I would like more cleanliness. Dishes , beach,linen ,furniture....Poor sound insulation, you can hear a lot of sneezing and farting. The floor of the hotel has been closed since November 1 (water park, restaurants, animation). There was no heating in the pool.Rainwater flows from the roof into the indoor pool during rain. The public transport stop at the exit from the hotel territory is buried in garbage.

The hotel is very nice, but it all depends on where you will be settled. There are many more pluses than minuses, decent food, there are no queues anywhere, neither on the beach, nor in the dining room, etc. There are 5 pools for children, the first line by the sea, sand. Minus one-nationalists, all other things being equal, priority is given to Turks and not Russians, until you raise your voice, they will pretend that they do not understand, the room cleaning is mediocre, they have never washed the floor for 7 nights, they do not always replenish the bar during the time. I would have come back again, but I did. The territory is clean, comfortable, you can walk.

They move into rooms that are not even in the description!!!The reception staff is very rude!The guide does not solve your problem, from the word at all!!!This is our first time!!!What they write about the numbers is true!!!We've experienced it for ourselves! Resting now in this hotel, I can say that the service for children is not very good. They didn't provide a rug in the bathroom, maybe it's a small thing, but it's slippery for a three-year-old child to take a shower. The bed is big, the child sleeps along and there is enough space for both of us. The food is normal, but not to say that it's a straight five. The beach is great, there are enough sun loungers, the beach is dirty from algae. They don't clean them up much. We were in the Injection, of course, this was not the case. The beach was clean and the sea was free of these algae. Entertainment for children is good, a water park, a playground with water. The rooms are well cleaned. Every day. The alcohol is good. The rides are so-so, for a fee. The Pegasos Hotel is much more interesting in terms of children's animation and adult animation. Having taken a pitchfork, of course, this is a cat in a bag, what will get is not known and there are no concessions and wishes. There is also no division at this hotel when booking. Strollers and so on are not provided for children. scooters and so on are also missing. And it would be possible to provide, of course. We will definitely not come back here again.

We have been staying at your hotel in Sueno Side since October 8th. Number 4082. Everything was fine until October 13th. But then football teams started to populate. And the hotel turned into a farce.
4 nights we stay awake and listen to the songs of drunken football players under the window.
Yesterday, the football team took off our towels and clothes and put them on the floor. And they took our sunbeds.
The day before yesterday, 2 drunken football players broke into our room at 2 a.m., scaring us and the children.
It is impossible to go to the sauna in the evening, there are 20 men there who are yelling and arguing.
Today, from 16:00, a drunken football team was yelling songs on the pier and jumping off it, the guards did not react. All the guests dispersed, as it was unbearable to listen to it.
Odeon tour offered us to move to a cheap hotel in Nashira, the price for which is 2 times cheaper than Sueno.
We came to Sueno for a vacation, not for the training camp of the football team!!!
I ask you to take measures and move us to Sueno in Belek, as it is not possible to live here!!!!!

We rested with a child at this hotel 3 times. This year, something incomprehensible happened (2021).
All that relates to the room is an unpleasant attitude to the five-star service (upon check-in - cobwebs on the ceiling, all the glasses are dirty; room cleaning in 1 minute - making the bed; the minibar was not replenished; hygiene products were not replenished - shampoo and gel for soul). The room stock is old.
When you leave the room, there are positive emotions towards the hotel

There's water everywhere. It's wonderful - dozens of pools of various sizes and depths. Otherwise, it is quite comfortable 5 stars. There are many sports grounds. Excellent cuisine, including a menu for vegans and infants.
