As a rule, I buy air tickets directly through the airline. But this time I had to use the services of this service, because I did not find such a flight on the airline's website. A couple of weeks later, the airline sent a message about the cancellation of the flight with an offer to contact the agency where the tickets were purchased to issue a refund, which I did. As a result, for the 3rd month I have not been able to get my money paid for tickets back. I have repeatedly contacted the support service, but they complain about the high workload and "feed" with promises. At first, they justified themselves by saying that they were waiting for confirmation from the airline. I was not lazy and contacted the airline's support service, where I was told that since May of this year, confirmation is not required for the return of tickets to this agency. When I contacted the agency's support service again and brought this information, they replied, again referring to the high load, that the refund was in the process of calculation and promised to make it in the near future, while they refused to specify specific dates. I really would not like to, but it seems that in order to get my money back, I will have to spend my time and contact the appropriate authorities with a complaint. So, if you value your money, time and nerves, I recommend avoiding this "office".

What do Onetwotrip services look like from the outside in a simple and factual example: 1) I bought a Nordwind ticket for 1,900 rubles from the Onetwotrip aggregator (WHITE TRAVEL LLC). Flight N4-207, e-ticket No.2166115906016, reservation G0798L 2) The airline cancelled the flight. The refund must be made at the place of purchase - i.e. from Onetwotrip (WHITE TRAVEL LLC) without any commissions and sanctions. 3) In order to return 1900, I have to pay (WHITE TRAVEL LLC) a "fee" of 400 rubles. I.e. violation of Article 25 of the ZoZPP. 4) In order to "legalize" the fee, WHITE TRAVEL LLC separated the ticket refund procedure from the procedure for buying the same ticket, which is acceptable in the absence of legal regulation, but absolutely unacceptable in a normal civilized society. Such dealers are "steering" so far only because there is no regulation of this process, and they are creating lawlessness. The question is not 400 rubles, but in principle. OneTwoTrip is White Travel LLC HORROR!!!!! On 02/22/2020, through this company, we had the imprudence to purchase a flight by Emirates Airline, (departure date 13.05.2020) Moscow-Dubai-Moscow, for a family of two adults and two small children (Order number P05349402). On 03/25/2020, well-known events began in the world, as a result of which all flights were canceled. We were sympathetic to this situation and agreed to the offer from OneTwoTrip to postpone the flight date to a later time. By phone, the company's manager, remotely, canceled our flight on the scheduled date of 05/13/2020, as a forced refusal and issued a request for a new date on 09/16/2020. Which we had to agree to. 1.5 months have passed after making a request to change the flight date, and suddenly, on 05/01/2020, we receive an SMS from OneTwoTrip that we urgently need to pay 9,000 rubles for the forced reissue (through no fault of our own) of the flight to a new date. And if we do not pay within 2 hours, then we receive a refusal for the flight. Of course we are shocked. We start calling OneTwoTrip (the waiting time on the phone connection is 30 minutes). There (when they got through to OneTwoTrip), the manager of the OneTwoTrip travel agency explained to us that they wanted to charge us this amount for banal ticket renewal. Of course, we were outraged and explained to them that the Emirates airline itself changes tickets for free (in parallel with this call, we got through to the airline, which explained to us that they change flight dates for free) and that for an unfulfilled, OneTwoTrip travel agency, we do not have to pay such money, but for turnover, according to the idea, the travel agency owes us to pay a penalty (we did not demand a penalty). As a result, the manager said that they have such extortionate rules and due to the fact that we did not transfer money to them within 2 hours, our flight was canceled. That is, we were left without money and without a flight. We have not seen such lawlessness for a long time. I am sure that my review will be read by the management of OneTwoTrip (they always read all reviews about themselves) and will contact me for a pre-trial settlement of the conflict. If this happens, then I will definitely continue my review here, with information to the readers about how this problem was (and whether it was solved at all). If I do not continue this review, it means that the OneTwoTrip travel agency still threw us for money. We are waiting..... In continuation of the previously stated: Today is January 13, 2021. The money was never returned to us. The airline says that all the money for our tickets has long been transferred back to the OneTwoTrip tour operator, but they have not reached us. The tour operator claims that the airline allegedly does not return them. The airline states that the refund period is 21 days. Our friends got it back pretty quickly, but they took it directly from Emirates. We are preparing documents for the court.
