The overall impression of the hotel is very positive. We bought a tour ticket to Pegasus, managed to pay for it on September 19, before the mobilization was announced, and took off on a night flight on September 26, 2022 from Vnukovo. The ticket was purchased for 8 days, today is our last day of arrival at the hotel, we have a plane in the evening. I'll start about the hotel territory, it is very well maintained, the attitude towards the guests is very respectful, upon check-in we were given a choice of five rooms and we chose with an additional payment of 16 euros per day, two days as a gift from the hotel, for the rest payment. We chose a two-room room with a shower and a bathtub, room 3020, it faced the sea, but because of the curals that were in front of the balcony there was no direct view of it, but we did not spend time on the balcony, as we walked late all the time on the hotel grounds. There are regular events for children and adults, a huge swimming pool, on-site slides for children, a room for children, 3 beach bars, and by the pool from 13 to 16 hours, you can take ice cream, it's delicious enough, and there are drinks in the bar, milkshakes they have nothing to talk about, it's milk ice and syrup, which are mixed and that's it, that is, it does not cause you delight, unless someone really likes just milk) Plus the beach that there are no umbrellas, there are canopies, and you can put a sunbed as you like and where it is convenient. The beach is clean, but over all these days it has changed, then there are fewer stones, then more, then just sand, the water is washing away. The sea is very warm at 28 degrees, we were lucky with the weather, not one sunny day. The air temperature is from 28 to 32 degrees in the afternoon, in the evenings 25-26. Now about alcohol and food: there are a lot of imported alcohol in the hotel, elite alcohol, but you need to make sure that you are poured and there is a nuance, cognac is poured from the cheap segment into the expensive one, and if you do not tip, then they will save on you. The food in the hotel is 5 points out of 10, there is little variety, the chicken will definitely get up with turkey by the end of your vacation, it is lunch and dinner every day, sometimes they give beef tongue and mutton with pineapples, or rather pineapples with mutton)) rice, mashed potatoes, French fries, stewed vegetables, cutlets and kebab that are often also on the menu are not very tasty, but if you are hungry, then eat) There is a cafe by the pool, open from 13 to 16, where hamburgers, flatbreads with cheese, shawarma, etc., are cooked normally. The fish for all the time was sea bass and dorado, it is not tasty to cook it here, there was no mention of red fish in any form, today I saw mussels stewed with vegetables for the first time for lunch, very tasty. In general, those who are spoiled by good food are unlikely to like it, will not meet your expectations, for those who are not attractive, the hotel is great for recreation, both for adults and children, I must say a very calm hotel, not noisy. The choice of your vacation is only yours, my husband and I also read a lot of reviews to make our vacation not spoiled, in general, we did not regret that we made a choice towards this hotel. The famous Adam and Eve and Max Royal Hotel is located next to the Spice&Spa Hotel.

The old hotel, all in "gold", apparently was once in demand. The beach is not cleaned at all, there is no volleyball. The food is normal but monotonous, the same thing every day. The pool is good, the water is 28 degrees, 2 saunas at 95 and 75 degrees , in fact both have about 70…

The hotel is generally excellent. If you look for negativity and moments to find fault with, go on the road. You can find them everywhere . If you have nothing to do.
If you come to rest and not sweat, everything is fine.
The rooms are clean. They clean well, even if they don't leave it for tea. The minibar in the room is free, it is updated every day.
The food is OK. Diverse.
Drinks (alcohol) are local, but quite nothing. Cocktails are made in different ways
Animation and evening shows are for the amateur, but we didn't have to. The staff is friendly, friendly, except for the spa. I'm still freaking out there. The women at the reception are a natural scoop. Boorish tram Fu.

We're still resting! The hotel is good, of course there is nothing beachy in December, but there is somewhere to walk. To the center of Belek, 2 km on foot, 20 minutes, to Antalya by taxi, buses. The food is delicious, the staff is very focused on helping tourists, everyone at the bar is very polite and quick-witted, in the restaurant too, everything is instant and very friendly. Any issues are resolved instantly, no one asks for money, everything is fine!)) the rooms are warm, rest is just rest!))

