This is not the first time in this hotel. The last time we visited was a year and a half ago, we decided to return here after the renovation of the hotel. The food and restaurant are great - as always! A large selection of dishes for every taste. And the rest was not pleasant. Over the past year and a half, room cleaning has become much worse, the air conditioning is not working well. I had to contact the customer service department several times. The pools were also poorly cleaned. In general, an ambiguous impression.

A pleasant hotel with a huge swimming pool! The food is excellent and I really liked the beach and the sun beds! Local drinks - delicious champagne, freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. We went on the May holidays - one of the disadvantages is that the pool is not heated and it was very cold.

Greedy hotel owners do not want to expose the proper number of staff. The waiters are in the soap, they can't cope. At the same time, they serve very poorly, not paying attention to families with children, running for European pennies. There are few sun beds. There was abuse for them. We got up at 8 a.m. to take the sun beds with a canopy. Once we didn't have time with the children, we had to book a wooden house for 150 euros per day.
It can be impossible to find an empty table or cutlery in a restaurant, the tables are often dirty, they take a long time to clean, there is a feeling of a canteen. If you are five minutes late for lunch, they will not feed you, the staff sweeps everything away with a bang, the feeling was terrible when several disabled people were brought in a few minutes late and they could not be fed for a long time, only through swearing, Although the food itself is normal, we have no complaints about the chefs. The hotel is like a train station, a lot of incomprehensible rabble. There are constant conferences with incomprehensible people, usually without women. All this is packed to capacity in the evenings by the local foe and bars. It is difficult to sit down somewhere in the evening. The impression is wild, despite the fact that we have been to Turkey many times in other places. I will not advertise.
The hotel is architecturally magnificent but time-worn. In general, I do not recommend it. These are three stars. Don't spoil your vacation.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. Upon arrival, the room was ready, we checked in immediately. The room was on the 1st floor, quiet and cool, overlooking the garden.A chic hotel by all accounts. Delicious and varied food, friendly staff.
The room is cleaned daily.
I would like to extend the path to the pier, in the evening we went for a walk to the pier and 50 meters to the sand, I had to take off my shoes, since the shoes are not beach shoes. It is sad that even on a birthday they do not provide free or a discount on the restaurant, this is the only disadvantage in this hotel. Otherwise, a great place, a decent 5!!!

My child calmly went to the sea on his own at the age of 6 and swims on high waves! The guys are watching him from the Pier, I ask for this in advance! We were in Spice for the first time. I can say that out of 5 there are 4 solid ones. Convenient location, clean rooms, a huge selection of dishes all the time, various performers come to sing songs, shows every evening. In general, everything is great. Love and respect for chefs. There is a cat house! The hotel looks after the animals, but they are not sterilized and there are a lot of kittens. Plus the spa! You don't have to get out there. And cool animation of activity at the pool. Development for you!

We were at this hotel, as they say, out of season, from 02/26/2012 to 02.03.24. I'll tell you this, this is the season for such hotels. We have been to cool, expensive, different hotels - there is something to compare!
It is located 35 km from Antalya airport. We took an individual transfer from the airport to the hotel, there from our travel agent, back from our guide, which greatly reduces the time spent on the way, only 30 minutes, without picking up other tourists and taking them to hotels. The advantage of an individual transfer is that on the day of departure, you can leave much later than on a general transfer.
Briefly about the hotel:
The hotel is just super, starting from arrival.
At the entrance, directly from the transfer, you are met by the doorman, aka Bellman, unloads your suitcases, carries them to the reception, and then to your room.
The reception is a separate story, fast, polite, competent, in Russian, by the way, all the staff at the hotel is Russian-speaking.
The main restaurant: you can write a lot, but I will say briefly - the chef is a professional in his field! Delicious, a huge selection of dishes, a huge restaurant, there is enough space for everyone.There are no queues, jostling, empty plates. The waiters come up as soon as you come into their field of vision and will bring you any drinks on your request. If you have finished your drink, they immediately offer to repeat it or something at your request. You ate, got up and left, immediately completely change the serving with a complete replacement, even napkins. There are a lot of waiters, they work quickly and smoothly.
Lobby bar:

The beach:

The main pool is impressive, it's just huge. There is a huge two-sided stage, an amphitheater on one side, and the second one goes straight into the pool. Many stars come to this hotel, there was a concert by Monatik, Artur Pirozhkov, Buzova, Nyusha, Vera Bredeva, Maruv, singer Maxim, Yulia Savicheva, Natalia Podolskaya, etc. Various politicians came and stayed. - we were lucky , they gave us a big room ;
- swimming pools throughout the territory ;
- we extended the room without any problems .
Minuses :
- they are trying to clean the room at 9 a.m. , I had to lock the door :
- we extended the room to check out later , the cleaner did not stop it , she broke an hour before the room was delivered ;

Near the beach, it works from 13 to 16 and coffee machines are constantly broken there, the order is not brought the first time. I tried to order an ice cream with fruits for three days in a row ( they brought it on the third day )
- when we were sitting near the beach , someone ordered a cocktail at the bar, then the waiter tried it before taking it to the visitor 😱;

- the meat in the restaurant was too spicy some days
- the disco for children is boring ;

The bartenders are good. The guy at the beach bar is just space. Not young, but so nimble. He served cocktails and fruits. In general, I just noticed his activity))) not by age.
The hotel itself is visually like the sultan's house))) all in mirrors, rhinestones, columns, carved velvet furniture. Well, outwardly it's just good. But still, it would be better to pay more attention to the numbers. Broken-down, however. People don't live in the lobby and reception after all.
Next, just a warning to families with small children - do not take a sea view. They didn't warn at the reception that the music was playing until 12 o'clock at night (and sometimes longer), and it sounded as if someone had arranged a disco in the next room. The music itself and the party are not a minus, I'll make a reservation right away. There are just disgusting "faces" at the reception, who sold this view of the sea for an additional fee, seeing that we are with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. When they came to ask for a room change, they said there were no available rooms on the other side, when they appeared, we would inform them, but we would not refund the money. Yes, choke on this money, just move it and let the children sleep peacefully. But ... alas. Alas and ah)) dishonest, just a sediment, ugh.

