We are resting now in this hotel. I really like everything - the food, the grounds, the pools and the beach. The most friendly staff in any restaurant. Now we are sitting in the Aqua Snaek bar - this is a bar on the territory of the Aqua Park. Everything is very tasty, beautiful and fast serving of dishes and maximum attention - Idris employee, bravo👏👏👏
We are traveling with a 4-month-old child and a Corgi dog. We have never seen such attention, care and comfortable conditions for walking. Planned to come back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a family vacation, September 2-13, 2024, we are resting in this hotel for the second time, it takes 10-15 minutes to drive from the airport, our room was 9228, we arrived early in the morning, checked in quickly, put on bracelets and we went to relax, swim in the sea, drink , eat everything as it should , closer to 14:00 we were informed that our room is ready to move in, thanks to the hotel staff for their patience with the guests , just take the mood with you and fly to rest without bothering , the hotel has pros and cons , of course , everything cannot always be perfect, but I think everything is fixable if you identify your problem , and everything will be solved in your direction, come relax and enjoy your rest, a cool water park, everywhere at every step you can find something to drink, eat, there are a lot of sun beds, there is always a place , room cleaning is good, they try, the mini bar is replenished daily with drinks , beer, snacks.

There is no cleaning either in the rooms or in the common areas. In elevators , no one will wipe the buttons with their hands , dirt can lie on the floor from morning to evening .
The room is cleaned in a minute or two.
The Ala Kart restaurant can be visited once every three days. This is the first time I 've come across this . For five nights - only once allowed . The cuisine in the Ala Kart restaurant is worse than the cuisine in the general restaurant .

As it is, Nirvana Cosmo is changing, repairs are underway, locations are being updated, there is a padel tennis 50 € / hour, the food is good, during the New Year holidays from 30.12 to 02.01 it was generally excellent. There were crayfish and other reptiles, strawberries, pineapples. Then the number and variety decreased dramatically, but nevertheless at the same level. The Christmas dinner was very nicely organized, although the invitations were sent a little late) and special respect to those who came up with the names of the dishes) salmon tartare and filet mignon are excellent. In general, of course, the rest was a success, I'll sleep later, under the birch tree. Will I come again, probably yes, but when Miracle finishes the construction) And I'm not going to listen to the dogs anymore.

We rested from 10 to 17 May 24th. (2 adults, 2 children). With a good flight (without loss of days) and early booking of 7 nights, we left St. Petersburg at 265 tr. In general, we liked the hotel, there are nuances that we turned a blind eye to because of the excellent service. 8.5 out of 10 is good enough for food. Cleaning 5 out of 10. There was practically no children's animation. Every day we enjoyed various performances (piano playing, jazz, theater, interactive shows, DJ sets, cabaret). A good gym, no frills, but there is everything you need. The personal assistant solves all the issues quickly enough (really solves everything that is necessary), special thanks to Yashar.

We had a rest in September.
The staff is polite everywhere. Upon check-in, we conducted a tour of the hotel. It is very convenient that all issues can be resolved through WhatsApp.
The room was on the second floor. Pretty shabby and uncomfortable. The bathroom is made of glass, it is impossible to go to the toilet at night so as not to wake up the family with light. The air conditioner is VERY loud. The cleaning is weak - even at check-in there were hairs from previous tenants and greasy handprints on the surfaces. Of the advantages, only good hard mattresses. And the safety of things - phones and jewelry were constantly left in the room, nothing was missing.
The food is monotonous, but mostly delicious. Don't get fooled by red fish, it tastes like dyed mackerel)
There is no point in going to meat Alaska - you will find the same thing on the buffet. Alfredo and tiramisu pasta are delicious in Italian.
There is a delicious limoncella in the bar. And very good desserts at the coffee shop (especially cheesecake with chocolate sauce) and coffee are better than at Starbucks. By the way, there is only one name from Starbucks - the coffee there is tasteless, respectively, and there are almost no people.
There is no territory. If you are not an athlete, then for you there is only a path to the beach and chairs near the tea room.
The beach is clean, good sun beds, normal access to the sea. But the towels are full of holes and stains, and the garbage pots seem to have never been washed.
The evening program is monotonous, the artists are the same. A cabaret in a theater is like an amateur performance concert in some kind of recreation center)) sign up for free classes at the art studio in advance, places fly away quickly.
A good dry sauna and snow nearby - it's nice to wipe yourself on the way out. But the hammam is icy.

A great hotel for relaxing with pets! Great food, a good beach for people, as well as animals! The evening programs in the lobby are interesting. There are many beautiful locations for photos. Nice slides.
