The rest is just terrible-the state of the hotel, the cleaning that you will not ask for yet will not come, the sunbeds that are not there after 09 00, and those that are, can be driven away because they have a shooting or a corporate party, the Turkish bartenders seem to be doing a favor and pouring from their bar, queues are huge everywhere, assistants who allegedly there is just a "unsubscribe" and say "remind us", this is some kind of trash. The room was changed only when the scandal was raised, we slept for a day under the noises from the street and the sounds of loading dishes in the backyard. There is no sound insulation in the rooms.
A delightful hotel, the territory itself is huge, different recreation areas. The rooms are on the same level (there is really something to improve). The food is excellent, everything is behind glass and, as stated by the hotel, proper nutrition😁
Alcohol is different, for every taste.
I would also like to mention the SPA, massage by Master Mehmed🙏 The indoor swimming pool is large and heated at 140cm, with a Jacuzzi.

It's a terrible place to stay with children. You will be accommodated in a room where there will be a complete feeling that you are right in the center of the dance floor. And so on until midnight. They may be moved to a slightly less noisy room, but after a scandal. The hotel is dirty and unkempt. The kids' club is similar, everything is old, abandoned and scary. The animation is designed for a week, then the same thing is repeated. Children's animation is a dodgeball game!!! Animators for children - well, such a thing. There is no food for children except pasta. There is no service here - you wait for the table to be cleaned, for soap to be given to the room, for something to be brought. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. The air conditioner is noisy and blows directly on the bed.
In principle, this is a complete self-service. The food is delicious, but it is given out bit by bit and while you stand in line, you don't really want to eat anymore. Definitely, you should not come here!
The most ridiculous, illogical, unorganized hotel I have ever met in Turkey.
Let's start with the territory: at an apparent scale, it simply does not exist. A huge area in front of the hotel is occupied by some kind of conference room. Because of him, crowds of Turks from these conferences occupy most of the tables in the evenings. The reception at the 2-3* hotel level has a very pathetic appearance. Further, the gut stretches all the way to the sea, first the hotel building, then a long concrete path to the sea. This is only formally a hotel on the first line. By distance, the hotel is significantly removed from the sea. On the right there is a fence along the entire road, some lawns are fenced off. On the left, partially, the same crap. A clueless, unformed pool along the hotel. And the second one is decorated, but very small for a 5* hotel.
On the plus side, the hotel has a lot of varied grub and booze. Fast Internet, excellent two-storey gym. The best, I would say.
According to the winter concept, all evening and night events have been moved to the lobby of the hotel, on the ground floor. And that's what sucks. The very organization of this lobby. It's a walk-through, filled with tables with one! - two chairs. In the evening, people just have nowhere to go. A disco among the tables, a crowd of people standing in this narrow space. Pathetic light music in almost daylight. At the same time, this lobby is passable, because the hotel is in the shape of a gut. With grief in half, there was karaoke once. I wish I hadn't been. A disgrace for such a hotel. The level of home karaoke, there are guts in the room, where all the equipment is at one end, and there the Turks moved the tables and fenced themselves off from the rest of the hall. And then it doesn't matter who sings what. I can't hear a damn thing.

The first Turkish hotel from which we return with disappointment. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. People leave their towels and leave. In other hotels, the staff cleans them, but not here. Carrying someone else's smelly towels and waiting for their owners to come, is that 5 stars? Gazebos on the beach - 120 euros. We booked through a personal assistant, we come - she is busy, our reservation is not available. We planned a special day, instead we stood with the child in the heat while the issue was being resolved and did not resolve in any way. They were terribly upset. We sent an appeal to the management. There was no feedback. The waiters in the restaurant do not speak English. It's not easy to get water, appliances, and a glass of wine. There is something to compare it with, SO they don't work in good hotels. About personal assistants. Reservation a la carte from 8:00. You write at 8 - they are silent. You remind me at 9 - there are no more places. So we went. And so it is in everything. Among the advantages of the hotel, I will note the quality of food and drinks, a coffee shop with chocolate, a large water park, clean linen and towels.

