The hotel is more suitable for a family holiday or with a company.

Perhaps in 2006, when this hotel was opened, it was wonderful and relevant for that time. Now it's a dull, languid, focused on the local population, not a bad three-plus (and not even 4 with a minus) smelly lobby, dirty rooms, disgusting cuisine, dirty beach, vile Turkish citizens (by the way, who learned from our tourists to take 3-4 sun loungers with one towel). Animation, slides are not interesting to me, so I will not write about it.
You can continue further, but I think there are enough disadvantages. The price is far from matching the quality. I will not advise my friends.

We had a rest with a large group of children from 07/25. to 08/05. Despite the fact that the plane was delayed and we lost the day, we managed to have evening entertainment. There was "KARAOKE". Apparently, it was possible to sing only Turkish songs, because a friend was refused to perform a Russian song. The karaoke venue looks like Chinatown, it's not very cozy and a small street for so many people. The attitude towards Russians, I want to say, is very bad in this hotel. This is the first time I've seen this. You will only be served at the bar if there is no one else. I exaggerate, of course, but how many times I stand in line, others come up and everyone passes me by. The restaurant service is terrible. I set our table myself, we were looking for a high chair for children. They have a big problem with them. You won't get the waiter's attention. We didn't notice right away, but we got to the peak of the grandiose concerts of the Turkish "Pugacheva and Kirkorov". It's trash!!! Some Turks go to hotels. The occupancy rate of the hotel is 130%. They all pay a lot of money to listen to these stars. Table reservations for 4 days. I.e. if you don't have time, go roar in the room. But we didn't really want to, but we had to make an equivalent alternative. She was of course. Planet bar on the beach with verandas. There was live music. It starts at 22:00 and until 00:00. The cocktail bar was on the pier, it was decent to walk, but at least the steps were winding up)) On the first day I took a fried fish, I go and think where it smells like this. I sit down at the table and realize that the fish stink. It's rotten! My son (8 years old) went to deal with the cook. Of course, the cook did not understand him, but gave him a replacement. About the room and cleaning. The cleaning is normal, the room is simple. The balcony is not very good, the view of the roofs. In the lobby, after all the events, the Turks are sitting and shouting, everything is audible (2nd floor). Once we were punished for several days, they did not give us 3 towels, but 2. But then we were forgiven and everything got better)))) The toilet seat button is broken. My husband asked that they come to us and do it at 19:00, he was answered "they will come today." As a result, we arrived at 00:00 and that's because we have already approached 3 times. Well, friends were in another room. We didn't think the child was in the room at all. Meeting with the guide! My favorite)))) We ordered 2 excursions and an individual transfer. One excursion was good (friends went), and I took the second one to the park with 2 children. The older one wanted to swim with dolphins, and the younger one wanted to swim with sharks. I ask the guide how much it costs. She says the tour fee is 15 euros with dolphins and 10 euros with sharks. I think it's great! So we are already on the bus and another guide says: "Swim with dolphins for $ 125." I'm freaking out! My daughter went for this. I didn't expect such a sum. I write to the guide to find out, she says that this could not have happened, it was you who listened wrongly, it was you who left. The most interesting thing is that I wasn't the only one who heard it. I stood in front of her and clearly asked a question and immediately told my husband. It spoiled the mood, but then the situation was resolved, we were able to pay at the hotel. A friend came and paid her. As for the individual transfer. A van where condey hardly works. You know, do not take an individual transfer from the guides or clarify all the points. And now about the good things and if I remember something, I'll add it)))) Upon arrival, one room was ready, we had 3 of them. They were checked in a little late. We jumped great and it was fun. In general, the hotel is straight family and children's. The influx of local residents was unlucky, because of this, Russian guests became second class. There is no desire to return here. I didn't like the location of all the events on the territory of the hotel either. It's not like that. And the Touts walk along the beach and offer leather and furs, and then they will take you to the mall. We arrived at the mall. The price of the jacket is 4200 euros, we bargain for 800. Well, the last price was 2 jackets for 500. As a result, 2 jackets were no longer given away for 450. So everything is in your hands))))) The prices are made up! The quality is good. Of course, there were no shops in the mall that we needed, but there were good shops and prices were lower than ours. We liked the excursion to the park (I don't remember its name). It is beautiful, white sand, many fish can be viewed underwater. A pool with ramps. But very dirty. I felt sorry for them and the child slipped on it from me. The food is delicious. Friends went on a yacht tour and they were terribly fed there. I really liked the performance with dolphins. The best! Swim with dolphins for $ 125 is a group of 8 people and the program is as follows: a circle of honor holding on to the fins of a dolphin, you are a dolphin singing, a kiss with a dolphin and it seems there was another team. A dubious vacation turned out. A one-year-old child started vomiting on the third day, then diarrhea. After 5 days, terrible rashes like chickenpox appeared, there is no living place on the hands. It looks like Coxsackie (Turkish chickenpox). From the child (most likely) all adults were infected and vomited in turn. By the pool I saw a baby with the same diarrhea as our daughter. At the reception - a child with similar points on the body, as we had in the initial stage. The hotel is huge, there are a lot of children, and I think these viruses feel great there and are waiting for new victims. With a small child like ours, I definitely do not recommend it! We have been suffering for the second week.
The hotel itself, as many write, is tired. Outdated furniture at the reception, the room just has a black mold in the bathroom, the furniture is 3 stars from 15 years ago, uncomfortable. There's linoleum on the floor! The floor is dirty! In the photo, my legs are after they stopped by and I took apart the suitcase, walking barefoot.
The food is average. You won't stay hungry, but there was nothing with a wow effect. For a week, everything got fed up.
Among the advantages - a clean sea, a normal sandy beach, on-site sun loungers under pine trees, cool water slides. Saunas, including a hammam, you can lie down and bask on a stone. Swimming pools without heating. In mid-October, the water in them was colder than in the sea.
From October 20, they switch to winter mode, some of the activities are not available. The bar and deck chairs on the pier are closed.

We stayed at this hotel from June 16 to June 25, 2023 . There will be more cons than pros in my review. I won't write much, but I really want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, starting from the reception and ending with the room cleaners. All friendly and helpful people. An older woman who cleans the ground floor of the main building is a positive cheerful person. Who always greets everyone with a smile and is never gloomy. Seeing her lifts the mood. Separately, I would like to say about the large and well-maintained territory of the hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a lot of entertainment for kids. There are of course some disadvantages, but they are not significant compared to the huge advantages. We will definitely come back here if possible.
