A super hotel!

The coolest 5* hotel we've been to! We drove from the airport to the hotel for 15 minutes. We went to the hotel, we were immediately offered drinks. Very polite staff, very polite assistants who accompanied us all the rest. It is very convenient that you can always be in touch with them and if you have any questions, complaints, problems, requests, you can write to what's up and the girls immediately solved all the issues. Upon arrival at the hotel, our suitcases were immediately taken away, they were brought to the room, we did not carry anything ourselves, as was the case in some hotels. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, checked us in immediately! We weren't even waiting for lunch. Our rooms are on the 3rd floor, excellent repair, good furniture and appliances. The room has a coffee machine, refrigerator with bar, TV, safe. All bed linen is clean, cleaning every day. Very high-level cosmetics in the bathroom. We use it all the time. The sound insulation in the room is not very good, but it does not bother us. The food in the restaurant is great, there is everything to my taste! The staff serves quickly, everyone is polite. There are always tables available. There are no queues for food, maximum 1-2 people. There is a children's animation, a very modern playground. There are seals walking around the hotel ☺️ we like it! The beach is great, there are always free sun loungers. The water is clear. A gorgeous water park! Lots of slides, no queues. You can list the advantages for a long time. We have been vacationing in the Nirvana hotel chain for several years. The first thing you want to pay attention to is the attention and care of the entire hotel staff! We are a family vacation with a little daughter and a Yorkshire terrier. Yesterday we were at this hotel! And he left us with only great impressions and a desire to return. We asked for a high floor, we were given the 9th floor. I did not expect (judging by the reviews) that the territory is so large and there is so much. A very sporty hotel, many locations for different sports. Football fields, basketball hall, tennis courts and courts, fitness center, trampolines, bicycles, gym...... A huge water park since the age of 10. 2 swimming pools , one heated 26-28 gr. There is an excellent pier with a bar on the beach (only original imported alcohol). There is a snack restaurant that works according to the menu, there is also a bar, fruits and cold drinks. The food is very varied, delicious and beautiful! A chic Excel bar, an analogue lobby, live music and band performances every evening. There are daily performances in the amphitheater, and a night disco on the beach. We were lucky with the weather, we swam in the sea and in the pool every day. There are a lot of different zones - this is a Starbucks, an outdoor tea and coffee area, a tea house where you will be brewed tea from all over the world. A very cozy and atmospheric pastry shop with cakes and sweets. We visited three Alaskan maps. I really liked the meat and Italian (with an amazing rack of lamb and a chocolate fountain dessert). I recommend visiting it also for breakfast and lunch! This hotel exceeded our expectations, which earned it a worthy place in the "it is possible to return" rating.

The hotel is almost 20 years old and it shows. The lobby, the main restaurant and some rooms have been redone. The most important advantage is the location. It's a 20-minute drive from the airport and the same distance to the shopping center. The territory is not as green as possible, it was difficult even to walk in the afternoon with a stroller in the shade. There are many open useless places (from the tea room to the water park and from the water park to the sea), just green lawns with a couple of sun beds/tables.
The food is excellent! Everything is delicious! A huge selection of fish, meat, and fruits. A coffee shop and a Starbucks deserve special attention. San Sebastian cheesecake is simply gorgeous. I've been eating it for 9 days. Well, it's very tasty! Ice cream - 15 types.
You always need to look for a table in the main restaurant, there are free ones, but everything is not cleaned. Then you look for a waiter for 5 minutes, ask him to clean up. Some were lazy, they could start serving on an old tablecloth😵💫 But in general, the employees work very hard, constantly running and doing something.
For some reason, alcohol is not poured at the bar in the main restaurant, only through the waiters. Personally, it's easier for me to go myself than to catch a waiter for half an hour.
The food is all behind the glass. This is a plus for me. Except for the boorish waiters with the phrases "why haven't you had enough?". And this was said when asked to add plain white rice!!!
Mini club. We visited only in the evening and the place where the mini disco is held was very depressing. Some kind of paddock with a terrible floor covering. Animators do not try to attract children in any way, they dance sluggishly, switch songs in the middle. There is no communication with children at all, they come, do not greet, turn on music, move, then leave in silence. My child is a fan of these discos, she left in the middle.
The cleaning is modest, for some reason they regularly forgot to put soap on. The assistants decided everything quickly, but every time they asked to bring soap, it was better to take it with them.
The sea is wonderful! Clean (blue flag), sandy bottom with small pebbles, gentle approach. There are always plenty of free sun beds, towels are provided without cards. Take as much as you want! It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the sea from the hotel with a calm step with a child. Electric cars are running.
On the beach, local traders steal swimming circles, and then sell them. For the first time in 17 years, I faced theft in Turkey and, most offensively, theft of the children's circle! Then they saw him at the dealer and took him back. He didn't even bother, he knows what he's doing.
The hotel seems to be all modern and eco-friendly, but how much plastic is spent. The fruits on the beach are all in plastic containers, one of our families used them 10-15 pieces a day. But the tubes are paper, which dissolve in a glass.
Here I described the disadvantages for the most part, in general, the rest was a success. Will I come again - no, will I recommend a hotel - yes.