An unsuccessful vacation at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan hotel!!!
The hotel was chosen because of certain criteria and the most important is the location!
Since one of the children is only 6 months old and the hotel is located a 20-minute drive from the airport.
07/14/2023 We bought a tour (Paid for!)to this hotel from 20.07.for seven nights through an Anex tour for 5 people, two adults and three children.
In the evening of the same day, the tour agent informed us about the booking confirmation.
But, on 17.07. Three days before departure, the tour agent informs us that the hotel has cancelled this tour due to a change of ownership.Although this tour was also sold on websites for only three times more expensive)
The tour agent offered us a replacement hotel, but it does not meet our criteria.
To be honest, we are shocked, not to mention the children..
When the children found out that the hotel had cancelled the reservation, they were very upset and even cried, as they were very determined to go to this particular hotel.
How is this even possible..???
You choose, waste time, pay, tune in and you get such a surprise the hotel cancels the reservation (in fact, the hotel management just throws us)
When choosing this hotel, keep in mind that the management of this hotel can cancel the tour and throw you at any time.
I do not recommend it!!!

The small territory of the hotel, laziness, delicious food in the restaurant. The rooms are already tired, they are not worth the money they charge for them
This place is rightfully called Cosmos Nirvana, everything is done here to relax and have fun.The interesting design of the building, the territory, the staff, a varied menu and drinks, multiple recreation areas that breed a large number of guests so that their number becomes invisible.Attentive staff, skilled chefs, magical chocolatiers. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It is definitely worth visiting this paradise and returning to it.
The hotel was chosen primarily for children, and was impressed by the large variety of water slides. But the water in the water park is ICY, I couldn't stay in it for more than 10 minutes. Children usually can't be pulled out of the water by their ears, but even they stopped visiting the water park after the second day. A good renovation has been done on the ground floor. The rooms are clean , but you can see the cheapness of repairs in the little things . Disgusting service! Waiters are something!!! I have not seen such a hack in any hotel in Turkey, but we often visit here. In the main restaurant, for them to bring you a drink, you need to constantly catch them and call them, if they come up, it's a miracle. A restaurant near the beach - you can wait for an order (French fries or a burger) for half an hour, there are not enough waiters, they constantly confuse and forget about you. The Italian restaurant, where you can eat around the clock, if you do not have time to go to the main restaurant, in order to get the menu, you need to call the waiter or come up and ask for the menu. The waiters see that a guest has come to the restaurant, but they do not approach you until you call! It's disgusting. To pass the order to the waiter, you need to catch it and call the whole hall, as if you are not there! You raise your hand - they can pretend not to notice, terrible service! We ordered room service, the earliest that was brought in an hour and forty - where has this been seen! Room cleaning is not known at what time - we had two rooms, we go swimming in the morning, we arrive at 16, the rooms have not been cleaned yet. They may not clean up until the evening, you ask the concierge to clean up and they don't understand it the first time ..... the food is good, there is a lot of varied food. The service is terrible
We stayed at this hotel in July 2022. The negative impression started with the reception. The reception absolutely does not want to talk to guests and solve problems. A personal manager is one name, they don't solve anything and they won't help you. We paid for a normal room, they are trying to move us into the family room sport. The room looks like a barrack or a wagon, split systems are hammered into the windows, a view of the fence. If you want to achieve some kind of result, then look for a senior manager. After a lot of wasted nerves and time, we were settled in human conditions. After going through the numbers, I can briefly tell you: family sport- located near the fence, next to the amphitheater stage! If you go to live there, then ask for a room with a view of the meat alley. The hotel has 2 buildings: 1 building looks at Miracle, 2 at Barut. I do not recommend the 2nd building, all Barut splitsystems go to the 2nd building, the hum is terrible, you can only sleep with the door closed. If you want relative silence, then move into the first building. The noise in the evening is only from animation. The hotel has a narrow territory, in fact it does not exist! You won't walk there. The territory consists of two football fields, along which there is a narrow road to the beach. You can get to the beach by golf cart. There is also a very good water park. The pools are not large, there are few sun beds. There are actually no green locations. The hotel is not very suitable for families with children and elderly couples. The beach is decent. The kitchen is great, everything is delicious, no one will stay hungry. Many thanks to the chefs, they are great fellows! The waiters are friendly and serve quickly. Pastry chefs are above all praise, a huge amount of desserts and chocolate. There is a cafe with chocolate and desserts in the main hall, and you can also eat ice cream there. We did not go to the main restaurant for lunch, we ate on the beach, where you can order lunch from the menu. The quality of the food and the professionalism of the chefs keeps the hotel at a high level. The room cleaning is excellent. The animation is decent. The reception spoils the whole impression of the hotel, because the first impression is formed from the check-in.
The hotel is simply gorgeous! Don't listen to anyone. The room is huge, we checked in after 2 hours, but while we had breakfast and walked, everything is fine. The hotel complimented the champagne and fruit, it was nice. The fire show, the bar is great, the food is amazing. We will definitely come back here.

