Of course, it is interesting to walk around the cave, but 700 rubles for admission, even for children, is too much. There is a paid parking nearby for 200 rubles. In fact, you can park in any part of New Athos for free, everything is within walking distance. since the train to the cave runs at a certain interval, and tickets are sold for a specific time, you will have to wait. We waited 2 hours. The tour inside is for nothing, there is more information on the cave's website.

A wonderful place, I highly recommend visiting, the beauty is fabulous! It's a pretty long walk, but it's not as cool as everyone talks about it - almost everyone in our group wore T-shirts like that. Those who are cool were given something light, but few people. There is a constant temperature of +14, but there is no wind, not even a whiff, but there is humidity. And the views are amazing!

The cave is interesting, but because of the HUGE group and the very hurrying guide, little was seen.
The bridges are narrow, slippery, people walk for a long time, and they turn off the lights when they have not yet covered the whole way. I was in this cave 10 years ago - I liked it much more. This was some kind of race, not an excursion.

The place is mandatory to visit. The scale is amazing. And the tour is interesting. You can't take beautiful photos because it's dark, but it's definitely worth seeing with your own eyes. And as a nice bonus, it's very cool in it.

Getting into the caves on your own is already a victory! The queue is huge, the guides are streaming, out of turn. "I took a ticket and went in " not about the caves, I took a ticket at 13.00 at 17.40, maybe, but you can stand in line and find out that there are no tickets for today.
We were lucky, the queue was defended and there were no tickets, but suddenly the cashier yelled that there were two tickets for now, 700 rubles. from a person and we got there.
At first we rode on the subway train, packed, then a 1.5-hour walking tour of the cave with a guide. Interesting, impressive, worth a look!

It would be better to have the opportunity to walk quickly without an excursion. The tour itself is interesting, but it turned out to be very long. We have to wait for everyone all the time, and if there are power outages on the day, then it's better not to come, we were 2.5 -3h instead of 1h 20 min. It's very cold, I don't know how the children stood it. The generators are weak, they don't save you for long.

Save a lot of time. A train takes people directly to the cave according to the time according to the tickets purchased at the ticket office. I will not say that this cave is better than the Kungur ice cave. Maybe only the passages are more monumentally equipped. First they take you to the subway, then they walk through the halls with a guide. The guide can be heard well, there is a backlight. The impression was spoiled by the fact that tickets are given for sessions, you have to wait to recruit people. But the carriages of the train and the station lifted the mood. We got to the right stop very quickly, from where the tour starts. Check the schedule before placing the cave. It was the first time we came in vain, but we took a walk up the trail, among the houses and seals. And in general, memory recorded the tour as worthy. And yes, it doesn't hurt to put on warm sweaters or jackets).
