A good beach, there were enough sunbeds, Russian-speaking staff (!), checked in early when the room was ready, no problem, the restaurant has delicious food, soups are not very good. The rooms are clean, everything is as it should be. The Turks drove into the next room, made noise, and the audibility was great.

We had a rest in July 2023. Great hotel. Varied food, water slides, cleanliness, territory, beautiful sea and plenty of space on the beach. The evening animation is mainly performances by Turkish performers. I liked it, my husband didn't like it much. We had a great family vacation with a child of 8 years old. It fully corresponds to the description, and everything is in the best traditions of Turkish 5* and ultra all. Overall assessment 5++++ .

1. A gorgeous sandy beach with a magnificent entrance to the sea. I was up to my chest for a long time.
2. A wonderful pier with sun beds, a bar. There are a lot of fish swimming around. The child caught a fish at an evening fishing trip specially organized by the animators
2. Nice territory. All in the shade. It is very comfortable to go to the sea in the heat.
3. Bars, refrigerators with water and iron are very thoughtfully located. Everything is at hand everywhere)
4. The waiters are all very nimble and responsive, they quickly approach the tables. I left a tip at first, but then I didn't-nothing has changed)
5. You can play boccia, mini golf, volleyball and other games. The active ones will like it!
6. Proximity to the Old Side. There's beauty there. We didn't have time to go around everything there in one walk)
7. A fun playground, even for adults it will be interesting)
8. The Lunapark is super. We rode a Dragon and rode cars. Everything is decent (145 lire for two tickets)
BUT there are also DISADVANTAGES
1. There are a lot of small children, sooo many) and they are yelling everywhere, even in the lobby at 1:00🤣If it doesn't bother you, then you won't notice))
2. A lot of Turkish families and they smoke almost everywhere (((

I have been flying to Turkey since I was 11 years old and there has never been such a thing in any hotel! My daughter got sick on vacation, fortunately not so much. And I just fell ill on arrival. With 39 and a rash.
It seems like I can't say that it's terrible, there were positive moments, but everything that is written in negative reviews is true.
Although the area is beautiful and large, the staff is pleasant and always ready to help!
But that everything is around for an additional fee, there is no animation and it's dirty and the food is monotonous - it's true.
It's a shame that this happened, my husband is in Turkey for the first time and now does not believe that there is a great vacation here!!
The only hotel I would never return to (((

A 5-STAR DISGRACE!!
Unfortunately, we had a summer vacation at this hotel. I've never seen such a dirty hotel. The rooms have never been cleaned. In some places the joints in the pools were covered with moss.
The square meters of the hotel's common areas are insufficient. In restaurants, the distance between the tables is 20-25 cm. Dec. A woman spilled raki on me from my desk with her bag she hung over her shoulder. It is impossible to take steps. Because of this narrowness, the customer falls for each other. It's a terrible environment.
The food is of lower quality than what comes out at the 4-course table d'hote places in the industrial district. The chicken you eat on the grill today becomes chicken with sauce tomorrow. Chicken soup the next day. There's nothing but chicken anyway. Red meats, meatballs are disgusting.
The salami sausage sausage that comes out for breakfast is the cheapest goods, all starch-printed, inflated.
We gave the world money and left. We have never been able to eat a meal or watch a concert with a good taste. The same people always sit in the front row with our money. The hotel owner turns it into a felfele with artists from the front.
The service is a disgrace. You will never find a clean table Jul. There's an infamous place called the lobby bar. we stayed for 2 weeks. Not once have we been able to sit down at an empty and clean table Jul. For once, a waiter came and didn't take our order. We were able to stand and wait in line in front of the bar and get our drink when our turn came. but 5 stars. you are in a 5-star queue environment.
Don't be fooled that big stars give concerts. There is a serious exposure to cigarette smoke in the concert environment. This is one of the lousy side hotels.
I will never go again, I will not pass in front of it, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

A very balanced hotel in terms of price/quality/facilities.
We have been coming here for 4 years in a row.
- cleaning. everything is OK. sometimes it happens mediocre, but if you leave a couple of bucks, everything will be fine with swans)
- the cuisine is decent and quite diverse. Moreover, I really like that you can eat at lunch near the beach. You can eat anywhere and at any time of the day.
- alcohol. Not all bars know how to make cocktails, but where they can, it's delicious. There is an imported alcohol, not just a local one.
- the beach. sand, good entrance to the sea, clean, excellent canopies (and not separate umbrellas)
- there is not much place to walk, this is exactly the beach option of the hotel.
- the staff is trained. Communication is polite and respectful. Again, I recommend leaving a small tip - for cleaning, in the restaurant. This further increases the degree of hospitality.

