So-so. I do not recommend winter holidays, although it is unlikely that many disadvantages go away during the season.
The number was given to us at exactly 14, not a minute earlier. Well ok. The room was very dirty, there was a puddle on the floor, hair and just some crumbs everywhere. There is a wildly dirty carpet in the common areas on the floor. The room is clearly in need of repair, with rusty plumbing and tiles in places.
A completely useless assistant service, all the information needs to be pulled out with a pair of tongs. In winter, there is absolutely no entertainment, not even a mini disco for children.
The heated pool is wildly cold, 22 degrees. it is impossible to swim in it. Actually, no one swims. The indoor pool is also cold. Last New Year's Eve, we went to the nearby dolphin, where the pool was 30 degrees, it was great to swim.
The food is OK, but already on January 2, the variety has tripled.

This is a good hotel for business trips and corporate holidays. You can stay here if you come for a couple of days or fly by transfer (20 minutes by taxi to the airport). This hotel is also suitable for those people who live by sports: the main part of the territory is occupied by gyms and sports fields (for football, tennis, etc.).
But just because of all this, I would not recommend the hotel to those who just want to relax, especially with their family. Other Nirvana Hotels are much more suitable for this and that's why...
Some large companies are constantly vacationing here, and when this happens, the hotel turns into a noisy market with crowds of people, often not the most pleasant. For example, during my vacation, there was a congress of a certain Coral Club, which sells dietary supplements and is engaged in network marketing. The hotel was simply teeming with aunts over 40 who obsessively offered all visitors their products as a cure for all diseases. That is, they could just, realizing that I speak Russian, get to the bottom of the elevator, saying, "you look bad, obviously you don't have enough..." and then the outright dilution began, and so intrusive that the Gypsies would envy. And the restaurants were crowded, the noise, the hubbub, the fucked-up waiters and the staff in general.
As for the staff and restaurants, everything is fine here: high-quality room service, delicious food, everyone is very polite, even in conditions of an influx of tourists. Most of them speak English, some understand Russian.
But before booking, I highly recommend that you make inquiries beforehand whether there will be a congress of some GAZMAS LLC during your stay at the hotel, otherwise you will not have a rest as such.
I also do not advise those who are absolutely not interested in sports to come here. Because of the sports facilities here, you will simply have nothing to do - there is no territory for an ordinary person as such.
The exception will be if you are going to Turkey for shopping.
There is a clothing market, many local shopping malls and a currency exchange within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. You can buy things (I bought a great backpack for myself).
There is also a very small beach here. But there are pools, including a large heated pool. You can swim even in the cold season.
But still, I highly appreciated the hotel as part of the Nirvana Hotels company, as I had the opportunity to visit their other hotels and they really left me with some of the most vivid and pleasant memories in my life.
It's just that this particular hotel specializes in catering to corporations and athletes.
Keep this in mind when you plan your trip!

