is only one card from the room, they did not give any more, citing the high workload of the hotel. The view from the balcony is excellent, the sea is visible. We didn't see any mosquitoes, because we brought a fumigator with us and turned it on right away. In general, the renovation is crying for the hotel, this is a fact.
4. The all-inclusive system. Or rather, something is disabled). The hotel has completely failed this topic, excluding the kitchen. I will write about the kitchen separately. Of the four declared bars on the territory, one is working normally. ONE! Pool bar.The pilgrimage to it is endless. The queues are kilometers long. Special thanks to the Europeans, who mix 100,500 names of Turkish burda in their glass) The bar in the old foyer turned out to be just a soda machine (either jupi or zuko, pouring at the touch of a button). There are not always glasses. The bar in the new lobby was not working at all. The tropical bar wasn't working either. The opening hours of all bars and giveaways on the territory are made so that you will never remember them. Never. And that's why I didn't go there. Everything works at different times. Therefore, when you arrive on vacation, do not think to rest, start cramming the working hours of the warehouses. Alcohol is disgusting. The cheapest one. After 2 days of bullying, I found where Turkish raki is sold, bought and drank it. The price tag, however, starts from $ 20 for 0.5. But the fortress is 45 degrees. However, she has a smell of bromhexine. But, apparently, this is the national flavor. Beer in the hotel is not beer, it's some kind of body.
5. Staff. 80% are Kazakhs and Azerbaijanis. It feels like I didn't leave Russia, but just went to the supermarket. They are not particularly interested in the client. As an example, the children fell asleep in the room, they needed a card to open it and not wake them up. They said, wait, some blue boy will come and open the number, but we won't give you the card, since there is no one. No one came, the children had to be woken up. A woman of unknown destination, Aigul, who shows the new arrivals the hotel. It resembles the shadow of Hamlet's father. He speaks very quietly and quickly, works out the program. Very annoying, she signed us up for a massage at the most illiquid time, 11.00, because at this time it is the most bathing at the sea, it is not so hot yet. No one, of course, went for it, there are no fools. We went when we needed to. The staff is affiliated with the office of Ponto mk, which sells leather and fur. They will persistently offer a transfer to this store, where you will be processed. It all depends on you. There are good things there, but you need to look carefully and bargain.

7. The territory. Large, well-maintained, lots of greenery. There is a place to walk in the shade. Well done, they're taking care of you.
8. The bar in the kitchen. The same as the pool bar. Some disadvantages. Pilgrimage, queues, bad alcohol.
9. Ice cream. No question, it's very tasty.
10. Snack bar. It does not deserve attention. It doesn't work much, it's inconvenient. The food is so-so.
11. Water park. The slides are good, interesting even for an adult.
12. Swimming pools. They are good for children. But there are also a lot of adults swimming, so it's hectic there. They are maintained with dignity.

Of course, the view from the room window will not be superfluous, all this complements the picture, not a trifle, you have come on vacation and if possible, do everything class. In this hotel, they took the highest room, overlooking the sea, and the night was completed by the picture of the night coast and the city in lights. Do not regret your emotions, because that's why you rest and travel. There are 4 or 5 pools with clean, non-salty water, very convenient and a water park for children, washing after the sea. Good food, decent food selection, the gym is not new, far from top, but it's enough to warm up. The international is resting, a lot of people. The hotel is already shabby, there is such a thing. We rested on 28.07-04.08 2024. We drove for about two hours, more back because we stopped a lot for other tourists.
1. Check-in was quite late, we were very hungry, but we were late for all meals, except for the night soup (23.30-02.00). It is difficult to call those substances that were served there soup. As a result, we went to look for food outside the hotel, as we were very hungry after traveling in the morning. There is a McDonald's near the hotel with fairly high prices. You can pay in lira or small dollars, as 100 will not be accepted.
2. There was a terrible smell in the hall, which only intensified with the time of our rest, we had to run through places so as not to hear it. It's stuffy, the air conditioners are floor-standing and can't cope with such rooms. They speak Russian completely at the reception, but if they don't want to solve problems or answer any of your questions, they will say that they don't understand, you can just wait an hour for attention, just to ask one question. They can stand chatting among themselves, say that there are a lot of people, but do nothing at the same time.