Rested in October 2023 . We were very satisfied with the rest. The kitchen is 5 points, a lot of fish and seafood, as we like. There was also veal and lamb, chicken was not even tasted, there was such a diverse selection.
Rooms: cleaned every day and very well, changed the linen often.
This hotel has a calm atmosphere, a lot of vacationers from different countries and everyone is friendly.
Of the minuses, a dead beach, some wooden decking and terrible canopies, under which there is no shadow. I had to look for shade by the pools and go to the beach. We saw the sea only when we went swimming.

The only good thing is the coastal area, everything else is not suitable for a 5-star hotel, everything is old, broken, with fallen wallpaper, and not working sinks.
The hotel seems to have good rooms, but the family can't go there. The rooms are poorly cleaned, a man comes with a dry cloth, just wiped everything in 1 minute and disappeared, fortunately towels are changed.
The bathroom is a separate kind of perversion, in order to wash the child, you need to straight out, and NEVER put the child barefoot, he will definitely roll away, since this is a unique bathroom turned by the sea for centuries to a perfectly smooth surface, it is so slippery that it is impossible to stand.
It took me 5 days to fix the minibar, which just leaked all its contents to the floor.

The rooms are spacious, clean with mini-bars that are cleaned every day, although the assortment was modest in our presence.
The pool is closed, nice and comfortable and we allow you to relax perfectly after saunas and Hamas.
The outdoor pool is excellent and the area of 1300 sq.m. is impressive, cute and very convenient for everyone.
Separately, about nutrition, everything was sooooo delicious and the waiters are respectful and careful, ready to help at any time.
The beach is sand, there are small pebbles at the entrance to the sea, a very gentle entrance, the sea was clean on our arrival.
In general, I can rate the hotel as a good five. She deserves her money.

The hotel is beautiful , but already old. Check-in on 12/21/2023 everything seems to be fine, there are no complaints about the food , there is only one bar , lobby . There is nothing on the beach , no bar , no animation , no sun loungers . The sun beds are folded, so for a week now we have been arranging comfort for ourselves, wiping the sun beds , mattresses and tables (humidity is high). There is no Internet on the beach , although the reception gives a number where you can order drinks on the beach , but it is impossible to do this , you have to run to the building. Even after making an order , it is not a fact that they will bring it . A pool bar has been opened , but there is almost nothing or no one there . Tequila was poured into faceted glasses without salt and lemon . About the fact that there are no glasses for tequila and pouring into old glasses (from our previous order) is one song , but the fact that lemons are served with your hands. A boarding house for those over 80 who no longer want anything, no coffee, no alcohol , no juice ... Even the hotel employee who works with guests through the order in the lobby bar simply does not respond to our requests ... Fortunately we do not stay here for the New Year , it's a pity for those tourists who stay here …

We stayed at this hotel with a child in mid-September 2024. The first impression of the hotel was very good - a large area, not very many people, buildings close to pools and the beach. One of the obvious disadvantages is that the hotel is very tired, especially it can be seen from the rooms and engineering systems (which can be viewed); the air conditioning in the room is not serviced (photo attached), in the pools the drains in some places are clogged with dirt and mold.
The hotel offers 3 full meals, in addition, tortillas, burgers are prepared on site according to the schedule, and all kinds of events with food and alcohol are held. The food is not bad, but it's almost the same every day, but thanks to the large assortment, there is almost always something to choose from. There are a lot of vegetables and fruits, it's frustrating that you could easily find rotten plums and moldy tomatoes.
There are bars on the beach, by the pools and in the lobby, bartenders offer a good selection of cocktails, beer, juices and water - it's all included in the service. The mini-bar in the room is also "free", replenished every day.
Strangely, with a nominal 5 stars, maids, for example, completely ignore the "do not disturb" icon. A couple of days before our departure, there was a big check-in at the hotel and then difficulties began with the fact that all the sun beds were occupied at 7 a.m., there were crowds of people at dinners, that sometimes there were no empty tables, in the evening a lot of noisy people walking under the windows. So keep in mind that your vacation may be affected simply by the occupancy of the hotel.

1 Upon check-in, 2 rooms had to be changed because the air conditioners did not work
2 The staff does not care at all about your requests if they do not receive 5-10 bucks at the same time
3 Nearby is the Adam and Eve Hotel with a disco until 12 a.m. every day. If you have small children, put them up to 12 - no options
4 My wife had a birthday and my parents ordered a bouquet with delivery. The bouquet was not missed by the guards, motivating "We can only have flowers that were bought from us at the hotel" communication with the managers did not give any result, the bouquet had to be thrown out before entering.
To summarize: The service and attitude are the bottom, the hotel is pretty tired

We had a family vacation from the 21st to the 30th. We liked everything: staff, service, children's animators. The animators of Natalie and This are very good, they will always find something to occupy the child during the day and in the evenings dancing for kids is very funny, they will find an approach to all the kids, it feels like they really love their work - thank you for everything!!!