We rested together from 27.09.2023 to 06.10.2023.
Check-in from 14.00. If the rooms are available, they will be settled earlier. Our flight was early, there were no available rooms, so we had to wait. Due to the high workload of the hotel, I had to remind several times that it was time to move into our room (either it was not cleaned, or they were troubleshooting).
SUPERIOR STANDARD ROOM. The room is spacious, the wave is designed for 3 people (a large double bed and a folding chair). The view was of a nearby hotel. It was located on the 6th floor. The air conditioning is acceptable (it does not get cold before the Yakut frosts). The cosmetic set was replenished daily (the second line of the Loxitan brand). Cleaning for 4 out of 5 (hair, dust, garbage). The technical staff solved all current issues promptly. The night music was audible (the shows, as a rule, ended at 23.00), but the sound insulation from the neighboring rooms and the corridor was just top!, there was complete silence. The minibar was replenished daily: cola, beer, mineral water, chips, nuts, tea set and coffee (nescafe).
Meal:
We had an ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE system. The concept that the food is served by chefs did not like it at all. Because of this, at each station of the queue, it is impossible to control the amount of food that gets into your plate, well, fatigue as a cook – only a couple of people worked there with a smile (for the rest, communication with residents is like hard labor).
Breakfasts are sad, as in all hotels. The same set of products and dishes. Of note, there is red fish and orange juice. Lunches are the same as breakfasts. There are always several types of meat and several types of fish on the grill. Greens and vegetables are always available. Successful dinners every other time. There are always several types of meat and several types of fish on the grill. There was sushi, a lot of olives and olives, a variety of desserts.
The food is ordinary. You can cook more interesting dishes from good products. Personal assessment on the 4th.
Alyakart is free and paid, 25 euros per person by prior reservation. We went to the Asian! (liked it very much 5 out of 5) and in Italian (4 out of 5). The meat alyakart was given to us as a compliment for free (the most delicious dish turned out to be baklava with ice cream).
Non-alcoholic beverages (water, cola, ayran) are always available in refrigerators. Cocktails and alko and bezalko are super!!!
The main restaurant is cute. In order to eat in comfort, you need to go TO rush hour at any time of the day. Waiters are like sleepy flies. The plate is not removed, the drink is not brought.
Beach, pier:
Plastic sun beds with a compacted mesh. The condition of the sunbeds is monitored, there were no broken ones. Towels are pleasant to the touch, not super terry and already tired (dry cleaning did not always cope with stains). The distance between people on the beach is catastrophically small. Due to the 95% occupancy of the hotel, there was not even 1 meter between the sun beds, there can be no question of privacy. Sun beds can be "booked" with a towel from morning to evening. We started to monitor this only towards the end of our vacation. If there were no personal items, the towel was taken from the hotel staff's sunbed.
The pier is clean, there is a shower. The bar on the beach is modest, on the pier 50 \ 50. It was necessary to look for free places on the beach by 10.00, but in general there were always a couple of sunbeds available. Entry into the sea is generally normal: small pebbles at the beginning, sand, cliff. At low tide, all this increases, but if you sail away to the pier level, then there is a 180 cm tall man standing on a sandbank.
Activity:
There is an animation team, conducts some activities (yoga). There is a children's club! Animation with children works from morning until late at night, during the evening shows by the pool, the children were busy with their activities.
Evening shows and music:
Shows from invited artists every other day, start late at 21.30. You can go have fun. But if you are late to the beginning, it is problematic to find a free place. Live music after the show. There is also music in the lobby every day. In the evening, you can find something to your liking.
Vacationers:
The audience is cool and diverse, 50% foreigners and 50% ours with immigrants from the CIS. There were no conflict situations between tourists. Together (a couple, lovers, young married couples) will be bored.
The territory is large and well maintained. It's green, there are places with shade. The hotel is event-oriented. The zones are divided, and vacationers intersect only in restaurants.
Other:
The hotel is located almost at the beginning of Lara Street. You can walk to the shops (polo and English home, pharmacy have opened), you can take a bus from the bus stop to the terrace and Antalya mall, you can take a taxi (there is a button in the hotel itself, but the price is still not given by taximeter).
The reception staff (several counters) left an ambiguous impression. Frankly, they weren't rude, but I can't call them friendly. There are a lot of people, as well as on the gestrelation. Personal managers are cool. All questions were answered promptly, no wonder they do not part with the phone without a hint.
I rate the hotel at 5, since nothing critical has happened. But not 10 out of 10 after all.

There are very few green areas, only one alley, on both sides of the hotel there are other hotels located quite close, the noise of generators, construction equipment, tractors, garbage being loaded with a roar is constantly heard... Smoking is allowed on the balconies, so if a neighbor smokes, non-smokers accept my condolences. And even if you get an elite room in the central section with a view of two bare football fields with a couple of dozen palm trees on the side, along a single alley, you will be covered with smoke from the grill during the day, and in the evening from garbage burned in the trash 5 meters from the hotel.
If you want to relax, CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE.

We organized a group for 600 people. The hotel is no longer in good condition to receive guests, renovation is required on all fronts. They can move into a small room (be careful with this, it is listed as a Standart in their system), the manager helped me and I moved. We have already done three events at the hotel in two years and I can safely say that the quality of service, services, cuisine is slipping down. I do not recommend considering this hotel for business conferences, only in case of urgent need.
Essentially: room cleaning takes place between 10 and 11 in the morning. If the room is occupied, no subsequent cleaning is done on that day. There are mosquitoes in the room, but the reception provides liquid mosquito repellent. The number of rooms is watered down, air conditioners do not work everywhere.
Alcohol: there are three bars. In the bar where the billiards is located, alcohol is interfered with. The quality is disgusting. More or less only in the Excel bar, in other places it's worse, be careful.
SPA: reviews from the band members - everything is ok.
WA assistant: it is not always added, so when checking in, make sure that you are added to the WA group.
Life hack: ask for an orthopedic pillow. It is very difficult to sleep on ordinary ones.
Pastry: generally good
Reception: overall ok
Staff: except the waiters are generally polite.
I am writing on October 25, 2023. Let's see what happens to this hotel next, but it is objectively not worth its money. Now his level is 4 stars with a big stretch.

We arrived with two children (5 years old and 1 year old), we understood in advance that the hotel was not for children.
The overall impression is that everything looks very cool and beautiful, but it's worth dropping all the flaws on your face. The hotel welcomes anyone, but not families with children. They are ready to accept families with cats, dogs, non-traditional couples, a lot of gays and strange stoned youth. At the same time, there is a children's club and a water park on the territory.
According to the club, it is very weak, one small room for children, but we read about it and knew where we were going. According to the water park, the water is very cold, it is stated to be 20 degrees, but possibly lower. It is also very cold in the pools, the heated one has been turned off since May 1st. We were offered to go to the pool in the spa area, well, such a pleasure.
The rooms are hastily made, of poor quality. the room is poorly cleaned, the floors are constantly dirty.
The staff is diverse. A very pleasant bartender in the main building, Veronica, and disgusting bartenders on the beach, ignore and stupidly lazy to do their job.
The beach is normal, the only wooden paths are not prepared for the new summer season, my husband, my children and I put on the mausoleum on the first day.
Everything is fine with the food, the only global plus, everyone writes about it.

