We rested in Nirvana Cosmopolitan from 17.10.22 to 24.10.22. The main disadvantage of this hotel is the food behind the glass. I know that many hotels have given up on this now. In this hotel, you still need to point your finger, and it takes quite a long time, creates queues for literally everything. Moreover, they will definitely put the tiniest piece in your plate and you need to say it again so that they put more. At the fruit distribution, the waiter from the whole mandarin mountain will choose the smallest one. It is useless to swear, they do their own thing and shamelessly look into the eyes. There are not enough waiters, the hotel is full, there are a lot of people. You won't wait for tea when it arrives. I had to get up and look for myself, tea, spoons, glasses, etc. There is a Nespresso coffee shop near the restaurant, you go there, there is chocolate there, you ask to put it, they put two pieces, that's all, they say it's not allowed anymore. This is the first time I've seen this. The food is so-so, gozleme is not tasty, a young guy cooks. In other hotels, women cook gozleme, in the oven, they immediately cooked it, they serve it hot to you. If you came to the beach after 9.00 a.m. there are no sun beds, you had to go looking for them. The hotel is a youth hangout, I don't understand what couples with children do there, I haven't seen children's animations there, as in other hotels. To call a taxi to the hotel, you need to go to the reception. They're calling. A taxi pulls up, you ask them to turn on the meter, they pretend they don't understand you. And they announce the price of $ 20 per trip, no matter where. The return is also $ 20. Moreover, when you approach the reception and say that we are going only by the meter. They answer that there are no counters, the taxi driver sets the price. That's the kind of divorce. Our managers at the hotel announced to us, if you want, a taxi will take you to several places for $ 80. We immediately refused. We wrote to our tour operator, she told us, don't try to agree.

Very cozy, comfortable! The kitchen is super, great shows, a wonderful bar. A magical water park. The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is comfortable.
Everything is at the highest level! Many thanks to the polite Kundus. We will come back in 2022.

We spent a wonderful week of holidays in this hotel with children and friends. Upon arrival, we were greeted by beautiful girls, customer service managers Mariana and Sveta. We were offered cool champagne while we were filling out the documents and taking a tour, which is very convenient on the first day. A very beautiful hotel, the rooms are simply amazing, for a family of 4 people there was a 2-room room with designer renovation and 2 bathrooms. The room has everything you need, in addition to the minibar, even a coffee machine. The food in the restaurant could not be better (fish, meat, seafood, fruits, cheeses and .......). There is a paradise for a sweet tooth where all possible sweets are provided (ice cream, cake, chocolate, ....) all day long. The sea and the beach are clean, we swam all day. There is a restaurant near the beach where you can also have a full meal and drink. There is a large water park and a children's club with trampolines, etc. Every evening the children spent time there, we are at the disco. Excellent performances by visiting bands, live music in the lobby and on the street, master classes for adults in painting. I really liked everything, I definitely recommend everything.

Of the cons. There are two football fields on the territory. That's why the beach is clogged. All drinks are served through the waiters. Therefore, they are not enough for a full landing. (you can take it yourself at the bar, no problem). Well, the most terrible thing for me was that the whole hotel was packed with small screaming children.5 stars and baby crying from morning to evening are perpendicular concepts for me.

I didn't like the hotel at all. The most beautiful is only the ground floor , which looks like avenues with shops and a coffee shop . Beautiful shows before dinners. The cleaning in the rooms and on the beach is not very good. In the bed before arrival, I found a broken Black hair nail on the floor, someone's used toothpick. The mood is greatly overshadowed by the room itself is very large and spacious, but be prepared with a neighbor behind the wall to hear all his evening broadcasts of night snoring.. if your windows overlook the following hotels and the courtyard where the evening shows are going on, you will not fall asleep until one o'clock in the morning.. in a restaurant in dirty aprons, cooks are wielding a knife with you, slicing meat and fruit and all this can fly in different directions, food is thrown into plates, you will not wait for waiters in the restaurant, get ready to run after them and for drinks. There is no feeling of constant noise, there is no relaxation, the beach is full of cigarette butts in bottles, I have never seen the beach staff, in fragments (I personally stepped on the glass from the bottle), all the sunbeds are close to each other, people smoke on the beach. The territory is very large but ill-conceived for vacationers , there is nowhere to walk , only one narrow sidewalk on which an electric car will drive to the beach and back . The children 's room is large , but a little boring . The animators seem to be trying, but the children don 't really listen to them . In short , two days later we ran away from there . There is a lot of food , but it is incomprehensibly greasy . I haven 't seen seafood in two days . But very tasty desserts and fruits .

The rest is just terrible-the state of the hotel, the cleaning that you will not ask for yet will not come, the sunbeds that are not there after 09 00, and those that are, can be driven away because they have a shooting or a corporate party, the Turkish bartenders seem to be doing a favor and pouring from their bar, queues are huge everywhere, assistants who allegedly there is just a "unsubscribe" and say "remind us", this is some kind of trash. The room was changed only when the scandal was raised, we slept for a day under the noises from the street and the sounds of loading dishes in the backyard. There is no sound insulation in the rooms.

