The hotel fully met our expectations with my wife in terms of "all inclusive". They lived in a detached building. The room is clean, odorless, everything worked. The cleaning is conscientious. The bar was replenished every day. The staff is very friendly. The cuisine is varied and there is plenty of everything, there was no such thing if you came late to a meal and a half-empty distribution. The lobby bar is open 24 hours a day.

But arriving at 7 a.m., we were greeted at the reception, offered breakfast, and the friendly receptionist informed us that a room would be ready for my daughter and me by 9 a.m. However, the shift has changed, and indifferent rude girls refuse to check in, they cannot agree on any options, even for early check-in, they are rude and talk about the impossibility of distracting the staff to clean the room.
Rudeness and indifference. I didn't think that a decent-level hotel would meet with a 2-star service.
No rest rooms, no towels, nothing is provided. They refused everything. We're sitting on our suitcases in the hallway.

Music in your room until the end of the disco! For your money with a view of the sea, you get a headache in fact. It is impossible to stay in the room until the music is turned off. Sound insulation between the rooms, as if your neighbor is sitting on your bed.
From alcohol, terrible heartburn, they pour pal.The reception staff is not friendly-they are rude. The girls at the entrance to the restaurant do not speak English (only Turkish), the question is why are they there?! In the sea, fish bite you until you bleed (September 2023). Now there are a lot of vacationers who complain about it.

Hi! I arrived 2 weeks ago from a vacation in Belek and decided to describe my already conscious feelings and impressions.
I went to the Spice 5+ hotel. I can say that it is really 5 and even +. The hotel consists of a main building consisting of 3 buildings and separate VIP villas. The villas are slightly separated from the main building, they have their own territory, their own beach. Read about the villas on the hotel's website, I don't have the opportunity to live there and therefore have nothing to say.
About the Hotel is a Large, beautiful, green, well-groomed territory with a huge swimming pool area. The pool is really unrealistically large and beautiful. Water is everywhere, and very beautifully decorated water!
There is a children's pool and water slides.
The territory is a continuous photo zone.
There are various entertainments: an amphitheater with a concert program in the evenings, children's discos, an evening bar with a DJ or live artists on different days, daytime sports activities on the water, on-site shops with rags, bags, etc., there is a children's room where you can safely leave your baby under the supervision of the staff, a gym, a tennis table, The football field! Bowling and billiards are available for a fee.
In general, the hotel is full of contradictions, since inside there is East and tranquility for adults, and as you leave the building, it is the youth rhythm of endless music, movement, especially, it is felt in the evenings at the pool bar!
The staff is professional and quite courteous! In addition to the receptionists, there are special staff working with the hotel guests separately, helping to solve various problems, they speak Russian perfectly!))) But, there is a "fly in the ointment" - these are Turkish waiters in the canteen! That's who can't hide the true attitude towards Russians! ((((
By the way, there were few Russians🤷🏻♀️ Apparently, the hotel is like that. There were Germans, Poles and Turks themselves in large numbers.
You have to be prepared that in this hotel you will be absorbed from the very entrance by the atmosphere of a mixed Turkish-Egyptian style (a kind of Armenian style). Huge golden columns, marble floors, incredible chandeliers, unimaginable fancy sofas everywhere, wood carvings, and... for some reason, statues of elephants! By the way, very beautiful statues the size of a baby elephant!😁
Meal… In a word, it's delicious! I really liked it! It is diverse, there is a lot of choice, a lot of everything and meat too))) and poultry and fish. A lot of fruits, including melons, watermelons, strawberries. They feed a lot, often and honestly!) They try to diversify the menu. I got to 1 evening of seafood. Delicious cooked salmon, mussels, squid. There is an abundance of everything in the form of simple dishes and as part of salads, pastas, etc. And what an ice cream!!!If it wasn't for the delicious food, I would have lost weight.
The rooms that I saw, and I was in 4 different rooms in 3 different buildings of the hotel, were renovated not so long ago. Some rooms have light furniture, some have wenge. Quite modern. I saw baths everywhere, not showers. The view from the rooms overlooking the sea is fantastic!!! Just hanging out all day, Music is endlessly rushing from the territory. The rooms overlooking the garden are quiet.
Cleaning every day. Linen change in 2 days. The hotel is very clean!
The drinks are as follows: there is more or less decent alcohol in the lobby, well, like in Turkey, but it is simply impossible to drink in a bar where there is a disco… Everything else is water, soft drinks, juices, etc. in large quantities!)
By the way, on the beach, the staff carries ice cream and fruits between the sun loungers!
What a beach! Comfortable sun beds under canopies. But! The deck chairs are on wooden planks. Putting a chaise longue on the sand is not recommended because of the clutches of turtle eggs!There is a pier equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, a descent to the water and a bar. Everything is beautiful! The cutest swings on the beach are all in ribbons. The photos turn out to be fire💥👍 The beach is sandy and pebbly! The sand is gray. And... for me, the terrible entrance to the sea is pebbles, just pebbles, which are uncomfortable to walk on.🤷🏻♀️

Food is available 24/7. Everything is very tasty and for any whim: for vegans, for losing weight, for getting fat, for raw foodists, for meat eaters, for fish eaters)) The staff is very friendly.