A wonderful hotel! We have not seen such a quality of food in any of the neighboring hotels, the bar is a special thanks, there are absolutely all popular drinks, and the bartenders in any bar make absolutely any cocktails! For the convenience of guests, a personal manager is attached to each room (not to be confused with the concierge service), who helps with organizational issues in WhatsApp and sends a schedule of activities and entertainment programs every morning, and there are just an incredible number of them here. There is a full-fledged aqua park and 2 pools on the territory, we rested in early September and the water in them was about 27 °. The beach strip is wide, there are enough sun loungers, we came around 10 and could always find free ones, there was a party at the pier in the bar every other day. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable with a set of different pillows and huge. There are Loxitan cosmetics in the bathroom! If you want to visit this hotel and be satisfied, you need to understand that the hotel has a sports bias and most of it is given over to 2 professional football fields, as well as a large fitness center, so there is no green area with a garden where you can walk. The hotel also accepts guests with pets.

A hotel with a double impression, exclusively for adults! We had a rest in October 2022 2 adults + children 10 and 2.5liters, as well as our friends 2 adults + 1 child. The hotel has a lot of BUT... the service is disgusting, you will always get spoons / forks, etc., the restaurant on the beach is just a bunch of lazy people. Children's Club:on the playground in the evening, the smoke from the Turkish restaurant is simply unbearable (see photo), the toys are dead, the staff is good. Water park-there is one slide. Baby food for kids will be organized for you (delicious by the way), but it will be a roulette every day-maybe it will be, or maybe not. The windows are dirty in the common lobby, cleaning the room is bullshit, of course.My child was covered with a glass table (see photo) when he leaned on it with a typewriter, it turned out they were not fixed at all. We were complimented for all this when I wrote to the manager about everything, in the end I just deleted it because it was useless!!! Starbucks is like that, for me, a Nescafe corner (there is decaf coffee there) and a tea room is better. An Italian restaurant is just a joke to chickens, but I recommend Turkish! A good hotel for adults:the alcohol is excellent, the sea is normal (not the best option for kids), the show is super, Antalya is nearby. We chose because of the proximity to shopping and the presence of a playground for children on the street, which turned out to be a huge disadvantage.

We rested in Nirvana Cosmopolitan from 10.08 to 08.19.22. The hotel is just super, we do not pay attention to all sorts of little things for repairs and all that. Rooms with neon lights, cosmetics in the bathroom are L'oxitan , the cleaning is good, there are no complaints. Food is generally a separate topic - a variety of breakfasts, a large selection of cheeses, parmesan is cooked and served right in a huge head, excellent serving. All kinds of sausages, ham, basturma. A sea of dried fruits, nuts, fruits, exotic fruits are also served as in Thai. Italian ice cream, Japanese ice cream, sushi. All kinds of soups, fish (salmon, tuna, dorada, sea bass, there is still fish, I did not understand the name) oysters, shrimps, it's just a gastronomic paradise! Cocktails at the lobby bar
are beyond words, an incredible serving with fireworks, fruits ! A separate large coffee shop! The assortment is a delight! All kinds of cakes, handmade chocolates, ice cream, just a paradise for a sweet tooth!
There is also a Starbucks in the hotel! In the evening, there is a party atmosphere in the hotel lobby, live music, a grand piano, performances by artists, live vocals! Fabulous evening shows! The professionalism of the artists is a delight! Live music, orchestra, singers are just bravo! On the pier, a DJ is playing super trendy music in the bar, a very pleasant atmosphere!

We had Vlad's guide - an incredibly charming girl, a professional in her field! The staff is very friendly, it's so nice!

We rested at this hotel from 08/20 to 08/27. There are no questions for bartenders, waiters, spa staff, food, alcohol. There are questions about everything else. They provide the service of a personal assistant who does not solve your questions, he is always not in his place, the assistant does not respond to your messages / questions / requests, you have to solve them yourself or through a manager. The only person who really works for the benefit of this hotel is the beautiful Ekaterina Malysheva, who solved absolutely all our issues, which were supposed to be solved by a personal assistant. Next, questions about the numbers. The description said that the rooms were renovated in 2021. Where is this renovation, the big question. The air conditioners in the rooms are noisy, creaking, flowing(!). If the repair was done, it was very sloppy and very mediocre. First, they settled into a terrible room, which had a terrible smell of sewage, while this room was lower in category than what was paid for. After a long scandal at the reception, they were moved to a room of the right category. In general, I would like to say that the hotel administration, in principle, is not in the mood for dialogue and creating comfort for you. We wanted to arrange a late check-out, to which they offered us a price of 20 € per hour(!), after the same long scandal, we extended the room in another building. Firstly, the room in the other building had a terrible door in the toilet, which did not close, and secondly, after 1.5 hours of absence from the room, the air conditioner flowed there, which flooded almost the entire floor and almost wet things.
Therefore, before going to this hotel, think about the cons and pros. I attach the corresponding photos of the "repair" and the air conditioner.