We rested at this hotel in September. I liked the entrance group, the bars serve good alcohol, delicious desserts and ice cream, not bad food in the general restaurant. Perhaps this is where all the advantages end. When we entered the room, an unpleasant smell hit my nose. It smelled old, there was a smell of mold in the bathroom, the toilet flush button did not work well, the water was constantly flowing, then this button fell off altogether (it was repaired only on the third day). The shower smelled like in the vestibule of an electric train, the acrid smell of urine hit the nose (it's unclear from the drain or where, but the smell is absolutely disgusting). Avoid restaurants a la card, tasteless, the service is terrible, as if you were in Turkey fifteen years ago. By the way, in the same LIU, the a la card restaurants were simply wonderful, from serving, serving, service to the very taste of the dishes! You can't even put it next to this hotel. The service leaves much to be desired, a gin and tonic was brought to my husband in a shared restaurant, already drunk with a limp straw. The alcohol is good, but the bartenders do not know what to do with this alcohol at all, they asked how to make gin and tonic, whiskey sour and did it without protein and on sprite. The work of personal assistants is nothing. A banal request to provide a fitball to rock a three-month-old baby in the evening was refused, because it is impossible to take out equipment from the gym. There is no iron in the rooms, no outlet in the bathroom, no scales. The cleaning of the rooms is terrible, the floors were constantly dirty, it seems to me they were not washed in 12 days even once, as well as the shower. The bed linen was with smokes three times, they didn't put water in the refrigerator, but stupidly put everything on the table, like they replenished the mini-bar. Mirrors in elevators are dirty, tables in restaurants are dirty. The waiters pretend not to notice you. Be sure to take something with you from Mosquitoes, there is no living place left on us. Since they did not turn on the air conditioner at night to rest with a small child, they had to sleep with an open balcony. As a result, a three-month-old baby is all bitten, just like us! On the beach in the restaurant, the local music of the chefs interrupted the main music, the bartenders serve the Turks out of turn. The food is all behind glass (after the coronavirus, they did not switch back to the classic buffet), so you will poke with your finger what to put in and this will be done by disgruntled staff with a face as if you are taking food from his refrigerator. In general, the vacation turned out to be absolutely terrible. Last year we had a rest in LIU and liked the hotel very much, everyone advised Nirvana as similar to LIU ... but of course this is heaven and earth. After a modern hotel, we found ourselves in old Turkey, where you will be invited to a photo shoot with the sun and fur shopping on the beach. I don't recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel from 28.06-04.07.2024. The hotel is very disappointing, it is not worth the money. The food is monotonous, there is practically no seafood. The plates were not very clean, so when you take the plates, look more closely. It is very inconvenient that all the food is behind the window, and you have to point your finger. There is a very loud air conditioner in the room, when it works, it feels like you are in a transformer booth. There is no children's animation, there were children's discos, and once they inflated trampolines and there was a performance. There are trampolines on the playground, but our child never got on them, because at 16.00 or 17.00 they are locked, i.e. trampolines work only in the heat. It's very cold inside the kids' club itself, it feels like it's the coldest room in the hotel. The only plus is cleaning, it was done every day, and the linen was also changed constantly.

