In short: veiled lies on the site, lack of communication skills with customers from call center operators. About the hotel, I will only say that we sent a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor as a result (accommodation in a room with mold and all that follows, the hotel is 4 stars).
The most interesting thing is that it is impossible to leave a review on the website and in the application! I wrote in support on September 8th. The answer was received on December 10 that it is no longer possible to leave a review:) but in the future it is possible now. Amazing self-confidence that someone would contact their service after that.
It's a pity you can't put the stars in the negative.
We are trying to exchange the departure date of the Etihad flight for the coming weeks, instead of departure in a month. Onetwotrip says the same thing for a week as for everyone - they will consider it closer to the departure date, which is absurd, we need to return home as soon as possible due to the child's illness, and not closer to the departure date. 😡

For the first time in my life, I leave a negative review. The fact is that I needed to exchange tickets with a change in date (order number T21575214038).
Due to the fact that the tickets were purchased long before the trip, I contacted OneTwoTrip a month in advance to clarify all the details and possibilities of ticket exchange. OneTwoTrip staff assured me that it would be possible to issue a refund for the first segment of tickets (Moscow - Phuket), and for the second segment (Phuket - Moscow) to change the date. The employee made an application and, when asked about when information about the possibility of exchanging tickets would be available, replied that requests were processed closer to the departure dates and had to wait. During this month, I also called OneTwoTrip in the hope of getting information, but in vain, the staff told me to wait.
As a result, there is a week left before departure on the first flight, I call again, OneTwoTrip employees answer that we need to wait and the information will come the day before departure. I call the day before departure, because there is no information again and long conversations and clarification begin, because each employee broadcasts different information. It turns out that it may not be possible to make an exchange, because we do not fly on the first flight, and in general it is better to check directly with the carrier company. They offer to make an application for an exchange, AGAIN!!!! There is no answer to the questions that we specifically addressed a month ago and it turns out that the work on the application was not carried out in principle. They say try to contact them directly.
I contact Etihad directly, an employee tells me that it turns out that I will not be able to partially change these tickets, because if I do not use the first part of the ticket, then everything will be canceled👌🏻😁 Thanks to a girl named Sofia for her help and really sensible advice, she helped at least take us off the flight so as not to pay fines for not showing up on the flight and told us to contact the exchange of all segments of the ticket for a new one with a date change. I repeat, the information in OneTwoTrip varied and was generally incorrect.
After communicating with representatives of the airline, it became easier and there was hope for a successful resolution of the situation, because all that remained was to arrange a ticket exchange. I call OneTwoTrip again, they assure me that there is an application for an exchange, wait.
I'm waiting.
On the day of departure, an email arrives stating that the exchange request has been rejected, the reason is no tickets. I remind you that we applied for a month in order not to get into such a situation, but apparently no one dealt with the application for a month, but remembered about it the day before departure.
I call OneTwoTrip again, the staff says that yes, there are no more tickets for this flight, but there is an identical one for the next day (for us this is a FUNDAMENTAL moment, to fly on the requested date, not the next day), but in a desperate situation we agree. We wait. Almost immediately, the letter of "happiness" comes back to the post office with another rejection of the refund request and the comment "exchange is not allowed". And by tradition, the bell. The employee clarifies the information, and then simply says that the exchange is not allowed due to the fact that the starting point of departure differs from the one requested in the exchange (there was Moscow-Phuket and back, now Phuket-Moscow) and that they will not help anything, because intermediaries, i.e. the ticket can only be exchanged with departure from Moscow, although I'm not even sure about that anymore :) Contact us directly. That's such a wonderful story. When asked why it was impossible to say this, for example, a month ago or at least not today, and that this is stupidly incompetence of OneTwoTrip employees, again some strange comments that we just take applications, and then something happens there.
The clowning is a month long, there are no words and comments, what to do now is generally unclear, because our departure date falls on the New Year holidays and it is clear that these days there is a problem with tickets, especially closer to the date. But OneTwoTrip just asked to wait.
THINK TWICE BEFORE CONTACTING THIS COMPANY. THE TERRIBLE INCOMPETENCE OF THE STAFF AND THE LACK OF REAL HELP IN SOLVING ISSUES.
We purchased tickets two weeks before departure Kaliningrad- Moscow 07.02.2023 (Yakutia Airline). 02.02.2023 a message came from Yakutia Airlines - the flight was canceled. We applied to One Two Trip for a refund ...... And then it started 👎 For the refund of tickets is not our fault - the agency's commission is charged (800₽). The operator issued an application on 02.02.23 for a refund, and who is still there on 02.28.23! Permanent unsubscriptions from the operator - your application is under consideration! I do not recommend One Two Trip! You will lose time and money👎
I do not recommend it to anyone. My story with this office: tickets were bought in one direction directly from the airline, and back through onetwotrip by another company. It did not work out to fly there due to the cancellation of the flight, I had to hand over my tickets back. Tickets were bought refundable, this is important. A refund request has been submitted and ... no reaction from the company. The calls did not bring any benefit, no one cares, no one seems to read the letters at all. I found out from phone conversations that the deadline for considering a refund is 2 months (!) plus 21 days for transferring money. All deadlines are out. I wrote a review full of gratitude for all this on their website. Of course, it was not published, but of course, an email came requesting confirmation of the ticket refund. But not just like that, the letter specified a response time for it, 2 hours! Two hours after three months of waiting. That is, he did not answer at the time - fuck you, not the money, it turns out to be his own fault. I managed to respond at the specified time, I received an email saying that they sent a request to the airline (3 months after the cancellation of the ticket). I'm waiting for further developments, but it's clear that I probably won't get the money back.
Even if all this ends well for me and the money is returned to me, it's all the same, to give 40000r of your money for 3 ... 4 months, it's unclear to whom and wait for a so-so event.
Don't mess with onetwotrip.
