We chose a two-room room with a shower and a bathtub, room 3020, it faced the sea, but because of the curals that were in front of the balcony there was no direct view of it, but we did not spend time on the balcony, as we walked late all the time on the hotel grounds. There are regular events for children and adults, a huge swimming pool, on-site slides for children, a room for children, 3 beach bars, and by the pool from 13 to 16 hours, you can take ice cream, it's delicious enough, and there are drinks in the bar, milkshakes they have nothing to talk about, it's milk ice and syrup, which are mixed and that's it, that is, it does not cause you delight, unless someone really likes just milk) Plus the beach that there are no umbrellas, there are canopies, and you can put a sunbed as you like and where it is convenient. The beach is clean, but over all these days it has changed, then there are fewer stones, then more, then just sand, the water is washing away. The sea is very warm at 28 degrees, we were lucky with the weather, not one sunny day. The air temperature is from 28 to 32 degrees in the afternoon, in the evenings 25-26. Now about alcohol and food: there are a lot of imported alcohol in the hotel, elite alcohol, but you need to make sure that you are poured and there is a nuance, cognac is poured from the cheap segment into the expensive one, and if you do not tip, then they will save on you. The food in the hotel is 5 points out of 10, there is little variety, the chicken will definitely get up with turkey by the end of your vacation, it is lunch and dinner every day, sometimes they give beef tongue and mutton with pineapples, or rather pineapples with mutton)) rice, mashed potatoes, French fries, stewed vegetables, cutlets and kebab that are often also on the menu are not very tasty, but if you are hungry, then eat) There is a cafe by the pool, open from 13 to 16, where hamburgers, flatbreads with cheese, shawarma, etc., are cooked normally. The fish for all the time was sea bass and dorado, it is not tasty to cook it here, there was no mention of red fish in any form, today I saw mussels stewed with vegetables for the first time for lunch, very tasty. In general, those who are spoiled by good food are unlikely to like it, will not meet your expectations, for those who are not attractive, the hotel is great for recreation, both for adults and children, I must say a very calm hotel, not noisy. The choice of your vacation is only yours, my husband and I also read a lot of reviews to make our vacation not spoiled, in general, we did not regret that we made a choice towards this hotel. The famous Adam and Eve and Max Royal Hotel is located next to the Spice&Spa Hotel.

We're still resting! The hotel is good, of course there is nothing beachy in December, but there is somewhere to walk. To the center of Belek, 2 km on foot, 20 minutes, to Antalya by taxi, buses. The food is delicious, the staff is very focused on helping tourists, everyone at the bar is very polite and quick-witted, in the restaurant too, everything is instant and very friendly. Any issues are resolved instantly, no one asks for money, everything is fine!)) the rooms are warm, rest is just rest!))
The rest did not work out! We arrived today on 08/18/2022. We arrived at the hotel at 9.00- at 14.00 we were given the keys to the room, which does not correspond at all to the one that was paid for. When asked why, they said check in where the keys were given! If something doesn't suit you, get out! What is it! The rudeness of the Turks knows no bounds this year! They've probably already forgotten how they lived without us. We're sitting at the reception and we don't know what to do! Turkey is now TABOO for us!!!!!
We had a vacation with my wife from 12/27/21/2012. We did not have the worst vacation in Turkey. Starting with an outdoor heated pool, it is impossible to swim - the water is very cold. Nothing has been done about our numerous complaints. The food in the main restaurant is very poor. Maximum level 3* no more. It's very sad. A minimum of variety. Savings in everything. The New Year's Gala Dinner was very disappointing. The tables are empty, although we paid 10,000rubles for two. The waiters do not understand Russian, and the level of service is no. I wonder what the extra money was taken for? The show program is on the 4th. This dinner was held in a conference room, there was no wi-fi at all, as there was a basement. In fact, the hotel looks nice externally, the lobby furniture is gold, mirrored columns. But the beauty is only on the outside, and the service inside is disgusting. Local alcohol is diluted, although the concept of ultra all inclusive implies the presence of imported, high-quality drinks, which unfortunately were not available. My review is not custom-made, it's just a pity for the money spent and unjustified expectations about a fabulous New Year's Eve in Turkey. The room was dead, the beds were all shuffled, the lamp is kept on snot, it will soon fall off near the mirror in the room, there is practically no air conditioner, it just works on blowing the wind, the air conditioner is prehistoric, without a remote control, the faucet in the bathroom leaked, so it was not completely repaired, there were two beds in the room, which really angered us, so as a married couple, is this bullying again!!!??? They told us that the mattress would be replaced now, they would bring us a large two-bedroom! But what they are saying is not true. They say what we want to hear, but they don't do it!!! We come to the room, and there the cleaner moved our two beds and put two blankets between the mattresses! They call it changing to a large two-bed mattress! This is just complete nonsense, the service is zero! You will not be hungry for food, but the food is not VIP hotel (there is no seafood (mussels, shrimp, squid, octopus, red fish, etc.), on fish day they gave only salty white and red fish, which is not possible to eat, very salty. The chefs definitely need to be changed, the food is ordinary and not very tasty! Then we had an incident, our room card was blocked on 05.10.2021, the room was not cleaned, the mini bar was not replenished, that is, we were evicted, like we had a tour for 7 nights, and this is very outrageous, since they take part of the voucher at the reception, and the voucher says for 9 nights until 07.10.2021. And is this a VIP hotel??? And only after I brought my voucher and they made sure that we were before 07.10.2021, the card was unblocked at the reception. We had a family vacation in January 2021. Despite the peak off-season in Turkey, the hotel is full of life. In addition to the usual vacationers, several football teams arrived at the same time.
The Deluxe room was provided excellent, spacious, we had in the main building on the 3rd floor, which is what we wanted. The room cleaning was excellent. A complete set of everything that should be: bathrobes, slippers, dental kit, comb, shaving kit, washcloth, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shoe care kit.
The territory is well maintained, clean, there is a place to walk and run in the morning. The outdoor pool is heated, but we were unlucky with the weather it was only 10 degrees and the wind, we had to swim in a closed one. Very nice spa, spacious, there was enough space for everyone.
Now a lot of things are being restored and put in order in the hotel before the season, but this did not bother us in any way.
The food is quite decent, you will not be hungry. The staff tries hard, attentive, say hello, smile, help. Well, we arrived out of season, so there were no questions why the wines were only Turkish. Strong alcohol was both local and imported.