The rest did not work out! We arrived today on 08/18/2022. We arrived at the hotel at 9.00- at 14.00 we were given the keys to the room, which does not correspond at all to the one that was paid for. When asked why, they said check in where the keys were given! If something doesn't suit you, get out! What is it! The rudeness of the Turks knows no bounds this year! They've probably already forgotten how they lived without us. We're sitting at the reception and we don't know what to do! Turkey is now TABOO for us!!!!!

We had a vacation with my wife from 12/27/21/2012. We did not have the worst vacation in Turkey. Starting with an outdoor heated pool, it is impossible to swim - the water is very cold. Nothing has been done about our numerous complaints. The food in the main restaurant is very poor. Maximum level 3* no more. It's very sad. A minimum of variety. Savings in everything. The New Year's Gala Dinner was very disappointing. The tables are empty, although we paid 10,000rubles for two. The waiters do not understand Russian, and the level of service is no. I wonder what the extra money was taken for? The show program is on the 4th. This dinner was held in a conference room, there was no wi-fi at all, as there was a basement. In fact, the hotel looks nice externally, the lobby furniture is gold, mirrored columns. But the beauty is only on the outside, and the service inside is disgusting. Local alcohol is diluted, although the concept of ultra all inclusive implies the presence of imported, high-quality drinks, which unfortunately were not available. My review is not custom-made, it's just a pity for the money spent and unjustified expectations about a fabulous New Year's Eve in Turkey. I will never return to this hotel again and I will not advise anyone. We rested in room 2404.

We are having a family vacation at this hotel. I really don't recommend it. Well done, only the waiters are here, thank you very much! The rooms are old, half of the hotel is closed, and the spa prices are inadequate. They ask 180 euros for a good room. There is no animation, drunken dancing until 22-00. Wi-fi works intermittently. It was a 5* hotel about 10 years ago . The bedding is not ice at all . The mattresses are tired. There are no questions about food . Plus the hotel for the bathrobes! ) Don't ask for toothpaste :) Even to play tennis, they ask for payment. Is that a five?)The gym is good, but it works from 8-19, as well as the spa))

I've been to hotels of about this level, so I can say that the hotel is great.
* Check-in - 10 minutes
* The room is good (my wife said it was a little tired, but I liked everything). Everything works, there are no problems! We left in the morning, came to change clothes before dinner and sleep (we took it not with a sea view - at night) silence)
* The minibar is replenished daily
Cola, cola light, sprite, fanta, iced tea, water gas /non-gas, beer Tuborg.
All two cans!
* Animation is like everywhere else. Cool animator Coco Jumbo 😆
* Probably due to the fact that the pool is so huge, there are no problems with sun beds at all, you can put the sun beds separately - it's very cool. The only thing is the places under the Christmas trees in the center of the pool, there will be no free sun beds by 9 am.
* There are no problems with alcohol: jameson, jim beam, jack, chivas 12L, balantais, crovazier, martini bianco, aperol, beefitter, baileys, Olmec tequila, wine, champagne, draft beer tuborg (norm), etc.
If you don't tell the brand, they will pour local alcohol.

The hotel is old, everything says that. The rooms are shabby, the plumbing works with difficulty, the mattress is sunken, the pillows are lumpy.
Sunbeds on the beach are very far from the sea, in the heat it is still a pleasure to walk on the sand. They also constantly go and offer photos, shopping, camel, spa. Only churchkhela and corn are missing.
Anti-bullying barter is just a laugh. At the entrance to the restaurant, the temperature is measured with a thermometer, which shows 32 for everyone. At breakfast, you can apply everything yourself, at lunch partially, at dinner almost everything is applied.
It is annoying that some services are sold separately on the territory. Like hookah, cotton wool, popcorn, baby cars. The atmosphere of the market and bustle.
I won't even talk about the quality of the drinks.
All the entourage and gold of the hotel are just dust in the eyes to distract attention.
In general, the atmosphere of the Krasnodar Territory resort is only several times more expensive. It doesn't pull at 5 stars in any way.