There were 2 families, 4 adults and 2 children of 8 years old.
-> I'll say right away: there are a lot of children there, those who don't like children better look for another hotel!
In general, I liked everything 🥰
We stayed at this hotel from the end of July to the beginning of August 2023.
-The food is the sea of everything, delicious, you won't be hungry! Seafood seems to be given on Saturdays in the main restaurant (shrimp, crayfish, lobsters, etc.)
-The service is at a height, there were no problems, it was necessary to replace the room, because the windows looked out onto the courtyard where it was noisy (unloading loading) changed without problems.
The rooms are nice, cleaned every day, the bar in the room is free and replenished!
-Everything is fine on the territory, there is a lot of entertainment during the day, it will not be boring!
There are evening shows every day in the evenings, different artists come every time!everything is beautiful and not cheap!

-There is an amusement park and a game area with vending machines and bowling, it's all paid!the children liked it )

There was a case in a restaurant, we asked to be transferred to another table, we were reluctantly transferred (before that other people were sitting there), they removed their plates and brought us new plates and put them on a dirty table.I'm not a picky person, but there were pieces of salad and other food on the table, not just bread crumbs..When I showed it to them, she just brushed it on the floor with her hand and covered it with a napkin.
With the Turks, the attitude was different EVERYWHERE!!

Positive:
-excellent location, from the point of view of Side accessibility - 1.5 km to the city center on foot along the beach (although this is more for autumn, plus it is unlikely that it will be comfortable to walk in the heat in summer)
-a large territory, there is a place to walk, a good Playground with water, its own beach
-the food was generally satisfied, breakfast to a lesser extent (it seems that there is a choice, but everything is very tasteless, banal oatmeal, which is always and everywhere, was flakes in cold milk, signed at the same time as porridge), and lunches and dinners were good, there were seafood every other day and fish every day)
Disadvantages:
- we lived in room 4127. He went out to some kind of utility room, where every day, until 10-11 p.m., either stoves or air conditioners were noisy. At first I wanted to ask to move, but after reading the reviews and going around the hotel (some of the rooms overlook the neighboring hotel and the noise is 3 times stronger there and, apparently, does not stop at night), we decided not to do this, and we only came to the room to sleep, in general it was fine except for one night when judging by the sounds, they took out some kind of glass scrap and threw it into the car for two hours. Of course, it is outright piggishness on the part of the hotel to generally place auxiliary visits under the windows of the rooms (all rooms 4120-4130 and other floors + 2 cottages go there), and to carry out noisy work at night is generally beyond the bounds. I can't imagine how they live in rooms that overlook another hotel, they passed by, there was a very strong noise.
- it's funny to say, but my nightgown is missing from my room. There was nothing valuable in it, I don't think the maid stole it intentionally, most likely accidentally threw it with towels, but it's still very unpleasant. I lived in different hotels in different countries, but things never disappeared from the room (I couldn't believe it for a very long time, I searched the whole room). Cleaning and generally below average.
- They do not monitor the safety of the children's water park at all. Occasionally a lifeguard passed by and made some remarks, in a good way he should be there all the time, because only during the week of arrival I saw several childhood injuries

We rested at this hotel from 07/29/29/2023 , there is no fault with entertainment, food, everything is at the highest level, but there is one very significant negative impression, Turkish families vacationing at this hotel (and most of them here) behave very negatively towards Russian tourists, this blurs the whole positive picture from the rest in this hotel! The hotel staff always stands up for "their own", in the flesh to the point that they can safely throw you off the sun loungers and transfer them to Turkish guests for use. There can be no question of any safety on vacation with a child. So, be prepared for such an attitude from the hotel staff.Don't set foot here anymore!!!

