If you want to wake up at 4 a.m. from a drunken shout from the staff hired to work at Rixos Sungete, then you are definitely here. Sleepless nights with loud music from a portable speaker near your rooms are provided for you. And now the facts . On the night of June 18-19, my family , children, as well as other families vacationing in the "sosnovy bor" Rixos Sungete were brazenly awakened at 4 a.m. by a drunken company of football coaches coaching children at the hotel, led by former Zenit and Spartak midfielder Vladimir Bystrov . There were no guards or other hotel staff near the ongoing bacchanalia . I had to go out on my own to this raging company of drunken men and their women with a request to stop it and turn off the music . In response to requests , she was forced to listen to a number of threats , rudeness , obscenities and statements that none of the guards or police would intervene in this situation . At the same time, the reception and guest service did not respond at this time , they seemed to be asleep , as well as the Security and other hotel staff . This incident allowed me to doubt the safety of being on the territory of this hotel. There are no surveillance cameras anywhere on the territory , as well as guards in case of conflict. So no one is responsible for the safety and quiet nights of the hotel guests. I am extremely disappointed with the reaction of the Rixos staff and the admission of such an inappropriate situation on the territory of the hotel. In fairness and to maintain the serious status and stardom of the hotel , I want the hotel management to read my complaint and take appropriate measures , specifically organize round-the-clock security of the hotel , as well as draw appropriate conclusions regarding the hired staff and terminate any further cooperation with them . And personally, Vladimir Bystrov wants to say: "Such disgusting behavior is not only not worthy of a man, but also not worthy of a coach educating our younger generation ."

We were in Rixos Sunget for 7 days , then extended for another 7 and my friend was attacked by men there and hit her , the hotel management evicted us from there , the next day these men attacked other girls and also tried to evict them , the hotel management is not competent , because the wife of these men works in a travel agency , and they went there at a big discount, we spent $10t on a vacation that was ruined.

Dear hotel owners, if you decide to close the hotel completely, then doing nothing is the right decision. There is no animation, there is a dining room in the main restaurant. It's better not to go to dinner. There are plastic napkins on the tables, like in a rundown canteen. Sorry. It was a wonderful place.

Great hotel! The rooms are a little outdated, but this does not affect the comfort. The huge territory will allow you to have a great time even without leaving the hotel. It is difficult to call it a hotel, rather an independent resort for several thousand people. I recommend a room with a view of the mountains, not the sea - it is very quiet, and with a view of the sea - there will definitely be a noisy night program. The food is excellent and is available without restrictions almost around the clock. I recommend visiting a children's club - this is an area with entertainment for children, but adults will also find it very cozy and interesting there. There is also a cafe with desserts and ice cream - very tasty. I also recommend looking for an area with VIP rooms on the territory to the left of the main entrance - in front of them there is a beautiful swimming pool and an open cafe - a very romantic place with pleasant music. It is much better than the main evening recreation area where the music is rumbling.

The hotel does not match the price!!! They focus on holding concerts, the rest of the time there is almost no animation in the hotel, in the evening there is a show (it's the same thing every day), then a disco with Russian hits, you won't fall asleep until 12 o'clock, yells at the whole hotel, and you don't want to dance to it on the dance floor for 3 people. The beach is terrible!!! Part of it is sandy, but the entrance is covered in stones and closed by a cash register and therefore the water is dirty and muddy, the second part is completely stone, you can't go in without karal slippers. The food is like in the average 5 (it doesn't pull at the cost either)

Years go by, repairs are not being done. The rooms are old, all worn out, killed. We came to the concerts for a "rest". As a result, we were very disappointed, since the service is disgusting, most likely due to the fact that it does not cope with the crowd. The food is so-so, the choice is not great, and only fast food is in the majority. Thank you for at least making a new hall with World Class. The worst thing is that you can't get enough sleep here either, the music plays until 1:30, so loud, as if the bells are under your ear. And these are not the same concerts, but just parties. So the cleaners are banging on the door at 8:00 every morning, the question is FOR WHAT?! and why?! Do you really think that most people on vacation get up at this time? Especially after your "parties". Moreover, they don't have the strength to clean up. As soon as we arrived, the room was, and still is, dirty: the mirrors are stained, the floors are too, there are some stains and chips everywhere = A NIGHTMARE.
Today we were not allowed to go to the pier, which costs $ 100, saying come after 18. What should I do there after 18?! The beach is disgusting, pebbles, cut my leg. It is better to swim only from the pier. Be careful with things, there are a lot of thieves, our shorts were stolen while we were swimming.
240 thousand is worth this "wonderful vacation"
This is our fifth time at the hotel, and it was better before.

We had a vacation with children in October 2021. There are not enough tables for breakfast and dinner , but you can find them . The beach is average , the corals cut the legs . There are not enough sun beds , and this is October (the end of the month), which is scary to imagine in the season. And the most important thing that upset me was that 5000 rubles were stolen in the room.The money was in a backpack on the table , opened and taken away . Of course, everything needs to be put in a safe , but rummaging through things is not pleasant . This is the first time in Turkey in 8 years . The concert may be canceled , so how lucky !

The hotel is good, but it needs to be renovated, the food is normal, but many restaurants do not work, including a sushi restaurant, very old rooms: the water partition is broken in the bathroom and everything flows to the floor, the furniture is all chipped, a moth flies in the room.We arrived on our honeymoon, and they gave us a room with separate beds and asked us to show another document, as if we should take a marriage certificate with us on vacation.There was a persistent smell of urine in the room, apparently small children lived, but we were able to change the room.Bed linen and towels with holes, rooms are poorly cleaned:on the balcony and in the room for several days there are dirty glasses and fruits that have flowed from the heat, which were presented to us in honor of the wedding.Used shampoos and shower gels have not been thrown out in the bathroom for a week.The discos are good and the alcohol is excellent.The waiters and bartenders are great, wearing masks in this heat, they do everything quickly and bring it.In general, if you make repairs and change the cleaning company, then the hotel can safely be given 5 stars.😊