The hotel disappointed us! Firstly, the hotel does not meet the VIP service, as the service is disgusting, the food is the usual five, but not VIP. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. on 09/28/2021, we were told at the reception to go have breakfast and then make out the room. After breakfast, we came to the reception for a room, but we were told that there were no available rooms, wait after 12.00, they will probably appear. And it's amazing that a hotel that claims to be a VIP cannot immediately check us into a room. We have something to compare with, for example, the AKKA ANTEDON hotel and Granada Luxury Beach, we also arrived in the morning and were immediately settled not even in a standard, but an improved two-room room with a staircase, there were three of us then. And it was all free, without additional charges!!! But SPICE HOTEL & SPA 5* offered us since we have a standard room and there are no available rooms right now, you can pay an additional $ 100 and we will immediately check you into a room with a sea view. What is this, some kind of extortion! This is not a VIP hotel service. After 12.00 we came back for a room, but we were again told that there were no rooms available, come after 14.00. It's just a mockery. As a result, for a $ 20 tip, we were still given room 4309 on the 3rd floor. That is, the number appeared immediately, an amazing coincidence!!! The room was dead, the beds were all shuffled, the lamp is kept on snot, it will soon fall off near the mirror in the room, there is practically no air conditioner, it just works on blowing the wind, the air conditioner is prehistoric, without a remote control, the faucet in the bathroom leaked, so it was not completely repaired, there were two beds in the room, which really angered us, so as a married couple, is this bullying again!!!??? They told us that the mattress would be replaced now, they would bring us a large two-bedroom! But what they are saying is not true. They say what we want to hear, but they don't do it!!! We come to the room, and there the cleaner moved our two beds and put two blankets between the mattresses! They call it changing to a large two-bed mattress! This is just complete nonsense, the service is zero! You will not be hungry for food, but the food is not VIP hotel (there is no seafood (mussels, shrimp, squid, octopus, red fish, etc.), on fish day they gave only salty white and red fish, which is not possible to eat, very salty. The chefs definitely need to be changed, the food is ordinary and not very tasty! Then we had an incident, our room card was blocked on 05.10.2021, the room was not cleaned, the mini bar was not replenished, that is, we were evicted, like we had a tour for 7 nights, and this is very outrageous, since they take part of the voucher at the reception, and the voucher says for 9 nights until 07.10.2021. And is this a VIP hotel??? And only after I brought my voucher and they made sure that we were before 07.10.2021, the card was unblocked at the reception. It's just not that it's not a VIP hotel, it's a 3-star hotel, only they charge money for the hotel as a VIP!!! They did not even apologize and did not provide any compliments from the hotel for the inconvenience!!! In short, the mood and rest were spoiled by the actions of the hotel staff! But the minimum program was achieved, we were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and the sea was clean and comfortable.
There is a tennis table on site, but upon arrival at the hotel, tennis rackets and a net were broken around 5 days... I had to constantly approach the animators and complain, although the hotel has a room for kids to play and there is a great table, whole rackets, but this room is paid and all games for children for $ or Uh, it's complete nonsense.
In the evening, before the children's animation, paid cotton candy and sweets are opened for children...How is that?)))
And you won't be able to change beach towels a couple of times, you only got them in the morning and to victory...this is the first time I've seen you denied a hotel of this level(((
You will find out about what will happen at the hotel in the evening if you go to watch the animation for children after dinner))) because there are no signs, no posters of any kind. I usually saw hotels in front of the entrance to a restaurant for dinner or near a bar to understand how to dress, what kind of program..Of course, my wife is more interested in this))) At the reception, when asked what, how and where it would take place, we were told that they did not know)))).
I'M PROBABLY NOT SUCH A GOURMET, BUT HAVE YOU EVER EATEN BAKED ONIONS WITH HUSKS, CUT INTO 4 PARTS)))??? photo attached)))
And the most incomprehensible thing is that they cook fish... I like juicy, fattening, but not dry..Knowing what the fish is called, you already understand approximately what kind of fish is waiting for you (((( It's not clear at all what kind of fish.. grilled fish and tuna... many people ask what kind of fish???...They don't understand)))
Conclusion: the hotel is not VIP-level, the usual five, the reception staff must be fired and recruit competent professional staff at the reception who know their business and meet tourists (guests) halfway. It is also necessary to dismiss the head chef (chef), as the food does not match the level of the hotel, the food is not tasty and not varied! A hotel with such service, killed rooms and food does not correspond to a 5-star VIP-level hotel and the kind of money that is charged for it. The service and food have become worse, and the cost for a ticket is higher, just absurd and greed! I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!

