Disgusting hotel! Nowhere in the world have I come across the fact that the air conditioners in the entire hotel work at a certain time, namely in the evening the air conditioner does not work! Of course, no one warns about this in advance, and the hotel is positioned as 5 stars. What are the 5 arrivals without air conditioning? Maybe it's a hostel? I'm sitting in a room with a small child like in a shower stall, it's like sophisticated torture for my own money - I can't open the balcony - it's not safe. At the same time, no apologies at the reception, everything seems to be as it should be! The phone doesn't work either, stomp at the reception yourself. "We will fix the phone for you, but with air conditioning this is a common situation" - these are the words of Olga from the reception. In short, this is the bottom, not a 5-star hotel, but we will try to move to a normal hotel.

Wasted money, effort, time and health! I bought a tour from Pegas from 05/7.23 to 05/19.23. The room is tubby, the worn bed is filled with something incomprehensible on the side. A transformer pump can be heard in the room that overlooked the villas. To change another room that overlooks the pool is 300 euros. At night, towards morning, the Mullah sings. There will be no sleep.
The sea is icy and the wind is cold.
Waves, muddy with algae. The beach is not cleaned ...sand mixed with everything. Only to walk in shoes .
Alcohol is written there is imported, there is none. The beautiful bottles are filled with honey. Toxic quality. You can't drink wine either. There are no complaints about nutrition. Everything was fine with him.
The result: 05/9.23 I took a ticket and flew back. Of course, no one will return 250 thousand... But it was unbearable to be there. It would be better if he gave it to a gypsy woman, even if she predicted fate.

I liked the service, the room was cleaned in the morning or at the call of the staff button. The bar, bath kit (shampoo, gel, conditioner and soap) and towels were replenished and changed every day. Replacement of slippers upon request. The kettle was working properly (tea, coffee, cocoa, sugar). Mini bar (Coca-Cola and Coca-zero, fanta, sprite, carbonated and non-carbonated water). If you smile, even a bottle of wine will be brought! (Ask for an opener right away)
The staff is friendly and smiling.
There is food for every taste.
The room and cleanliness are solid 4 (somewhere the wallpaper has come off, somewhere the floor has risen, cobwebs, dust, lime plaque on the plumbing. But in general, everything is pretty, beautiful. The room has air conditioning and a safe. The beds and mattresses are comfortable (there is an additional pillow) the beds can be moved or pushed apart.
The territory is beautiful even in winter, when much has been cleaned. Despite the fact that the pools are empty, this does not spoil the appearance. The deck chairs are removed, but there is one row and there is a place for everyone to lie down and warm up (January +16).
The beach is cleaned. Drinks and a bar I work 24/7 for every taste, high-quality alcohol, in the morning I did not go blind.
Iron and laundry are charged separately.

The rooms have poor sound insulation, the noise from the next room is clearly audible. There was sometimes a stir in the restaurant , although there seems to be enough food for everyone . The waiters work quickly and are very attentive. In general, a strange impression about the hotel . The territory is not large . Everything is occupied by swimming pools. The hammam is gorgeous, everything works . By appointment . The food in the restaurant is normal. They were not hungry . But everything is questionable . Frozen semi- finished products . There are greens and fruits . Very overcooked grilled meat . Even the fried eggs are burnt . The sea and the beach . The beach is sandy. The sea is shallow . You will not be able to swim and see the underwater world . The lobby bar is normal. There is imported alcohol. Not bad cocktails . The staff is good, always in touch. All requests were fulfilled . The hotel does not correspond not only to the ULL, but to the 5rooms that are declared. For a room with a sea view, an additional payment was made at the time of booking.In fact, they put you in a room with a view of the roofs of the hotel premises and somewhere through these roofs and trees you can see the sea.The room is dirty, the furniture, linen and towels are old and shabby. They moved to another room.The view has become incomparably better, but the condition of the room is absolutely the same.Old towels, bathrobes, gray with age and washing, worn linen, shabby furniture.After walking through the room several times, the heels turned black, there was garbage and hair everywhere on the floor.After calling the customer service, two employees came running to urgently clean the room.We were relaxing with friends and in the evening, to our surprise, a bottle of wine and fruit were brought to their room.The next day, my travel agent writes that the hotel has reported that all my comments have been taken into account, everything has been corrected, and as an apology, wine and fruit are in the room.I explain, we have nothing.Apparently, she is writing off the hotel, and our friends tell us that wine and fruit have been brought to them again.On the third day of communication, these notorious wine and fruits are brought to our room, well, like fruits, two apples, two dried apricots and two dried figs, but immediately an uncle with a camera comes running, so to speak, to record everything.We don't really need any wine or fruit, we had enough in our pocket.But the hotel reports that everything is in our room. The hotel guide, as well as at the reception, assured us that the central restaurant would be open and we would be able to have breakfast.Subsequently, the departure time was postponed an hour earlier, i.e. at 4.30, but we were again assured that the central restaurant would be open.At the very least, it's fashionable to have a snack in the lobby.Well, yes, well, yes.The restaurant is open, but it is empty, from the word at all, the kitchen has just started its work, although the concept of the hotel provides early breakfasts.Lunch boxes are not going to.It was good that there was a kettle in the room.We took bread and butter, drank tea and drove off.More apologies, ridiculous explanations, assurances that this never happened.But that's not all.When I came to the beach and saw the mattresses on the sun beds, I realized that I would not lie on them for any money.Dirty, half-rotted, stained, disgusting. There were no mattresses by the pool, so we lay there with towels on the sunbed.The prices at the SPA are very high. The room is rickety, very dirty, stoned, the whole bed is in pellets,towels according to cards (I really don't like it), they could only enter the room from the fifth time (they had to go to the reception from the fifth floor, then the lock didn't work, then they gave us a card from the wrong room) the air conditioner works only during the day.As we arrived, the floor was sticky, dusty, a lot of insects (there were 3 spiders and a lot of moths in the toilet, 5 pieces) - BY the WAY, THEY PAID 300 € more FOR the ROOM, like because of the sea view, the safe broke, pay for repairs yourself and get your things.
I didn 't like the breakfasts very much , there was a queue for scrambled eggs , I won 't talk about the queue for an omelet .The dishes were very dirty, and there were lipstick marks on the glasses. They refused to carry coffee (waiters), saying go yourself, there is a coffee machine there. The waiters had to wait a very long time .
The only thing I liked was the lobby bar: the waiters run as soon as you sit down (there is the only place where clean dishes are)
The beach is very dirty, there are a lot of algae, gobies, the pier was naked only sun beds, take a mattress for a sunbed yourself.
The pools are dirty, a hotel is being built nearby, everything is noisy. The grass is cut on the beach almost every morning) The whole hotel is Arabic style. We were there from 12.05 - 22.05.

