Great hotel!!! We rested with a child for 3 years. The hotel is clean, cleaned every other day. The sea is literally 5 minutes away. And then these 5 minutes because you have to go around a bunch of pools. It's not very convenient. In terms of nutrition, both breakfast and lunch and dinner were at a high level. The food was delicious and varied. Lots of sweets. If you are eating with a small child, do not worry about the food, there is a separate corner where children's food is located. There are eggs, pancakes and pancakes, porridges and packaged milk, as well as food for the youngest. Against the background of recent events, they were very afraid to go, but upon arriving in Turkey they immediately realized that the whole political situation was simply twisted.... From the transfer to the hotel staff, everyone is friendly and welcoming! There are also many foreigners who smile at you the same way. He spoke completely in Russian... No one was against it and so on. There is a warning at the reception right away. In my opinion, this is even cool that they do this, they say if you conflict, then there will be a fine and a police call and eviction. I wanted to share my impressions about my vacation.In the 4 years that we have not been to the hotel, I got the impression that he was tired.My daughter's room is large with a good view, but shabby.We have a view of the laundry room, which was releasing steam with a linen fragrance around the clock.All attempts to change it did not lead to anything.They offered rooms for the disabled and very dirty and smoky.The staff is also tired.My daughter was cleaned 2 times in 12 days.We were well cleaned, tips were left.The restaurant has good food, but without frills, without decorations, like in a good dining room. There are few waiters.Dishes were removed from the tables only when people left.There were 6 of us, sitting at a table with dirty plates.But also a lot of little things.But we were resting.we tried not to pay attention.But I'm unlikely to go there anymore.The person is all from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, they don't know how to work yet.The hotel is packed.There are a lot of people.

Hello. I, mom and daughter of 7 years old had a rest in Sueno Side from 17.10.2023 to 29.10.2023. Given room 2042, 2nd floor, view of the neighboring Ali Bay Hotel. The sea and the beach are certainly gorgeous, if you do not pay attention to the cigarette butts in the sand and the excrement of cats, which seem to be more in this hotel than the guests. The first thing I want to warn you about is DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES OUTSIDE THE SAFE! Cleaners steal and it will not be real to prove it later. I left my earrings and a ring on the TV table, it was the last day before departure. A trip to the reception also gave nothing, they removed the data from the lock, confirmed that the only one who came into the room was the cleaner, who by that time had already closed the shift and did not answer the calls. The argument from the hotel, and specifically the girl at the reception (name is Nikhir) - she could not steal, because she has been working at the hotel for 15 years. As for the cleaning itself, you will not see it either, because it is formal. They fold blankets, arrange shampoos, sweep in the middle of the room in a day, that's all. The cleanliness of dishes and appliances in the restaurant is also lame. (apparently it's time for the hotel's dishwasher to retire too). As for the advantages, there are undoubtedly some. The hotel has a large and very beautiful territory, always clean pools. It can be seen that they are watching very much. The sun beds are all intact and very comfortable. There are always enough umbrellas. There are locations for relaxation with hammocks and very beautiful pine trees. Meal. It was very tasty and varied for us. The main restaurant from 12.30 to 18.00 is open simultaneously with the food court , where you can find from hamburgers with French fries to rolls . Very tasty fruits. The sea is clean, the entrance is convenient. On the first day, in the evening, we even saw a Mediterranean seal at the pier. And besides cats, hedgehogs walk around the hotel, very cute. Children's club - we were there for 1 day, the daughter was satisfied. The animators of the children's club are very nice girls, they quickly find a common language with children, only it was a pity that the children's town was closed, apparently until the next season. About the spa center: free entrance to the hammam, sauna and steam room (free of charge), towels are provided. There are always a lot of people in the sauna, in the steam room there is a strange smell and hot condensate that drips from the ceiling burning, a controversial pleasure. I liked the hamam itself, a large hall, a large table on which you can warm up properly. Summing up, I would have returned to this hotel if they hadn't stolen, kept it clean, and certainly not in season, because the waiters and animators are trying, but it's impossible to break up, there just aren't enough employees.

The sea is clear. There are enough sun beds, even if you go out at 10 o'clock))) That 's how we usually went out . The only negative thing that we didn't like was the noisy room on the 4th floor 4126. Remember this number and never take this number. They refused to change it for a cut. And then they just got used to it. Oh, yes, I almost forgot. They don't want to serve guests at the reception. Well, you can see right on their face and in their attitude. Like you came here. Overall, the hotel is good, the children will like it 100%. We were with my wife from 21.10 to 28.10. We had a great time. We checked in immediately upon arrival at 9.30 a.m. A room with a view of the sea and pools. Russian Russians, but we realized that you need to go there when there are no holidays in Turkey, since crowds of Turks come on holidays and all the staff becomes focused only on Turks, they forget about the rest of the hotel guests (and not only about Russians, but also Germans, British and others) The staff speaks Russian and is very pleasant.

The nurse at the hotel is very strange, it is unclear why she is sitting there. Dinner starts at 19 o'clock, by which time a crowd of people is gathering. There are a lot of Turks on vacation, and this speaks for itself.