We had a family vacation in January 2021. Despite the peak off-season in Turkey, the hotel is full of life. In addition to the usual vacationers, several football teams arrived at the same time.
The Deluxe room was provided excellent, spacious, we had in the main building on the 3rd floor, which is what we wanted. The room cleaning was excellent. A complete set of everything that should be: bathrobes, slippers, dental kit, comb, shaving kit, washcloth, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shoe care kit.
The territory is well maintained, clean, there is a place to walk and run in the morning. The outdoor pool is heated, but we were unlucky with the weather it was only 10 degrees and the wind, we had to swim in a closed one. Very nice spa, spacious, there was enough space for everyone.
Now a lot of things are being restored and put in order in the hotel before the season, but this did not bother us in any way.
The food is quite decent, you will not be hungry. The staff tries hard, attentive, say hello, smile, help. Well, we arrived out of season, so there were no questions why the wines were only Turkish. Strong alcohol was both local and imported.
I was very pleased with the presence of a game center, with bowling and billiards.
I can say that the hotel is really good, there are better hotels and there are many worse hotels.

We were with a friend in March 2021. Everything is not bad, but you can't get toothpaste from such a hotel, the indoor pool is from 8-00, as is breakfast, and in the evening it does not work until late--if we eat at night--why is the pool closed at night? Ultra, it should not be like 4 stars.It stank all the time, Moril. There were no people or Strawberry bugs all the time, unlike other hotels. The outdoor pool in March should be hot, not lukewarm!!! We pay for the Ultra, but they say the season has not started yet.!!
Great respect for the evening singing of the Turkish singer in the bar. A super program and of course the interior. At the height!!!
The pool still HAS TO WORK INSIDE from 7-00 and the service ends along with the hammam and sauna at 23-00!before the season opens.
EVERYTHING IS ULTRA!!!! There are no minibuses to Belek and in general, except for "their" centers, where it is expensive.
And I think it's a blatant fact that very few people speak Russian, you might think that only the British go there, even at the reception desk as deaf and dumb, they are insulting, and they are not ashamed to take money in full.

Terrible hotel! To say that I'm shocked is to say nothing! To begin with, the room was not cleaned, I had to go and ask. The mini-bar is not replenished! The rooms are old and scary, they don't even get close to 5 stars! Drinks are diluted with something unclear. The hotel staff, called animators, rush drunkenly at the vacationers. And the worst thing is, just before leaving, they claim that they allegedly broke down the door from the outside and extorted to pay 100 euros for it. When asked to show video evidence, they ignore it, intimidating the police and saying that we will not leave the country. They delayed the bus to the airport, played the scene that the police and management were calling. They were intimidated with fines and everything they could, in general, there was psychological pressure. People are afraid to miss their flight and pay, that's how the hotel extorts money. I will not recommend this hotel to any friend, especially for a lot of money.