There have never been shrimps, mussels, as a small minus of nutrition!!There were no natural juices!there were fruits, but not too large an assortment, I liked the peeled pomegranates, which was very convenient!and now the fattest minus of the hotel is the organization of the New Year holiday!! As a rule, holiday tours and the program itself cost a lot of money and people specially come here to celebrate this beloved holiday!It was the worst holiday for me, I have never felt so uncomfortable in any hotel in the world!children are not given seats with adults at the table, explaining that they will be busy with animators at this time! Who takes responsibility for the child in this case? The hotel administration or specifically the animator? Not every child will be left alone with strangers, and therefore one of the parents, instead of staying and celebrating at the festive table, has to stay in a small and stuffy room where this incomprehensible communication with children takes place!!! I'm resting now in this hotel for the first time, the sea is still cool at about +18-19 degrees.I am very pleased with the heated pool, it is about 26-27 degrees there. The territory of the hotel is small. Upon check-in, they offer to pay an additional 30 euros per day for a room with a view of the sea or garden. Despite the fact that the hotel is now empty without additional charges, you will look at the neighboring fence. The rooms have disposable slippers, terry bathrobes, shampoo, soap. They are cleaned normally. The food is monotonous and edible, there are a lot of fruits, strawberries, grapes, apples, bananas and much more. The waiter is very attentive to all visitors without exception. 👍 Wi-Fi is wonderful for free in the entire territory... Ice cream for everyone in any quantity from 13 to 18:00 . You will definitely not stay hungry.If you are persistent , then in the bar, which is located near the reception, they will pour 🍾

We rested at the hotel with our family- there is no animation- very weak- animators came to the sport once - Jump and that's it), aqua aerobics is weak-, there are no more sports activities - no yoga, no Pilates, no step ... nothing!!! the pool was heated very poorly, and after May 8 it was turned off altogether!!! There are no mosquito nets on the windows - mosquitoes were biting. fumitox was given into the outlet - it did not work. The territory has not been cleaned - the lawns around the orange building have not been mowed, garbage (cans, plastic, shovels) is piled in front of the windows. The hotel is dying. They squeeze the last out of him and he lives only by conferences - 200 people come to gatherings - oncologists, surgeons, a transport company. And yet: the wild audibility in the Main building is impossible to sleep. Choose another hotel!!!!

3. The children took ice cream near the lobby bar, a Turk came running and began to rudely say that it was paid. They didn't even know the children anyway, he brought a check to sign and doesn't put a price on it, sign it and that's it. How is it? Won't the ice cream turn out to be worth a Ferrari when paying for a room?
4. We rent a pavilion on the beach for 140 euros per day, but the floors in the pavilions are rotten. Several times, when vacationers, the floor broke and immediately called the craftsmen who sawed and changed the boards. That is, you pay money, you are asked to leave the pavilion for the duration of the repair, and the neighbors who were sleeping all woke up from the noise of the grinder.
5. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, everything is very audible.
6. The cleaning is not bad, but they may forget to put towels if you forgot to put a tip.
7. The food in the restaurant is very monotonous, I will say bluntly that the hotel cannot match the declared level with such a buffet.
