Here you can hear not only screams and moans (almost the effect of presence, as if there were no walls at all), but also, without exaggeration, how a neighbor yawns, turns in bed or puts down a cup.

A good hotel, but the level does not correspond to 5% in any way. The rooms are quite shabby, at least cosmetic repairs are needed. The air conditioner does not work well. It's good to relax by the pools, there is always a free sunbed. The beach, alas, is quite dirty, canopies do not save from the sun. But the service on the beach deserves praise. However, as well as at the pools. The service for working with guests works perfectly. Special praise for the very good food in all cafes and restaurants. A nice children's town with a water park.

It's just a terrible hotel. They have been since August 22, 2024. The renovation is a fiction, we had a family room, everything was old, they just sprayed paint on top. The hair dryer is prehistoric, they dried the hair for 40 minutes and could not dry it any further, it got hot. The kondey regulator died about 20 years ago, it is antique, the furniture is old, as is the TV. In addition, the room was flooded with mosquitoes, the reception promised a fumigator for five days, we called constantly, we received nothing. Filling the bathroom - without shower gel, they said they were given out only on request. The children were also given dressing gowns after requests, they look like rags, very old.The shower is an uncomfortable old tub. The broken and fallen out tiles on the beach in the shower area are especially striking, apparently they don't care. On vacation, the child cut off the skin from his leg on the stairs at the water park, it is old and rusty, the paint is flying off it, and it is upholstered with plywood with curved and sharp edges. There are no toilet paper holders in the shared toilets, it stands on the flooded floor. The food is of the same type, an eternal hodgepodge, the dish of the day is chicken and lula. The fruits were good. A strange schedule of food corners with ice cream, etc., is absolutely not convenient. There is no adult animation. Children's room - they try very hard, they are 5+. There were only 2 normal shows in 7 days - the Mongolian circus, balloons. Brazilian dancing - laughter, strange ladies in shiny skirts, African Americans who do cartwheels and simple somersaults have nothing to do with similar shows in other hotels. And the ou for children "Alice in a Fairy tale" was not understood even by children, just a set of endless English songs off topic and people in life-size dolls. It was funny only once during the whole performance. The hotel does not cost 5 stars and money.

We spent 11 winter days here in January. It was a bit boring, because there was no animation, outdoor pools and outdoor cafes did not work. And the hotel itself left positive emotions. The decoration of the hotel is fabulous. Like in a real oriental Palace. There are antiques everywhere, wonderful and amazing things. It was like being at an exhibition or in a museum. About the SPA. I really liked the indoor pool. It's really big, like a sports car. The hammam pleased me, a steam Turkish bath and a sauna. About food. Everything was delicious. Thanks to the chefs and pastry chefs. The rooms at the hotel are spacious. The maids clean well, they changed the towels every day. We walked to the city of Belek. It's about a 20-minute walk. It's not a bad hotel at all.

THE HOTEL NEEDS RENOVATION! THE OLD EVERYTHING((((Reviews who puts 5 stars, have never been anywhere, even in Anapa. The family rooms are generally full, everything is whitewashed, the street tiles are painted with paint, this is complete stupidity, the toilets are smeared with silicone, our family categorically did not like it. The only thing you can see is that the administrators and bartenders are trying to change your bad mood from this wreck by trying to please, don't throw money away. There is no manager in this hotel.

I liked everything, room cleaning every day, hot and cold water, with good pressure, air conditioners around the perimeter worked in the heat, perfectly. Although the hotel is located in Belek, premium is not its display! This is an ordinary five, but far from budget! Therefore, if you have free funds, you can visit for a change.
Number. Ordinary rooms with a full set of furniture, as in any hotel. In the bathroom, too, without excess. The main building was renovated, so the equipment is new! In the rest of the buildings (orange family, villas, and bungalows), there were no repairs yet and equipment in the form of a lamp TV.
Territory. A large, green, and huge swimming pool with a football field, a mini water park and a children's area. Cafes and bars are available on site.
Beach. Large (wide and long), sun loungers are always available, plus a pier on which sun loungers are also installed.
Animation. Usual for Turkey (yoga, darts, volleyball, water exercises), shows are held in the evening (visiting artists)
Food. A wide variety of everything. Excellent breakfasts (there is fresh), dinner is gorgeous (the choice of dishes is great for every taste)
THE BIGGEST MINUS is the service in the restaurant mainly and in the restaurant on the beach: for some reason Russians are ignored from the word "absolutely"! And the hotel has a concept that all drinks are brought only by waiters. You have already finished breakfast, lunch and dinner, and they will not bring them to you🤣
Great lobby bar! Here the bartender is just SUPERRR! The tip deserves well!
I will not recommend the hotel. Better consider the Kremlin or Venice (Antalya)