There are no questions about food. As in all 5* hotels in Antalya.
There were problems with the bar in the room - I constantly forgot to put it down, I had to be reminded.
Cleaning has the same thing.
The pool- heated from 26 to 28 degrees - was no more than 24 degrees.
Hamam- just attaching a photo. No comments.
Why is there a backlight on the floor in the room if there are carpets!?

Alcohol is different, for every taste.
I would also like to mention the SPA, massage by Master Mehmed🙏 The indoor swimming pool is large and heated at 140cm, with a Jacuzzi.

They may be moved to a slightly less noisy room, but after a scandal. The hotel is dirty and unkempt. The kids' club is similar, everything is old, abandoned and scary. The animation is designed for a week, then the same thing is repeated. Children's animation is a dodgeball game!!! Animators for children - well, such a thing. There is no food for children except pasta. There is no service here - you wait for the table to be cleaned, for soap to be given to the room, for something to be brought. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. The air conditioner is noisy and blows directly on the bed.
In principle, this is a complete self-service. The food is delicious, but it is given out bit by bit and while you stand in line, you don't really want to eat anymore. Definitely, you should not come here!

The most ridiculous, illogical, unorganized hotel I have ever met in Turkey.
Let's start with the territory: at an apparent scale, it simply does not exist. A huge area in front of the hotel is occupied by some kind of conference room. Because of him, crowds of Turks from these conferences occupy most of the tables in the evenings. The reception at the 2-3* hotel level has a very pathetic appearance. Further, the gut stretches all the way to the sea, first the hotel building, then a long concrete path to the sea. This is only formally a hotel on the first line. By distance, the hotel is significantly removed from the sea. On the right there is a fence along the entire road, some lawns are fenced off. On the left, partially, the same crap. A clueless, unformed pool along the hotel. And the second one is decorated, but very small for a 5* hotel.
On the plus side, the hotel has a lot of varied grub and booze. Fast Internet, excellent two-storey gym. The best, I would say.
According to the winter concept, all evening and night events have been moved to the lobby of the hotel, on the ground floor. And that's what sucks. The very organization of this lobby. It's a walk-through, filled with tables with one! - two chairs. In the evening, people just have nowhere to go. A disco among the tables, a crowd of people standing in this narrow space. Pathetic light music in almost daylight. At the same time, this lobby is passable, because the hotel is in the shape of a gut. With grief in half, there was karaoke once. I wish I hadn't been. A disgrace for such a hotel. The level of home karaoke, there are guts in the room, where all the equipment is at one end, and there the Turks moved the tables and fenced themselves off from the rest of the hall. And then it doesn't matter who sings what. I can't hear a damn thing.

The first Turkish hotel from which we return with disappointment. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. People leave their towels and leave. In other hotels, the staff cleans them, but not here. Carrying someone else's smelly towels and waiting for their owners to come, is that 5 stars? Gazebos on the beach - 120 euros. We booked through a personal assistant, we come - she is busy, our reservation is not available. We planned a special day, instead we stood with the child in the heat while the issue was being resolved and did not resolve in any way. They were terribly upset. We sent an appeal to the management. There was no feedback. The waiters in the restaurant do not speak English. It's not easy to get water, appliances, and a glass of wine. There is something to compare it with, SO they don't work in good hotels. About personal assistants. Reservation a la carte from 8:00. You write at 8 - they are silent. You remind me at 9 - there are no more places. So we went. And so it is in everything. Among the advantages of the hotel, I will note the quality of food and drinks, a coffee shop with chocolate, a large water park, clean linen and towels.

An unsuccessful vacation at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan hotel!!!
The hotel was chosen because of certain criteria and the most important is the location!
Since one of the children is only 6 months old and the hotel is located a 20-minute drive from the airport.
07/14/2023 We bought a tour (Paid for!)to this hotel from 20.07.for seven nights through an Anex tour for 5 people, two adults and three children.
In the evening of the same day, the tour agent informed us about the booking confirmation.
But, on 17.07. Three days before departure, the tour agent informs us that the hotel has cancelled this tour due to a change of ownership.Although this tour was also sold on websites for only three times more expensive)
The tour agent offered us a replacement hotel, but it does not meet our criteria.
To be honest, we are shocked, not to mention the children..
When the children found out that the hotel had cancelled the reservation, they were very upset and even cried, as they were very determined to go to this particular hotel.
How is this even possible..???
You choose, waste time, pay, tune in and you get such a surprise the hotel cancels the reservation (in fact, the hotel management just throws us)
When choosing this hotel, keep in mind that the management of this hotel can cancel the tour and throw you at any time.