This is the most disgusting place I've been to. There is nothing else to cling to except the sea. Dirty, old, the territory is not well maintained, half of the trees are half dead, the service does not even pull 3 stars, the attitude towards people is boorish. There are 4 rows of sun beds by the pool, people are stuck like herrings in a barrel.In a 5-star hotel, the rooms have nets on the windows instead of curtains and the staff assures that this is the norm. We rested for a week in early September, for the first time we were on ultra all inclusive and in such a large hotel.
There were no disadvantages, except that "too few days of rest" 😉
Number: the travel agent wrote a request for check-in, as a result, they gave a huge room with 1 double and 2 single beds. There were three of us - me, my husband and my 5-year-old son. Mattresses and pillows are a bit harsh, but it didn't stop us from falling asleep and getting enough sleep. The balcony overlooked the courtyard and sideways to the sea, the 5th floor was given, audibility was from the corridor, but very rarely anyone passed there.
WiFi: the hotel has routers every three meters! The only place where the Internet was catching intermittently was closer to the edge of the canopies on the beach. I think it's just super affordable Internet) A big plus is that the network is open! That is, if you are in the territory of the Wi-Fi coverage area, then you are a guest of the hotel, connect.
Cleaning: we swept the floor daily, folded the bedspreads with figurines, changed the towels and arranged our things a little. The mini-bar was replenished regularly.
Food is just an endless stream for almost 24 hours. We arrived late, stopped by at 3 a.m., went to eat - from 1:00 to 7:00 there is a duty meal in the main restaurant (vegetables, fruits, cheese, sausage, coffee, tea, bread). The breakfasts are varied, although the same, but the choice is large. Lunch can be chosen on the food court street, there is a sparsely populated cafe by the beach (they cook shawarma nearby), there are Turkish tortillas. I was pleasantly pleased with quite tasty rolls, my son dined with them all his vacation. From a particularly memorable meal for dinner: honey in honeycombs, paella with seafood and also just a roast of them (squid, mussels, shrimp), sugar watermelon, incredibly tender baked turkey and chickens.
The waiters are very nimble, many guys from Kyrgyzstan who speak fluent Russian worked on our vacation. The tables are quickly cleaned and served anew, they try to have time to offer drinks + bring them at dinner.
Bars and drinks from there are really a natural phenomenon, I poured one of the 3 mojitos into the toilet, made bitter, the other 2 times are very tasty! Someone clarifies if I'm asking for an alcoholic cocktail, someone immediately poured a non-alcoholic one. But in general, bartenders work actively, they listen to requests.
The beach is just an ideal parameter of the hotel. It is cleaned, sand is rammed, there are many canopies on it, free sun beds were always found, 1 or 2 rows from the sea👌
There is a large pier with sun beds and a bar, we went to it only to swim closer to the pontoon, to swing on the waves.
Pools and water parks: for some reason they are more popular with people than the sea, so it was difficult to find a sunbed there to sit.
We swam in the pools once, rode in the water parks both for children and adults, on the first day we ran on the water playground. I liked it everywhere, great ways to spend time.
Activities on land for children: children's club, children's city of professions (paid), lunapark (paid), playground. The children's club was used with pleasure, the son was satisfied, almost every day there were activities in the afternoon (rocket launch, parrot show, quest, tent camp). There have always been 1-2 girls who speak Russian fluently. A separate thrill - parents can hang out at the disco while the child is in the kids club, he works until midnight! We drove cars in the luna park for 2 euros.
Activities on land for adults: very diverse, almost everything has been tried in a week, you will definitely not get bored there! Not all animators speak Russian, but English is also suitable for us.
Evening shows: we caught 3 (the Aladdin show, the Lunar Circus show and the Mirage show), another 1 evening there was a performance by a Turkish singer, listened for a minute and left. But the shows were very cool!!! High-quality performances by professionals - dancing, acrobatics, gymnastics 🔥
The territory of the hotel is steep, well-groomed, lots of flowers and trees, there is a place to walk (in the evening it is very cozy to wander in the villa area with pools). In addition, the hotel is half an hour along the beach at a slow pace to the ancient city of Side. We walked there with pleasure.
Contingent: Turks are the most, there are quite a lot of Russians, there are Poles, Germans. Almost all with children!
As a result: a great hotel, we would love to go there a second time.