They moved into a room where the same unpleasant smell came from the bathroom. The room is "worn out", but tolerable. You can relax. There was one 2-bedroom bed and one 1-bedroom. The air conditioner was working, but periodically it seemed to turn on at a minimum. The mini bar had water and local fanta Cola. They replenished only water and put a coke 1 time after all. Soap supplies were replenished regularly. Towels were changed every day. For 7 nights, the bed linen was changed 1 time, the rest of the cleaning was almost 0. Garbage remained on the floor for almost a week after cleaning. Once they asked to come later, and no one came to clean, although they hung a sign asking for cleaning. Towels for the beach should be changed every two days, not the best appearance.
3. There is an entrance in the lobby, where in the morning you can make Turkish coffee in a Turk, only if you find an employee yourself, we were lucky once, the second time we did not wait, after several attempts no one came.
4. There is a lot of food, all the tables are packed, but it is all monotonous, there is practically nothing to eat. The vegetables are simply cut differently in different plates. Watermelon, apples and oranges are almost always made from fruits. There were grapes and nectarines a couple of times. But there was a real fight for nectarines, even for one thing. Of the sweet things, the most delicious is baklava, but it was only 2 times, according to the issue, otherwise everything would have been sorted out at once. The rest of the sweets are monotonous pies of different types, they taste disgusting.
5. Not all bars work, there is nothing but the name for alcohol from ultra all inclusive. There are no bar cards, so everything is made up by the bartender. Alcohol fumes almost immediately, so the quality leaves much to be desired.
6. there is an ice cream and a bakery, but if you make it, because for the first 3 days we didn't know where they were at all, as we handed out everything and left, although there was even more than half the time left on schedule.
7. The pools are good, but in the morning there are a large number of people in the main pool, on the beach all the sun beds are constantly occupied, although there are a couple of people, everyone leaves their towels and leaves for the whole day, although the beach is quite large, the umbrellas are low, so you constantly bang your head against them, it hurts a lot. On the first day, the sea was very clean, but every day more and more mud was washed up.
8. Wi-Fi did not work for the first couple of days, then I had to buy it, it only works for free in the lobby and that's not a fact. You buy Wi-Fi in the room for one device only. Therefore, in order to communicate, you need to reconnect and wait for 5 minutes for perestroika.
9. Separate emphasis on dishes. The plastic dishes are so old and scratched that you can't even tell if they're clean or not. The glass is very often unwashed.
10. The water park is small, but you can ride well. One of the few advantages of this hotel.
11. The restaurant is by appointment, but there is no special point in going there, since almost the same food as for dinner, only they bring it to you without any question for two hours. The only thing that was delicious was dessert, baklava with ice cream.
The restaurant with a sea view is a huge plus. But our visit was ruined by the customers at the next table, who were smoking. Upon our request to ask them to refrain from smoking for a while, the staff kindly allowed us to smoke too.
The overall impression of the hotel is good, as the territory is large and quite beautiful, but internally the impression leaves much to be desired.

We had a rest for 2 children + a child of 6 years, 6 nights - 165,000rubles with departure from Moscow.
The hotel is old, dirty, and everywhere stinks of rotten rags to the point of nausea!! Tables are not wiped, there are balls of dust and debris on the floors.
Number: our room is in the old building on the 2nd floor (2412). There are 2 rooms in the room, wherever you go, BUT ATTENTION in the bathroom the walls and ceiling are MILDEWED, straight black walls and ceiling, an eerie constant smell of sewage. They don't change the number, even if they crack it!! But you can buy another room, it is not known what quality....
Food : there is no porridge for the child, there are only cereals and donuts. The soup is choiceless and often spicy. The rice is delicious and that's it. Different meats (chicken, lamb and beef) are constantly cold. Ryaba mackerel in various preparations is bitter. Of the fruits, plum is not edible and watermelon. Pies are disgusting.
ATTENTION IS IMPORTANT!!!
The plates are always dirty, the glasses and glasses are not washed at all!!!! You take a drink, and they pour it into a glass with lipstick or with the smell of alcohol. I saw the smart ones brought glasses and thermoses with them!!! It is better to bring plates and forks with you-otherwise you will vomit from unsanitary conditions. People come with wet wipes and wipe their dishes and cutlery.