according to the unanimous opinion, the VIP restaurant is the best.
We cleaned twice a day, very efficiently, changed the linen every day, decorated the beds with flowers and swans. Very polite and friendly staff, no one broke in shouting "cleaning", they always called and asked if it was possible to clean up.
Another advantage is the separate tents-pavilions on the beach. They are for villas, but you can also buy out the free ones. This is a completely separate area, the first row of pavilions on the sand, the second on the grass. We chose a pavilion in a green area, where the sea is close and the pools are nearby. And in August, the grass really saves you from the heat. These tents have their own waiters, they work very smartly and this is despite the heat. Fruits, champagne, ice cream, people even saw a full meal in the neighboring tents! One minus is that the barkers who are always wandering along the beach, imposing their services and shops, were very annoying.
I can only tell you about the animation in the evening. Some shows are really interesting to watch, there were often live music performances and parties on the pier.
A few more pleasant things for the visit – they gave beach pareos and on the day of departure, at our request, they extended the room to three hours (free of charge).
And one important point is an individual transfer to the airport for all villa guests. If the tour operator does not indicate this to you, contact the hotel. And they will meet and take you.
The general impression is a pleasant atmosphere, cozy, comfortable,calm.
High level of service and maintenance!
In fairness, it should be noted that the hotel is not new - there are age-related flaws. This fact does not affect my assessment, we do not walk and do not look at scratches and scuffs. We will be happy to return to the hotel, because there are really a lot more advantages!!!

I want to start my review by saying that the hotel clearly has an inflated star rating! There is no hint of the 5th hotel.
We had a rest from April 5 to April 15. Of course, it's not the season. But please excuse me, this is not a reason to poison people with burnt imported alcohol and make food like for pigs. Everything is greasy, fried. And yet it's all not tasty.
The hotel boasts only a cool SPA and just a mega positive animator Linara.
Therefore, 1 star for Spa, 2nd star for Linare.

I liked everything, starting with the reception, a restaurant for every taste, polite - there are no problems with language, they will bring everything in everything, they will organize everything right there (we went Shopping and took it to the Aquarium) the room is clean, beautiful, everything is there. The heated pool, we were out of season, so it's relevant, we bought. The area is clean. The children's room is small and poor, if you suddenly need it, keep in mind. There is a playground on site, also small. There are separate slides for children, even the smallest ones. Inside, the pool is quite large, the spa and fitness room are also on the level.

This is the fifth time in this hotel, my daughter loves it very much. The hotel has always been distinguished by first-class service and quality of services. It has remained that way. But I took off the star because of the reception. It's a complete disappointment at this level. If there are many available rooms, they stopped checking in on arrival, now they are forced to wait for the required check-in time. Or they offer a large surcharge for checking into a room of a different category. Previously, since 2015, if there were available rooms, they were settled immediately and took care of customers who were tired after the road. This is the only unpleasant change, otherwise the level is beyond praise!

We stayed at this hotel in Turkey in early August, and the impressions were disappointing. I have already been to Turkey 8 times, and each time I choose more expensive hotels, and the service and impressions are getting worse. From the very moment of our arrival from the bus, we had to carry our suitcases to the reception (it's not difficult, but still, after you see how others are met and waiting by the road). I was with a girl, we were put in a room where there were 2 different beds. They said that there were no other rooms - this is, of course, a lie, only through the guide they managed to find the room.
The food in the hotel was like everywhere else:There were no French fries in the main restaurant, so I had to go to the children's corner. Be prepared for the fact that there is a lot of spicy soup, I did not see borscht for 10 days, but they wrote that I was, and so soups are more like doshirak seasonings. The staff has a higher priority in servicing Turks, and after that - others (but this is not all, but most).
The bar had ice cream, waffles and snacks - everything was delicious. Wi-Fi worked on the premises, but not everywhere. It happened that he just didn't connect to the room all day. And so the pool bar is good, but it is not very conveniently located (after the pool, it would be better if it was somewhere in the middle between the 2 pools. The drinks are premium, the aperol is only tasteless. In general, only the bartenders were pleased. The pool was very hot in the early days, which was already unpleasant to be in. There are no people in the morning, so you could safely take the deck chairs. Drinks are delivered by the staff on roller skates (2 guys from Kazakhstan and 1 girl from Turkey). The guys are great, but as soon as I tipped the girl, she forgot about us afterwards. There was also morning gymnastics and water polo in the pool (at 12:00 and at 15:00), 1 record was accompanied by the same music on the territory for 5 days (then, it seems, we got tired of it ourselves) The sea is warm, the beach is clean (it was nice to walk barefoot). The water park is good, 1 slide was breathtaking, the rest are standard - no complaints. The show is at 21:30 (a little late, well, okay, in general, 2 out of 5 shows were interesting). The a la carte restaurants were all paid (not 1 free pass), which is surprisingly the first time in Turkey and for such money, and they say they are not worth it. There is no disco in the hotel, no matter who you approach, they say that there is somewhere outside the hotel, they do not know themselves. Only live music in the evening. Hookah in the hotel is $ 40 x 2 - the price in Belek is $ 20. Taxi to Belek 5 dollars in 1 direction (5 minutes). The city is not bad, there are plenty of shops, prices there will also be charged x2-x3
In general, the hotel boasts that it is all premium, ultra, but in fact it is an ordinary 4-star hotel with expensive alcohol and a large swimming pool.