I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews. I didn't like the hotel at all. We had a rest in August 2023. I will describe it briefly.
Minuses:
1. On the first day of arrival, the air conditioning system did not work in the entire hotel. It was fixed, but not quickly.
2. The sea is very dirty, such a sea has not been seen in all of Turkey, so we swam only in the morning until 10 o'clock, after it was disgusting to go in, what was not there....
3. Long queues at the bar in the hotel itself.
4. The feeling is not of relaxing in a hotel, but of being in a shopping mall with a lot of people.
Positive:
1. The food is delicious, but you have to come to the opening of the main restaurant, otherwise you will be looking for a free table for a long time and stand in line for food, the feeling of a dining room.

Nirvana Cosmopolitan from October 2nd to 10th plunged us into a real nirvana))) We are very glad that we chose this particular hotel. Everything is on top of the service, food, sea, entertainment. We arrived at 9 a.m., we were greeted with a smile by the girl Kristina, with whom we filled out the cards, after which she gave us a sightseeing tour of the hotel and told us to come to the reception by 12 because they might be able to check in early. 11-45 we were given the key to room 3118 on the 3rd floor. Everything in the room was clean, fully equipped, towels, slippers, bathrobes, hygiene products, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Regarding the rooms, yes, maybe there are repair flaws somewhere, but in general everything is clean, nothing fell off (maybe we're just lucky))) cleaning every day, towels were changed daily, the bed was exactly once, but we don't need any more, we seem to be clean, we went to the sauna, hammam every other day)))) by the way, the hotel has a wonderful SPA with French cosmetics L'Occitan. There is a lot said about food in other reviews, everything is really gorgeous, starting with the main dishes and ending with desserts, an assortment for every taste. Three times during our stay, very tasty sushi was served for dinner (for fans, you can eat them every day in Alaska). The bars have very tasty cocktails, good spirits, my husband loves cognac, no problem Hennessy, Remy Martin, Martel. Thanks more to the bartender Yerkhan, a very cultured, attentive person and an expert in his field. The sea is gorgeous, there were enough places for everyone (earlier they wrote that they could not find places, perhaps not always right near the sea, but then there are plenty of places under the awnings, well, if you want to get up early on the first line) The water park is just a bomb! The territory of the hotel is well maintained, we constantly saw workers who cut something, weeded it, planted it. We went to the sea very early in the morning and did not see any garbage after the evening parties, everything was put in order overnight. The reviews where people write that there are two football fields on the territory and no place to walk are not clear (but when you made a choice, you probably knew about it?) My husband and I walked without any problems, just walk around the hotel and you will already have a super walk, and if you are not lazy at sea and walk, then you can definitely eat all desserts without a twinge of conscience. We had such a mileage per day, and it was possible not to go to the gym. But we went and were delighted with the equipment, the simulators are just a dream, on the first floor there are power machines, on the second cardio. There is also a cycling gym and a boxing ring. In the evening, there is always a variety of entertainment in the excel bar, live music, and we really liked such chic shows at the Evant Palace. There are discos in the sia club. Yes, also about personal assistants, someone complained earlier that they did not see the use of this service and they did not solve the problems, it's not true, as soon as we checked in, we immediately received an SMS that our service managers Alexandra and Natalia who sent us a schedule of all events at the hotel for the day every morning. With our requests, everything was resolved within 15 minutes. Thanks a lot to the girls for their promptness. What else can I say, Starbucks, handmade chocolate, Italian ice cream, a large store with famous brands, as well as the opportunity to come with your pets, organize some kind of field conferences, trainings and much more (I'm afraid I missed something) I recommend you to visit one hundred percent. And the hotel is open all year round!
