The hotel is nice with a large territory, spacious rooms, swimming pools, a great beach. But everything is already very tired and in need of repair (shabby walls of rooms and corridors, tiles are falling off in pools... etc.). I do not recommend going to this hotel with children, because the children's table is very bad (there is no variety, dirt on the tables with food and ...! the mixer is always unwashed). Adult food ......not bad, but they often spread yesterday's food. We rested from 08.07- 18.07.19

The hotel is very old... just killed... it does not pull for 5 and even more ultra all inclusive... The hotel has not been renovated for a long time... The food is monotonous... The dishes are washed badly.... towels and bathrobes are dilapidated... The beach is not well maintained... the sunbeds are old, and the mattresses are smelly... To relax with a child, moms themselves drag sun loungers to the sea... You can write indefinitely... to sum up: the hotel is not worth the money... I do not recommend it... no service, no food, the staff is not very helpful.... On the positive side, it's a sandy beach and animators from a mini club.... Thanks a lot to the girls... People take care of your nerves and money... No need to go to this hotel.... I really wanted to write about a guide (from Corel) named Ramsey....... this is separate.... a greedy GUY who doesn't do his job at all.... it only spins for money... You can't count on his help...

We had a week off in September, it was the most disgusting hotel in my whole life!!!! We were constantly vacationing in Turkey, but once here we would no longer want to visit it.
The restaurant staff is not suitable, does not clean the tables. I had to run after them, beg for drinks for myself. The table was not cleaned during the meal, the waiters looked like you were an enemy of the people. This is the first time this has happened in Turkey. There are no free sunbeds, to lie down near the sea you need to go through a battle. The animation is zero, not even zero - 1. Animators are very arrogant, not all of them, of course. Concerts are disgusting and boring. When they took the vouchers, they said that only the golden youth was resting!!!! The advertisement is just bomb-like, but in fact one thing, the hotel is old old......................................... THE MOST TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location is excellent. There are many shops, cafes and places to walk with children within a 10-minute walk from the hotel (if you are tired of animation at the hotel)
The food is good, the sea is clean! The staff is helpful. When checking in, everything is fast. The rooms were in oriental style, we had little lighting and we asked for additional lamps, which were quickly brought!

There were problems when checking in, the room was paid for by see side view, but we were given a room with a view of the road! We arrived at the hotel at 8:00, and spent 5.5 hours to get our paid room! We succeeded, but not everyone is so persistent! In general, there are no questions for the hotel! Everything is fine, but the hotel is already worn out. The staff is poorly organized, does not have time to clean up after guests throughout the territory, starting from the reception and ending with restaurants. The territory is super, large swimming pools, there is a place for children to turn around, close access to the sea. There is also poor air conditioning in the lobby and in the shared restaurant. I can't put more than 4 points, taking into account the cost of the tour and everything else.

Before that, we were in 2012. We decided to come here again with the whole family. Children 3 and 12 years old.
I am delighted as for the first time!!!
Everything is at the highest level! Food and all drinks are all included. Both local and elite quality.
I would go back there again!
