The hotel has a gorgeous territory. A beautiful huge beach. But the rooms are terribly dirty, all the linen is covered in black hair, the floors are stained, mirrors and handles are dirty. They forgot to clean the room today. The food is as usual as in any top five Turkey. A nice children's room. If you go to the hotel, then do not wait for a miracle and something beyond unique for Turkey. An ordinary hotel, poor cleaning, very average food.

Great hotel. Comfortable accommodation, cozy rooms, a huge well-groomed territory, a lot of swimming pools, excellent cuisine. Entertainment for every taste (sports club, play areas, classes with animators). A well-organized children's center, a separate huge recreation area for children with its own pool, slides and an amusement park. I liked everything very much.

After an hour of sitting on the couch and calling the operator, the issue was resolved without money. Among the disadvantages are poor cleaning, dead lawn, dirty beach, rusty tents on the beach. Among the advantages are good food, a large territory, an excellent complex of slides. A separate complex for children is included in the dignity.

The chic five of the deluxe category. A huge green and well-groomed territory between the Tauras mountains and the sea; three beaches, one of which with a jetty and loose sand, there are two piers; spacious and clean rooms (for the first time I saw a shower and a bathtub at the same time in the hotel + a separate dressing room in the standard room, I did not see deluxe villas, I imagine that there) sooo friendly and helpful the staff (really fulfill all wishes, within reasonable limits, of course), try to pay attention to everyone, do everything to leave a good impression of the hotel; the contingent is Russian-speaking / Europeans 50/50; the food is beyond praise (in April in the main restaurant: strawberries, kiwis, pineapples, apples, pears, oranges, grapefruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner; fresh juices in unlimited quantity (during the day in the vitamin bar) delicious ice cream and a huge assortment of Turkish sweets; fresh walnuts, honey in honeycombs, a variety of dried fruits; seafood: Argentine giant shrimp, mussels; grilled fish (sea bass, dorado); several types meat (lamb is cooked very tasty); a variety of good cheeses; there is a children's and vegetarian table; during the day they feed at the restaurant on the beach (a lot of fast food, for those who miss it), everything is delicious and rich, but rather monotonous... every day there is some new dish, and the main menu is repeated....but there are several exquisite a la carte restaurants (Japanese, Mexican, Chinese...) for those who are tired of the phenomena of the main restaurants; a large water park in the hotel + free access to Land of Legends; a huge children's entertainment center (I did not enter the territory, I saw only from the outside); evening shows at the hotel at the level (not amateur activity)....in general, the hotel cannot be compared with cheaper Turkish fives...how I visited paradise) I want to come back in the fall)

We took a suite with a Jacuzzi and panarama windows overlooking the sea. The view is great, it's time to refresh everything else. The conder didn't work, the cabinets are generally ridiculous. It's great that there are two balconies and two bathrooms. the node. One balcony with sun beds. A room for two with a 5 year old child, but there was one bed. The territory and leisure are at the highest level, everything is cool.

The territory is good. You can take a walk along the embankment. The hotel is noisy. More suitable for the very young) Average nutrition. Bartenders sew up and dilute drinks to the utmost. Everything is clean and beautiful. The A la carte restaurants are good. A good kids club with a children's restaurant.

Who writes all these great reviews??
The hotel is not chic at all: there is NO cleaning, the food is ordinary, the cocktails are tasteless (teach them how to make cocktails correctly!), champagne and wine are disgusting! I had to drink strong drinks.
The beach is narrow and pebbly, there are always not enough sunbeds, there is no service on the beach, cocktails are not made at the beach bar!
Freshly squeezed juice - only in the morning! The rest of the time: chemical crap.
Normal coffee only at the reception: is it so difficult to make a normal cappuccino everywhere??
In October, when the hotel was filled to the maximum, there was no normal daytime and evening program. Only at 9 p.m. there was a short-lived show program, and then: a daily dollop to the "sad dance"!!!! Have you tried changing the music at least sometimes??? I was sick for 3 days and no one danced to it - the dance floor was always empty - nothing, does it bother you?
I remembered another funny thing: have you tried to bring napkins to the table without a request???
In a word: shame.
This hotel is not worth the money at all.

We had a rest in late October and early November. At first, I liked everything. A huge territory with a beautiful park of pines, citrus fruits and many other plants. A large beach divided into three parts by a breakwater. There are many cafes, restaurants, a water park, a world class hall... But two days after our check-in, a thousand Turkish urologists arrived at the conference, and chaos ensued. There was nothing in the restaurant, and there were queues for food. The girl from the guest service responded rudely to my demands to open a second restaurant: "You chose this tour yourself!" This discrepancy between the level of the Rixos network greatly overshadowed the rest. In the end, Prada, the senior administrator personally apologized. And also: the rooms are quite spacious, but old. The cleaning is bad - not scrupulous. And in general, the hotel is outdated - a lot of junk, literally.

We are resting here now. This is the seventh time in Rixos hotels. Suits everything. but the room cleaning is wildly annoying, it was cleaned only once, on the second day of rest. In principle, I do not leave tips for cleaning in Rixos, since the price tag is already very decent. I do not leave tips., they do not clean, last year I rested in Amara, in Tekirova, cleaning clearly before lunch, never even saw who cleaned and when. If someone from the administration reads the review, number 1721, has now put empty cans of coke, beer and water in the corridor under the door, the sight is normal for three stars, but abnormal for Rixos.

I expected more from this hotel. I had a rest on December 24-28, the animation is weak. 24 some group came, it was a lot of fun, everyone liked it.
The other 3 days are boring in the evening.
There was also a disco, but this was while the medical forum was coming, after they left for the disco there were 15 people in the club-and this is with us
The food is monotonous, these days there is not 1 seafood (no mussels, no shrimp at least). It's shameful for this ruler.
One of the advantages is a really warm pool in winter.
Will I go to Rixos again in winter-definitely not!

Be careful not to leave your belongings at Rixos Sangate. My son's fanny pack was stolen during dinner at a restaurant and nothing was done to correct the situation by either the security service or the management of Rixos Sangate. Terrible attitude towards regular customers

I'm currently resting at the hotel, I can't wait to get home! This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed in! They position themselves as premium, it's not a shame)) alcohol is just gibberish, it's scary to drink a cocktail, how can people even offer to drink it without remorse! That is, if you expect to have fun in a light alcoholic intoxication - this is not here , a couple of cocktails and a hole in the stomach is provided for sure . The food is disgusting , there is little choice and despite this, what is offered is impossible to eat ! If you are a coffee lover, forget about normal coffee for the duration of the trip. A la carte wasted money! There is a mini bar in the room - a couple of cans of cola and water! It was poorly cleaned ! The staff seems to feel hatred , already in the morning they are angry , do not fit , do not respond ! The plate is served at the distribution in such a way that you need to seize the moment so that your fingers are not knocked out with the same plate ! Who writes positive reviews I don't understand?? The juice , supposedly freshly squeezed, is a mixture of picketed with vinegar ! Invigorates in the morning , undoubtedly !

It is a paradise for children . There is a huge territory and there are a lot of places where you can get lost from people, and just get high from a minimum number of people. You walk like in a post-apocalyptic movie - people ow)))) I liked the spa complex, fresh juices (apple, carrot, orange) are not bags, a very awesome gym complex and programs. A huge green area. There are definitely more advantages! And the park of legends is taken from the hotel, - I definitely recommend it for the trip👍

The eleventh time is now in this hotel. It's the first time in winter, but everything is great. The suite is all cleaned up, the compliment in the room is updated daily. The pool is super. The sauna keeps a hundred constantly. The food, as always, is out of competition.