Swimming pool: the pools are cold, directly icy and stink terribly of bleach. Our familiar child rode down a slide in the pool and later went to the hospital with rotavirus. They are being taken on insurance for 1.5 days under a drip.
Beach: the sun beds inside are black with dirt, the mattresses on the sun beds crumble under you, torn and smelly. Enter the stones- take the corals. My legs hurt a lot. If you are an elderly person, you will leave the sea without help or without corals. The hotel costs $7 per child.
Animation:
Children's room: during the day, we either draw on T-shirts for a fee (11-12 dollars) or entertain yourself. Once a week, a pizza or cookie workshop is held at 15 o'clock. There is a mini disco. Clean off the animation of the children's room!!!!
Adult: aqua aerobics in a chlorine-stinking pool and in the evening there is a show, karaoke, something like a rotten disco. That's it....
Alcohol: beer is normal. Rum, gin, vodka, and so on are blivot, only the burnt or greedy drink (like I paid for everything included). The white wine is sour, the red is tart. Cocktails- BORMATUKHA.

We stayed at this hotel from 06/26 to 5.07 - two adults and two children. We booked a family room, but there was no room in this category (or rather, there was, but something didn't work in it), so we offered two standards side by side. The children are no longer small 10 and 12 years old, so it was even more convenient. They gave rooms in the old building, with a great view of the sea, a water park and an a la carte restaurant (sometimes they listened to a violinist playing there). The room itself is as in the photos, only the floors have been changed. Laminate flooring is used instead of carpet. In the mini bar: 2 bottles of water and a bottle of pepsi, fanta and 7up (locally produced). The bathroom is the same as in the photo. The bathroom is steel with rust stains, but the toilet is new. The faucets are old (the shower was leaking) and our shower head was cracked, splashing in all directions. We contacted the reception about this. The watering can was promptly changed while we were on the beach.
Cleaning, as in most hotels in Turkey, is superficial. The mini-bar will be replenished only if you say so, but only water will be supplied.
Animators, especially girls, don't strain too much. There was a good girl Katya, but she was transferred to another hotel. Classes at the mini club and mini disco are conducted by Evelina. It doesn't strain too much either. Only animator Nino tries, he conducts zumba and aqua aerobics. Somewhere in the middle of our vacation, another boy appeared, he began to lead water polo. The evening programs were different and not all of them were of a good level. During our vacation, we got to the fire show twice, very high-quality, and even watched it with pleasure the second time. The African acrobatic show is also good, the guys tried their best. But on a Turkish night, the national show is very weak, the dancers could barely drag their feet. There was also something like "miss hotel", but it was quite at the amateur level, we did not go. When they had absolutely nothing to spend, they organized Bingo, but it was also nonsense ($ 10 for 6 tickets). There was live music once. The Turkish singer did well, he brought people to the disco with popular songs, sang in different languages.
There were, in principle, enough places in the main restaurant, many halls. The food is excellent, the food is varied, the grill is cooked, and there is a diet table. Unfortunately, there are a lot of flies, so I had to brush them off or cover the dish with a napkin if I had to leave.
There is always a queue at the snack bar for French fries and pita, everything else is free: burgers, vegetables. The ayran is excellent, but it ends quickly, but you need to talk to fill it up. Gozleme is prepared separately, next to the water park. If the aunt cooks alone, it takes a very long time and the queue costs 20 minutes, but if there are two of them and they cook together, it is faster.
The main advantage of this hotel is a large territory stretched along the sea. Therefore, the hotel has just a huge beach, there were enough sun beds. You don't need to borrow at 7 a.m. We came after 9 a.m., there are always free ones. In general, the occupation of sun beds is purely Russian, they put towels on, and they appear after lunch, although we already left at 12. The beach is sandy, but there is a pebble strip at the entrance to the sea. If you go to the right, there are fewer stones.
We sat at the water park once, there is a fuss all the time. The children ran there themselves if they wanted to. There are two lifeguards on duty at the water park. After lunch, we went to the main pool at about 16 o'clock. By this time, it is already becoming free there, there are sun beds.
