Yes, tips don't help .The glasses are thick .The only good thing is animation and animators.
The location is very convenient from the airport, 15 minutes. The territory is beautiful, green, there are many beautiful flowering shrubs and trees. The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained. The food is good, tasty, a lot of different snacks, cheeses, olives, fruits. Meat is mostly chicken, there was never any seafood. Probably 50% of the hotel staff can be said not to speak Russian at all. The beach is clean, nice, beautiful, there are a lot of sunbeds.
The only disadvantage of this hotel is the cleaning of the room. Towels were changed every day. The bed linen was changed every other day, even after two days. The mini bar was replenished daily. But the cleaning itself (floor, bedside tables) is surface-based. They wiped it with a dry cloth and that's it. All sticky spots, footprints from previous tenants (and not from some, but from all the changing ones) are very clearly visible. At first we even thought that our floors had not been washed at all, then we realized what was the matter.

What I want to say is... sad, very sad. On the first day, I regretted choosing this hotel 4 times. There is no glossy gloss that you see in the photo here beyond the main hall. And you're definitely not eating into it. In order:
1) 3 stars only for the food - fresh, tasty in general and varied (though just because you definitely won't try everything at once)
2) the rooms are in terrible condition, really. I've been to non-new hotels, but it's supposedly renovated, but it's done on principle and it'll do. The rooms are small, tiny. There are no shelves in the closet, almost none. There is no shelf for luggage either.
Repair a year ago, everything was torn to death. There is no commercial appearance. Believe me, I'm not exaggerating.
3) minibar laughter and tears)) well, there's nothing from snacks and conditional drinks (and it's ultra cool)
4) service.... Oh, they don't really wait for you here) 5 hours waiting for the room. But you will get your food, really.
5) the territory is dull. There is little shade, there is no design either. We just dug everything along the path to the sea and that's it.
The slides seem to be fine. Who needs it.
There is not much of a place on the beach at all.
I'm upset. If you want cleanliness and comfort and a beautiful territory, you are not here

A wonderful hotel. Everything is in its place. A wonderful water park, it will be interesting for children and adults, not "tired" in 10 days. The water in the pools is clean. They feed everywhere, always and tasty.

The food is excellent, there is a huge selection of everything. Each dinner has a different seafood (mussels, squid, oysters, shrimp and everything like that). The alcohol is excellent, there is a lot of imported beer in the glass, and not only the effects. The animation is great, something is constantly happening, we were not bored. Evening shows are professional artists, after the show there were performances by various musical groups, a disco up to 2 nights at a beach bar, all possible performances in the Excel lobby bar (jazz, vocals, etc.) the animators are pleasant and not intrusive. The minus is the concierge service, it is not clear why it is needed, if you write about the problem, they answer the wrong thing or you wait all day, they don't really solve anything, just a broken phone, I didn't like it. As a summary: the rest was very pleasant, the hotel pleasantly surprised, and you can close your eyes to the little things. Let's go one more time, definitely Yes!

Terrible hotel. We bought a burning ticket, the tour operator made a request whether it was possible to move our minor daughter into our room for 3 days. She works in Turkey, took the weekend off to meet with us. The hotel was silent for 2 days. Upon arrival, this question was answered positively at the reception. Alexandra's personal assistant came up to us and also answered this question positively. However, when the daughter arrived at 11.30 pm, the shift at the reception refused to move her, arguing that it should have been done in advance, having agreed with the office. When contacting Aizhan's 2nd personal assistant, we also received a refusal. She unsubscribed on WhatsApp: "Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we do not accept guests who do not stay at the hotel. You can't do it without a reservation. Reservations are made through the call center or your travel agent." The hotel management, Hello! You have a guest on your doorstep who wants to relax and pay money for it. Isn't your main goal of activity the organization of recreation for visitors?! My daughter went back at night. The next morning at 10 a.m. we approached the hotel guide and he took up the matter. The daughter moved in at 16h. That is, we sat in the lobby for 6 hours and waited for the result. We spent half the day in vain because of the inconsistency of the hotel's work. The infusion was spoiled…
There can be no question of any 5* status at all. The refrigerator did not work, it was replaced with another one-similarly. When we moved in, we walked barefoot on the floor. My feet became dirty from the construction work. There was a white plaque on the floor, they asked to clean up and it happened only on the 3rd day of our arrival. The hotel staff speaks almost no Russian. The carpet in the elevator is always dirty. Going up in the elevator, you can see the construction floors as if you were at a production facility, no aesthetics. The asphalt on the territory is old and cracked. I don't clean the leftovers around the pool for 3 days.
Overall, the impression of visiting the hotel is negative.
