The cave is big, interesting, and it's cool that the train takes you there. The children are delighted. The guide tells an interesting story, but with an accent it is sometimes difficult to understand. The price for 2 children + 2 children is 2000 rubles. For photographing 50 rubles. But no one checks whether they have been paid or not. Be sure to take a walk after in the gorge, to the station, waterfall, monastery.
A lot of positive emotions, a photo for memory. The mystery and grandeur of the underground atmosphere are amazing! I really liked it! The children will be happy too, be sure to visit there!
It's a beautiful place. It's amazing to touch the creations of millions of years... If you suffer from claustrophobia, it is better not to attend this tour
This is a magnificent piece of Nature! I was amazed by the scale and acoustics of this place! Silence ! People should be sent there to put their thoughts in order! Magnificent splendor! I recommend it to everyone!
The cave is beautiful, the tour is interesting - take jackets. It is not written on the ticket office what time the next tour is, from how long to how long it works, it is also not clear that everyone comes up and asks each other "where is the cashier", "and when will the tickets be sold". They sell tickets while they are there, the number of seats in the group is limited, the tour is every hour, we managed to buy tickets in an hour, people have been waiting for us for 2 hours. It is not clear where to go, in general, the organization is so-so, there are few parking spaces and parking is paid, if you stop by car before reaching the entrance, you can park the car before reaching the place below where the turn to the Hermitage and the Pcesta station, there are cafes and a dining room on the left. The cost of tickets to the cave is 500 rubles and 50 rubles for shooting, no one asks for tickets for shooting.
Terrible organization service!
1. There is no card payment
2. When paying 700 rubles for a ticket, they also require a fee for the toilet, where there is not even something to dry your hands with.
3. Paid parking on the very territory of the building, how does it work at all?! People come to visit you, they pay a lot of money for admission! Take the example of the Erarta Museum in St. Petersburg, where a subscription for a year costs 1000 rubles!
4. There is no organization in queues, the locals climb without a queue.
5. Also, photos in the cave are paid, it is also not clear why this is and how it works, nonsense.
6. There is a lot of garbage in the caves behind the fences!
The verdict is that visiting this place is an unnecessary hassle and a senseless waste of money! Obviously, everything is not made for people.
Of all that I liked, it was accompanied by a guide, who accused clearly and briefly, well, the caves themselves are beautiful.
The cave is amazing, it is a miracle of nature. But the service...He's not here, but what else can you expect? There is a huge queue at the entrance, confusion over time, guides blindly climb without a queue. The attitude towards tourists is terrible on the part of the locals. Entrance is 700 rubles per person
Something like that :

It was a long time ago, back in Soviet times. I liked everything very much then. A huge cave with a bunch of beautiful halls. In my opinion, the largest cave I have visited so far.
Everyone who was in Abkhazia had to visit this cave! It is clean, beautiful, there is Parking for the car...well done for keeping such a cave in almost perfect condition!!!
We were the first to arrive again, but we would like to have more information during the tour. Long queues were waiting for a little over an hour. there was little place to wait, more specifically, there was nowhere to sit while waiting in line for the tour, since there was little bench to wait on.
The cave is very beautiful. But the so-called excursion is about nothing. Guys, at least Google it, read Wikipedia, tell us about the cave. And not just what kind of stone looks like a monkey's head.
Abkhazians learn and learn the service and the ability to sell a service
As in all caves, it's cool! Warm clothes are rented at the entrance. You take the subway to the place - such a micro journey) the cave is impressive in size, you feel like a grain of sand in it. The guide let me down. He was so tired of everything that apart from trying to sell us local stones, he was not interested in anything. He didn't tell me much, and he was unhappy
The outlet tunnels are made incorrectly. The cave is too drained. It was necessary to make the tunnels higher so that there was a certain water level. It is surprising that scientists have not said this until now. Or they weren't asked. The biocenosis of the cave is collapsing, it is difficult to breathe in it - my wife and I coughed for several days, since there is a dry suspension in the air. It is a pity that the nature of the cave has been damaged by ill-considered human actions.

The caves are interesting large halls, they differ from the Crimean ones. Both are interesting,
The price is 700, it's better to go in the morning, there are fewer excursions, parking is paid, I put it lower at the dining room in which we then ate
I'm thrilled. You visited in 2014, now you visited in May 2021- big changes. A new and comfortable train, lighting, drainage and, of course, fences and paths. Thank you very much. You are great fellows, so everything has changed for the better. It is a pity that the discoverer of the cave has died. Let's get together with the team.
Crowds of idleness-addled visitors are looking for something to entertain themselves with ... the guide repeats everything for them twice. Visitors have no questions, but they buy souvenirs well.
About the organization of the visit. The maximum number of tickets is sold. The carriages of the train that takes visitors from the entrance to the caves are packed to capacity. They are designed for a certain number of seats. That's how they sell stand-up tickets! As a result, poor citizens travel like on the subway during rush hour.
Payment is like everywhere else here. The ticket is 500 rubles. Few. Parking space. 200 rubles plus. Not enough again. Another 50 rubles. Permission to shoot.
The caves are monochrome, uninteresting from the point of view of the breed. The size is exceptional. Very big ones.
It is worth a visit, the tour includes a train ride to the entrance to the cave, a walking route through the caves, six halls. The only drawback is the queue at the checkout. Organized excursions are allowed ahead, and if you drive yourself, then wait in line.
It's really big! And very impressive. Mysterious drifts, lakes, stalactites, semi-darkness. It is interesting to walk inside the mountain and see what it consists of)
The most incredible place I've been. It is amazing in its size. If you are in Abkhazia, be sure to visit, it is indescribably majestic, beautiful and grandiose. And a little scary☺️
Well, what else can you say about the cave? I was in it for the 3rd time and every time I discover something new. In a word: GRANDIOSE!!! I think that if a person was in Abkhazia and was not in the cave, he was not in Abkhazia at all...
We were in May. We arrived 1 hour before the opening and took tickets for 2 sessions later. They will arrange excursions and pick up almost all tickets. I liked everything in the cave itself, it was slippery in places, but clean. 2 guides. I recommend.