The big problem of this hotel is the lack of air conditioning in public areas. Reception, bars, restaurants are stuffy everywhere. Even in a new building, where it seems that this should have been provided for, you sweat.
But the Internet in the hotel is not very good ... Free Wi-Fi is only in the lobby of the new building. But there is a paid Internet everywhere – just pay. From 3 euros for 1 day and up to 15 euros for 10 days – wholesale is cheaper.
I don't understand why everyone wants a new building, we lived in the old one, everything was fine. The architecture of the old building is more interesting, even the lobby is more pleasant. There is a piano there, sometimes some local grandfather plays (I don't know who he works there), quite well. A girl from the tourists played once, well done, I really liked it. And most importantly, there is only one bar in the new building, which is open only during the evening program from 21 to 23. It's called Lobby bar 2. And all the other bars such as: Lobby bar 1, Turkish coffee, Pastane are located in the old building. All the street bars are also concentrated around the old building. Plus, the old building is quiet during the day, you can relax after lunch. And the new building has a main swimming pool and music is blaring there all day.
I didn't really notice what they wrote about the dirt in the hotel. In the dining room, yes, but it's people who shit themselves. For example, a lady collects so much watermelon, as if from tomorrow "Russians are not fed" and it falls off her plate. Or they will collect peaches, which also roll on the floor afterwards. And it's not surprising that there's dirt after that. It's the same in the Snack bar, they pick up French fries and they immediately pour them on the floor. And the maintenance staff tries to clean it right away. Don't be greedy, gentlemen, and everything will be fine.
And yet, mosquitoes become more active in the evening. They start biting during the show. They fly into the rooms, so the fumitox in the room must have.
In general, we liked the hotel. Maybe we'll even come back.

We had a family vacation from June 3-12, 2024. According to the fresh memory of a pleasant vacation, I will write a review for the first time: tour operator Anex tour, we drove 2.5 hours from the airport, our hotel was the sixth of nine hotels where tourists were brought. I would like to note that we got back in 1.5 hours, we were the last to be taken to the airport, we did not go anywhere. This is a huge plus.
Without additional charges, we were given a room with a sea view.
The territory is large and green, pomegranates, tangerines and bananas grow.
Wi-Fi in the lobby is weak, but it will work for messengers, an easy reboot on vacation without the Internet will benefit.
The animators did well - the children played darts with adults every day, water polo, aqua aerobics, in the evenings until 23 o'clock in the amphitheater themed evenings - fireshows, concerts, children's mini disco. There were paid trips to a nearby hotel for a disco from 23h-05h in the morning. I participated in Miss hotel)))
The food is excellent, there is a children's restaurant - they don't write much about it, because it is well disguised there)))) these halls are inconspicuous, because everyone is used to eating on the veranda by the grill. And inside there are three more huge restaurant halls.
At the beginning of June there were: fish every day in different variations, meat - turkey, chicken, lamb, beef, shrimp, squid, mussels, tuna, trout; delicious rice of different types and varieties; soups are liquid yes, BUT you can mix anything there and it will turn out like at home))) desserts/pastries; a lot of greens and lettuce leaves; cherry tomatoes are delicious, various vegetables; for breakfast omelets, sandwiches, sausages, dry breakfast with milk, nutella; there was a diet table and porridges; awesome figs and dried apricots; watermelons during this period were already very tasty and sweet, sweet melon, super cherries, apples, peaches.
Fries, burgers, ice cream on the beach from 3-5 pm. I won't say much about alcohol, because we drank whiskey / Cola - everything is OK. Ahhh, and beer, after which we often ran to the toilet, a good diuretic)))
Also, upon arrival, you can sign up for a choice of one of two a la carte restaurants - fish or meat. I found out about it on the first day on the beach from my umbrella neighbors))) no one at the reception said anything about it, I never go to a meeting with a guide (maybe they talked there).
Pebbles with sand are shallow on the beach, BUT umbrellas with a metal frame, it hurts to put your head on it))) the sea is gorgeous and clean, the water was 25 degrees already. We haven't caught any rotoviruses, you don't have to take the first-aid kit here.
Not far from all the shops and markets, where we went for a walk every evening after dinner and returned to the beginning of the animation at 21:00. Very convenient location.
Will we come back here again?? Definitely yes!
