After breakfast, we came to the reception for a room, but we were told that there were no available rooms, wait after 12.00, they will probably appear. And it's amazing that a hotel that claims to be a VIP cannot immediately check us into a room. We have something to compare with, for example, the AKKA ANTEDON hotel and Granada Luxury Beach, we also arrived in the morning and were immediately settled not even in a standard, but an improved two-room room with a staircase, there were three of us then. And it was all free, without additional charges!!! But SPICE HOTEL & SPA 5* offered us since we have a standard room and there are no available rooms right now, you can pay an additional $ 100 and we will immediately check you into a room with a sea view. What is this, some kind of extortion! This is not a VIP hotel service. After 12.00 we came back for a room, but we were again told that there were no rooms available, come after 14.00. It's just a mockery. As a result, for a $ 20 tip, we were still given room 4309 on the 3rd floor. That is, the number appeared immediately, an amazing coincidence!!! The room was dead, the beds were all shuffled, the lamp is kept on snot, it will soon fall off near the mirror in the room, there is practically no air conditioner, it just works on blowing the wind, the air conditioner is prehistoric, without a remote control, the faucet in the bathroom leaked, so it was not completely repaired, there were two beds in the room, which really angered us, so as a married couple, is this bullying again!!!??? They told us that the mattress would be replaced now, they would bring us a large two-bedroom! But what they are saying is not true. They say what we want to hear, but they don't do it!!! We come to the room, and there the cleaner moved our two beds and put two blankets between the mattresses! They call it changing to a large two-bed mattress! This is just complete nonsense, the service is zero! You will not be hungry for food, but the food is not VIP hotel (there is no seafood (mussels, shrimp, squid, octopus, red fish, etc.), on fish day they gave only salty white and red fish, which is not possible to eat, very salty. The chefs definitely need to be changed, the food is ordinary and not very tasty! Then we had an incident, our room card was blocked on 05.10.2021, the room was not cleaned, the mini bar was not replenished, that is, we were evicted, like we had a tour for 7 nights, and this is very outrageous, since they take part of the voucher at the reception, and the voucher says for 9 nights until 07.10.2021. And is this a VIP hotel??? And only after I brought my voucher and they made sure that we were before 07.10.2021, the card was unblocked at the reception. It's just not that it's not a VIP hotel, it's a 3-star hotel, only they charge money for the hotel as a VIP!!! They did not even apologize and did not provide any compliments from the hotel for the inconvenience!!! In short, the mood and rest were spoiled by the actions of the hotel staff! But the minimum program was achieved, we were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and the sea was clean and comfortable.
There is a tennis table on site, but upon arrival at the hotel, tennis rackets and a net were broken around 5 days... I had to constantly approach the animators and complain, although the hotel has a room for kids to play and there is a great table, whole rackets, but this room is paid and all games for children for $ or Uh, it's complete nonsense.

We have been vacationing with my wife in Turkey every year since 2011. There was no worse rest. The kitchen is disgusting, the service is zero, the animators do not speak Russian, there are very few sun loungers on the beach and far from the sea, any drink can run out in the lobby bar in the middle of the day, replenishment of the mini bar is not regular. IT TOTALLY SUCKS!!! And according to the advertisement, this is one of the best hotels in Belek.

It does not have modern minimalism and newfangled chips, but it is cozy, very convenient for everyone, clean and friendly to the guest. The beach is great , the sea is clean , the Pier is generally an amazing place . I had enough of everything - delicious food, snow-white linen, and a great pool. Great evening programs, wonderful blues and jazz in the lounge area in the evenings. The hotel staff , every one of them , from waiters to top managers , are interested in the guest , they try to help at the first request . I thank the hotel and its staff for an excellent, friendly and delicious stay in all respects))
There is not even a kettle in the room, and when they asked him to bring it, he turned off the electricity in the entire room and flowed. Now it's clear why he wasn't there in the first place. Fahmina from Guest Communication ignores all requests, it's a shame.

Food around the clock. The beach is great and clean. It is difficult to imagine a better entry into the sea for children. There is more active entertainment. The price is not charged in principle. A hotel in which the guest's word, the guest's rights, is an empty sound. There was no one and nothing on our side: neither arguments, nor logic, nor arguments and facts that we appealed to the hotel are interested in.
An unpleasant incident happened to us.
At about 5 a.m., the husband, having had a decent drink in the lobby, went to sleep there in the lobby on the couch, having previously taken off his sneakers. Yes, I did not calculate my strength, yes, I did not reach home, I was wrong. But what started after that is lawlessness!
At 7.30 am, he was shown a photo of his sneakers in a souvenir shop, among a pair of broken trinkets, and was shown that he broke into the store at night (why was the store open?), trashed it and caused $200 damage.
The owner of the store called the police, she and the police drew up a "statement" against her husband to the police, referring to a photo of sneakers and began to blackmail that if we did not pay the money, the statement against him would go further and her husband would have problems leaving the country.
The hotel security service (head of the Security Service Mehmed Chilik, by the way, did not want to tell his name) - when asked to provide video footage from the hotel cameras, replied that there was a "yok camera" and there was no video from any camera, there were photos of sneakers in the store.
At the same time, the HR department in the person of Elena kept saying one thing, pay the money and there will be no problems, because there is a photo.
The police gave my husband a dozen papers in Turkish to sign, neither the tour operator's guide, nor the guest service, no one translates anything, explains anything, and everyone keeps saying one thing - pay the money and there is no problem.
We gave the money because in a foreign country, we are disenfranchised - we do not know the laws of the country, nor our rights. But they succeeded in blaming a person for sneakers that someone deliberately took there and caused this "debacle".
They behave like scammers - the staff, security and the owner of the store, all seem to be in cahoots. The whole situation is devoid of common sense, hastily concocted in order to extort money from tourists who are absolutely disenfranchised in a foreign country.
Think about it, is it worth choosing this hotel? And won't you find yourself in a similar situation?