The hotel does not correspond at all to 5 stars and its cost. We visited this hotel 15 years ago, when it was a kervansarai, unfortunately the new owners managed to renovate only the first floor. The room stock is in terrible condition, the carpet in the corridors has not been vacuumed for weeks, I doubt about wet cleaning at all that it has been at least once in the last couple of years. There are ants in the rooms, the plumbing is dying. The elevators are shabby and all dirty. There is no greenery at all in the Hotel, there are 2 huge green football fields without a destination. The windows were not washed before the season, apparently such savings. There is no shower on the pier. There is only one minibus to the beach, with full occupancy, it would be possible to launch a second one. Yusuf on the beach and Ekaterina at the reception are the most responsive of all the staff at the hotel. We didn't notice anything delicious about the food.
Great hotel! We had a rest in September 2023, we liked everything very much!

I was not lucky enough to spend some time at this hotel, I was going for the best impressions. The buffet is all behind glass, the room cleaning is terrible, everything is dusty and dirty, fortunately the food is delicious. Terrible indoor pool, so much chlorine was added to it that my eyes almost popped out, I couldn't open my eyes for 3 hours after swimming.
The rooms are "tired", dirty, the food is behind glass, the cheapest massage is 110 euros, the prices absolutely do not match the quality. Dirty, the concept of the hotel does not work, payment by cards with a very high commission, minimum services, minimum quality. I do not recommend it!
I rested 11.10.21 g in this hotel for the first time, I want to honestly say , the hotel is for 4 people ! Food and drinks including alcohol for 5 ! The territory is not well maintained , dirty plants are not watered , the grass is dry , the pools are cold ! You won 't find a sunbed in the morning ! To my surprise, when they arrived home, they took money from the phone for WiFi without warning the tourist that it was a paid WiFi ! It was very upsetting ! We need to tell people about this ! So, ask your manager) all the subtleties of hospitality)))
I was the first guest of this hotel after the opening, we checked in on April 1, there were slight roughnesses, but this is normal when a new hotel opens. Everything about 5*+ meals is a buffet, ala carte restaurants, a proper nutrition restaurant and a Starbucks coffee shop))))the territory is small, compact, but there is everything and a water park and swimming pools.The rooms are a bit rustic relative to the lobby and other areas. A very cool two-storey gym with a boxing ring!The hotel is more designed for sports people who take care of their nutrition and health. And another feature of the hotel is a hotel and a babysitter for pets, i.e. this hotel accommodates with animals (which is very rare for Turkey), or you can take your pet to a special hotel, or check in with him in a special room)))
